A ubiquitous refers to the integration of the existing documentation. cyber space, and high-tech digital technology into a wireless terminal through ubiquitous computing and network technology. With the ubiquitous environment, a library and museum can extend its roles and functions all the more, and expectedly results in internal and external great changes. The purpose of this study was to examine the changed forms and contents of a ubiquitous-library/museum. Specially, We wished to forecast change that occur in museum user service and government official management side.

While an information system and administration for an application that a user contacts with raise a head by an important problem, a system approach and methodology for administration are mentioned. Authentication technology of various configuration is used, but non-efficiency by complicated authentication administration and operation inappropriate use are for a successful expansion of various and new business of wire/wireless environment. In addition, under the mobile computer environment with different authentic method each other, it is difficult at all to expect flexible and continuous service. Under the ubiquitous computing environment, It is very important thing plan to research and develop compatibility and the side of variance authentication plan that preservation characteristics are helped. Hereby, This paper look around an requirement items and authority mechanism for the administration and the operation mechanism of the distributed authentication considering expansion possibility of the ubiquitous computing environment not only fixed computing environment but also mobile computing. In future, we expect it by can guide positive participation about distributed authentication technique of the genuine ubiquitous environment.

It is important that ubiquitous technology changes paradigm of thought, not simple definition in the 21st digital era. Characteristics of ubiquitous computing are pervasive, disappearing, invisible, calm through environment. As IT Technology develops, designers, computer scientists, chemists, performance artists cooperate in order to find out the best way to make desirable digital clothing in the future, with the merit of each part. Digital clothing defines clothes of new generation equipped computer, digital installations. Digital clothing design demands intercept of electromagnetic waves, light-weight and esthetic appearance, for it is attached high-technology equipment near body. The purpose of this study is to analyze design features of digital clothing according to ubiquitous characteristics. The methods of this study are documentary research of previous study and case study. In the theoretical study, ubiquitous characteristics are function-intensive by convergence, interactivity, embedded mobility and human & emotion-oriented attributes. Based on ubiquitous characteristics, digital clothing design classified function-intensive design by convergence, design for Interactivity and multi-sensible & emotion-oriented design, because embedded mobility is a basic element of ubiquitous environment. The early days digital clothing design is function-intensive design, and have esthetic appearances and design for interactivity increasingly. Recently digital clothing design is expressed multi-sensible and emotion-oriented design.

Recently, the application area of wireless LAN(Internet) and CDMA have been increased, rapidly. Bridge monitoring system using this ubiquitous Computing Technology can bring more convenience of bridge maintenance and management. This paper present a automatic data acquisition, control and processing technology through this concept, and check system applicability to the concrete bridge completed. Finally, The preventive bridge monitoring through the application of this system will progress in technology and make civil infrastructure more safe and useful.

Domestically, study for the network mobility support technology which is the key technology for future ubiquitous computing realization have progressed, but that is Insufficient. Especially, there is no study for independent mobility support study about railway wireless network. So, this study propose network mobility management technology for mobile network infra in railway and proper network model in train.

Ubiquitous is an agriculture revolution, the Industrial Revolution, the fourth revolution to equal an information revolution are Ubiquitous. Development of technology in the $20^{th}$ century has made great contributions to women's lives. With the development of digital convergence, home network, and DMBs (Distance Method Bracings), the ubiquitous technology information era is expected to create a new progressive era for women. The purpose of this study is to investigate the lifestyle that Korean women would like to pursue, especially in regards to the sense of value within the personal and social life of each individual. As a method to suggest how the socio-cultural trends of women's lifestyle will change in the ubiquitous era, qualitative interviews have been conducted over 6 groups with 77 persons between the digital ages of 20s and 30s, living in Seoul. The majority had positive opinions regarding the economic, cultural, emotional, and physical prospects of the ubiquitous information environment. Results show high expectations evolved around freedom from household chores, the equality between the sexes (at home and in society), enhancing the working environment at home, an expansion of human relationships leading to creative knowledge, being able to maintain a single life without economic constraints, and the enjoyment that the internet provides. for suggestions to improve the quality of women's lifestyle through ubiquitous technology, issues such as individual based customization, time management, creating emotional hyperspaces, multi-media communication systems, and women as leaders were studied.
