The present work develops an expert system for detecting and predicting the crude oil types and properties at normal temperature ${\theta}=25^{\circ}C$, by evaluating the dielectric properties of the fluid transfused inside glass fiber reinforced epoxy (GFRE) composite pipelines, by using electrical capacitance sensor (ECS) technique, then used the data measurements from ECS to predict the types of the other crude oil transfused inside the pipeline, by designing an efficient artificial neural network (ANN) architecture. The variation in the dielectric signatures are employed to design an electrical capacitance sensor (ECS) with high sensitivity to detect such problem. ECS consists of 12 electrodes mounted on the outer surface of the pipe. A finite element (FE) simulation model is developed to measure the capacitance values and node potential distribution of ECS electrodes by ANSYS and MATLAB, which are combined to simulate sensor characteristic. Radial Basis neural network (RBNN), structure is applied, trained and tested to predict the finite element (FE) results of crude oil types transfused inside (GFRE) pipe under room temperature using MATLAB neural network toolbox. The FE results are in excellent agreement with an RBNN results, thus validating the accuracy and reliability of the proposed technique.

In the mechanistic-empirical trackbed design of railways, the resilient modulus is the key input parameter. This study focused on the resilient modulus prediction model, which is the functions of mean effective principal stress and axial strain, for three types of railroad trackbed materials such as crushed stone, weathered soil, and crushed-rock soil mixture. The model is composed with the maximum Young's modulus and nonlinear values for higher strain in parallel with dynamic shear modulus. The maximum values is modeled by model parameters, $A_E$ and the power of mean effective principal stress, $n_E$. The nonlinear portion is represented by modified hyperbolic model, with the model parameters of reference strain, ${\varepsilon}_r$ and curvature coefficient, a. To assess the performance of the prediction models proposed herein, the elastic response of a test trackbed near PyeongTaek, Korea was evaluated using a 3-D nonlinear elastic computer program (GEOTRACK) and compared with measured elastic vertical displacement during the passages of freight and passenger trains. The material types of sub-ballasts are crushed stone and weathered granite soil, respectively. The calculated vertical displacements within the sub-ballasts are within the order of 0.6mm, and agree well with measured values with the reasonable margin. The prediction models are thus concluded to work properly in the preliminary investigation.

Nursing organization culture is common patterns of believing, thinking and behaving resulted from a variety of experiences and interaction nurses in the same setting. This study was performed based on the assumption of existence of different subcultures within meta-culture, to identify the differences of subculture among 5 nursing units and to analyze the relationship between nursing organization culture and organizational commitment In this study, two kinds of instruments were used. One was the instrument of nursing organization culture developed by researcher through literature review and interview with nurses. The other one was Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire to measure organizational commitment of nurses. Both of them were structured with 5 scale. The answers were analyzed using SPSS program. The results were as follows : The meta-culture of the nursing organization culture was the people stable culture. There were significant differences in people development culture and people stable culture among 5 nursing units and all 5 units had different culture score. Especially, emergency room had strong development culture, and stable culture was dominant in operating room. Other units except emergency room and operating room had high scores in people stable culture than other culture types, but revealed different distribution. There were significant differences of the nursing organizational culture types -people development, task development, people stable, task stable-among 5 units. Four types of nursing organizational culture consisted of competing values in one organization. Nurses's organizational commitments were sign ificantly different among the units. The score per ceived by nurses who work in emergency room, operating room and leu was higher commitment score than that of medical/surgical nursing units Nurse's commitment to nursing organization was also related to total work period as nurse in any setting and work period in this hospital. Organizational commitment was significantly different among the nursing culture types, indicating that the scores of developmental culture were higher than stable culture. In conclusion, there were many different subcultures in nursing organization. In subculture, the organizational commitment was different. Therefore, the change of nursing organization culture or nursing unit culture needs to be considered to hire, give orientation, teach. and reallocate nurses efficiently. Research on nursing organization culture using both qualitative and quantitative method needs to be further considered. Furthermore, the strategy in nursing organization culture for nursing administrator to manage human resources efficiently and to change nursing unit effectively, needs to be developed.

Objective: This study carried out base research to build an agricultural safety monitoring system through ICT convergence to reduce safety accidents and enhance welfare in life in the agricultural field. Background: The functions and values of rural villages as the space of living are recognized anew, but occupational accident rate due to farm work accidents is on the rise each year. Therefore, the seriousness of such a problem emerges. The convergence technology combining ICT is recently applied to industries overall, and therefore better services are offered. However, studies on ICT convergence has not yet been applied to the agricultural safety field. Method: This study identified ICT convergence service technology trends and representative serious accident types mainly occurring in agricultural activities. This study defined the major factors of farm work accidents and ICT to solve those accident factors including the sensor technology, wired/wireless communication technology and location information service, and applied them to prototype PCB for the development of an agricultural safety monitoring system. Results: This study proposed an emergency monitoring system for farmers and a harmful environment monitoring system. The ICT technology to prevent farm work accidents can be summarized as sensing technology, ICT and network technology and user interface technology. This study also designed PCB module configuration and situation judgment algorithm as basic research for proposed monitoring system development. Conclusion: The ICT-based agricultural safety monitoring research proposed in this study is expected to become the basis to build a future real time monitoring system, and also is expected to contribute to social safety and welfare service improvement for farmers. Application: The ICT convergence farmer accident prevention system will make contributions to the prevention of serious farm work accidents.

Objectives: By law, companies in Korea must periodically measure workers' exposure to harmful chemicals (the system is called the Work Environment Monitoring Program (WMP)[a]) and report the results to the government. The government also measures exposure to monitor the WMP's reliability (called Reliability Assessment (RA) for WMP[b]). The issue is that measured data from these two sources are so different that the objectivity of WMP needs to be confirmed by comparing the results using the European Centre for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals' Targeted Risk Assessment (ECETOC TRA). Methods: Step 1: Data collection from WMP reports submitted by companies (n=586) and RA for WMP written by the government (n=33). Step 2: Data Standardization by key information included. Step 3: Data conversion to input-variables required to run the ECETOC TRA model, and run the model with specific data (n=514) which meet the predetermined exposure scenario. Step 4: Statistical data analysis by process category (PROC) and ventilation type from each source ([A] and [B]). Step 5: Additional analysis of any unexpected results. Results: The process categories of the production and handling of Dichloromethane were classified into 12 PROCs, and ten of them were selected to run ECETOC TRA. Modeled values tended to be higher than measured values from both sources. For the measured values from WMP, RCR distribution by PROC was narrow (0.197-0.267, 95% CI) and did not have a relationship with ventilation type, which differs from the tendency of the modeling result. Meanwhile, the measured values from RA for WMP were relatively widely distributed (0.301-1.177, 95% CI) by PROC. In particular PROCs (13,19) were high enough to exceed 1. Also, they become low with better ventilation types and appear differently depending on the ventilation type, similar to the model result. Conclusions: This study revealed that ECETOC TRA might have the potential to serve as a screening tool for exposure assessment and to be used as assistive method for WMP to estimate exposure. Further empirical study is required to confirm its availability as a screening tool.

Cataloging principles, cataloging rules, and encoding formats should considered LRM acceptance because LRM replaced FRBR as the conceptual model. This study identifies considerations for BIBFRAME acceptance of expression and representative expression attributes in LRM by using literature reviews and expert interviews. Primarily, work in BIBFRAME without expression as entity could map to work and expression of LRM and sustain expression by linking 2 works (work and expression). Second, BIBFRAME must consider association between representative expression attributes and specific expressions whose values can be transferred to the representative expression attributes. Third, representative expression attributes are different according to work types in LRM, and language, media, intended audience, and scale, that can be used as representative expression attributes in BIBFRAME, should be changed in class. Fourth, relation properties should be articulated for expanding networks between expressions originated from work in BIBFRAME. This study analyzes LRM and BIBFRAME by focusing on expression entity and representative expression attributes. More LRM study is needed on cataloging principles and cataloging rules.
This study sought to identify the types of fashion brands preferred by tourists based on the shopping values that they pursue through purchases at tourist destinations and to verify the effects of these values on their satisfaction. To obtain a representative sample of South Korea's tourist shoppers, a survey was conducted among 300 subjects involving adult men and women in their twenties to sixties. Structural equation modeling analyses were performed on the collected data using SPSS and AMOS. The effects of tourist shopping values on brand attitudes were verified by dividing tourist shopping values into social, epistemic, and functional values and dividing brand attitudes into attitudes toward fashion global and local brands. Additionally, this work intended to ascertain the moderating effect of cosmopolitanism on tourist shopping behaviors. The analysis results reveal that a high level of epistemic value as perceived by tourists during shopping resulted in a corresponding high level of preference for local fashion brands. Furthermore, a high level of social value as perceived by tourists led to a high level of preference toward global fashion brands. Contrastingly, functional value influenced both local and global brands. As a result of the moderating effect, in the group with high cosmopolitanism tendency, the effect of epistemic value was not significant, but the low group significantly affected brand attitude based on the social and epistemic value. Given its academic and practical implications, the present study is likely to broaden the understanding of tourist shopping and facilitate future research on that phenomenon.
This study, a sub-one of comprehensive research work titled under "A Evaluation System of Amenity / Disamenity Elements in Rural Villages", tried to propose a rational methodology for development of rating tabulation for evaluation of amenity / disamenity elements in rural villages. The system developed in the study has the formalized rating grades between 2 and 5 for convenience/simplification of analysis work. For each evaluation element in the lowest order of the system, 5 types of rating technique were arranged, which were based on statistical analysis using mean and standard deviation values, its existence or not, relative significance of its holding volume and quality, synthesized weight scale of its quality and quantity, and the others. And, standardized 4-steps procedure for rating tabulation was proposed. Finally, through case studies of 4 sample villages representing the flat-plain, upland, seashore and periurban rural areas, the applicability of this rating tabulation system was verified.
Present article deals with the static stability analysis of compositionally graded nanocomposite beams reinforced with graphene oxide powder (GOP) is undertaken once the beam is subjected to an induced force caused by nonuniform magnetic field. The homogenized material properties of the constituent material are approximated through Halpin-Tsai micromechanical scheme. Three distribution types of GOPs are considered, namely uniform, X and O. Also, a higher-order refined beam model is incorporated with the dynamic form of the virtual work's principle to derive the partial differential motion equations of the problem. The governing equations are solved via Galerkin's method. The introduced mathematical model is numerically validated presenting a comparison between the results of present work with responses obtained from previous articles. New results for the buckling load of GOP reinforced nanocomposites are presented regarding for different values of magnetic field intensity. Besides, other investigations are performed to show the impacts of other variants, such as slenderness ratio, boundary condition, distribution type and so on, on the critical stability limit of beams made from nanocomposites.

With the acceptance of western culture, our traditional culture is in the crisis of disappearing. This is especially evident in the clothing and textile field. Therefore it seems essential to apply the traditional Korean aesthetics to our clothing. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the types of design and analyse the characteristics of patterns expressed in traditional roof-tile. This study attempted to use the roof-tile patterns as motive for all tapestry and fashion design work to realize a creative expression of formative world through on-screen restructuring. The traditional roof-tile patterns were selected for this study because they must be the products created with our ordinary aesthetic values and techniques, and thus may represent our people's unique culture. After all, the expression for a work should be based not on simple representations of a given object but on restructuring of diverse unique forms according to worker's subjective senses. A piece of clothing with the expression of traditional and formative must combine traditional aesthetics of tradition and form. The application of traditional and formative value of Korean pattern in clothing made to be adaptable for wear in our everyday lives. Today there various attempts to combine traditional aesthetics with modem design. Also, the development of unique Korean design aesthetics within the clothing will allow for a distinct elegance that can be recognized by the world know about the Korean culture through the high standards of our clothing.
