중학교 통계단원에 대한 스토리텔링 학습 자료의 수업 적용 효과 (Effects on storytelling materials of statistics in the middle school classroom lesson)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze effects on storytelling materials of statistics in the middle school classroom lesson. For this purpose, a story is developed by the Zazkis & Liljedahl's model and applied to the 7th graders of 4 classes in a middle school. After the comparison between 5 hours of storytelling lessons and ordinary lessons, the following research findings are obtained. First, storytelling material brings a positive effect on student's academic achievement. It is also shown by the qualitative analysis that this result was caused by cognition of data observation, data transformation, and unification of data with context. Second, storytelling material brings a positive effect on student's affective attitude. It is also validated by the qualitative analysis that students show the positive change in mathematical value cognition and the interests in the lesson.

  • For bringing about a revolution in studying the classic literature the positivism must be overcome and the imaginative power about the history, literature and religion must be exercised. The theme of the monk-mask-play had been interpreted from the both viewpoint; the traditional mask play is the profane drama, but, on the other hand, it is the sacred drama. Judging from the social viewpoint, the sexual union of the old monk and the beauty symbolizes the reconciliation between the governing class and the production class. Judging from the viewpoint of the equalitarianism, that symbolizes the harmony of a masculinity and a femininity. Judging from the viewpoint of the education, that symbolizes the unification of reason and sensitivity. Judging from the viewpoint of the religion, that means the resurrection.

남.북한 중학교 과학과 교육과정 및 교과서 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of the Science Curriculums and Textbooks of Middle School in South and North Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse the subject organization and teaching units of middle school science curriculums and science textbooks, by studying the organization of subject matter and content scope and level of middle school science subject in South and North Korea. As a result of this study, the composition, scope, and level of content between middle school science textbooks in South and North Korea were similar. However, the study found that science education objectives, separated science curriculum subject organization, economical efficiency weighted format and organization of science subject matter, result-centered experiments, the enlightenment of Kim Ilsung and his son in North Korea science education were very far from the desirable direction of science education. Therefore, the view on level-based curriculum and organization of the science curriculum should be integrated, and preparation of student-centered organization of textbooks and expansion of science-technology-society content is needed before unification. And also, the united Korea science curriculum shouldn't simply compromise or neutralize between middle school science curriculum in South and North Korea. They should make a future-oriented plan for information and globalism society.

지역사회 자원을 활용한 지속가능발전교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용 (The Development and Application of Education for Sustainable Development Program Using Community Resources)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an education for sustainable development(ESD) program using community resources in Paju and to investigate the influences on ESD competencies of 6th graders. The community resources used were Unjeong lake park, environmental circulation center, environmental management center, currency museum, butterfly museum, experience center for peaceful unification, Yulgok arboretum, and Jangsan observatory. The newly developed program was related to creative-experience activity and composed of 15 sessions for 6th-grade class in elementary school, including all of the environmental, economic, and social aspects of ESD. Two classes of the 6th grade were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The results to examine the effects of the program were as follows. First, it was proven that ESD program using community resources did not help improving the perception and function competencies of learners except for the thinking abilities. Second, it contributed to the improvement of learners' attitude competencies, especially in self-reflective attitude and other-oriented attitude. Also, according to in-depth interview, the students were constantly developing their values for sustainable development, reflecting their thoughts and behaviors in a reflective way and improving their attitude toward life.

추가령 열곡 영평천 하류 단구지형의 형성과정 (Geomorphic Processes of the Terraces at Lower Reach of Yeongpyeong River in Chugaryeong Rift Valley, Central Korea)

  • 한탄강의 지류인 영평천 하류에는 T4면에서 T1면까지 4단의 단구 지형면이 확인된다. 이 일대에는 신생대 제4기에 영평천의 하구로부터 약 4.5km까지 용암류가 역류하여 용암댐에 의한 고호소가 형성되었다. 본 논문은 성동리에서 궁평리까지의 영평천 하류에 분포하는 단구면의 퇴적층에 대한 층서 및 퇴적물 분석과 OSL 연대측정을 통하여 단구지형의 형성과정을 검토하였다. 가장 오래된 T4면은 용암대지 하부에 위치한 고호소 이전의 하성층이다. T3면과 T2면은 $3{\~}4m$ 이상의 두꺼운 모래층으로 이루어져 있고, 그 하부에는 역층이 존재하며, 상부 모래층은 내부에 수평의 점토층이 교호하고 있어, 용암댐 고호소 상태에서 이루어진 호성단구로 파악된다. T1면은 하상 비고가 가장 낮고 퇴적물이 신선한 것으로 보아서 용암댐 개석 이후에 형성된 하성층으로 보인다. T3면에서 실시된 OSL 연대측정의 결과, 퇴적층의 형성시기는 약 $3{\~}4$만년 전으로 측정되어, 이 일대는 용암댐 형성이후 3만년 전까지 호소 상태였던 것으로 추정된다.

북한의 치의학 교육 시스템을 통해 고찰해 본 남북한 치의학교육 통합방향에 대한 시사점 (A study on the North Korea's dentistry education system and its implication on the direction for integration of South and North Korea's dentistry education)

  • There are big differences in dental education system between South Korea and North Korea. In North Korea, there is no college of dentistry and official license system and thus, dentists can treat a patient right after graduation from medical school. There are also positions such as paradentists capable of providing dental treatments, whereas such positions do not exist in South Korea. In this regards, in order to get ready for the United Korea, we need to establish a system designed to complement the differences in dentistry education and license system between South and North Korea. Such system would help to minimize the social cost in relation to the unification in near future.

  • The aim of this study is to determine a way to make mathematics textbooks after Korea is reunited. For this, the analysis of curriculum in SouthㆍNorth Korea must be made before unification. Therefore this study compares and analyzes the contents, organization and mathematics terms used in the latest middle school textbooks(1995-1996). And it also compared and contrasted the two textbooks while determining the best points of each. In this way, this study will be a very useful guide for making new educational curriculum and new mathematics textbooks after South and North Korea be unified.

북한의 수산법체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on System of Fisheries Act in North Korea)

  • South and North Korean fisheries cooperation has not been attained since 1950's political situation, and the major fishery resources of Korean peninsula also has not been cooperatively managed by South and North Korea. Furthermore, the species inhabiting the Korean peninsula region with commercial value are usually maintaining the single ecosystem which requires for cooperative management of fishery resources for continuous fishery. Therefore, in order for South and Korean fishery industry to develop the political situation to a rational direction, present condition of North's fishery industry must be accurately understood and acknowledge in its point of issues, also as level to prepare for future unification, reform and reaction of long-termed and well organized South and North's fisheries program must be arranged.

우리나라 방사선사 과잉공급 해결방안 (Restructuring Enrollment Quotas of College for Radiological Technologists)

  • 본 논문에서는 보건의료인의 한 직종인 방사선사의 수요와 공급관련 문헌을 조사하여 방사선사를 양성하는 대학과 전문대학의 방사선(학)과의 입학정원 조정방안을 제시하였다. 오영호 등이 연구한 보건의료인력 중 장기 수급추계연구에서 방사선사는 2015년에 1,134명 ~ 2,052명의 공급과잉 현상이 전망되고, 2030년에는 12,632명 ~ 14,196명의 공급이 과잉될 것으로 전망되었다. 방사선사 공급과잉문제를 해결하기 위해서는 방사선사 교육기관의 정원 외 신입생을 5%이하로 모집하여 방사선사 응시자를 308명까지 감축하고, 3년제 방사선사 양성 교육기관을 4년제 교육기관으로 학제를 일원화하여 매년 방사선사 응시자 387명을 감축하고, 가칭 한국방사선사평가원을 설립하여 대학과 전문대학의 교육여건을 평가하고 최소한의 수준에 미달하는 대학의 방사선사 응시자격을 제한하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 방사선사 관련단체뿐만 아니라 관련된 보건의료인 단체와의 협력이 필요하다.

한반도 평화와 번영시대에 부합하는 군 정신전력 교육 발전방안 (A study on development strategies for military spiritual education complying with the era of peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula)

  • This study focused on how to supplement and develop military spiritual education in response to promotion of peace and prosperity and Change of Security Environment on the Korean Peninsula. In order to succeed in the peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula policy, Strengthening the military spiritual education is necessary. This study was analyzed through the survey and the results are as follows: First, the awareness level of military spiritual education is more than 68%. Second, the satisfaction level of education has been quit motivated, but, the respondents demands various methods of eduction. Third, the current mental power scores showed no significant difference for environmental change. In addition, based on the results of the research, the problem of military spiritual education is as follows. It is not enough to secure the identity that can firmly support the era of peace and prosperity on the Korean peninsula. Poor budget support might hinder improving poor education facilities and outdated equipment. Furthermore, there is a lack of research on future-oriented educational system in support of traditional education methods of repetition-type repeated education and unification. Therefore, we deducted the following development strategies for the military spiritual education in this paper. First, it is necessary to strengthen the military spiritual education to support the era of peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula. Second, for enhancing educational environments, the educational facilities and equipments should be improved by understanding the characteristics of the education target. Third, the integrated management of military research institutes specialized in military spiritual education should be pursued as a system development for ensuring the continuous effect of education. In conclusion, continuous attention and research are needed to establish national perspective and national security perspective, raise the military spirit and utilize various education development programs in order to develop efficient military spiritual education in the future.
