It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

인터넷 트래픽 관리를 위한 IETF 차별화 서비스에서는 우선순위 방식의 가격정책이 널리 채택되고 있으며, 이러한 우선순위 방식의 서비스에서 최적가격을 정하기 위해 균형분석을 이용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 '사용자들의 유틸리티 함수를 정확히 알고 있다'는 균형분석의 가정의 타당성에 대한 비판 또한 끊이지 않는다. 따라서 이 논문은 최적가격을 정하는 문제에 있어서, 현존하는 이론적인 연구의 기본 가정과 사용자 유틸리티 함수를 알 수 없는 현실적인 네트워크 환경과의 차이를 좁힐 수 있는 해결책을 제시하고자 한다. 기본 아이디어는 네트워크 서비스 제공자가 서비스 레벨의 가격을 조정하여 사용자들의 레벨 선택 결정을 바꾸도록 유도하고 그를 통해 더 정확한 유틸리티 정보를 알아내도록 하자는 것이다. 이 연구의 공헌은 크게 두 가지로 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 사용자 유틸리티 함수를 추정해나가는 일반적인 원리를 제시하였다 둘째, 유틸리티 함수에 대한 정보를 최대한으로 끌어낼 수 있도록 하는 가격을 정하는 방법을 개발하였다. 우리는 실험을 통해 제안된 추정법의 효과적인 성능을 보여준다.

The stability of system is one of the important aspects and to judge system's stability is another complicated problem. Previously, new technique derived from relaxing Lyapunov conditions has been already introduced and in this paper, this proposed technique applies to the practical dynamic systems. This utility of numerical procedures prove the comparable improvements of the estimation of robustness for dynamic systems having structured (bounded) perturbations.

The purpose of this paper is to improve ultrasound images using motion estimation and recursive filtering. Although averaging without motion correction can make image blurring, the proposed estimation method improves image SNR without motion blurring by recursively averaging images with motion correction. Computer simulation on the proposed method has been performed to improve phantom and ultrasound fish images and the results show the utility of the proposed method.

To improve Service quality for water and wastewater works, most water and wastewater utility effort to develop not only facility construction but also operation optimization. The operation is optimized by accurate estimation for ongoing situation. And from the accurate estimation, utility operator gain a information about their service quality and problems, So we developed a evaluation tool (Performance Indicators: PI) for service activity of water and wastewater works. The PI was developed in many countries and some international organizations (World Bank, IWA etc.) for service benchmarking. And ISO (international organization for standardization) just has been making a service standard for water and wastewater system (So called ISO/C224). This proceeding for making a service standard is ongoing now and will be launched in 2007. In our study, PI was composed of 6 parts (A human resource, facility management, operation, service quality, finance and environment). To evaluate water utilities, performance indicators for water was consisted of 100 items. Each 2 water utilities were estimated by this performance indicator. From the study, we just know that the performance indicator was a very useful tool to estimate utility service quality. And from the result, it is possible to know the strong and weak point of estimated utilities.

본 논문에서는 누진전력요금제도 하에서 주어진 부하에 대해 최적의 계통연계형 태양광-풍력 복합발전시스템 용량을 산정하는 기법에 대하여 논한다 일사량 및 풍속의 확률밀도함수를 이용해 복합발전시스템 발전량의 기대치를 구하고, 총수명가 분석법에 기초하여 월별 발전단가를 산정하는 기법과 함께 월사용전력량이 증가함에 따라 전력요금이 급속히 증가하는 누진전력요금구조 하에서 전체 월 전력비용을 최소로 하기 위한 설비용량산정기법에 대하여 논한다. 제안한 기법의 적용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 실제 수도권의 기상데이터를 근거로 하여 본 대학에 설치된 prototype 복합발전시스템을 이용하여 실증연구를 수행하였다.

최근 토목시공 현장에서는 사면안정 및 보강공사를 하기 위한 앵커 및 굴착작업 도중에 일부 구간에서 지하 공동구가 발견되어 현장애로 사항이 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들의 문제점을 사전에 미리 파악하고자 비파괴 물리검사인 지하 투과 레이다 탐사방법을 적용하여 지하공동구의 위치를 파악하는데 목적을 두었으며, 또한 입지적인 환경인 지질상태를 이해하기 위해 선구조 분석을 병행하였다. 먼저 입지분석에 의하여 연구 대상 지역의 지질상태를 파악할 수 있었고, 이를 기초로 하여 지하 투과 레이다 탐사 결과, 소규모 및 대규모의 지하 공동구 및 이상대의 위치와 규모를 파악할 수 있었다. 향후, 이와 같은 방법을 적용하여 시공현장에서 조사 및 설계에 대한 효율적인 시공방법과 유지관리를 수행하기 위한 접근 가능한 방법이라 판단된다.

이 논문은 통행선택행위를 간접효용함수 대신 체감비용을 비교하는 평가방법을 제시하였다. 체감비용 비교방법은 가계생산이론을 통행자가 통행비용과 시간 등 정량적 요소와 함께 안락성과 안전성 등 정량적 요소를 동시에 고려하는 경우에 적용하여 도출되었다. 이 분석에서는 통행행위가 통행목적 달성과 함께 여러 정성적 요소를 동시에 산출하는 과정을 기술하는 특수한 형태의 동차 공동생산함수를 고안하여 이용하였다. 통행대안별 체감비용은 금전적인 통행비용에 시간가치 중에서 정량적 요소에 대해 통행자가 느끼는 기회비용을 제한 값을 합하여 산출하였다. 이러한 체감비용은 통계적 측정가능조건을 충족시킬뿐더러 통행선택행위를 보다 합리적으로 설명할 수 있어, 통행선택에 대한 통계분석에서 간접효용함수에 비해 통계측정 대상으로서 보다 우수하다.

본 연구의 목적은 SP 조사를 통해 화물별 DMT 효용함수 추정에 목적을 두고 있다. 추정된 효용함수는 화물별 OD 자료를 바탕으로 DMT 수요예측에 기초자료로 이용될 수 있다. 설문조사에서는 컨테이너와 위험물을 다루고 있는 업체와 철강운송 업체 중 연안 해운을 하고 있지 않은 운송업체를 대상으로 철도운송, 도로운송, DMT, 이렇게 세 가지의 선택대안을 사용하였다. 선택상황은 품목별/운송방향별로 가상 상황을 설정하였고 선정한 주요 화물품목은 컨테이너, 철강, 위험물이다. 또한 각각의 화물품목들에 대한 운송거리별 운송수단 선택모형은 통계적으로 다르지 않은 것으로 분석되었기 때문에 거리별(장거리, 중거리, 단거리)로 모형을 구축하지 않고 가장 물동량이 많은 장거 리(300km 이상)의 경우에 한해 화물별로 모형구축을 시도하였다. 사용할 속성변수로는 운송시간, 운송비용 그리고 신뢰성을 선정하였다. 수준 수는 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 3수준으로 정하였으며 수준 값은 기준 값을 중심으로 +10%와 -20%로 정하였다.
