With the stabilization of Korea's industrialization, it has become interested in the efficient use of rare metals, climate change and industrial environment and safety etc. It is thus making efforts to implement economic policies that address such issues. Therefore it is necessary to understand the demand, supply and use of metal materials. Since 2010, the Korean government has developed the integrated material flow methodology and has been trying to examine the demand, supply and use of metal materials. In 2013, the Korean government surveyed the material flow of chromium. Material flow analysis and environment emission of chromium were investigated 8 steps; (1) raw material, (2) first process, (3) Intermediate product, (4) End product, (5) Use/accumulation, (6) Collection, (7) Recycling, (8) Disposal. Chromium was used for stainless steel, alloy steel, coated sheets, refractory material and coating materials. Recycling was done mainly in use of stainless steel scrap. To ensure efficient use of chromium, process improvement is required to reduce the scrap in the intermediate product stage. In the process of producing of the products using chromium, it was confirmed that chromium was exposed to the environment. It requires more attention and protection against environment emission of chromium.

In order to overtake a quantitative analysis of effect of anthropogenic heat and different land-use on urban thermal environment numerical simulation of surface energy budget was carried out under typical summer synoptic condition. It is beneficial to understand surface temperature of complex urban surace. The different land-use types are classified of rice field farm fruit garden residential region forest water and swamp by using map scaled 1/25000 of Pusan metropolitan. The model predicts that maximum heat island intensity in the central part of Pusan is 7$^{\circ}C$ at 2000 LST in summertime. The surface temperature is propotional to the density of constructions. The effect of anthropogenic heat generation on surface temperature is the increase of 0.3$^{\circ}C$ at 1400LST in the central part of Pusan during summertime.

Recently, urban mixed-use commercial facilities have been required to raise a safe environment in public areas. So, this study focuses on analyze planning factors selected through the precedent research for Pedestrian safety and environment of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. The first purpose of this study is to analyse the applicative estimation of environmental plan to support pedestrians in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities in Seoul. And the second purpose of this study is to propose the directions of environmental planning for creating a pedestrian-friendly environment in public space of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, the environmental planning factors for supporting pedestrians and guidelines for disabled shown in the precedent studies are drawn. A survey of research subjects are 4 urban mixed-use commercial facilities located in downtown Seoul. And then a questionnaire survey is performed on architecture and interior design students to evaluate the importance. As a result of the study, the following conclusion are drawn. The pedestrian-friendly environment in urban mixed-use commercial facilities requires planning to strengthen accessibility, supporting and safety of public space.

Recently the business environment surrounding the financial investment industry is changing rapidly, and the demands of customers (diversity and the cycle of change etc.) are getting shorter. In this context, it can be said that companies are forced to adopt an agile management environment. In particular, non-face-to-face channels, including MTS, is adopting the agile system into the digital finance sector from a company-wide and strategic perspective. This study analyzed the effects of MTS services' environment quality on customer satisfaction and continuous intention to use for MTS users who are rapidly increasing under the agile management environment in the financial investment industry. This study surveyed the quality of service environment (accessibility, convenience, design, security), customer satisfaction, and continuous intention to use for 350 MTS users. First, accessibility, convenience, and security of MTS service environment quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and design was rejected Second, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on continuous intention to use. Third, convenience and security of MTS service environment quality have positive effects on continuous intention to use, and accessibility and design were rejected. The results of this study, together with demographic analysis, are expected to provide useful implications for MTS activation studies and securities firms' strategies.

Objectives: This study was to investigate the perception of mothers of elementary school students regarding environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice. Methods: A total of 282 mothers whose children were receiving environment-friendly agricultural products during elementary school foodservice in Gyeonggi participated in this questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted to investigate respondents perception and satisfaction with environment-friendly agricultural products in their children's school meals from May 29 to June 9, 2017. Results: About 79% of the subjects were satisfied with school foodservice. The most important aspects of school foodservice were nutrition (35.8%) and sanitation (34.8%). Over 80% of the subjects were aware of environment-friendly agricultural products and about 54% of the subjects checked for a certification mark when purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products. Additionally, 72.3% of the subjects knew that environment-friendly agricultural products were used at school. The advantages of using environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice were safety (75.5%) and high food quality (16.3%). About 66% of the mothers knew the school was receiving support from the city or education office for using environment-friendly agricultural products. Additionally, 74.5% of the mothers responded that they are willing to pay for use of environment-friendly agricultural products when subsidies were not supported. Conclusions: The positive perception and high support for use of environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice among elementary students' mothers can be used as basic data for expansion of the use of environment-friendly agricultural products in school foodservice.

With the rapid development of urban suburbanization, a plenty of commercial operation of suburban environmental resource, the environment in suburb is more and more deteriorated. It also leads some passive effect on ecology, human, society and nature etc. At the same time, a serial of emergency rescue action has been implemented to decrease the deteriorating of suburban environment. For example, some important ecology nature reserves were built up; some compulsive protections have been put in practice for some key resource development region and gotten some good achievements. However, we still face the problem is that how to balance the contradiction between suburban environment resource development and conservation. It's necessary to introduce some western advantage management ideas, combined our actual situation, to find a way which is the most benefited to combine our country's suburb environment development and use.

New buildings are to be needed for an aging society. But, there may be a solution on the multi-purpose & mixed-use existing facilities. Therefore this study is focused on verification of mixed-use school facilities's potentialities. If possible, I want to suggest some directions of renewal primary school planning. The results of this study are as follows : 1) It is important to make a policy for improving the educational environment, 2) Future buildings must be planned by the principles based on the lifelong learning, 3) Mixed-use building blocks need to be laid out by the concept of accessibility, 4) We can use existing primary school's areas as a elderly welfare facilities without any renovation and increasing areas.

This paper treats accelerated life tests for automotive connector. The contact resistance of connector is explained by some factors; the use time(calender time, real cycle), stresses and loads adapted in auto test. The relationships between contact resistance and some factors are compared and analyzed by regression models in various test conditions; field use-environment, manufacturer's test environment, and accelerated test condition. The consistency between of manufacturer's test and field test is examined. Finally, the future study on accelerated test for automotive connector is presented.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

In this paper, we propose the MA(Model Adaption) HMM that to use speech enhancement and feature compensation. Normally voice reference data is not consider for real noise data. This method is not to use estimated noise but we use real life environment noise data. And we applied this contaminated data for recognition reference model that suitable for noise environment. MAHMM is combined with surround noise when generating reference patten. We improved voice recognition rate at mobile environment to use MAHMM.
