본 논문에서는 u-헬스케어 응용 서비스 지원을 위한 액티브 모델 기반의 서비스 컴포넌트를 제안한다. 서비스 컴포넌트는 헬스케어 응용 서비스의 개발을 지원하기 위해 기능을 세분화하여 구현하였다. 특히, 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크를 기반으로 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스에 분산객체 기술을 이용하여 통합된 환경에서 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하는데 중점을 두었다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 서비스 컴포넌트를 헬스케어 홈 모니터링, 모바일 모니터링, 웹기반 모니터링과 같은 헬스케어 응용 서비스에 적용하여 수행 결과를 보인다. 또한 응답시간과 네트워크 부하와 시스템 부하에 대한 성능 평가 결과를 보였다.

The purpose of study is to develop a home nursing care project model suitable for Korea's heath care system and policy directions for expansion and establishment of home nursing care. Method: The first, status of home nursing care program in medical institution and public health center was evaluated respectively in view of structure, process and performance. And then, issues of the program were analyzed in view of accessibility, safety, and sufficient supply. The second, demand projection of home nursing care according to income level and technical level of service that is needed to the subject was tried. In addition, the level of supply for home nursing care at present was estimated. The third, home nursing care program in advanced countries (Japan and U.S.A.) was examined. Result and Conclusion: Community-based home nursing care program is developed into public-operation model and private-operation model from above the sub-subject result. Functional network for referral system among related institutions is built up to meet various needs, regardless of accessibility to distance and economy. And prior settlements and policy directions for expansion and establishment of home nursing care are suggested.

최근 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 및 모바일 통신기술의 발달에 힘입어 헬스케어 시스템에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 센서네트워크 기반의 u-Healthcare 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현한 u-Healthcare 시스템은 댁내의 무선 센서네트워크, 원격지에 위치하는 헬스케어센터 및 센싱한 생체선호를 헬스케어 센터로 전송하는 게이트웨이 등 세 부분으로 구성된다. 환자의 생체신호를 측정하기 위하여 3 채널 ECG센서, 맥박산소 농도계, 혈압 센서 등 세 가지의 센서를 이용하였다. 각 센서는 mote에 탑재되어 있으며, mote는 센성된 생체신호를 Zigbee 통신을 이용하여 베이스 노드로 전송한다. 베이스 노드는 수신한 신호를 헬스케어 센터로 보내게 되고 헬스케어센터는 이 선호를 다양한 알고리즘을 이용하여 분석하고 처리한다. 처리된 결과를 표준 데이터베이스와 비교하여 식이요법, 운동요법 등 적절한 처방을 환자에게 SMS 또는 웹으로 전송한다. 이렇게 함으로서 환자는 주기적으로 자선의 건강을 체크하여 관리할 수 있으며, 경증의 건강상의 문제로부터 자신의 건강을 유지할 수 있게 된다.

본 논문에서는 수동이중성형 구조의 광통신망에 적합한 WDM/SCM 다중접속 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 제안된 망의 구조는 노드들을 그룹화하여 부허브(sub-hub)로 연결하고 부허브들은 다시 중앙허브(central hub)에 연결된 이중성형구조를 가지고 있다. 각 그룹에는 WDM 채널이 home 채널로 할당되어 있고, 각 노드는 패킷의 수신을 위한 고유의 SCM 채널이 할당되어있다. 제안된 프로토콜은 망내의 노드수가 아닌 그룹수 만큼의 슬롯으로 프레임을 구성하기 때문에 슬롯을 기다리기 위한 패킷의 평균지연을 줄일 수 있으며, 이중성형구조의 망구조를 이용하여 데이터 패킷의 전송을 위한 제어패킷의 전파지연을 중앙허브와 송신 노드간의 전파지연이 아니라 부허브와 송신 노드간의 전파지연으로 제한하여 패킷의 전파지연을 줄였다. 해석적 모델과 시뮬레이션에 의한 성능 비교로부터 프로토콜 분석의 타당성을 검증하여 망의 수율 및 패킷의 평균지연 성능이 우수하며 높은 채널 활용도를 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

오늘날 디지털 기술은 네트워크 및 무선 통신 기술의 발전과 함께 크게는 U-City, 작게는 U-헬스케어를 가능하게 하였다. 이전까지 개발되어온 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크(USN) 기술이 네트워크 구성과 무선 통신의 성능 향상이라면 지금은 이 기술을 하나로 합천 가정, 공장, 병원 등 실생활에 활용하는 응용 어플리케이션을 지향하고 있는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이에 발맞추어 이더넷 네트워크 연결이 가능하고, 다른 가전기기를 제어할 수 있는 임베디드 리눅스 기반의 서버 플랫폼과 환경 정보 수집을 위해 다양한 센서가 부착된 Zigbee 센서 보드를 개발해 USN 환경을 구현하였다. 이러한 서버와 노드의 구성으로 인터넷이 연결되어 있는 곳이라면 어디서나 환경 데이터를 얻을 수 있고 카메라를 통해 출입자를 점검할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 원격 제어 할 수 있다.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

It is essential to investigate the structure and the main characteristic of Home USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technologies in built ubiquitous environment while designing future residential space. For this study, three different housing types have been selected to implement ubiquitous technologies for residential space; those are regular, elderly, and single residence units. It is certain that efficiency of ubiquitous home design is improved if main components of each specific housing type are analyzed precisely in digital way and design models are prepared accordingly. Ubiquitous technology, in conclusion, has to be applied not on)r with systematical mechanism or electronic setting but in human-centered atmosphere as well, keeping with deep consideration for bio-housing service factors in eco-friendly surrounding; we call this Ubiquitous Humanism.

스마트 기술의 확산으로 인하여 개인용 기기와 사무용 기기 가운데 많은 제품들이 스마트 기능을 탑재하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 사용자들의 작업을 원격지에서 시행할 수 있는 시대를 열고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리 주변에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 멀티 플러그에 스마트 기능을 추가하여 언제 어디서든 무선 네트워크 기술을 통하여 가정에 설치된 멀티 플러그를 조작할 수 있도록 하는 스마트 멀티 플러그 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 기존의 멀티 플러그가 갖는 한계를 보완하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트 멀티 플러그는 스마트 기기에서 원격으로 언제 어디서든 플러그를 조작함으로써 노약자나 어린이 등 스스로 전원장치의 작동이 어려운 사용자에게 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며 u-Farming, 테라리움, 스마트 홈 등 원격으로 전원장치의 관리가 필요한 분야에서 폭넓게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

As a way to serve housing information providing on internet will be a useful method in the near future in Korea. This study was planned to review the housing information on internet network which provided by U. S. .University CES(cooperative extension service) Comparative analysis was used as a Research method in terms of contents and items about housing information on internet provided by U. S. university CES during two weeks each in August 1997 and July 1998. Findings are as follows; Universities providing housing information and information items had been remarkably increased during one year since August 1997. Most of housing informations except one university CES were free to use in 1997 but three university CES among 12 universities showed only the title of items with charge amounts in 1998. Informations about 'Housing Management' and 'Environment' items were the large parts of the housing information in 1997. In 1998. 'Environment' items were remarkably increased. Items bout insects and mildew removing were large portion of the 'Housing Management'. Items about energy saving water and air quality were large portion of the 'Environment' These findings will be useful to develop items of housing information on internet network with Korean language which should be compensated by the survey research.
