Anonymity is the one of main reasons for substantial improvement of Internet. It encourages various users to express their opinion freely and helps Internet based distributed systems vitalize. But, anonymity can cause unexpected threats because personal information of an online user is hidden. Especially, distributed systems are threatened by Sybil attack, where one malicious user creates and manages multiple fake online identities. To prevent Sybil attack, the traditional solutions include increasing the complexity of identity generation and mapping online identities to real-world identities. But, even though the high complexity of identity generation increases the generation cost of Sybil identities, eventually they are generated and there is no further way to suppress their activity. Also, the mapping between online identities and real identities may cause high possibility of losing anonymity. Recently, some methods using online social network to prevent Sybil attack are researched. In this paper, a new method is proposed for extracting a user's system-wide Sybil-resistant trust value by using the properties embedded in online social network graphs. The proposed method can be categorized into 3 types based on sampling and decision strategies. By using graphs sampled from Facebook, the performance of the 3 types of the proposed method is evaluated. Moreover, the impact of Sybil attack on nodes with different characteristics is evaluated in order to understand the behavior of Sybil attack.
This study carried out an empirical analysis on the long-term effects of a marketing communication strategy used as a means of promotion(advertisement, free gift) of Christmas cake despite its high costs. Such verification results were considered to provide as important core elements for successful management in the bakery industry. By utilizing SPSS and AMOS, exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were conducted for the validity of the measurement items, and Structural Equation Model(SEM) was performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis result is as follows. First, advertisement attribute(${\beta}$=0.269, t=4.512, p,<0.001) and free gift attitude(${\beta}$=0.293, t=5.043, p<0.001) had a positive influence on trust. Second, trust had a positive influence on purchase intention(${\beta}$=0.513, t=8.677, p<0.001). Third, advertisement attribute(${\beta}$=0.104, t=1.966, p,<0.05) and free gift attitude(${\beta}$=0.204, t=3.817, p<0.001) had a positive influence on purchase intention. Lastly, advertisement attitude appeared different by advertisement types(actors and animation), and ads with an actor were evaluated high than animation ads. Also, gift attitude appeared different by gift types(speaker doll/character hat and turtleneck muffler), and a turtleneck muffler was evaluated high than a speaker doll or a character hat.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty and examine the differences and similarities between specialized and general merchandise internet shopping malls concerning the relationships of these key success factors. The structural model is tested with each of the sub-samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers taken separately) and the data from entire data samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers pooled together). The same research model was used in analysing general merchandise, specialized, and integrated internet shopping mall to reveal and compare the casual path constructs. In the analysis of path coefficients composed of separated taken sample, all research hypothesis is accepted and the model's goodness of fit also shows all high. In the basis of the previous empirical test, multiple sample method was used. Properties of the causal paths, including standardized path coefficients, the significance of difference, latent correlations and variance explained for satisfaction, trust and loyalty in the hypothesized model, have similarities in general. This means that the proper structural management concerned with customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty is very crucial for the success of all kinds of internet shopping malls. Following the model test, I conduct a test of integrated model's path coefficients. Statistical results show that all the hypothesis concerned with internet shopping malls were accepted like the separated sample test. Click and mortar companies should clearly understand and articulate the key requirements of shopping mall satisfaction, trust and loyalty and encourage to establish linkage and interactive relationship among the research variables. In addition, internet marketers are required to customize the interaction considering and adapting the patterns of internet shopping malls. Other interesting results concerning the strategies in internet shopping malls strategy are also presented.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of trust in supervisor, work intensity, and organizational cynicism on organizational silence of clinical nurses. Data were collected from 134 nurses in 6 hospitals in two cities in February 2018. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. There were significant correlations between trust in supervisor, work intensity and organizational silence, r=-.32(p=<.001) and r=.18(p=.043), respectively. The factors that significantly influenced organizational silence were trust in supervisor (${\beta}=-.36$, p<.001), the length of career in current hospital (over 10 years, ${\beta}=-.67$, p=.002), type of work (day only, ${\beta}=-.79$, p<.001; 3-shift, ${\beta}=-.64$, p<.001). In order to reduce clinical nurses' organizational silence, programs should be provided to increase trust in supervisor and to offer changes in work types and work intensity.

As the cloud computing market grows, a variety of cloud services are now reliably delivered. Administrative agencies and public institutions of South Korea are transferring all their information systems to cloud systems. It is essential to develop security solutions in advance in order to safely operate cloud services, as protecting cloud services from misuse and malicious access by insiders and outsiders over the Internet is challenging. In this paper, we propose a zero trust model for cloud storage services that store sensitive data. We then verify the effectiveness of the proposed model by operating a cloud storage service. Memory, web, and network forensics are also performed to track access and usage of cloud users depending on the adoption of the zero trust model. As a cloud storage service, we use Amazon S3(Simple Storage Service) and deploy zero trust techniques such as access control lists and key management systems. In order to consider the different types of access to S3, furthermore, we generate service requests inside and outside AWS(Amazon Web Services) and then analyze the results of the zero trust techniques depending on the location of the service request.
This study aimed to confirm the effect of social and relational behavior types of robots on human cognition in human-robot interaction. In the experiment, the participants evaluated trust in robots by watching a video on the robot Nao interacting with a human, in which the robot made an error and then made an effort to restore trust. The trust recovery behavior was set as three conditions: an internal attribution in which the robot acknowledges and apologizes for an error, a condition in which the robot apologizes for an error but attributes it externally, and a non-action condition in which the robot denies the error itself and does not take any action for the error. As the result, in all three cases, the error was perceived as less serious when the robot apologized than when it did not, and the ability of the robot was also highly evaluated. These results provide evidence that human attitudes towards robots can respond sensitively depending on the robot's behavior and how they overcome errors, suggesting that human perception towards robots can change. In particular, the fact that robots are more trustworthy when they acknowledge and apologize for their own errors shows that robots can promote positive human-robot interactions through human-like social and polite behavior.
Many online stores bring features that can build trust in their customers. More so, the number of products or content services on online stores has been increasing rapidly. Hence, personalization on online stores is considered to be an important technology to companies and customers. Recommender systems that provide favorable products and customer product reviews to users are the most commonly used features in this purpose. There are many studies to that investigated the relationship between social presence as an antecedent of trust and provision of recommender systems or customer product reviews. Many online stores have made efforts to increase perceived social presence of their customers through customer reviews, recommender systems, and analyzing associations among products. Primarily because social presence can increase customer trust or reuse intention for online stores. However, there were few studies that investigated the interactions between recommendation type, product type and provision of customer product reviews on social presence. Therefore, one of the purposes of this study is to identify the effects of personalized recommender systems and compare the role of customer reviews with product types. This study performed an experiment to see these interactions. Experimental web pages were developed with $2{\times}2$ factorial setting based on how to provide social presence to users with customer reviews and two product types such as hedonic and utilitarian. The hedonic type was a ringtone chosen from Nate.com while the utilitarian was a TOEIC study aid book selected from Yes24.com. To conduct the experiment, web based experiments were conducted for the participants who have been shopping on the online stores. Participants were a total of 240 and 30% of the participants had the chance of getting the presents. We found out that social presence increased for hedonic products when personalized recommendations were given compared to non.personalized recommendations. Although providing customer reviews for two product types did not significantly increase social presence, provision of customer product reviews for hedonic (ringtone) increased perceived social presence. Otherwise, provision of customer product reviews could not increase social presence when the systems recommend utilitarian products (TOEIC study.aid books). Therefore, it appears that the effects of increasing perceived social presence with customer reviews have a difference for product types. In short, the role of customer reviews could be different based on which product types were considered by customers when they are making a decision related to purchasing on the online stores. Additionally, there were no differences for increasing perceived social presence when providing customer reviews. Our participants might have focused on how recommendations had been provided and what products were recommended because our developed systems were providing recommendations after participants rating their preferences. Thus, the effects of customer reviews could appear more clearly if our participants had actual purchase opportunity for the recommendations. Personalized recommender systems can increase social presence of customers more than nonpersonalized recommender systems by using user preference. Online stores could find out how they can increase perceived social presence and satisfaction of their customers when customers want to find the proper products with recommender systems and customer reviews. In addition, the role of customer reviews of the personalized recommendations can be different based on types of the recommended products. Even if this study conducted two product types such as hedonic and utilitarian, the results revealed that customer reviews for hedonic increased social presence of customers more than customer reviews for utilitarian. Thus, online stores need to consider the role of providing customer reviews with highly personalized information based on their product types when they develop the personalized recommender systems.
South Korea's medical system has dual systems-that is, Oriental and Western Medicine. Both are different from method for diagnosis or treatment of diseases and Scientific principle. Of the characteristics of Oriental medical practice in comparison with Western medical practice, notably, it is difficult to acknowledge specific constitutions, Oriental medical doctors' discretion is broad, and Oriental medical practice has a low invasiveness. Thus, it is difficult to acknowledge human specific constitutions when grounded on Oriental medical principles, thereby making it difficult for Oriental medical doctors to argue such specific constitutions as a means of defending against their medical negligence. And, it is difficult to prove Oriental medical doctors' negligence because Oriental medical doctors' scope of discretion is broad. Collaboration of Oriental medicine and western medicine can diagnose and treat the patient's diseases from a different viewpoint, making both medicines complementary. Oriental medicine and western medicine are independent of each other, equal, thus making them divided horizontally. Horizontal medical service division involves the principle of trust, but the principle of trust does not always apply to Oriental medicine and western medicine, because if patients shift from one area of medicine to another, the scientific principle, diagnostic method and treatment method of that medical area should be different. Application of the principle of trust to both of them needs to be analyzed according to types of medical institutions where transfers occur, and to the scope of work division between them.
Purpose - Since the early 1990s, it has been observed that the number and substance of studies on female leadership have been increasing. One of the reasons for this development may be concerned with the increasing number of female labor market participants as well as the greater opportunities for them to take higher positions in various organizations. In addition to this, the transition from mechanistic organizational structures that emphasize authority, control, and efficiency toward organic ones that focus on environmental adaptability, equality, and trust has also encouraged research on female leadership. The research tendency is based on the assumption that male and female leaders tend to exhibit different leadership styles according to their gender differences. Recent research has cast doubt on this assumption, by showing that the sociological gender roles of men and women are independent such that some female leaders show authoritative and control-oriented leadership, which were once considered to be male leadership styles. Research design, data, and methodology - This research attempts to carry out an empirical study on the gender-related leadership styles of female leaders and to examine their effect on group performance in the K business organization. This study also focuses on leader attributes such as trust, and it aims to discover whether these attributes should be regarded as independent or as moderating variables between leadership styles and performance. For these purposes, this study generated four hypotheses based on a review of the literature and it tested them using a survey. Female workers in the sales departments of the K Company, all of whom are women, were asked to provide answers to the presented questionnaires. This study hypothesizes that the type of gender roles played by women leaders will affect the job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the members of the sales group, and that the level of trust that is garnered by women leaders will also affect the types of gender roles that they play as well as employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Results - The results of this study show that both androgynous and masculine leadership styles are superior to the feminine leadership style in terms of employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, contrary to our expectations, this study fails to show the superiority of the androgynous leadership style over the masculine leadership style. Moreover, there are no significant differences between these two leadership styles with regard to group performance. Conclusions - This study shows that it is important that different attributes of leaders, such as how trusted they are, be treated as moderating variables between leadership and performance rather than as independent variables. Finally, as this is the first attempt to view the role of the gender in a new perspective, the managerial implications of this study for leadership research, as well as its limitations, are presented. Suggestions for future related research are also proposed.
