  • USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)의 인프라 기술은 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 다양한 서비스를 창출하고 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 기술로 정착하고 있다. 산업분야에서는 관계적 협업이 중시되는 비즈니스 환경에서 실시간 기업이 되기 위해 RFID, EPC 네트워크 등의 기술을 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적용한 u-SCM으로 적용할 수 있다. 웹 서비스 환경에서 u-SCM을 적용하면서도 고차원의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 u-SCM프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 SCM에 적용한 u-SCM 프로세스를, 비즈니스 프로세스 표준언어인 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language)을 적용하여, 각 업무프로세스를 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 효과적으로 통합하여 적용하도록 하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 기업, 조직 간에 적재적소에 실시간 데이터를 수집하고 접근 및 분석하여, 업무 프로세스의 중단이 없도록 u-SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링 하는 것이 가능하도록 하며, 향후 u-SCM프로세스 수행 결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다.

  • 기업의 생산 패러다임의 변화는 ERP에서 SCM으로 SCM에서 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 기능을 추가한 e-SCM으로 변화했다. 정보기술이 빠른 속도로 발전함에 따라 현재는 e-SCM에서 u-SCM으로 변화하고 있다. u-SCM이란 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous) 컴퓨팅을 SCM에 적용하는 것으로 컴퓨팅과 무선 네트워크 기반 기술인 RFID, 다양한 센서감지를 이용한 태그, 하드웨어, 임베디드 운영체제, 무선센서 네트워크 통신기술을 통해 기업 내 모든 자원의 흐름을 관리할 수 있다. 즉 기업 내부, 외부를 포함하는 전체적인 관점에서 지속적인 프로세스 개선과 정보의 실시간 전달을 통해 업무 지연요소를 최소화하고 의사결정의 스피드를 높여 경쟁력을 극대화 한 기업(Real Time Enterprise)을 실현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM에 RFID를 도입하면 정확히 어떠한 시너지효과가 있고 기업 측면에서 RFID 도입 시 어떠한 사항들을 고려해야하는지에 대해 알아보고 마지막으로 SCM에서 RFID의 역할과 향후 SCM상에서 RFID의 발전방향에 대해 논한다.

  • This paper is mainly about the development of u-warehouse management system by using RFID in SCM environment. We developed a web-based real-time u-warehouse management system centering to manufacture enterprises by analyzing the process before and after the adopting of RFID technologies in warehouse management, deducing the standard application process which adopts RFID technologies in SCM environment.

  • USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)의 인프라 기술은 여러 센서를 이용하여 사용자의 요구사항을 처리 및 동작하는 지능화된 상호운용성 네트워크로서, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 다양한 서비스를 창출하고 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 기술로 정착하고 있다. 설치의 간편성, 저전력, 저가격, 확장성, 내장성의 특정을 가지고 있는 USN은 많은 센서들의 이질적인 데이터와 사용자를 위한 다양한 멀티미디어 정보 그리고, 장치간의 상호운용을 위한 제어 정보 등이 포함되며, 산업분야에서는 RFID의 기술과 함께 기존 기업의 ERP, CRM, SCM 등 애플리케이션과의 호환성 확보를 통해 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, USN 을 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적용하여 SCM 상에서의 프로세스 모델링 연구를 하였다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 SCM 에 적용하는 u-SCM을 공급단계에서 시작하여 소비자관리 및 분석의 프로세스로 모델링 및 구축하였다. 부품공급/조달물류관리, 생산관리, 재고/유통/발주관리, 소비자 관리 및 분석 프로세스를, 소규모 센서의 서비스 환경 탑재 및 감지, 위치 측정 등의 감지 센서들을 이용한 센서 노드(node)의 정보 습득, 무선 센서 네트워크 통신을 이용한 추출된 감지 정보 통신, USN 서버의 관리 및 정보의 저장과 분석 등으로 USN 기술을 이용한 u-SCM 의 관리 운영의 프로세스 모델로 제안하였다.

  • Recently, the market of fiber and apparel industry is rapidly changing from producer to consumer oriented. This trend emphasizes the necessity of SCM systems being able to do flexible correspondences to the market changing through synthetically reflecting consumers' various needs and a variety of patterns. However, because traditional SCMs manage their supply chains being based on bar code systems from the production to the distribution, they are suffering from the needs of real time information sharing and have their essential restrictions in the response to the environmental changes of the market and consumers' needs. This paper suggests a new RFID based u-SCM system optimized into the fiber and apparel industry. The proposed system has the benefits that through basing on RPID can collect information of the production and the distribution real time and make better use of it and connect to the legacy systems organically via Web services and rapidly respond to the market changing and consumers' needs. Through implementation, it is demonstrated that the proposed system can effectively facilitate them.

  • Most companies in automobile part industry need a SCM (Supply Chain Management) system under the cooperation with suppliers for assembling a automobile. Automobile part industry has a industry feature of hierarchical structure like 1st, 2nd, 3rd vendors. Recently, new cases to implement RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology appear in various areas required for integrated information system. Especially, supply chain environment in automobile part industry turns toward ubiquitous computing environment. Most companies in automobile part industry are interested in implementing RFID-based supply chain management system, which makes them shorten the business process, share the transaction information, and enhance the collaborative relationship between trading partners. This paper intends to implement RFID technology in the physical distribution area of automobile part industry such as warehousing, delivering, inventory management. The purpose of this paper is to improve the collaborative relationship of supply chain network using RFID applied to u-SCM system in ubiquitous computing environment. The contribution of this paper is to suggest a new system approach to transform existing business process into new business process through designing and implementing a RFID based SCM system using UML techniques.

  • The u-SCM to persue unification of the whole Supply Chain through ubiquitous computing and technical interface is raised its head for enterprise to secure endless competitive advantage and grow up constantly. This can be especially a matter of primary concern for business process elevation on various industry. The other side, The Traceability Service propelled both nationally and internationally is propelled specific industry to offer visibility and traceability of each manufacture on supply chain related to induce RFID, but standard Traceability Service Architecture isn't decided yet. This paper propose Model of Product Traceability Service which is based on EPCglobal Network to be the whole world standard architecture for the sake of efficient and perfect manufacture management on entire supply chain based on RFID.

  • This paper analyzed the SCMS and pilot policy, which is pursued by the U.S. government in connected vehicles. SCMS ensures authentication, integrity, privacy and interoperability. The SCMS Support Committee of U.S. government has established the National Unit SCMS and is responsible for system-wide control. Of course, it introduces security policy, procedures and training programs making. In this paper, the need for SCMS to be applied to C-ITS was discussed. The structure of the SCMS was analyzed and the U.S. government's filot policy for connected vehicles was discussed. The discussion of the need for SCMS highlighted the importance of the role and responsibilities of SCMS between vehicles and vehicles. The security certificate management system looked at the structure and analyzed the type of certificate used in the vehicle or road side unit (RSU). The functions and characteristics of the certificates were reviewed. In addition, the functions of basic safety messages were analyzed with consideration of the detection and warning functions of abnormal behavior in SCMS. Finally, the status of the pilot project for connected vehicles currently being pursued by the U.S. government was analyzed. In addition to the environment used for the test, the relevant messages were also discussed. We also looked at some of the issues that arise in the course of the pilot project.

A Study on Friction Welding of SM45C to SCM4 Steel Bars and the Fatigue Properties (SM45C와 SCM4의 마찰용접 및 피로특성에 관한 연구)

  • A study on friction welding of carbon steel bar (SM45C) to chrome molybedenum steel bar(SCM4) is examined experimentally through tensile test, hardness test, microstructure test and fatigue test. so, this paper deals with optimizing the welding concitions and analyzing various mechanical properties about friction welds of SM45C to SCM4 steel bars. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1) For friction welded joints of SM45C to SCM4 steel bars, the total upset(U)increases linearly with an increase of heating time ($t_{1}$) till 6s. 2) The determined optimum welding conditions are heating time ($t_{1}$)2s, upsetting time($t_{2}$), 3s, heating pressure($p_{1}$), 4kgf/$mm^{2}$(39.2MPa), upsetting pressure($p_{2}$, 8kgf/mm$^{2}$(78.4MPa) and rotating speed(N), 2, 000rpm when the total upset(U) is 3.4mm, resulting in a computed relationship between the joint tensile strength .sigma.$_{t}$ (kgf/mm$^{2}$and the total upset U(mm); .sigma.$_{t}$ =$0.21U^{3}$ - $3.38U^{2}$ +17.03U + 66.00 3) As the elongation is increased more and more, the fracture position becomes away from weld interface and the fractures are similar to those of SM45C. Fracture is taken place on SM45C side. 4) The weld interface of two dissimilar materials is mixed strongly, and the heat affected zone is about 2.0mm at SM45C while about 2.7 mm at SCM4 side. Therefore, the welded zone and heat affected zone are very narrow, comparing with those of the joints welded by the other welding methods. 5) The fatigue strengths at N=10$^{6}$ cycles of SM45C, SCM4 and friction welded joints are 23kgf/$mm^{2}$, 33kgf/$mm^{2}$(220.5 MPa), and 22.5kgf/$mm^{2}$(220.5MPa) respectively, and fracture at friction welded joint takes place at the side of SM45C. 6) The hardness of the friction weld interface is 3 times higher than that of base metal. 7) Fatigue strength of friction welded joint is higher than that of base metal. 8) Notch sensitivity factor of friction welded joint is lower than that of base metal.
