u-Healthcare integration between ICT and healthcare service is able to utilize effectively for people's healthcare anywhere and any time. The purpose of this study is to explore the perception and influence factors on intention to use u-Healthcare service of physicians and staffs working for medical institutions. Ninety eight(98) valid cases have been collected for this study. It is also analysed by SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0M3. Empirical findings provide important insights as follows: firstly, performance expectation, effort expectation and social influence positively influence intention to use u-Healthcare service; secondly, perceived risk negatively influences usage intention, and finally, performance expectation, effort expectation and perceived risk are moderated by voluntariness.

This study is intended to examine the types of U-public service that can be introduced to the public sector by making an empirical analysis on Chungju City public officials. Specially, to analyze the public officials' recognition of the types of ubiquitous public service that can be introduced to the public sector, this study investigates the utility and necessity of ubiquitous information technology when making use of it in terms of administrative concepts. To achieve study purpose, this study examines what type of U-public service is highly likely to be applied and basically has to be applied when ubiquitous information technology is applied to the current environment of Chungju City in stages.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to propose the utilization plan of Ryodoraku in the U-health care systems. Methods : Computerized literature searches were performed for Ryodoraku related articles using the following databases: KISS, RISS, DBPIA, NDSL from 1990 to Oct 2010. Search terms were '양도락' or 'Ryodoraku' or 'U-health'. Due to Ryodoraku coming from Japan, additional literature review(articles published by 2008) on Japanese journal of Ryodoraku medicine was done for compensation. Results : 1. Introduction of U-health : As rapid progress of population aging and strong interest in health, the demand for the traditional Korean medical service is increasing. Until now healthcare service has provided post treatment by face-to-face manner. But according to related researches, proactive treatment is resulted to be more effective for preventing diseases. Particularly, the existing healthcare services have limitations in preventing and managing chronic geriatric degenrative diseases such as metabolic syndrome, CVA, coronary heart diseases, parkinson's diseases, degenerative joint disease, spondylosis, etc., because the cause of the above is complex and even related to life habit. As the advent of ubiquitous technology, patients with the chronic geriatric degenrative diseases can improve life habit such as poor eating habits and physical inactivity without the constraints of time and space through u-healthcare service. Therefor, lots of researches for u-healthcare service focus on providing the personalized healthcare service for preventing and managing that. To cope with this situations, The concept of u-healthcare service should be adopted in the traditional korean medicine and diagnostic devices suitable for it should be also devised and developed based on traditonal korean medine. 2. Review of existing Ryodoraku related articles for applying to U-health : articles investigating feasibility applying Ryodoraku to meridian diagnosis and raising problems of it, articles providing recent research trends of Ryodoraku, Ryodoraku related articles considering usefulness for U-health, and articles confirming the repeatability and reproducity of Ryodoraku were included. Based on the review of the above Ryodoraku related articles, several application of Ryodoraku in the U-health care system. Conclusions : To make preparations for the increasing need of traditional Korean medicine due to rising morbidity rate of chronic geriatric degenerative diseases, it is necessary to appropriately apply Ryodoraku to the U-health care system. The application of Ryodoraku is as follows. 1. To use Ryodoraku additionally to the established diagnostic device of metabolic syndrome, CVA, coronary heart diseases, parkinson's diseases, degenerative joint disease, spondylosis. 2. To apply Ryodoraku to the symptoms or diseases having a tendency to be diagnosed by correlation between the affected meridian and the lesion such as headache, nuchal pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, sciatica, HNP, etc. 3. To secure the repeatability and reproducity of Ryodoraku. 4. To devise and develop Ryodoraku appliance in order to overcome the known drawbacks and to improve error of measurement.

In this paper, we attempt to investigate the factors influencing usage and acceptance of ubiquitous services in campus, based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). This study conceptualizes and develops three dimensions of u-Services, such as real time service, information security, customization service, and tests the relationship among u-Services, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Data were collected from 162 respondents in K-University and research model was tested using multiple regression analysis. As a consequence, this study found that customization service is an important factor which is influenced to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

Recently, Urban has been innovated through u-City and Smart City. Urban facility management system is developing using the latest IT technology for real-time monitoring and prevention. In this paper, we propose an UOID(Unique Object IDentification), a standard location-based ID system for urban facility object and develop the UOID service system based on network for innovation of urban facility management system. The system has been tested through Test-bed for connectivity and stability. We wish that the proposed UOID and network service system manages u-City facilities effectively and also provides various ubiquitous services to the citizen, one of the integrate service of u-City platform.

U-health services have been progressed as treatment and management for specific diseases and prevention services for providing the behavior management to customers according to the increase in chronic patients. The conventional U-health services provide required services and bio-information monitoring only through remote diagnoses and counsels and that represent limitations in preventing and managing metabolic syndrome patients like chronic patients. Thus, in this study a multi platform based U-health service model for managing the health of chronic patients is proposed. The multi-platform based U-health service model can provide continuous health information, diet, and exercise services regardless of the location of customers through PCs and smart phones. In addition, it is able to provide prescription services to doctors and nurses using a CDS (Clinical Decision Support) module based on clinical information. Doctors can identify the life pattern of patients through a behavior modification program and provide customized services to patients. The U-health service model provides effective services in multi-platform environments to customers and that will improve the health of chronic patients.

The output of Korea's livestock industry represents about 40% of the total agricultural production, making it the most high value-added sector in the entire agricultural and forestry industry. However, the fatal epidemics such as foot-and-mouth disease and avian influenza spurs demands for the advanced management of livestock production with IT technologies. U-Livestock means the application of ubiquitous technologies to livestock production. In this study, U-Livestock service models are established on the basis of the life cycle of livestock by using local and overseas cases. The objectives, contents, and structures of service models are required to be designed in detail respectively. The integration of such service models is expected to he1p modernize the livestock industry and raise the productivity of sector.

In this study, services for promoting health were provided to kindergarten children. As u-Health services for children, services centered of positioning of children are provided. However, since problems related with obesity and mental health are increasing day by day due to westernized eating habits, the necessity of physical and mental health care for children is on the rise. Considering this state, in this study, experiments of u-Health services under the concept of wellness were conducted on kindergarten children. For physical health, the children's obesity was controlled and for mental health, services of diagnosing hyperactivity disorder which is a sub symptom of ADHD were provided. Based on the results, it could be identified that parents' satisfaction and children's health conditions were improved.

u-City is a new concept and phenomena of applying Information & Communications Technology(ICT) into real cities in Korea. In order to effectively integrate a city with high-tech ICT infrastructure, cutting-edge ICT is being integrated into physical urban environments from the planning and construction stage of a city. There are positive expectations regarding its effect on urban planning and citizens' lives. However, construction of u-city has technical limitations as well as institutional obstacles. This paper aims at identifying problems of current u-city practices and suggesting appropriate solutions for those problems. To do so, it first collects opinions from diverse experts. Then, it draws problems and suggests solutions in terms of u-infrastructure, u-service, policy and implementation process.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the present situation and legal problems of u-health. U-health plays an important role in enlarging the healthcare service and making the healthcare service efficient. The use of Korean excellent IT technology can lead us to a world wide competitive healthcare industry. Although u-health has the weakness in privacy protection, the usefulness and convenience of u-health is great. Therefore we must analyse the legal issues of security technology, RFID, telemedicine and EMR pertaining to u-health and construct the appropriate legislative structure to resolve the legal problems of u-health.
