  • The desire for a technology that can mechanically acquire 2D images starting with the manual method of drawing has been making possible a wide range of modern image-based technologies and applications over a period. Moreover, this trend of the utilization of image-related technology as well as image-based information is likely to continue. Naturally, as like other technology areas, the function that humans produce and utilize by using images needs to be automated by using computing-based technologies. Surprisingly, technology using images in the future will be able to discover knowledge that humans have never known before through the information-related process that enables new perception, far beyond the scope of use that human has used before. Regarding this trend, the manipulation and configuration of massively distributed image database system is strongly demanded. In this paper, we discuss image identifier production methods based on the utilization of the image hashing technique which especially puts emphasis over an entropy operator.

무자각 지속인증 기술 동향 (Trends in Implicit Continuous Authentication Technology)

  • Modern users are intensifying their use of online services every day. In addition, hackers are attempting to execute advanced attacks to steal personal information protected using existing authentication technologies. However, existing authentication methods require an explicit authentication procedure for the user, and do not conduct identity verification in the middle of the authentication session. In this paper, we introduce an implicit continuous authentication technology to overcome the limitations of existing authentication technology. Implicit continuous authentication is a technique for continuously authenticating users without explicit intervention by utilizing their behavioral and environmental information. This can improve the level of security by verifying the user's identity during the authentication session without the burden of an explicit authentication procedure. In addition, we briefly introduce the definition, key features, applicable algorithms, and recent research trends for various authentication technologies that can be used as an implicit continuous authentication technology.

  • The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.

  • The article reveals the problems of aesthetic education of young people as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual in the modern conditions of the information society. Aesthetic education should contribute to the formation of a creatively active personality. The basis of aesthetic education of young people in the modern conditions of the information society is the core of artistic culture - art as a unique form of public consciousness that contributes to the spiritual development and improvement of the inner world of a person. The main tasks of aesthetic education are highlighted. It is focused on the formation of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic behavior of the individual. The formation of true aesthetic and spiritual values of students is impossible without a deep awareness of the national foundations of culture, which combines science (including technology), education, art, morality, way of life and worldview, and most importantly its information component - information culture. The effectiveness of aesthetic education of students largely depends on the skillful use of various methods and means by teachers. Aesthetic education of students involves a qualitative change in the level of their aesthetic culture in the modern conditions of the information society. In the era of information and computer technologies, the main Institute for aesthetic education of young people, as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual, is mass media. Television stands out especially because it has several information series (audio and video sequence), multiplied by the efficiency of providing information that increases several times compared to paper media, which allows you to report directly during the event.

  • The hypothesis of the study of the article is that the use of elements of artificial intelligence will increase the effectiveness of the educational process of the university if: a set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of the university is revealed; a model for preparing a future teacher of vocational training for the use of elements of artificial intelligence has been developed; a special course has been developed that contributes to the implementation of the professional orientation of education. In accordance with this, the following tasks were studied in the article: An analysis of scientific and methodological research in the field of the current state, prospects for the development and use of elements of artificial intelligence in the preparation of a future teacher of vocational training and to determine the dynamics of the introduction of intelligent expert systems in education; A set of pedagogical conditions for the construction and use of an expert system with elements of artificial intelligence in the educational process of a university is revealed; It is substantiated to develop a model for preparing a teacher of vocational training to use elements of artificial intelligence.

  • Nowadays the enormous growth of modern information communication technologies and its massive use have influenced information users all over the world. Such a digital environment has drastically changed the information seeking patterns of information users of every community. These also tend law students to use various legal information sources and services in digital environments while seeking information. But there have been few empirical user studies on the aspect of digital information seeking behaviours of law students in either law or library and information science literatures. This paper aims to draw out patterns of information seeking behavior of students of law in digital environments at the University of Dhaka. A stratified random sample survey was conducted for this study. The results show that students prefer the electronic format of information rather than printed format. Major e-resources used by them and the influential factors of use were also identified in this study. This study also identified some crucial problems for seeking information and provides suggestions for the development of electronic legal information systems.

  • The article discusses the use of smart technologies in the training of future specialists. Today, learning using smart technologies is becoming a new educational standard, where information is presented in a logical sequence, computer training systems have powerful functions for the educational process. The functions of smart technologies are highlighted. It is noted that smart technologies are successfully used in the field of education and professional training. The concept of "smart education" is characterized. Smart education is an educational paradigm that underlies a new type of education system. The implementation of the smart education paradigm is aimed at the process of obtaining competencies and competencies for flexible and adapted interaction with the social, economic and technological environment. Smart education should ensure that the benefits of the global information society can be used to meet educational needs and interests. A special place is occupied by computer-based educational multimedia systems that allow you to deepen your knowledge, reduce the duration of training, and increase the number of students per teacher. The main principles of smart education are highlighted. Improving the efficiency of training in a modern higher education institution is impossible without the introduction of smart technologies in the organization of the educational process.

  • 현대사회는 전자, 통신, 컴퓨터, 반도체 기술들의 비약적인 발전에 따른 고도의 정보통신과 정보처리에 기반을 둔 정보화 사회로 모든 업무가 컴퓨터에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 컴퓨터 네트워크와 데이터베이스의 이용 및 기술의 괄목할 만한 발전에 따라 수많은 사용자가 컴퓨터를 이용하여 동시에 자료를 수집, 검색, 처리, 전송, 저장할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보의 처리 및 사용이 편리해진 반면에 자료의 노출이 상대적으로 심해져, 비밀을 요하는 자료의 보안 문제가 대두되었다. 이에 따라 자료의 보안을 위하여 컴퓨터가 나오기 전의 방법과는 다른 컴퓨터를 이용한 새로운 암호 방법들이 제시되어 계속적으로 발전되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 향후 연구에 사용할 암호 알고리즘을 선택하기 위하여 관용 암호 알고리즘 중에서 DES와 3DES, 공개키 암호 알고리즘 중 RSA, 타원곡선 암호 알고리즘에 관하여 연구하였다.

  • At the present stage, the main directions of the professional position of a specialist in the implementation of English-language Education are to improve and spread the practice of learning languages throughout a person's life by involving information, communication and digital technologies in the educational process. Computerization of the educational process in Higher Education Institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education in Higher Education Institutions. The necessity of ensuring timely training and retraining of specialists of various profiles (in particular teachers) on the effective use of domestic and foreign electronic resources with the help of modern information technologies for the implementation of the professional position of a future specialist in a foreign-language environment is noted. The main goal of teaching a foreign language (the formation of students' communicative competence, which means mastering the language as a means of intercultural communication) is defined. The types of speech activity that cover the content of teaching a foreign language are highlighted. The main types of assessment in a foreign language are shown - current (non-classroom), thematic, semester, annual assessment and final state certification. The task of the teacher is drawn, which is to create conditions for practical language acquisition for each student, to choose such teaching methods by means of information technologies that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity; to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of learning a foreign language.

  • 멀티코어 이전의 시대에는 하드웨어의 발전을 토대로 프로그램 성능 향상에 도움을 받을 수 있었다. 그러나 하나의 코어 대한 성능 향상이 한계에 봉착하며 여러 개의 코어를 사용하는 멀티코어라는 방법이 보편화되었다. 멀티코어를 사용하기 위해 커널 레벨의 스레드를 사용하는 기존의 방법을 발전시킨 현대적 동시성 프로그래밍이 대두되었다. 현대 동시성 프로그래밍이란 경량 스레드를 사용하여 멀티코어의 장점을 최적화한다. 또 공유 가능한 데이터가 변경할 수 있는지의 유무가 동시성 코드 작성 시 주요 고려사항이 된다. 본 논문은 동시성 코드 작성 시 주요 고려사항들을 설명하고, 이러한 사항들이 현대 동시성 기술을 지원하는 언어 중 하나인 '고'에서 어떤 식으로 지원되고, 나아가 어떻게 더 훌륭한 동시성 코드를 작성할 것인지 논의한다.
