The direction of application of the RMF-based risk management system considering interoperability (상호운용성을 고려한 RMF 기반의 위험관리체계 적용 방향)

  • The RMF (Cyber Security Risk Management Framework) is a more strengthened U.S. defense cybersecurity framework that is currently used throughout the U.S. federal government beyond the defense sector. In the past decade, the proportion of cyber warfare in non-regular warfare encountered by the United States, especially cyberattacks caused by China and North Korea, has been increasing. In the end, the U.S. is newly establishing an RMF system to prepare a more strengthened cybersecurity policy at the pan-government level, and the U.S. Department of Defense aims to expand the U.S. defense RMF evaluation policy beyond the federal government level. The South Korean military has already applied RMF at the request of the U.S. that notified the policy to apply RMF when obtaining F-35A. The application of RMF by the Korean military is no longer inevitable. Now is the time for the Korean military to seriously think about what to prepare for the early establishment of a successful Korean RMF system.

  • The trade dispute between China and the U.S. began before Corona and is easing at this time by bringing new changes to the pendemic, and the development of the Chinese manufacturing industry has increased interdependence between the U.S. and China. However, the overall global trade should be less than before pendemic, and Korea's response strategy should be made serious at this time.However, new changes are taking place again these days. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Shanghai, China, new changes are expected to occur in China's industrial chain. As the Chinese government strictly creates quarantine figures for COVID-19, many factories and companies among industries are forced to close for a while. As economic globalization and division of labor continue to deepen, multinationals choose suppliers and industrial chains within the world to form a global supply chain structure to pursue cost minimization and profit maximization. China is an indispensable part. Whether it is China, the U.S. or Korea, it can be a risk and an opportunity now.

  • The technology conflict between the U.S. and China is deepening recently. The U.S.-China battle began as a national security issue but is comprehending as a U.S.'s check for China's rapid technological advancement. China is rapidly growing in several indexes including R&D expenditure, patent application, and publications, and is challenging the U.S. in 5G and Artificial Intelligence. In 2018, Huawei became the largest 5G network/equipment provider and second largest smart phone manufacturer in the world. Now, Huawei is outperforming at AI chipset manufacturing, Bigdata analysis and cloud, positioning to become a critical player in the 4th industrial revolution. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of recent Huawei issues to Korean SMEs focusing on the relation between Huawei and Korean companies; the cooperation status from the Global Value Chain (GVC) perpsective, and Korean government's policies related to Huawei's information security issues will be the three main frames for the analysis. Then, this research proposes policy implications such as increasing Korea's competitiveness in manufacturing and information security.

An empirical study on the service quality of uTradeHub though Kano model and customer satisfaction coefficient (Kano 모형과 고객만족계수를 이용한 uTradeHub 서비스 품질에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, service quality attributes of uTradeHub were classified based on the Kano model, and quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub were investigated using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient(CSC) and average satisfaction coefficient(ASC). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of classifying service quality attributes based on Kano model, 12 one dimensional qualities, 5 must-be qualities, 2 indifferent qualities were deducted, and many quality attributes of uTradeHub service were confirmed to be one dimensional quality to which is needed to be paid attention and paid more detailed attention to enhance service quality. Second, in the analysis result using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "efficiency of business processing" were ranked in the top of satisfaction coefficient, and they found to be quality attributes that customer satisfaction increases when service quality was satisfied. While, "post processing for problems and complaints", "interaction", "ability to respond promptly when problems occur" were ranked in the top of unsatisfaction coefficient, and they were analysed to be quality attributes that customer complaints increase when service quality was unsatisfied. Third, in the result of analyzing the quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub based on the average satisfaction coefficient(ASC), "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "useful information" were ranked in the top 3, and they were classified as quality attributes that the satisfaction level increases more when they are improved than now, but the satisfaction level decreases when they are worsen.

  • This study is aimed at proposing a new type of ubiquitous decision support system (u-DSS) portal which is embedded with two important mechanisms like an intelligent ontology management module (i-OMM) and multi-agent coordination mechanism (MACM). The proposed portal provides timely decision support to the involved decision entities (represented as agents) by taking advantage of the two mechanisms embedded on the portal. The most important virtue of the proposed portal is that it can resolve two problems such as semantic discordance and data confliction which are occurring very often in an ubiquitous computing environment. Frequent requests of revising the already established decision information due to the rapid changes in decision entities' requirements require the extremely flexible and intelligent u-DSS vehicle like theproposed mechanism. In this sense, the i-OMM is designed to provide support to solving the semantic discordance in the way that the i-OMM virtually integrates ontology view (IOV) to integrate heterogeneous ontology among the agents engaged inubiquitous commerce situations. Then the i-OMM sends the IOV to the MACM to resolve the conflicts among the involved agents. The proposed u-DSS portal was applied to the u-fulfillment problem in which all the involved decisionagents need their own requirements to be satisfied seamlessly and timely. The experimental results show that the proposed u-DSS portal is very robust and promising in the field of u-DSS and context modeling.

  • This study try introduce a cell manufacturing form and to make the productivity in a conveyor line manufacture for the customer requirement and market change. The case research from JIT theory that made the model to make a productivity enhance through the cell line in a conveyor line and U-line.   • In the field of financial technology, it is the U.S. initiative, and Japan is obliged to flattery in many respect. Currently Japan is in a too much defenseless situation that the economic structure is based on U.S. theory, In the conventional stochastic theory, it is also face that the prediction sometimes does not hit in the actual problem because it assumes a known probability distribution, none of which illustrates the real situation. A new research and development of management prediction support system is proposed based on fuzzy measures, that deals with the ambiguous, subjective evaluation by the people living in the real world well. Especially, the system will support venture, small and medium companies.

  • Today's firms exist and run business in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment in terms of industry, market, technology, economic conditions, and culture. To be competitive, at least to survive, firms must cope with and manage uncertainty effectively. In other words, firms should be equipped with powerful weapons to capture competitive advantage over their competitors. There are several ways for a firm to capture competitive edge over its competitors such as cost leadership, quality of the products and services, manpower, higher productivity, and technology. Analysis on the Causes and Countermeasures of Sino-US Trade Friction

  • The study attempts to investigate the causes of Sino-U.S. trade friction in recent years and provides countermeasures accordingly. The import and export volume of two countries, the product structure of China's export, the 337th Act lawsuits related to China, the industries involved in trade friction, and the G-L Index of Sino-U.S. Products are analyzed in detail. The causes of Sino-US trade frictions are discussed from the aspect of mercantilism and trade protectionism, interest groups and governments' trade policies, Chinese product structure, intellectual property protection in China, and performance of Chinese enterprises in litigation. Based on these, countermeasures are put forward. China needs to implement industrial upgrading, increasing the added value of products, and improving intellectual property protection. A trade friction warning system also needs to be constructed. The Chinese government needs to carry out strategic dialogue and international negotiation.

  • 최근 U-City와 같은 유비쿼터스 지능 공간 (Ubiquitous Smart Space, USS) 개발이 추진됨에 따라 USS 요구 분석 방법론에 대한 필요성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 SDLC, UML 등과 같은 기존 정보시스템 요구분석 등 개발 방법론은 상황인지 에이전트 시스템 등과 같은 USS 특유의 환경을 고려하지 못해 USS 요구 분석 방법론으로 그래도 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 USS 개발을 위한 요구분석 방법론으로서 기존 UML에 상황인지, 에이전트 시스템의 특정을 고려하여 수정된 UML(Amended UML)을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 As-Is Space 와 To-Be Space 로 나누어 요구 분석을 하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 요구 분석 방법론의 활용가능성을 보이기 위해 국내 쇼핑몰 내 실제 USS 서비스 개발에 적용해 보았다.
