최근 클라우드 서비스업체들이 제공하는 SaaS(Software as a Service)는 소프트웨어 유통 패러다임의 혁신을 가능케할 수단으로서 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 반면, 높은 관심에도 불구하고, 아직 SaaS를 적극적으로 활용하는 이용자들은 많지 않다. 본 연구는 SaaS 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인들을 규명 및 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 기반으로 하여 SaaS 사용의도를 예측하기 위한 연구모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 소프트웨어 실사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 실증데이터는 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 그 신뢰성 및 타당성을 분석하였으며 측정모델 및 가설의 검증을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, SaaS의 기능성, 상호운용성 및 경제적 효익은 사용의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 시스템 품질은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 대한 시사점 및 한계점을 논의하였으며, 향후 연구의 방향도 제시하였다.

RSS는 향후 IT와 관련된 전 분야의 변화를 주도할 것으로 기대되는 웹 2.0의 핵심적인 요소이다. 뉴스, 블로그, 멀티미디어, 의학, 학술 등 다양한 분야에서 웹 콘텐츠의 지속적인 배포를 위해 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 전자상거래에서도 향후 효과적인 마케팅 수단이 될 것으로 예측되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 쇼핑몰에서 활용되고 있는 RSS의 문제점들을 분석하고, 이로부터 RSS의 효과적인 전자상거래 적용을 위한 요구사항들을 제안하였다. 그리고, 요구사항의 구현과 관련된 다양한 이슈들과 해결책을 제시한 후, 이를 기반으로 전자상거래를 위한 지능형 RSS 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 제시된 프레임워크에서 RSS 정보의 의미 해석을 위해서는 RSS 기반의 정보 제공자와 RSS 리더기 사이에 형식적 상호운용성과 의미적 상호운용성이 보장되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹을 이용해 이와 같은 상호운용성을 구현하는 방안을 제시하였다.

스마트폰의 급격한 확산은 우리 일상생활에 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 스마트폰 이용자는 경제활동 인구의 99% 이상이 사용하고 있으며 초기 형성단계를 지나 포화상태에 도달한 것으로 전문가들은 내다보고 있다. 스마트폰은 PC와 유사한 수준의 고기능 환경구현이 가능한 범용 운영체제를 탑재하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 응용프로그램을 설치하거나 삭제할 수 있는 확장성이 뛰어난 이동통신 단말기이다. 이러한 확장성은 애플리케이션 스토어를 통해 다양한 응용 프로그램을 사용할 수 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 위치를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스도 가능하다. 그런데 이러한 서비스는 장점도 많지만, 개인정보 유출이나 프라이버시 침해라는 단점도 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트폰의 위치기반 서비스가 인지된 가치와 인지된 위험에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 인지된 가치와 인지된 위험이 만족과 추천의도의 인과관계를 알아보고자 한다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, management based on statistical data has become a big issue and the importance of the statistics has been emphasized for the management innovation in the defense area. However, the Military Management based on the statistics is hard to expect because of the shortage of the statistics in the military. There are many military information systems having great many data created in real time. Since the infrastructure for gathering data form the many systems and making statistics by using gathered data is not equipped, the usage of the statistics is poor in the military. The Analytical Defense Statistics System is designed to improve effectively the defense management in this study. The new system having the sub-systems of Data Management, Analysis and Service can gather the operational data from interlocked other Defense Operational Systems and produce Defense Statistics by using the gathered data beside providing statistics services. Additionally, the special function for the user oriented statistics production is added to make new statistics by handling many statistics and data. The Data Warehouse is considered to manage the data and Online Analytical Processing tool is used to enhance the efficiency of the data handling. The main functions of the R, which is a well-known analysis program, are considered for the statistical analysis. The Quality Management Technique is applied to find the fault from the data of the regular and irregular type. The new Statistics System will be the essence of the new technology like as Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Standardization and Statistics Analysis and will be helpful to improve the efficiency of the Military Management.

SNS(Social Network Service) 이용자의 폭발적 증가와 더불어 소셜커머스 시장이 새로운 소비시장으로 떠오르고 있다. 소셜커머스 시장이 최근 몇 년간 급성장하였고 앞으로도 지속적인 성장세를 보일 것으로 예측된다. 그러나 이러한 시장환경에도 불구하고 소셜커머스 활성화 저해요인으로 작용하는 불만족 요인에 대해서는 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 Hertzberg' 2 요인이론을 바탕으로 소셜커머스 이용자들의 만족과 불만족 요인에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 소셜커머스 이용 경험자를 대상으로 소셜커머스 사이트 특성과 이용자특성을 인터뷰 및 문헌고찰을 통해 도출하였다. 다음으로 이 요인들과 만족, 불만족과의 영향관계를 검증하고 상품 관여도에 따라 이 영향관계가 조절되는지 실증하였다. 그 결과, 가격할인율, 다양성, 지역기반 제공성, 전자상거래 친숙도가 만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 가격할인율, 상호작용성, 혁신성이 불만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 만족이 지속사용의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가격할인율은 만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 동시에 불만족에도 정의 영향을 미치는 유일한 요인으로 나타났다.

최근 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 점차 발전됨에 따라 고객의 서비스 구매에 따르는 전자 결제의 이용이 점차 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 전자결제는 온라인상에서 이루어지는 활동이라는 점에서 많은 문제를 내포하고 있다. 온라인 신용카드와 전자화폐 그리고 전자수표로 대변되는 전자결제의 수단들은 흔히 해커라 불리어지는 전자상거래의 비주체들에 의하여 오용되어지고 그로 인해 많은 피해가 발생할 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 전자상거래시의 대금결제 수단인 전자결제의 종류와 문제점에 대하여 알아보고 그러한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 방법들에 대하여 제시해 본다.

Ankle-foot orthosis with an artificial pneumatic muscle which is intended for the assistance of plantarfelxion torque was developed. In this study, power pattern of the device in the various pneumatics and the effectiveness of the system were investigated. The pneumatic power was provided by ankle-foot orthosis controlled by user‘s physiological signal, that is, muscular stiffness in soleus muscle. This pneumatic power can assist plantarflexion torque of ankle joint. The subjects performed maximal voluntary isokinetic plantarflexion motion on a biodexdynamometer in different pneumatics, and they completed three conditions: 1) without wearing the orthosis, 2) wearing the orthosis with artificial muscles turned off, 3) wearing the orthosis activated under muscular stiffness control. Through these experiments, we confirmed the effectiveness of the orthosis and muscular stiffness control using the analyzing isokinetic plantarflexion torque. The experimental results showed that isokinetic torques of plantarflexion motion of the ankle joints gradually increased in incremental pneumatic. The effectiveness of the orthosis was -7.26% and the effectiveness of the muscular stiffness control was 17.83% in normalized isokinetic plantarflexion torque. Subjects generated the less isokinetic torques of the ankle joints in wearing the orthosis with artificial muscles turned off, but isokinetic torques were appropriately reinforced in condition of wearing the orthosis activated under muscular stiffness control(17.83%) compared to wearing the orthosis(-7.26%). Therefore, we respect that developed powered orthosis is applied in the elderly that has weak muscular power as the rehabilitation equipment.

군사적 목적으로 시작된 증강현실 기술은 2000년대로 넘어오면서 무선인터넷과 위치기반기술 등의 등장으로 기술의 변혁기를 맞이하고 있다. 특히 현실에 불러오는 가상의 정보가 시각 분야에서 청각, 촉각, 후각 등 다른 감각으로 확장할 수 있는 가능성 때문에 인간의 지각을 풍요롭게 하는 매체의 일환으로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도서관에서 활용 가능한 증강현실기반의 2D 바코드를 활용한 양방향 정보서비스 시스템에 대한 설계와 서비스 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 증강현실에 대한 기술적 배경과 응용분야를 분석하고 도서관의 정보서비스에 적용할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 알아보았다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경에서 이용자의 요구 및 편의성에 기반을 둔 정보서비스의 구현을 위한 에코서비스로서 2D 바코드를 활용한 정보서비스를 제안하였다.

This literature review explores artificial intelligence (AI) technology trends and IBM Watson health and medical references. This study explains how healthcare will be changed by the evolution of AI technology, and also summarizes key technologies in AI, specifically the technology of IBM Watson. We look at this issue from the perspective of 'information overload,' in that medical literature doubles every three years, with approximately 700,000 new scientific articles being published every year, in addition to the explosion of patient data. Estimates are also forecasting a shortage of oncologists, with the demand expected to grow by 42%. Due to this projected shortage, physicians won't likely be able to explore the best treatment options for patients in clinical trials. This issue can be addressed by the AI Watson motivation to solve healthcare industry issues. In addition, the Watson Oncology solution is reviewed from the end user interface point of view. This study also investigates global company platform business to explain how AI and machine learning technology are expanding in the market with use cases. It emphasizes ecosystem partner business models that can support startup and venture businesses including healthcare models. Finally, we identify a need for healthcare company partnerships to be reviewed from the aspect of solution transformation. AI and Watson will change a lot in the healthcare business. This study addresses what we need to prepare for AI, Cognitive Era those are understanding of AI innovation, Cloud Platform business, the importance of data sets, and needs for further enhancement in our knowledge base.

기록관은 이용자의 다양한 요구에 따라 변화하여 왔다. 초창기 기록관에서의 업무 수행은 자료의 수집 및 보존에 치중되었지만, 지금은 자료의 보존 뿐 아니라 활용에 대하여 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 따라서 기록관들은 이용자 중심의 적극적 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중앙기록물 관리기관인 국가기록원에서 2005년 서비스혁신팀을 신설하여 지난 2년간 수행한 각종 서비스 프로그램을 소개하고 이와 병행하여 선진기록국인 미국립기록관리청, 영국 기록관리청에서 수행하는 기록정보 서비스 내용을 소개하여 향후 벤치마킹을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 새로운 이용자를 창출하기 위한 서비스 프로그램 영역의 확대와 기록홍보의 중요성을 제언하면서 선진기록관의 기록정보 서비스 표준지침을 수록하여 국내 기록관련 유관기관의 향후 기록정보 서비스 정책을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 제시하였다.
