선호하는 공연예술 장르별로 SNS 활용이 공연예술소비자의 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of SNS Utilization on the Future Behavior Intention of Performance Arts Consumers by Preferred Performance Arts Genre)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들의 SNS이용이 확대되고 공연예술분야에서 역시 SNS의 중요성이 점차 증가하는 상황에서 공연예술을 관람하는 소비자들의 SNS활용이 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계와 선호하는 장르별에 따라 SNS특징이 공연예술소비자들의 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향력이 어떠한지 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, SNS특성인 유용성, 즐거움, 사회적 영향이란 특성이 향후 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 선호하는 공연예술장르에 따라 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 살펴본 결과 대중가요/연예콘서트의 경우 SNS특성 중에서 유용성, 즐거움, 용이성 순으로 향후 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 뮤지컬의 경우 유용성만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 연극의 경우에는 유용성, 용이성 순으로, 무용/발레의 경우 유용성만이 향후 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과 장르별로 공연예술관람객들의 SNS특성은 향후 행동의도에 영향을 미치고 있으며 또한, 장르별 예술소비자들의 향후행동의도에 차이가 있기 때문에 장르에 따라 SNS활용과 전략을 차별화 해야함을 시사한다.

  • Many companies are now trying to utilize SNS (social network service) by building it as marketing communication platform that delivers marketing messages and builds customer relationship. This study investigates the factors affecting consumers' intention to use of brand's SNS identity page (e.g., fan page in Facebook). It specifically focuses on four social support functions -self-esteem, informational, emotional and social networking support-in virtual space. Research model attempts to explore the impact of social supports on brands' SNS identity page adoption with modified technology acceptance model which includes perceived usefulness, ease of use and enjoyment. Empirical study adopts SEM (structural equation modelling) to test research model. The result indicates that perceived ease of use is influenced by informational support, and perceived usefulness is influenced by informational, emotional, and self-esteem support. And perceived enjoyment is influenced by emotional support. In addition, it reveals that there were no significant effects of social networking support on both perceived usefulness and enjoyment. These findings provide managerial implications for attracting potential and actual customers to brand's SNS identity page. And it also suggests the importance of managing sociability in brand's SNS identity page to make it as marketing communication platform.

SNS에 기반을 둔 전자상거래의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (A study on factors that affect service quality of SNS based commerce)

  • 현재 한국의 전자상거래 시장은 급성장 중이고 특히 온라인 상거래에서는 SNS를 통한 거래가 지속적으로 증가하는 추세입니다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공 모델을 적용하고 이를 SERVQUAL의 수정과 결합함으로써 고객의 관점으로 전자상거래 상황에서 SNS 기반 상거래에 대한 서비스 품질 결정 요인의 영향에 대해 조사합니다. 본 논문은 누적 샘플링 기술을 사용하여 진행한 온라인 설문 조사에서 총 216개의 표본을 분석했습니다. 독립변수로 확신성, 공감성, 반응성, 신뢰성, 자각된 유용성 및 고객만족을 사용하였습니다. 종속변수로는 자각된 유용성, 고객만족 그리고 순이익으로 설정하였습니다. SPSS 25 통계 프로그램을 통해 빈도 분석, 요인분석&신뢰도분석, 회귀분석을 진행하였습니다. 이로써 총 11개의 가설에 대한 결과를 도출하였습니다. 결과는 확신성(Assurance), 공감성(Empathy), 반응성(responsiveness) 그리고 신뢰성(Realiability)은 자각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness)과 고객만족(Customer Satisfaction)에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여줍니다. 또한 SNS기반의 상거래에서 자각된 유용성, 고객 만족도 및 순이익 간의 긍정적인 유의미한 관계를 보여주고 있습니다. 이러한 유의미한 결과를 토대로 향후 관련된 후속 연구에 도움이 될 것이라 기대합니다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)의 지속이용의도에 관한 연구: IS 지속이용모델과 고객 가치-만족-충성도 모델의 통합적 접근 (An Empirical Study of Social Network Service (SNS) Continuance: Incorporating the Customer Value-Satisfaction-Loyalty Model into the IS Continuance Model)

  • Given that smartphone-based social network services (SNS), such as KakaoStory is now being widely used as a way for people to connect and communicate with each other, this study examines key factors leading to the continued use of SNS. People have been using PC-based SNS, such as Cyworld, for years are now using smartphone-based SNS, such as KakaoStory. KakaoStory developed by KakaoTalk has rapidly grown up as the largest smartphone-based SNS in Korea as smartphone penetration increases. It is more difficult for firms to maintain their current users over time in that alternative SNSs satisfying people's new needs are constantly emerging and evolving. In this sense, one of the most challenging issues for SNS firms is how to retain their current users in the long run. However, there are few empirical studies on this issue. Applying the IS continuance model proposed by Bhattacherjee [2001], this study explores key determinants of users' smartphone-based SNS continuance intention. The model suggests that perceived usefulness and user satisfaction are the key determinants of IS continuance intention. However, the model includes only the utilitarian value that users can obtain through the use of smartphone-based SNS, by considering perceived usefulness. Therefore, the study attempts to extend the IS continuance model by considering hedonic and social values simultaneously. More specifically, we consider subjective norms as social value that are proposed by the theory of reasoned action and the theory of planned behavior. We also consider perceived enjoyment as hedonic value that is emphasized as a key factor influencing users' behavior intention and actual behavior, particularly in the context of hedonic IS use. By considering the three values in our model simultaneously, we could offer a deeper understanding of smartphone-based SNS continuance. That is, this study could offer an explanation of how each value is associated with user satisfaction and SNS continuance intention. The customer value-satisfaction-loyalty model can strengthen the assertion that smartphone-based SNS continuance intention is determined by various different types of customer values, such as utilitarian, hedonic, and social ones. Moreover, the model provides a theoretical basis for the assertion that customer values lead to increased loyalty via customer satisfaction. In this regard, we theorize that SNS continuance intention is influenced by users' various values, namely perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norms, via user satisfaction. To test the proposed research model and hypotheses, we conducted a partial least squares analysis using a total of 253 data collected on the users of smartphone-based SNS (i.e., KakaoStory). The key findings are as follows: First, it has been found that SNS continuance intention considerably depends on user satisfaction. Second, user satisfaction is determined by confirmation, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Third, concerning the effects of the three values on SNS continuance intention, only perceived enjoyment regarded as hedonic value was statistically significant. That is, perceived usefulness considered as utilitarian value and subjective norms considered as social value had no effect on SNS continuance intention. Finally, our results indicate that confirmation increases perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and user satisfaction. The results reconfirm the effectiveness of IS continuance model in predicting smartphone-based SNS continuance intention. Moreover, the results demonstrate that perceived enjoyment reflecting hedonic value is the most important predictor of SNS continuance intention. Therefore, it is imperative for firms to meet SNS users' hedonic value to retain them in the long run. Meanwhile, we could not find any empirical evidence to support the assertion that subjective norms are associated with user satisfaction and SNS continuance intention. The results lead us to conclude that when users have enough direct experience in SNS use, subjective norms have no effect on SNS continuance intention. Discussions and implications of the results are provided.

SNS에 대한 인지요인이 구전효과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Factors on the Word-of-Mouth of SNS)

  • Given the prevalence of internet and web 2.0, SNS(Social Network Service) market is growing rapidly. IT providers which focused marketing point on network hub have become to disseminate SNS mainly now. Many users are using the various functions of SNS to communicate each other or share the information. At this point, identifying the influencing factors to WOM(Word-Of-Mouth) of SNS is very important. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of perceived variables on the WOM of SNS. In order to analyze the antecedents, we selected perceived factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment and perceived crowd. For statistical analysis, we surveyed real users of SNS. As a result, all antecedents of WOM showed significant influence and among the variables the perceived enjoyment has top standardized coefficient. In addition, perceived crowd has significant on perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment but not on perceived usefulness. The result of this research can be useful guidelines to increase SNS Market.

외식상품의 소셜네트워킹서비스 특성이 지각된 사용 용이성·유용성과 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Network Service Characteristics on perceived Ease of Use and Usefulness)

  • SNS (Social network service) characteristics are perceived to simplify use. We carried out empirical studies on these parameters to observe the impact on the image of catering SNS online by word-of-mouth. The subjects of the study were as follows: 32.3% (392 persons) 19 years old, 67.7% (821 persons) over 19 years, 51.0% (619 persons) in their 20s, 22.1% (268 persons) in their 30s, 17.6% in their 50s, and 9.3% (112 persons) over 50 years. After verifying the hypothesis proposed that SNS characteristics perceived the ease of use, the significant factor identified in usability were connectivity Speed (${\beta}=0.213$), playfulness (${\beta}=0.246$), information (${\beta}=0.115$), and reciprocity (${\beta}=0.357$). Dual reciprocity had the most impact. It was observed that a longer impact of these significant factors improved the feel and fun of use. If SNS companies cater to, quick and easy, diverse, reliable and latest information, they can increase the ease of use, and availability, depending on the goals. Also, significant factors in the SNS features and online word of mouth was playfulness (${\beta}=0.312$), information (${\beta}=0.207$), reciprocity (${\beta}=0.066$) and perceived ease of use, and usefulness (${\beta}=0.293$), double playfulness had the maximum impact. These features provided more fun, reliable information, and could quickly deliver the latest information. The more the perceived usefulness, and ease of use, higher was the online word-of-mouth effect. SNS usage characteristics of connectivity Speed did not show any statistical significance in online word-of-mouth. Thus, catering businesses need to find ways to increase the ease of use, make the usefulness multifaceted, constantly checking the catering information on the SNS and ensuring to get the latest information is from diverse and reliable sources. This would increase the fun for the customer making the SNS to actively be utilized as a marketing tool.

SNS의 사회인지요인이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Social Cognitive Factors on the Usage of SNS)

  • Internet has begun various transformation and innovation in terms of society, culture and industry. Today, Social Network Service(SNS) is an exceedingly popular and useful tool for making human relationships. Previous studies related to SNS, which based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), were focused on user acceptance of new technology. However, they had the limitations to focus on technology acceptance, without the consideration of the cognitive factors in using SNS. This study examined how the main factors of intention to use of SNS continuously affect perceived usefulness and ease of use through familiarity, self-expression, hedonic shopping value, utilitarian shopping value and personal relationship. The results of hypothesis testing showed that familiarity, self-expression, hedonic shopping value and personal relationship have some positive impacts on the perceived usefulness and ease of use. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategies for acquiring and retaining long-term customers related to SNS business.

협력학습에서 SNS 사용의도와 관련변인간의 예측력 규명 (Identification of the Predictability of SNS Intention to Use and Related Variables in Collaborative Learning)

  • 본 연구는 협력과제 수행에서 학습자의 SNS에 대한 사용의도와 관련변인간의 관계를 규명함으로써 협력학습에서의 SNS 활용에 대한 새로운 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 기술준비도와 수용모형을 토대로 학습자의 개인적 성향, 사회적 요인, 인지적 요인으로서 기술준비도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측할 것이라고 가정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 E대학교 '나눔리더십' 수강생 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 낙관성, 혁신성, 불편감, 주관적 규범이 지각된 사용용이성을 예측하였다. 둘째, 낙관성, 불안정성, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 유용성을 예측하였다. 마지막으로, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측하였다. 긍정적 기술준비도가 부정적 기술준비도보다 인지적 요인을 더 크게 예측하고, 교수자와 또래 학습자의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

모바일 SNS속성이 관계형성과 정보공유를 매개로 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 (A study on Mobile SNS Attributes Effects on Information share, Relationship formation, and User satisfaction)

  • This research conducted a survey targeting mobile SNS users in order to see whether mobile SNS attribute( accessibility, usefulness, newness, connectivity) through the medium of information share and relationship formation had a positive influence on user satisfaction. The results of the analysis showed that usefulness and accessibility had a significant influence on information share, while accessibility and connectivity had a significant influence on relationship formation. Information share and relationship formation both had a significant influence on user satisfaction. Based on this research, an angle of approach different from the business transactions and information services offered in existing mobile networks is necessary when corporations provide SNS through mobiles. When considering that the most important part in the use of mobile SNS is the social component, this can be actively used for the development and marketing of SNS services. Therefore, the SNS provider must focus its efforts on finding a method to stimulate user sensibilities in order to increase customer satisfaction and draw out continuous usage.

SNS 서비스유형을 조절변수로 한 사용자만족도의 구조모형 (Structure Modeling on Factors Influencing the User Satisfaction of Social Network Services by Mediating the Moderator of the Service Types in SNS)

  • The first purpose of this paper is to identify factors having an effect on the user satisfaction of the SNS(Social Network Services) users and to examine causal relationships among those factors. The second is to examine how the causal relationships between the factors could be changed in the service types in SNS, which would be divided into web based SNS and mobile SNS. For achieving the purposes, we established the research model and hypotheses based on Information Success and Technology Acceptance Model. The characteristics of the SNS users consist of Individual Innovation and Social Influence while the characteristics of the SNS system consist of Information Quality and System Quality. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing data, which was collected from survey research on users of the SNS, with AMOS 18.0 statistical package. As a result, the first, we observed that more important the SNS users would consider the social relation, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The second, we observed that faster and easier the users could obtain hourly information in diversity, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The third, we observed that more innovative the mobile SNS users would become, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS. The fourth, we observed that more important the web based SNS users would consider the social relation, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS.
