자기제시와 브랜드 선호도의 관계에서 체면민감성과 사용상황의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Chemyon(Social Face) and Consumption Situation in the Relationship between Self-Presentation and Brand Preference)

  • 본 논문은 자기제시와 브랜드 선호도의 관계에서 체면민감성과 사용상황의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 충남지역에 소재한 대학교의 학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 우선 공적 사용 상황에서든 사적 사용상황에서든 상징적 브랜드 선호도에 대한 자기제시의 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 반면, 두 가지 상황 모두에서 기능적 브랜드 선호도에 대한 자기제시의 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체면민감성의 주효과는 공적 상황에서 기능적 브랜드 선호도에 부적인 영향을 미칠 때만 유의할 뿐 다른 경우에는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 자기제시와 체면민감성의 상호작용효과를 보면, 공적 상황에서든 사적 상황에서든 체면에 대한 민감성이 상대적으로 낮은 사람들은 자기제시 수준과 무관하게 브랜드 선호도의 변화가 크게 나타나고 있지 않았다. 본 연구는 사용 상황이 공적이든 사적이든 체면민감성은 자기제시와 상호작용을 통하여 브랜드 선호도에 영향을 미침을 밝히고 있다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the image perception of dress shirts, the shirts style preference, the men's fashion consciousness, the shirt purchase attitude, and the usage of the information source between the Daks group(44 respondents) and Renoma group(21 respondents), for developing the possibility and strategy of the dress shirt market in men's wear market for the apparel marketers and manufacturers. For this study, the data obtained from 65 respondents were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's simple correlation, ANOVA. The results from the study were as follows ; The 6 stimuli for image perception rated on 5 point Likert-type scales in the 12 features were evaluated by perceivers. By the best 3 features abstracted from each stimulus, the shirts styles were named, they were Basic style, Soft style, Sophisticated style, Modern casual style, Mannish style, and Trendy style. There were significant differences in the image perception of Mannish style, the preferences of shirts style, the fashion consciousness, the shirt purchase attitude, and the usage of the information source between the Daks group and Renoma group.

전공특성에 따른 대학도서관 주제자료실의 이용태도 및 공간 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Usage and Space Planning in Subject Specialization of University Library for Major)

  • This study was conducted under the premise that the university library's subject specialization room is in need of major modifications in order to accommodate the needs of various majors. The subject specialization room will be able to support university library users who are inclined to use the general reading room. Therefore, the study presents spatial planning for the average university library's subject specialization room by taking into account student majors. This could be a guideline for the construction and renovation of university libraries in the future. The summary of results for this study and the conclusions are as follows: 1)Natural sciences subject specialization room should be, partially connected with the humanities/social science subject specialization room in order to provide an open-concept reference room. In the shared area connecting the two subject specialization rooms needs to be installed a staff counter and subject specialist librarian service booth for users of both subject specialization rooms. 2)For humanities/social sciences subject specialization room, partially connect with the natural sciences subject specialization room. In the connecting area between the two rooms, plan an open-concept lounge for resting and reading. 3)It is best to plan subject specialization room for art/music/physical education majors separate from the subject specification room of other majors. Structurally separate art/music/physical education major subject specialization rooms from the building or plan a separate room in an art/music/physical education building. Users of art/music/physical education majors showed a high preference for a spatially separated and specialized library structure, which proves that an art/music/physical education library need to be planed based on the specialized library structure found in law school libraries or medical school libraries. Plan the center of the room with open-concept based reading room. Use wall-sides, partitions, or shelves to create reading space separate from the shelving area.

  • 본 연구는 '카카오톡 플러스친구' 사용자의 브랜드이미지, 브랜드선호도, 정보신뢰도가 이용만족도에 미치는 영향관계에 있어 쿠폰태도가 매개역할을 할 것인지와 이용만족도가 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향관계에 있어 쿠폰태도가 매개 역할을 할 것인지를 분석하기 위해 '카카오톡 플러스친구'를 사용하고 있는 170명의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 브랜드이미지와 정보신뢰도가 이용만족도에 영향관계에서 쿠폰태도는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드선호도가 이용만족도와의 영향관계에서 쿠폰태도는 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용만족도가 지속이용의도에 영향관계에서 쿠폰태도는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, '카카오톡 플러스친구' 사용에 있어 쿠폰태도는 사용자의 이용태도에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 결과는 '카카오톡 플러스친구'의 사용자의 태도와 쿠폰 태도를 이해하는데 도움을 제공 할 것이다.

한이약소재 스포츠음료수의 기호성 검사 ; 감각분석 및 선호도 조사 (Taste Tests of Sport Beverage with Medicinal Herbs Added ; Sense-Analysis and Preference-Inquiry)

  • Objective: Two Korea-mode sport beverages with medicinal herbs added, Saeng Mac San (SMS) and Je Ho Tang (JHT), were developed by the Ginseng Research Group of the Korea Food Research Institute. For their practical usage, we examined their taste tests at rest including sense-analysis (S-A) and preference-inquiry (P-I). Methods: Five beverage-treatments, SMS, JHT and three commercial sport beverages (CSBs) and a control (CON) were offered randomly. Eighty-two subjects under stable control of their taste sense filled out the questionnaires for their S-A and p-I, which were developed by the Exercise Physiology Laboratory of Kyungpook National University. The collected data $(means{\pm}SD)$ were analyzed by repeated measures one-way ANOVA; Tukey' s test was administrated for identification of statistically significant differences (p<0.05). Results: Overall beverage likeability values of SMS and JHT were significantly lower than those of CSBs, JHT lower than CON. Overall flavor values of SMS and JHT were significantly lower than those of CSBs and CON. SMS was similar to CON in the amount of flavor. SMS and JHT were less tart than CSBs and the former was significantly lower than CSBs and CON in four drinkability-related items. Conclusion : SMS rated less than CSBs in tartness and the amount of flavor. JHT was avoided most. Thus, the results indicate that JHT is not fit as a sport beverdge and the overall likeability of SMS must be elevated by way of strengthening its tartness and amount of flavor for practical usage.

재활용(Re-cycling) 소재를 이용한 식공간 연출에 대한 소비자의 인식 및 선호도 연구 (A study on Consumer Awareness and Preference on the Coordination Using Recycled Material in Dining Space)

  • 본 연구는 오늘날 심각한 환경문제에 따른 환경성을 고려한 식공간 연출의 중요성을 제기하고자하며 재활용에 관한 소비자들의 인식 및 선호도를 살펴봄으로서 식공간에서의 재활용 연출에 대한 현재 위치를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 아직까지 소비자들에게 있어 재활용 소재에 대한 인식 부족으로 인한 활용도 측면이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 레스토랑 식공간 및 재활용 소재를 활용한 식공간 이미지에 대해 성별에 따라 남성보다는 여성이 더 높은 관심을 가지는 것으로 나타났으며 결혼여부에 있어서는 기혼자들보다는 미혼자들이 더 긍정적으로 생각함을 알 수 있다. 학력에 따라서는 고학력일수록 재활용 소재를 활용한 식공간 연출을 많이 선호하지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 수입에 따라서는 소득수준이 높을수록 직업에 따라서는 전문직일수록 실용적 측면을 중요하게 생각하는 것을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 소비자의 재활용 소재에 대한 인식의 전환과 함께 재활용 소재를 활용할 수 있는 인식도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자로 하여금 사회적 책임을 느끼고 자원절약과 함께 재활용을 활용한 실생활에 적용할 수 있도록 교육 및 홍보의 역할이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

청주지역 일부 대학생의 수면의 질에 따른 식행동 및 생활습관 (Sleep Quality and Its Association with the Dietary Behavior and Lifestyle of University Students in Cheongju)

  • Objectives: This study examined the association of the sleep quality and patterns with the dietary behavior, including snack and beverage consumption, taste preferences, as well as lifestyle of university students. Methods: The subjects were 406 university students in Cheongju, Korea, and the data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. They were divided into two groups according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI): good-quality sleepers (PSQI score ≤ 5) and poor-quality sleepers (PSQI score > 5). The data were analyzed using a χ2-test, independent t-test, and analysis of covariance using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Fifty-two percent of university students were categorized as poor-quality sleepers by the PSQI. Students classified as poor-quality sleepers had delayed bedtimes, and a shorter duration in bed and total sleep hours than the good-quality sleepers did. Poor-quality sleepers were more prevalent among those who were female, having irregular mealtimes, or frequent late night meals. They also consumed fast food frequently, such as fried chicken and hamburgers, and noodles when adjusted for gender. In addition, drinks with caffeine over milk were dominant among poor-quality sleepers. Furthermore, the preferences for spicy and salty tastes and longer smartphone usage were more prevalent in those with poor-sleep quality. Conclusions: These results showed that more than 50% of university students reported disturbed sleep and poor quality sleep was associated with less desirable snack consumption and taste preference, more smartphone usage, and others. Therefore, nutrition education program along with lifestyle changes promoting sufficient sleep are encouraged to provide for university students, particularly those who have poor sleep quality.

Evaluating the Usage of Social Medias in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Methodological Limitations and Adjustments

  • This research aimed to provide a profound description of the practices of social media users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), specifically the users of Facebook® (FB) and Snapchat® (SC), the reasons for these practices, decisions made, and the people involved. Such research would be of significant help to designers and policymakers of social media applications in understanding user practices when using social media applications and the reasons for such practices in the KSA. This better comprehension would be of significant help in improving current applications and creating new ones. According to the data analysis, there was a clear preference for SC over FB in the KSA. Most participants with SC accounts were described as very active users, accessing their accounts at least once a day compared to FB users. The users were led by this high preference for SC to create new words derived from the name of the application and use them in daily life. We showed our experience of carrying out a study in which the main objective was to collect factual empirical data from participants about their daily usage of social media applications while considering the unique cultural settings in the KSA. Mixed quantitative and qualitative methods were used to triangulate the data, increasing its trustworthiness and validity. Multiple perspectives were obtained using various data collection methods. Therefore, conclusions would not be confounded with limitations of any particular methodology or with conditions of any collection rounds. This research would constitute a valuable guide for researchers intending to use methods with male and female informants from different cultures, preparing them for potential challenges and suggesting possible solutions.

충북지역 취약계층 아동을 위한 가정배달 반찬도시락의 섭취현황 및 만족도 (Intakes and Satisfaction of Home-delivered Meal Box for Children from Low-income Families in Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea)

  • The aims of this study were to investigate usage status, menu preference, quality evaluation and satisfaction of home-delivered meal box for children from low-income families in Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. A total of 320 children and their guardians who had received home-delivered meal boxes participated in 2015. A total of respondents (62.2%) were children and teenagers, and 37.8% were guardians. The 47.7% of children and 43.8% of guardians were using the home delivery service more than one year. Most of the children and guardians answered 'eat almost', 'eat all meals' served meal box, 75.3%, 81.8%, respectively. After receiving the meal box at home, 35.2% of children consumed meals within 1~2 hours, whereas 32.8% of the guardians were ate within 2~6 hours. It was founded that 'throw away leftovers' was the highest and followed 'give it others' in a way to treat leftovers. The results of preference survey on meats, seafood, showed that 'chicken nugget' (4.07) and 'stir-fried fish cake with vegetable' (3.63) were the highest points for children, whereas 'grilled LA beef ribs' (3.98) and 'stir-fried anchovies' (3.72) were the highest point for guardians. 'Seasoned leaves marinated in soy sauce' was the highest preference among vegetables and another dish for respondents. Frozen products were the most preferred types of meal boxes on the menu. In the quality evaluation of home-delivered meal box, although satisfaction with service and packaging of the meal box were high, the satisfaction of food quality was relatively low.

Over The Top 서비스의 애니메이션 콘텐츠 이용 현황 분석 (Analysis of the use status of animation contents in Over The Top service)

  • 본 연구는 Over The Top(OTT) 서비스를 이용하는 시청자들의 OTT 서비스 플랫폼의 애니메이션 작품 선호도와 애니메이션을 선호하는 구성 요인인 선호유형별 특징을 이용하여 시청자들이 애니메이션을 시청할 때 고려하는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 남·여 애니메이션 전공 대학생 240명의 설문조사 데이터가 분석에 이용되었으며, IBM SPSS Statistics 27의 빈도분석과 교차분석을 통해 나온 결론은 다음과 같다. 시청자들이 가장 많이 이용하는 OTT 서비스 플랫폼은 넷플릭스이며 애니메이션 작품 선호도는 TV 시리즈물을 가장 많이 선호하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 타 플랫폼에 비해 넷플릭스 OTT 오리지널 애니메이션 작품을 선호한다고 나타났으며, 장편 애니메이션은 디즈니+를 선호하고 있다고 조사되었다. 애니메이션 선호유형별 특징 중 서사적 가치, 심미적 가치, 오락적 가치에서 애니메이션을 시청할 때 고려하는 요인은 각각 기승전결의 구조와 화면연출, 그리고 몰입감을 중요시 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구가 OTT 서비스 플랫폼에 따른 애니메이션 콘텐츠 제작에 유용한 자료로 활용되길기대한다.
