본 논문에서는 기존 지문 인식 시스템에서 사용하는 특이점 추출 알고리즘과 매칭 알고리즘을 개선한 알고리즘들을 설계하고 구현함 으로서 새로운 지문 인식 시스템 개발에 목표를 두었다. 현재, 이진화된 지문 이미지를 표현하는 자료구조인 Union and Division을 고안하였고, Union and Division에 기반한 특이점 추출 알고리즘을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 특이점 추출에서의 과다한 추출 단계로 인하여 발생되는 문제점들을 줄이기 위하여 기존의 6 단계인 특이점 추출 과정을 개선하여 3단계로 줄이면서도 정확성을 높이는 특이점 추출 알고리즘을 적용하였다.

In this paper, we introduce a recursively-defined natural join operation as well as well-known object composition operations (union, intersection) for composing CAD database objects. Then, we will discuss how to realize these operations by the message passing computing mechanism. Next, we will discuss what kind of behaviours (methods) are preserved under our natural join operations. Finally, we investigate mathematical properties about the relationships among several object composition operations (natural join, union and intersection).

The GPS/levelling geoid calculated from GPS survey that data at 123 bench marks represents an appropriate regional geoid of the southern Korean peninsula. The GPS/levelling geoid fits best to the geoid calculated from the EGM96 geopotential model of degree and order to 360 with RMS difference 0.176 m. The good agreement of the GPS/levelling geoid with the EGM96 geoid suggests that the bench mark network is well established in Korea and the EGM96 geopotential model well represents the gravity field in the southern Korean peninsula.

Theory and observations relating to the photoelectrons are reviewed. The photoelectrons play a very important role in the photochemistry and energetics of the upper atmosphere. It is a dominant heating source for the ambient electrons in the ionosphere. This paper covers the solar EUV flux calculation, local photoelectron production rates and the two-stream approximation of the photoelectron transport in the upper atmosphere. Some data are compiled and tabulated for reference.

New scouring agent which was stable up to 50% NaOH 350g/l has been developed for simultaneous CPB/silket treatment of N/C union fabric. The physical and dyeing properties of N/C union fabric treated with new scouring agent were measured. Fabric scoured and Mercerized by one bath CPB/silket process showed almost the same degree of Mercerization and K/S value with two bath process.

Soft sets are fantastic mathematical tools to handle imprecise and uncertain information in complicated situations. In this paper, we defined the hybrid structure which is the combination of soft set and complex number representation of intuitionistic fuzzy set. We defined basic set theoretic operations such as complement, union, intersection, restricted union, restricted intersection etc. for this hybrid structure. Moreover, we developed this theory to establish some more set theoretic operations like Disjunctive sum, difference, product, conjugate etc.

Park et al. introduced the concept of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, which can be seen as an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainties. In this paper, we introduce new operations such as restricted union and restricted intersection and study their basic properties, and deal with the algebraic structure of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. The lattice structures of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are constructed.

The European Union(EU) bas enacted a series of directives including the Directive on Electronic Commerce and started harmonizing the national laws in this area. As a result of this effort, Electronic, Commerce bas been vitalized as a part of Information Society Services. This article would be helpful to analyze the new legislations of the EU and to show their essentials as seeming free movement of goods and services by Electronic Commerce in the community. Therefore, this article would be useful to draw up a plan of South Korea Legislations on Electronic Commerce.
