This paper aims to study on the relationship of u-Security service, usefulness and citizen satisfaction. Independence variable is u-Security service, a mediation parameter is usefulness, and dependent variable is citizen satisfaction. Using SPSS 18.0, a series of factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis have been performed. The conclusion is as following. First, u-Security service affects usefulness. That is, as publicity safety, system quality, service quality increase, usefulness increases. Second, u-Security service affects citizen satisfaction. That is, as publicity safety, system quality, service quality increase, citizen satisfaction increases. Third, usefulness affects citizen satisfaction. That is, as economic usefulness and security usefulness increase, citizen satisfaction increases. Last, u-Security service has direct and indirect effect in usefulness and citizen satisfaction. That is, usefulness is an important variable that mediates u-Security service and citizen satisfaction.

최근 정보기술과 유비쿼터스기술을 바탕으로 도시를 미래화하는 유비쿼터스도시(U-City)구축이 범 국가적으로 추진되고 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 2008년 9월 25일 유비쿼터스도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률 시행령을 발표하였으며, 유비쿼터스도시서비스(U-City Service)를 크게 행정, 교통, 보건 의료 복지, 환경, 방범 방재, 시설물 관리, 교육, 문화 관광 스포츠, 물류, 근로 고용 등의 분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 제공하고 운영 및 관리하는 시설로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터(U-City Management Center)는 다양한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 효과적으로 연계하여 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 도시정보를 통합, 분석하고 제공하는 유비쿼터스도시 핵심기능을 담당한다. 하지만 이러한 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터의 구축은 운영조직구성, 운영비용확보, 통합서비스 제공방안, 법 제도 정비 등의 해결과제를 가지고 있어 구현방안에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터에서 기본적으로 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스도시서비스 유형을 제시하고 정의한다.

This study started with necessity of historical spatial planning skills in U-city planning. Though U-city technology and information are very important, U-city development should be considered on the base of various experience of spatial planning. This study explored spatial planning indexes change in the recent newtown plans. In particular, safety and security were intensively analyzed. In addition, many theories on safe urban space, ubiquitous technology, traditional defensible space, and CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) are compared. The findings are as follows. First, each planning is not integrated and there is lack of network among each planning. Specifically, from the crime prevention perspective, there is only mechanical monitoring such as CCTV without architectural approach. Even though CCTV is social needs, it is necessary to adopt it with architectural environment in order to improve the synergy effect of spatial planning and non-spatial planning.

Recently, the government aims to discover and provide services to citizens on the development strategy for activating the U-City. So, this study aims to offer a service discovery direction by analyzing the service issues and trends. The target is newspaper article about U-City Service from 2009 to 2014. Prepared 723 newspaper article for analysis. Next step is frequency analysis of keyword and used that result for Network analysis and measure of information. Network analysis can show result through "Degree Centrality", "Betweenness Centrality" and "Closeness Centrality". As a result, "Information", "IT", "Environment", "Technology", "Center" is higher than another. These 5 keywords are important factors for driving the U-City the past six years. Information measurement results, Already U-City were put an emphasis on building the infrastructure and able to identify a trend that provided the center of the public service. Those Service field are "Tour(2009)", "Crime prevention and Disaster Prevention(2010)", "Facility Management(2011)", "administration(2012)" and "Facility Management(2013, 2014)". Result of this study found implications what on citizen participation. So, services field on the existing infrastructure should be discovered and provided. Finally, this study can expected to be a reference in the local government planning for U-City.

이동통신망을 활용하여 사물과 사물간의 연결(Connectivity)을 제공하는 사물통신 서비스를 M2M이라 하며, 이는 인구수의 제약을 넘어서는 신규 가입자시장이다. M2M은 원격측정, 감시, 제어, 관제 등의 기능을 제공하며, 사물과 현장의 정보를 수집하는 센싱부와 이를 전달하는 광역통신망 및 수집정보의 가공, 처리, 통제하는 서버시스템의 3요소로 구성된다. 이를 위해서 기기, 센서, 통신모듈, 통신 및 IT등 다양한 전문Player의 협업을 필요로 하는 Value Chain을 가지고 있다. M2M 시장은 고정물, 이동물, 차량 및 대인시장으로 구분할 수 있으며, 전력, 수도 등 검침, 보안방범, 재난재해관리, 환경감시, 차량관제, 대인 위치추적 등 다양한 분야에서 적용되고 있다. 국내 M2M 시장은 지난 10년간 지속적인 성장을 계속하고 있으나 급속성장 및 활성화를 위하여는 소규모 세분시장의 한계를 극복하고 규모의 경제를 달성할 수 있는 방안의 모색, Value Chain내 다양한 Player간 Win-Win 협업체계의 강화, 높은 QoS에 의한 서비스 안정성 및 도입운영의 용이성 제고, 초기도입 비용장벽의 완화 등이 필요한 것으로 분석된다. 향후 높은 성장 잠재력을 가지고 있는 M2M 시장은 참여자들의 창의적인 대상시장 발굴과 가치의 제공을 통하여 상생 발전의 선순환을 도모할 필요가 있다.

현대사회에서는 도시민의 삶의 질 향상과 관련하여 어메니티의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 특히 도시의 위생 및 안전과 관련된 환경, 방범 방재, 교통, 치안 등 공공부문의 경우 효율성과 안정성이 담보되어야 한다. 그러나 기존 도시들의 경우 각 부문의 운영이 독립적으로 이루어짐에 따라 도시 운영상의 비효율적 요소들이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 U-City 구성요소 중 도시통합운영센터의 체계적인 관리 및 운영을 통해 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 도시통합운영센터를 위해서는 도시전체를 통합운영, 관리하는 운영방안을 통해 도시의 분산 운영 및 관리에 따른 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 각 유관기관의 운영체계를 유기적으로 운영할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 도시통합 운영업무에 있어 이해관계를 갖는 유관기관, 조직, 부서 등을 도출하고 각각의 역할과 업무에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 도시통합운영센터는 도시별 조건이 상이하여 기본적인 공공 분야에서는 기능적인 공통점을 가지고 있지만, 운영기관이 다르고 분야 및 책임, 이해관계로 인해 통합모델로서의 제시가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 기존 도시통합운영센터 및 유사기능수행조직의 운영 사례를 분석하고 이를 중심으로 도시통합운영센터 운영조직의 구성과 기능에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 기존 도시통합운영센터 운영 사례분석에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 U-City 도시통합운영센터를 대상으로 현황 파악 및 문제점을 도출하고, 유사기능수행조직의 운영지침 또는 운영사례 분석을 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터 운영방안을 위한 운영조직의 구성과 기능을 제시한다.

In this paper, Zigbee/PLC gateway system is designed for Ubiquitous health care. A protocol conversion algorithm for smooth information exchange between Zigbee and PLC communication has been implemented on the gatway. If a moving object is detected by wireless sensor, the data is transmitted to gateway. Zigbee/PLC gateway analyzes received data and transmits to Power Line Communication for real-time monitoring. Implemented system is can support elder who lives alone activity analysis, crime prevention system, Home network service.

In this paper, we proposed a distributed gateway for ubiquitous healthcare system. We also designed and implemented protocol conversion and processing algorithms to exchange a seamless information, the bio signals between the databases and the receiving devices from ZigBee to gateway and from the gateway to database and network. The distributed gateway system consists of the bio signal acquisition, ZigBee modules, distributed databases, and gateways. The bio signals detected by the ZigBee module are sent to the gateway. The distributed gateway analyzes the data being transferred, sends those to the receiving devices, and lets the authorized personnel access. The proposed system can be utilized in various fields including activity analysis for the elderly, security systems, home network service, and so on.

건설교통부는 국가미래에 대비해 실질적으로 기여할 수 있는 전략적이고 중장기적인 실효성 있는 R&D 혁신 로드맵인 VC-10 사업을 진행하고 있다. 이 과제의 핵심 기술 중에 하나인 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크는 초소형 센서들로 구성된 망으로써 환경 및 재난 재해, u-City 건설, 스마트 하이웨이, 방범 및 국방, 시설 관리, 유통, 등과 같은 다양한 분야에 사용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회의 핵심 요소이다. 이것은 실시간 네트워크를 통해 전송 또는 관리되고 언제, 어디서나, 어떠한 대상과 의사소통이 가능한 지능형 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 하는 기존의 시스템들은 특정분야를 위한 독자적인 프로토콜이나 저전력 통신을 제공하는 ZigBee 기반으로 설계되었기 때문에 소규모 범위에서만 서비스 제공이 가능하며 시스템간의 연동이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크간의 연동성을 고려한 대규모 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하여 다양한 분야로 서비스할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 여기서 모니터링 대상은 국토의 지반, 환경, 그리고 도심지역 등이다. 이렇게 제시된 방안은 국내실정에 적합한 모니터링 시나리오를 작성하여 테스트베드를 구축 시에 요구된 사항들에 대한 정당성을 입증한다.
