In this study, a normative script was designed for service design of coffee shop based on user's current and expected script. 1) Activities contained in current and expected script were identified. 2) High frequency activities were selected from current and expected script. Then they were combined and sorted by scene. 3) Importance of the integrated scenes and activities was assessed. 4) According to certain rules, unnecessary activities were deleted, or excluded as optional activities. Then, the remaining activities were classified by scene and listed in order to complete one normative script. Each activity belonging to each scene became a service encounter. Scenes consisted of 'Entering', 'Settling', 'Ordering', 'Waiting for drinks', 'Receiving drinks', 'Spending time drinking beverages', 'Go to the toilet', and 'Get out'. There were 2 activities in 'Entering', 6 activities in 'Settling', 11 activities in 'Ordering', 2 activities in 'Waiting for drinks', 4 activities in 'Receiving drinks', 6 activities in 'Spending time drinking beverages', 3 activities in 'Go to the toilet', and 4 activities in 'Get out'. Specific points were discussed along with these results, and the significance and limitations of the study were added at the end.
This study is analyzed on user's activities and recreational value through a questionnaire on users of the forest road in urban forest. Users visiting the forest road in urban forest went to there about three times a week, and the re-visit intention was showed highly. The forest road in urban forest is used too much for the promotion of health as a walk and a mountain pass of the citizen, and they think that forest road is useful for forest recreation. The satisfaction grade on forest road's equipment was effective above the average. As the result of valuation on recreational value of forest road in urban forest, the recreational value was evaluated 153.2 won. So, if it is collected the using fees for forest road, it was showed that it is proper about 150 won for one person.

Academic libraries need to increase library user and use rates to strengthen the competitiveness. It can be a way that academic libraries introduce and implement outreach service. The purpose of this study is to present the outreach service plan that is suitable for being implemented at academic libraries in Korea. This paper explored the significance of library outreach, the characteristic of academic library's outreach activities and related studies. After this study examined the cases of outreach service at foreign and Korean academic libraries, outreach service programs for user groups such as multicultural students, transfer students, graduate students, boarding students, professors, and lecturers and teaching assistants, and six steps of outreach activities were proposed.
For detecting an intrusion based on the anomaly of a user's activities, previous works are concentrated on statistical techniques or frequent episode mining in order to analyze an audit data. But, since they mainly analyze the average behaviour of user's activities, some anomalies can be detected inaccurately. Therefore, we propose an anomaly detection method that utilizes an associative classification for modelling intrusion detection. Finally, we proof that a prediction model built from associative classification method yields better accuracy than a prediction model built from a traditional methods by experimental results.
This study investigated perceived discomforts and those reasons of the young and middle-aged, the aged, the disabled and the pregnant in various daily activities, and elicited universal design factors based on human capacities (physical, sensory, cognitive and affective). A total of eighty people (twenty subjects for each user group) participated in one-to-one interviews about thirty six items of daily activities. A degree of discomfort of the daily activities was measured using Borg's CR10 scale. As a result, the disabled and the pregnant complained about almost all of the daily activities, and their degrees of discomforts were significantly higher than those of the youth and middle-aged and the aged. However, the youth and middle-aged and the aged only complained about some specific items. The major reasons of discomforts were related to physical and affective capabilities in general, where the detailed reasons of each user group were comparatively different. Finally, the universal design factors were elicited for each daily activity item based on the results of each user group. This study can be used to understand the discomforts and characteristics of the aged, the disabled and the pregnant in the various daily activities. The universal design factors elicited can also be applied to design related products and facilities universally.
In this paper, we propose a personalized event recommendation scheme using user's activity analysis and collaborative filtering in social network environments. The proposed scheme predicts un-evaluated attribute values through analysis of user activities, relationships, and collaborative filtering. The proposed scheme also incorporates a user's recent preferences by considering the recent history for the user or context-aware information to precisely grasp the user's preferences. As a result, the proposed scheme can recommend events to users with a high possibility to participate in new events, preventing indiscriminate recommendations. In order to show the superiority of the proposed scheme, we compare it with the existing scheme through performance evaluation.
The development of various mobile devices and mobile platform technology has led to a steady increase in the number of online social network (OSN) users. OSN users are free to communicate and share information through activities such as social networking, but this causes a new, user privacy issue. Various distributed OSN architectures are introduced to address the user privacy concern, however, users do not obtain technically perfect control over their data. In this study, the control rights of OSN user are maintained by using personal data storage (PDS). We propose a technique to improve data privacy protection that involves making a group with the user's friend by generating and providing fake text data based on user's real text data. Fake text data is generated based on the user's word sensitivity value, so that the user's friends can receive the user's differential data. As a result, we propose a system architecture that solves possible problems in the tradeoff between service utility and user privacy in OSN.
With the contunuing trends towards an information based society, telecommunications services are becoming an integral part of social activities. So, emphasis on ISDN is growing rapidly and placed on supporting integrated services delivery of different levels to the end user. The end user’s perception of an integraged services delivery(in particular, ISDN services) should reflect three interrelated capabilities, ISDN access capabilities and ISDN network capabilities. For turning the ISDN concept of above capabilities into reality, we have implemented the experimental system on user-network interfaces, which are three kinds of implementations in user access arrangements, namely basic access, intermediate rate multiplexed access and primary rate multiplexed access. Through these implementations, NTE(Network Terminating Equipment) is used for single basic access [2B+D], IMUX (Intermediate rate Multiplexer) for 4 basic accesses [4X(2B+D)] and PMUX(Primary rate Multiplexer) for [10/12 X (2B+D)]. This paper describes the outlines of system features on user access equipments, system architectures of testbed and experiment result of each access arrangements.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user's satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park, thereby establishing directions of development of urban parks. To test the causal models of this research, the data were gathered by self-administered questionnaires form 627 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling method. The analysis of the data primarily consists of two-phase: The first analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. The factor analysis identified that three factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational actitives. The three factors of satisfaction with recreational activities are facilities for health and phisical exercise, group recreational activity, maintenance activity. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational activity to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Daeshin Natural Park, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables.

This research analyzes the factors that affect the consumers' participation of the internet-only banks, and suggests effective financial sales strategies and methods to attract more users. Through prior research review and interviews with experts, the factors affecting the consumers to sign up for the internet banks are identified. The actual user data from the internet banks are used for the analysis, providing more systematic and credible results. The research shows that social media buzz positively affects the user growth, proving Granger Causality relation of increasing social media buzz on K Bank increases K Bank users. The research also shows that marketing activities noticeably impacts K Bank's positive user growth. On the other hand, the event of Kakao Bank's grand opening shows negative effect. The results from the research validates the need for periodical monitoring process of social media buzz. Moreover, the research proves that the integrated analysis of social media buzz and marketing effect is also essential.
