  • The purpose of study was understanding necessity of environment design for underground parking lot in residential design plan and grasping design plans of 'Activity Support' that considerate women, exclude women's unsecured feeling at underground parking lot. The inquiry analyzed 6 design plan in design competition that considerate women according to precede studies, a theory of CPTED, a design guide for wayfinding, and survey. A ramp, circulation, entrance, lighting, ventilation, and space design plan are proceed on this study The result are as below. First, a rectilinear figure ramp suits entrance plan on the circulation, but if it is not possible, cross-using of rectilinear and curvilinear figure ramp plan is desirable. Second, on the circulation plan, vehicles circulation plan and equality parking distribution plan got accomplished generally, and help senses of direction because it is planed network systemize. On a large scale underground parking lot, simplify parking circulation to convenience entrance and exit for weak in sense of direction. Third, the shape and material that‘s environmentally conscious will be in use to the entrance plan. As the first stage to the underground, artwork that women prefer can modulate the rejection of underground space. Forth, natural lighting system and ventilation can make the environment-friendly space, decrease the women’s rejection to the underground, it can also keep a natural watch on the space. Fifth, on the space design plan, it can use bright and comfortable design of wall and ground to decrease the women‘s rejection, also it is useful to the sense of direction. LED indirect lighting plan that 58.7% of women prefers on survey reflects women’s state of desire that bright and atmosphere. In addition, proper use of plans that subsidiary facilities, rest area with Sunken, and nature-friendly material can minimize differences of underground and ground parking lot.

지하주차장 차량하중에 따른 구조체의 영향분석 (Structural Analysis of Underground Parking Garage Under Vehicle Load)

  • Accumulation of more than 20,000,000 vehicles since the establishment of the quality of life and economic development needs several parking lots and cause crack problem in Korea. Related structures in large cities due to the lack of parking garage attached to secure underground parking structures are actively being built, and the basement parking lot will continue to increase more stories and the trend is expected to be larger. But so far, construction of the underground parking structure is related to a number of problems, including cracks in the structure. Therefore, in this study, repair, reinforcement and a few non-economic losses in the current design criteria are presented. The review of the structure used to current design criteria is to minimize crack and maximize usability.

공동주택 주차공급 및 관리방안 연구 (A Study on the Parking Supply and Management Strategics for Multi-Family Housing Sites)

  • 공동주택 입주자들의 자동차 보유율의 급증으로 인한 공동주택 단지에서의 주차란에 대하여 정부에서는 그간 주차장 공급강화 정책으로 일관하였다. 하지만 주차장 공급강화는 기존 공동주택에서의 주차란 완화보다는 신규 공동주택 주차장 공급에 치중되어 있으며, 일률적 공급규정은 다양한 개발여건에서의 주차 수요에 대처하기에는 한계가 있고, 공동주택 단지의 녹지 면적 감소를 초래하고 있다. 또한 차량을 보유치 않은 입주자와 차량을 2대 이상을 보유한 입주자들과의 주차장 사용 형평상에 문제가 제기되고 있으며 지하 주차장 건설에 따른 주택원가 상승의 가장 큰 요인으로 작용하여 저소득층의 주택구매에 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내·외 공동주택 단지에서의 다양한 주차장 공급 및 수요관리방안 분석을 통하여 다가오는 21세기의 국내 공동주택 주차장 정책 방향을 제시에 목적이 있다. 연구결과 전국의 공동주택에서는 도시규모, 주택평형, 단지규모, 준공년도 변화에 차이 없이 다양한 주차공급방식 도입, 주차전용제 실시, 1가구 2차량 주차 이용료부과, 단지내 주차장 증 가 및 단지주변 민영·공영주차장 활성화 외부차량 불법주차단속 강화를 통하여 현재의 공동주택 주차란에 대처하기를 원하고 있다. 특히 주차란이 매우 심각한 중형 및 소형 공동주택과 중소도시 소재 공동주택에서는 대도시 소재 공동주택 및 대형 공동주택보다 지자체에 의한 다양한 주차장 공급방식 적용과 철저한 불법주차단속을 통하여 현재의 주차란에 대처하기를 적극적으로 원하고 있어 주택규모 및 도시규모 변화에 따른 차별적 공동주택 주차장 공급 및 관리방안시행이 요망된다.

  • This Paper aims for analyzing the effect of opening types on wind-driven ventilation performance in basement parking lots of apartment. The scale model of basement parking lot was made, wind tunnel tests conducted. Wind pressure of three opening types was measured, wind pressure coefficient calculated. As the result, it showed that the air flow pattern of stack type opening was strongly changed by wind direction, but it was almost not at scuttle vent type. But, as for the difference of wind pressure coefficient, stack type opening was more than the other two types.

공동주택 지하주차장 확대 리모델링 개략 공사비 산정 모델 개발 (Development of Basic Construction Cost Estimation Model for Expansion of Underground Parking Lot Remodeling in Apartment Housing)

  • 공동주택 주차장 리모델링 공사비는 전체 리모델링 공사비의 대략 20%를 차지한다. 지하주차장 공사비를 알면 전체 공사비 예측이 가능한 것이다. 공사비 산정 시 참고하는 표준품셈은 리모델링 공사비 산정에 적용하기 곤란하여 리모델링 공사의 특징을 반영할 수 있는 공사비 산정 모델이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 리모델링의 특징 및 설계 요소를 반영하여 개략 공사비를 산정하는 공동주택 지하주차장 확대 리모델링의 개략 공사비 산정 모델을 개발하였다. 선행 연구 고찰 및 전문가 자문을 통해 지하주차장 리모델링 공사의 Activity를 37개 도출하였다. 리모델링 설계도면이 확정되기 전 개략 공사비를 산정할 수 있도록 Activity 별 물량 산출식 및 단가를 제시하였다. 전문가 자문을 통해 공사비 상승에 영향을 미치는 요인 13개와 요인 별 가중치를 결정하였다. 리모델링 사례단지 3개를 개략 공사비 산정 모델에 적용한 결과, 정확도는 평균 93%로 나타났다.

층고 절감을 위한 하이브리드 보의 휨 거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Flexural Behavior of Hybrid Beam of Reduced Story Height)

  • 아파트의 지하주차장은 보 아래로 각종 설비 배관이 배치되기 때문에 층고가 $300{\sim}400mm$ 정도 추가로 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 설비 배관에 의한 층고 증가를 방지할 수 있도록 설비 배관이 배치되는 부분의 깊이를 줄이고 대신 강재 보를 매입하여 보강한 PC 보의 상부를 현장콘크리트로 타설하여 마무리하는 하이브리드 보 (hybrid beam)를 제안하였다. 그리고 이 하이브리드 보의 휨 거동을 검토하기 위해서 강재 의의 형상, 보의 깊이를 줄인 부분의 길이, 시공 단계 및 콘크리트 양생 후인 합성 단계, 슬래브 및 전단연결재 포함 여부 등을 주요 실험 변수로 실물 실험체 9개를 제작하고 휨 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 하이브리드 보는 합성 단계인 경우 강재 보의 형상, 보의 깊이를 줄인 부분의 길이, 슬래브 및 전단연결재의 포함 여부에 관계없이 설계 내력을 상회하는 우수한 휨 거동을 보여주는 것을 확인하였다. 시공 단계에서는 구조적 안정성 및 시공 품질의 확보를 위하여 가설 지지대 (support)가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

Energy and Air Quality Benefits of DCV with Wireless Sensor Network in Underground Parking Lots

  • This study measured and compared the variation of ventilation rate and fan energy consumption according to various control strategies after installing wireless sensor-based pilot ventilation system in order to verify the applicability of demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) strategy that was efficient ventilation control strategy for underground parking lot. The underground parking lot pilot ventilation system controlled the ventilation rate by directly or indirectly tracking the traffic load in real-time after sensing data, using vehicle detection sensors and carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) sensor. The ventilation system has operated for 9 hours per a day. It responded real-time data every 10 minutes, providing ventilation rate in conformance with the input traffic load or contaminant level at that time. A ventilation rate of pilot ventilation system can be controlled at 8 levels. The reason is that a ventilation unit consists of 8 high-speed nozzle jet fans. This study proposed vehicle detection sensor based demand-controlled ventilation (VDS-DCV) strategy that would accurately trace direct traffic load and CO sensor based demand-controlled ventilation (CO-DCV) strategy that would indirectly estimate traffic load through the concentration of contaminants. In order to apply DCV strategy based on real-time traffic load, the minimum required ventilation rate per a single vehicle was applied. It was derived through the design ventilation rate and total parking capacity in the underground parking lot. This is because current ventilation standard established per unit floor area or unit volume of the space made it difficult to apply DCV strategy according to the real-time variation of traffic load. According to the results in this study, two DCV strategies in the underground parking lot are considered to be a good alternative approach that satisfies both energy saving and healthy indoor environment in comparison with the conventional control strategies.

고속철도의 합리적인 광역도시 통과방안 (Rational high-speed railway plan for passing through metropolis)

  • After the historic opening of the first section of KTX(Korea Train eXpress), it has been made changes three times in a plan to pass through cities of Daejeon, Daegu in the construction of the high speed train's second section(underground${\to}$ on ground${\to}$ under ground${\to}$ on ground). Thereafter, it has been repeatedly argued that the plan to pass through underground caused many problems such as prevention of an accident in tunnel, the difficulty of maintainence, the disadvantage of passengers' moving line. Thus construction on ground plan is coming up again with relation to the interest among local people. There have been lots of national budget loss, construction period delay in this project and people hardly trust policies about national project and nor do engineers. It will be presented that the railway line which is accorded with the characteristics of region, an agreement with local communities about national project, the reasonable procedure to determine how to pass through cities, resolve the conflict among neighborhood, and the role of engineers.

  • Recently, construction in downtown is often done closely at the adjacent building. In this case, underground construction need to Basement Composite Wall(BCW) construction. However, generally, during the construction process of BCW form works have many problems that are narrow working space and inefficient time consuming. Despite of these problems, there was no quantitative research for the work time of BCM assembly. Therefore, in this study, work time of CBW form assembly in underground construction is identified by the work analysis. The results of this study reveal that buttress work of basement form take lots of time in the entire work process of Basement Composite Wall form assembly.

반밀폐공간에서 발생되는 차량용 수소연료탱크 폭발 실험 (An Experimental Study on the Explosion of Hydrogen Tank for Fuel-Cell Electric Vehicle in Semi-Closed Space)

  • Recently, Korea has established a plan for the supply of hydrogen vehicles and is promoting the expansion of the supply. Risk factors for hydrogen vehicles are hydrogen leakage, jet fire, and explosion. Therefore Safety measures are necessary for this hazard. In addition, risks in semi-closed spaces such as tunnels, underground roads, and underground parking lots should be analyzed. In this study, an explosion experiment was conducted on a hydrogen tank used in a hydrogen vehicle to analyze the risk of a hydrogen vehicle explosion accident that may occur in a semi-closed space. As results, the effect on the structure and the human body was analyzed using the overpressure and impulse values for each distance generated during the explosion.
