Objective : Most disease of the aged comprise chronic illness, hence the diet is important. Yet, the study on diet methodology for the remedy of the aged folks' aliments is scarce. The diet for the aged must be easy to digest- in regard to the physiological features of the aged, delightfully chewable, while meeting the expectation and guaranteeing nutrition-supply and remedial efficacy. Material and Method : This study is designed to accomplish following things with the Yang-lo-bong-chin-seo, a text on maintaining and upbringing the health for the aged: (1) classify the food recorded in the text in terms of cooking methods, (2) then sort the main ingredients in remedial herbal rice porridge(Yak-sun-jook) in food material science manner, (3) evaluate the cooking methods of the porridge for each and various symptoms, and (4) assess the features of each ingredient of the porridge, the value of it both in oriental medicine's and nutrition's scope. Results : 1) Among 64 main dishes recorded in Yang-lo-bong-chin-seo, rice porridge composes the majority, which is 64%. Stew and soup account for 60% of side dishes. 2) In 15 food cures, 43 remedial herbal rice porridges(Yak-sun-jook) were recorded. 3) Yak-sun-jook utilizes most chinese herbs as its food material. 4) Yak-sun-jook is made more with vegetable ingredients than animal ingredients and consist highly of chinese herbs. 5) Main ingredients in the porridges are effective in disease cure in addition to sufficient, well-balanced nutrition. 6) Cooking method of the porridge is grinding chinese herbs into powder or boiling them for a long time. Conclusion: All forementioned steps build the informational foundation - for this purpose the information be utilized - for making possible the development and the devising of pragmatic and feasible Remedial herbal rice porridge(Yak-sun-jook).

According to the research on the gender ratio of furniture design courses at universities, female students account for 70 to 80 percent of the total enrollments. Likewise, other design courses reveal the similar trend. Even though female students want to build up their career in the furniture design or related fields, the figure is not so high. There is a trend that many female designers tend to take time off or quite their jobs after their marriage for that reasons such as pregnancy, childbirth, the upbringing of children and so on. The study also shows that women with higher education feel more difficult to resume their careers after being left from economic activity for a long period; this results in the lower figure of women involved in the specialized jobs than men. In particular, the furniture companies avoid hiring old female designers because they believe that younger candidates are more capable of learning the latest style; therefore, it has become harder for the job seeks to win the competition in the job market. The data released by Statistics Korea in 2015 shows that there was the higher increase in female employees than the figure of the male workers, compared to the previous year. As it can be seen, female workforce was emerged as the new growth power; Nevertheless, the working environment and conditions haven't meet the demands from women despite the gradual rise of female job seekers inspired by their wish to achieve self-realization, gender equality. To conclude, this is to suggest the plans for the foundation and management of small-scale carpentry studios so that women, who have a degree in furniture design studies and wish to resume their careers after their long breaks, start their own carpentry studios so as to reach self-realization and feel satisfied with their work while earning their livelihoods.

The Korean fashion industry is composed of originality, technique and business management. It is going to be the main role in the living and cultural industry in 21th century as a strategic advanced industry. On the other hand, more than 15,000 persons who majored in correlated fashion are graduated from universities, colleges, and fashion schools every year. But professional and competent persons specialized in clothings are very insufficient. So cultivation of the talented for fashion industry must be suitablely and differentially carried out, according to regional distinction or characteristics of each university, college level, institute and so on. At same time, it is for the subdivided professional educations in fashion field, also. Education institutions related fashion have to practice not only theory but also field-oriented education of fashion industry. The fashion enterprise must invest resolutely in reeducations for incoming and reading employees, too. Briefing the program of cultivating the competent as follows : (1) The execution of certification programes based on professional job series. (2) Cultivation of the talent by cooperation of industry and educational field. (3) Upbringing the specialists who have both abilities of foreign language and living cultural profession. (4) Establishment of a base oriented north-east Asia as the central fashion business. (5) Efficient using of multi-media. (6) Innovation of technology. (7) Preferential treatment of skilled labors apparel industry field. (8) Establishment of the Korean Society of Fashion Business for a bridge of industrial-educational complex and government, for cultivation of the talent. The programs of 'cultivation of the talent' must be differed from to whom', 'what', 'how long'. But the commonness in all is to need the stimulative education and creativity. Through it, 'what and how think' and 'how application' to all directions is acquired.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a theory on the early childhood caring experience of North Korean refugee mothers and how such caring affects how they deal with the socio-psychological problems they face as North Korean refugees. Methods: Data were gathered by indepth interviews, participant observation, and medical records, and were analyzed using the Grounded Theory methods of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Results: From open coding 62 concepts, 23 subcategories and 11 categories were derived, and the North Korean refugee mothers' caring experience was revealed to be 'hopeful upbringing'. A central theme common to the participants was 'coexistence of expectations and worries'. Conclusion: The results of this study provide theoretical grounds to understand North Korean refugee mothers' child care experiences and offer personalized nursing and a deeper understanding of their needs by looking at their experience. Findings may also be useful to help nurses who care for North Korean refugee mother-child dyads in the community and in clinical settings to gain insight on this special needs group, and facilitate the development of interventions based on better understanding of the mothers' experiences.

This study focuses on analyzing the design industry in creative industry in the context of upbringing growth engine of regional development policy and strategy. This research probe the spatial characteristics and inter-organizational network structure change from 2000 to 2010 using social network analysis(SNA) in terms of structural, spatial and temporal aspects. first, with the statistical data of design industry, this research evaluate spatial distribution and agggglomeration compared with 16 cities and 7metropolitan scales in Korea. Next, the group of density in the knowledge network of design industry explained with the spatial characteristics and inter-organizational network evolution in time series. After considering the government policy and strategy providing as a result of establishing regional innovation center strengthen cooperation among industry-university-research center.

Cultural Content Industry, a core industry based on knowledge, is becoming an economic model making new benefits by adding human creativity, imagination, sensitivity and style in to information technology. Cultural Contents Industry representing cultures of each countries is facing major changes towards a new competitive industry of each nation. Cultural content of a country is upbringing new contents power developing into a new industry by flattening the barriers within nations. But cooperations face difficulties in launching the industry because of limited information about the current market and lack of understanding in cultural differences. In order to solve this problem, this paper aims to create global network leading to increase of export and creation of new market with cultural contents and train local specialists. In order to search for the ways to maintain Korean contents in other nations and expand exportation. cooperations invite leading cultural contents groups to South Korea, let the groups experience Korea's contents. Cooperations initiated invite training, dispatch training by Korean companies and international students training. The purpose of this paper is to support education system, ETS-CS(Educational Training System for Contents Specialist) and analyse practices applied in the field to develop a better cultural contents industry.

Along with trends of other countries, the Ministry of Information and Communication in Korea decided to operate an Information System Audit Institution for raising qualify of computer network facilitated in state organ and public institution, and to construct effective construction of information system. The aim of the audit institution is applying it to public information business, establishing an information system audit qualification system, and upbringing Private audit organs. The Ministry of Information and Communication realized that although the demand of information system area audit is explosively expanding, the National Computerization Agency cannot satisfies the demand and realize to have audit control for the information of national business as well. The Objective of this Study is to Prove the Effectiveness of a Smart Water Management(SWM) Technology. The SWM Technology can Reduce the Production Cost using Internet of Thing(IoT) Technology that Utilizes Remote Metering of Consumer's Water usage and Reduce the Leakage of Supply Facilities. The SWM Demonstration Model Installed a Remote Water Leakage Sensor, Smart Metering and Micro Multi Sensor in Water Supply Facility, and Provided Real-Time Monitoring of the Operation Status. Consumers can be Provided the usage of Tap Water and the Water Puality through a Smart Phone Application. At this Time, we Surveyed Whether Consumers save the Tap Water or Drinking Directly using the Tap Water usage Information. Also, this Study is to Verify the Degree of Improvement of Water Supply Rates and Drinking Water Rate, and to Decrease Consumer's Complaints, Operating Costs, and Water Consumption by the SWM Technology. It is also Established a SWM Model Combined with the IoT Sensor at Supply Facilities, operator monitoring system and explored recovery solution detected events. It means the upbringing of the domestic water industry by developing the related technologies and spreading the SWM to advanced levels.
