공동물류 환경의 혼합추천시스템 기반 차주-화주 중개서비스 구현 (Hybrid Recommendation Based Brokerage Agent Service System under the Compound Logistics)

  • Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

주사용자와의 공존을 위한 간섭온도 다중접속 기술 (Interference Temperature Multiple Access Technique for Coexistence with Primary Users)

  • 본 논문에서는 연방통신위원회 (Federal Communication Commission; FCC) 에서 제안한 CR (Cognitive Radio) 사용자가 주사용자 (primary user) 와 공존할 수 있는 간섭온도의 개념에 대해 살펴보고, 스펙트럼 센싱 (sensing) 후 주사용자의 신호와 간섭 및 잡음 신호의 구분가능성 여부에 따라 이상적인 간섭온도 모델과 일반적인 간섭온도 모델로 구분하여 각각의 모델에 대한 CR 사용자의 대역폭, 송신전력 및 용량을 산출할 수 있는 구체적인 간섭온도 모델 및 간섭온도 다중접속 기술에 대해서 살펴본다. 특히, T. Clancy가 제안한 간섭온도 다중접속 기술에서 공존을 위해 주사용자에게 간섭을 미치지 않게 CR 사용자에게 할당하는 방안만을 고려하였지만, 본 논문에서는 CR 사용자의 성능가지도 고려하는 공존방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 간섭온도 모델링을 통해 CR 사용자의 허용할 수 있는 최대송신전력을 도출하였으며, 도출된 대역폭과 송신전력 이용 시 주사용자 및 CR 사용자의 QoS를 만족하여 서로 공존할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다중 경로 레일리 페이딩 채널에서 MC DS-CDMA 시스템의 BER 성능을 분석하였고, 최근에 가장 강력한 부호화 기법으로 급부상하고 있는 터보 코드를 MC DS-CDMA 시스템에 적용하여 성능 개선 정도를 평가하였다. 성능 해석 결과, 레일리 페이딩 채널에서는 강력한 성능 개선 기법을 적용하지 않는 한 사용자 수와 E/sub b//N/sub o/ 값에 관계없이 음성 서비스 (BER : 10/sup -3/)를 지원하지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 터보 코드를 성능 개선 기법으로 적용하면 BER 성능이 매우 개선되고, 사용자 수와 E/sub b//N/sub o/ 값에 관계없이 음성 서비스를 충분히 지원할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다 예를 들어 E/sub b//N/sub o/가 10 ㏈이고 사용자 수가 10 명인 경우, 터보 코드를 적용함에 의해 BER 성능이 약 5x10/sup -3/ 정도 개선됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자 혹은 장비들의 위치 이동은 QoS와 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 그러므로 이동 객체의 위치를 정확히 감지하고, 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 돕는 위치 감지 시스템은 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만, 위치 감지 시스템은 적용되는 감지 범위에 따라 프로세스 전략이 다르고 사용이 제한적이기 때문에 사용자에게 신뢰성있는 QoS를 보장하기 힘든 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지능적인 모니터링 기법을 사용하여 시스템 상황을 분석하고 자동으로 최적의 감지 프로세스 전략을 선택하는 자동화 구조를 설계하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 자동화 구조의 성능을 평가하였다. 실험을 통해 자가 최적화 기법을 이용한 본 구조는 동적인 네트워크 상황에서도 사용자에게 변함 없이 높은 QoS를 보장하는 것을 확인하였다.

공공 안내 로봇을 위한 인체 검출 기반의 방향성 감지 시스템 (A Directional Perception System based on Human Detection for Public Guide Robots)

  • Most public guide robots installed in public spots such as exhibition halls and lobbies of department store etc., have poor capability to distinguish the users who require services. As to provide suitable services, public guide robots should have a human detection system that makes it possible to evaluate intention of customers from their movement direction. In this paper, a DPS (Directional Perception System) is realized based on face detection technology. In particular, to catch human movement efficiently and reduce computational time, human detection technology using face rectangle, which is obtained from the human face, is developed. DPS determines which customer needs services of public guide robots by investigating the size and direction of face rectangle. If DPS is adapted, guide service will be provided with more satisfaction and reliability, and power efficiency also can be added up because public guide robots provide services only for the users who expresses their intentions of wanting services explicitly. Finally, through several experiments, the feasibility of the proposed DPS is verified.

연구도서관 장서의 양적 질적 평가에 관한 분석적 고찰 (An Analytical Study on the Quantitative and Qualitative Evaluation of Research Library Collection)

  • The purpose of this study is to bring out the most reasonable and feasible evaluation methods of research library collection in Korea. At the very outset, writer tried to define the purpose and the necessity of collection evaluation. Writer described a collection evaluation is to gain the data for decision making on selection policy, weeding and storage project, and explained it is one of the procedures of a collection development system operation of being explained as repeated three procedures through a collection development plan, an implimentation of the set plan(selection process) and a collection evaluation. Writer also pointed out the fact many libraries in Korea are apt to by pass or overlook this important process. Writer then defined the criteria of a collection evaluation as the measurement of the proportion of library holding's capability to meet users' demands and that of the degree of total collection's utilization. Writer introduced and analysed seven existing collection evaluation methods and concluded the method by a survey of users' needs and opinion and the method by a circulation survey are the most feasible and reasonable methods that can be applied. Writer also added that using above two evaluation methods together can enhance the effectiveness of collection evaluation.

  • The satellite navigation system was developed for the purpose of calculating the location of local users, starting with the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the 1980s. Advanced countries in the space industry are operating Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) that covers the entire earth, such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, by establishing satellite navigation systems for each country. Regional Navigation Satellite Systems (RNSS) such as QZSS and NavIC are also in operation. In the early 2010s, only GPS and GLONASS could calculate location using a single system for location determination. After 2016, the EU and China also completed the establishment of GNSS such as Galileo and BeiDou. As a result, satellite navigation users can benefit from improved availability of GNSS. In addition, before Galileo and BeiDou's Full Operational Capability (FOC) declaration, they used combined navigation algorithms to calculate the user's location by adding another satellite navigation system to the GPS satellites. Recently, it may be possible to calculate a user's location for each navigation system using the resources of a single system. In this paper, we evaluated the performance of single system navigation and combined navigation solutions of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS individual navigation systems using high-performance GNSS receivers.

  • 현재 많은 사람들이 3D Software를 사용하고, 배우고 있으나, 이를 도구의 개념으로 사용하기보다는 이미지 창출하는 도구로 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 이러할 경우 3D Software의 변화는 사용자에게 심각한 문제로 대두되어질 것이다. 이는 대부분의 경우에 있어서 3D 전반에 대한 이해 부족 그리고 사용자가 3D Software에 대하여 일종의 환상을 가지고 그것의 기능에만 열중한 결과라고 할 수 있겠다. 이는 대부분의 대학의 교육에서도 상아탑의 본질이 3D Software의 기능만을 가르치는 기능인 양성소의 장으로 변질 되어가고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 폐단을 막기 위해서 가상세계라고 불리는 3D를 현실세계와의 비교에 의한 개념 즉 어떻게 인간이 세상을 각인하고 있는가를 토대로 일반적인 3D Software의 구성도를 설명 하고자 한다. 이러한 기본적인 설명과 이해가 뒷바침된 후, 3D Software에 대한 기능 설명이 점진적으로 구체화되어진다면, 3D Software에 대한 사용자들의 이해가 더욱 더 빨라질 것이며, 처음 대하는 사용자라고 할지라도 그리 어렵게 접근하지 않을 것이며, 대학의 교육은 더 이상 3D Software만을 가르치는 교육의 장이 아니라 원래의 모습으로 그 기능을 다할 수 있을 것이다.

Initialization Problem of Service Robots with Artificial Stars

  • Many service robots which is interacting with human at home and in buildings have been developed. Few of them are shown in of the United States and of Japan. These robots are supposed to have a powerful indoor navigation performance in places where human beings live and work. The overall capability of service robots to move around in this environment is called environment correspondence, in which localization problem to find the accurate position and orientation is the most critical problem. While users set up a proper or a best environment for industrial robots, but for services robots at home and in buildings, it is very difficult to change the environment for robots. The expanded workspace due to mobility is difficult to be covered by means of those used for industrial robots because the cost increases and human beings do not want their environment to be changed for robots. This fact has made many researchers study efficient and effective environment correspondence problems. Among these problems, localization is the most difficult. Goal of localization study includes (1) Accurate detection of position and orientation (2) Minimum cost of the additional devices (3) Minimum change of human environment. In this study, as a solution of the above, we propose "Artificial Stars" which are attached on room ceiling as landmarks. In addition, we solve an adoption problem raised when a robot is delivered to a customer site and before it can perform its full navigation capability. We call this as "Initialization Problem" of service robots. We solve the initialization problem for both cases of environment with the map and without map. The proposed system is experimented and has shown how well it handles the initialization problem.
