서울시 역세권의 TOD환경과 대중교통이용수요 관계분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Public Transportation Demand and TOD Design Factors in Seoul subway adjacent area)

  • 최근 대중교통지향형개발(TOD)이 활발해지며, 역세권의 환경 변화를 통하여 국내의 대중교통 이용 증진을 시키기 위해서는 TOD 통합계획요소를 종합적으로 고려한 역세권 유형과 이용수요에 관한 실증분석이 전제되어야 향후 계획수립시 활용이 가능 할 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시 역세권을 대상으로 다양한 TOD 영향요인을 파악하고, 대중교통 이용수요와 연관성을 규명하기 위한 실증분석을 진행하였다. TOD의 대표적 요소인 Density, Diversity, Accessibility에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 요인분석과 회귀모형을 구축하였다. 분석결과 (1) 요인분석을 토대로 7개 영향요인이 도출되었으며, Factor 1(Diversity/토지이용복합도 (LUM)), Factor 2(Density/개발밀도수준), Factor 3(Accessibility/대중교통시설공급수준), Factor 4(Design/가로설계수준), Factor 5(Green/연계교통시설(보행자, 자전거), Factor 6(Design/지하철시설규모), Factor 7(Accessibility/대중교통운영수준)로 유형화되었다. (2) 요인-회귀분석 결과를 토대로 역세권 승하차 인원에 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 Factor 1(Diversity : 토지이용복합도(LUM) 요인), Factor 3(Accessibility : 대중교통시설공급수준), Factor 2(Density : 개발밀도수준), Factor 5(Design/연계교통시설(보행자, 자전거), Factor 6(지하철시설규모)로 나타났다. 다음으로 역세권의 승하차 인원에 부정적(-) 영향은 Factor 7(Accessibility/대중교통운영수준)로 나타났으며, 가장 높은 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지하철과 버스의 배차간격이 증가할 경우 이용수요가 감소하기 때문이다.

An Analysis on Technology Acceptance of Ubiquitous Banking Service

  • The objective of this paper is to identify factors influencing intention to use ubiquitous banking service focusing on potential users using a regression model. Through this, providers of ubiquitous banking services can get an idea of future development, including marketing strategy through the results of this analysis. This paper proposes that perceived usefulness is the most important factor influencing the uptake of ubiquitous service. Also in addition, ANOVA test shows that higher education level of the user can lead to the higher intention to use an ubiquitous banking service. In this study, we set up a model by using the most basic factor among influential factors presented in previous studies as an independent variable. However, other research variables which affect acceptance of ubiquitous service should be considered by thinking more diversely.

주행거리별 운행차 배출가스 분포 추정 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Inference Model of In-use Vehicles Emission Distribution according to the Vehicle Mileage)

  • To investigate the safety of the in-use vehicles emission against the tail-pipe emission regulation, in-use vehicles emission trend according to vehicle mileage should be known. But it is impossible to collect all vehicles emission data In order to know that. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a statistically meaningful inference method that can be used generally to estimate in-use vehicles emissions distribution according to the vehicle mileage with relatively less in-use vehicles emission data. To do this, a linear regression model that solved the problems of data normality and common variance of error was studied. As a way that can secure the data normality, In(emission) instead of emission itself was used as a sampled data. And a reciprocal of mileage was suggested as a factor to secure common variance of error. As an example, 36 data of FTP-75 test were handled in this study. As a result, using average value and standard deviation at each mileage which were inferred from a linear regression model, probability density distribution and cumulative distribution of emissions according to the vehicle mileage were obtained and it was possible to predict the deterioration factor through full useful life mileage and also possible to decide whether those in-use vehicles will meet the tail-pipe emission regulations or not.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Digital Banking in Vietnam

  • The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use digital banking in Vietnam. Multivariate data analysis techniques (Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structure equation model) are used for the survey data collected from 201 customers who have access to digital banking. The analysis results show that: (1) attitude towards the service, perceived usefulness has a positive impacts on the intention to use; (2) convenience does not affect the intention to use digital banking services; (3) perceived usefulness factor has a positive effect on the attitude towards the service; (4) The perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service; (5) trust has no effect on the attitude towards the service; (6) ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness; (7) trust has a positive effect on perceived risk. From the results of this study, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude and intention to use the service. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the sense of the usefulness of customers through media advertising and consulting so that customers fully understand the benefits brought about by using digital banking services. Perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service.

모바일 온라인 게임의 이용 가치 및 편익 속성이 중국 이용자의 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Use Value and Benefit Attributes of Mobile Online Games on Use Satisfaction of Chinese Users)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 온라인 게임에 대해 중국 이용자들을 대상으로 이용 가치 및 편익을 평가하는 속성인 이용추구성향, 이용혜택, 서비스품질, 시스템품질 등이 이용 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 규명하였다. 실증분석결과, 이용 가치 및 편익의 4가지 속성에 대한 구성요인들이 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 상황에서 이용혜택과 서비스품질 속성에서는 게임유형에 따라 구성요인의 영향정도가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 이용추구성향에서는 게임유형 간에 차이 없이 혁신추구와 관계추구가 비슷하게 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이용혜택에서는 게임유형 간에 차이를 보여 싱글플레이어 게임에서는 유대감, 멀티플레이어게임에서는 성취감이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 서비스품질에서는 게임유형 간에 차이를 보여 싱글플레이어게임에서는 게임용이성, 멀티플레이어게임에서는 게임기능성이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 시스템품질에서는 게임유형 간에 차이 없이 이용편의성이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 게임 산업 내 기업들에게 게임의 개발과 충성도를 제고하기 위한 전략을 제시하였다.

급속한 도시팽창과정에서 도시토지이용변동의 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Urban Land Use Changing Patterns with the Rapid Urban Expansion)

  • The aim of this paper is to define major factors influencing land development of each of major uses (residential, commercial, industrial) in the process of rapid urban expansion. The main hypothesis of this study is that land use changing patterns are directed by supply side of land managed to public policies rather than demand side. The graphic analysis is applied to relationships between urban growth and land development process of each use and between land development project managed to public policies and land development process. Public and land development projects and zonning protection seem to be major roles of land supply and main determinants of urban spatial structure. Location factors for land development of each uses are selected in 23 variables. Factor analysis is applied to test correlation between variables in 1971 and 1981. Factor structure between two years is similar, but progressive processing of functional separation is derived such as intensive land use is grouped, different location between residential and industrial use is deep. Dependent variables are standardized to logarithm of land development of each use per unit vacant land in two periods, between 1971 and 1980 year and between 1981 year. Correlation analysis between 6 dependent variables and 23 location factors in each years are applied. Major factors of each use are selected in criteria such as high correlation with dependent variables, low correlation between independent variables and common application in two periods. As the result, major factors for residential land development are Land Readjustment Project (LRP), percent of total zoned area in residential zone, residential floor space density per available area, percent of total area in industrial use; for commercial development is distance to CBD, percent of total area in commercial use, residential floor space density per available area in each year, and volumn rate of industrial use; for industrial use is percent of total area of industrial use is percent of total area of industrial use, Industrial Estate Project (IES), LRP, and distance from CBD. Land development pattern of each use between two periods are slightly different. So 6 equation is derived from appling backward method of regession. Adjusted multiple R squares of all is more than 0.5 and those equation is statistically significant and valuable to assist urban land use forecasting.

  • A new integrated single-stage zero current switched(ZCS) quasi-resonant converter (QRC) for the power factor correction(PFC) converter is introduced in this paper. The power factor correction can be achieved by the discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) operation of an input current. The proposed converter has the characteristics of the good power factor, low line current harmonics, and tight output regulation. Furthermore, the ringing effect due to the output capacitance of the main switch can be eliminated by use of active clamp circuit.

Outlier Detection in Random Effects Model Using Fractional Bayes Factor

  • In this paper we propose a method of computing Bayes factor to detect an outlier in a random effects model. When no information is available and hence improper noninformative priors should be used Bayes factor includes the unspecified constants and has complicated computational burden. To solve this problem we use the fractional Bayes factor (FBF) of O-Hagan(1995) and the generalized Savage0-Dickey density ratio of Verdinelli and Wasserman (1995) The proposed method is applied to outlier deterction problem We perform a simulation of the proposed approach with a simulated data set including an outlier and also analyze a real data set.

  • 임상에서 사용되고 있는 영상증강장치는 사용하는데 따라 경시적으로 변화되어 휘도가 열화되고 성능이 저하되어, 동일한 진단력을 유지하기 위해서 X선 출력을 증가시키게 되어 환자선량이 증가되는 원인이 된다. 하지만 정확한 연구가 많지 않아 국내에 사용 중인 장치를 대상으로 사용에 따른 변환계수와 해상력을 측정해 보았으며, 그 결과 1년 미만의 장치에 대해 사용년한이 6년 미만 되는 장비의 경우 변환계수가 25% 감소되었고, 해상력은 3.4 lp/mm에서 2.5 lp/mm로 감소되어 사용이 증가할수록 환자선량의 증가와 더불어 정확한 검사가 어려워 적절한 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

AHP 기법을 이용한 안티바이러스 소프트웨어 평가 요인 분석

  • The history of computer virus comes along with that of computer. Computer virus han surfaced as a serious problem in information age. The advent of open network and widespread use of Internet made the problem even more urgent. As a method of defense for computer virus most companies use anti-virus software. Selecting appropriate anti-virus software involves various criteria and thus it is a multiple-attribute decision making problem. The purpose of this study is to prioritize anti-virus software evaluation factors. To do that, first of all, important evaluation factors are selected based on previous research on anti-virus software as well as general software evaluation models. Then, a questionnaire survey was conducted on end-users, system administrators and anti-virus software developers. The survey result was analyzed with ExpertChoice 2000 which is based on Analytic hierarchy Process technique. This study found that there are clear differences among three survey groups regarding the relative importance of overall evaluation factors. End-user group ranked "cost" first, but it was the least important factor to developer group. Developers pointed out "operational support" ad the most important factor. There were also obvious differences in the relative importance of detail evaluation items. Both end-users and system administrators shared 7 common items among top 10 most important items. Moreover, neither of the two groups ranked any of the items in the "operational support" factor in top 10, whereas all 4 items in the factor were included in top 10 by developer group.
