The purpose of this study is to compare and examine the understanding of the mutual relationship between the welfare attitude of the recipients and the non-recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security. For this purpose, data from the Korea Welfare Panel Study 2016 (11th) were used and the data were analyzed by using difference analysis (DID) and structural equation AMOS after matching propensity scores (PSM) to 382 adults. The main results are as follows: First, Welfare attitudes were not significantly different for the National Basic Livelihood Security than the non- recipients. Second, Positive program welfare policy had a significant effect on welfare attitude for both the recipients and non-recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security. Third, The value recognition government trust and social awareness did not have a significant effect on both the recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security and the non-recipients. The results of this study provide basic data the establishment of policy directions to improve the quality of life of members of society.

The Internet has brought many changes in our daily lives. Now the recognition on the Internet fashion shopping matt has increased and it requires scientific and systematic research to understand the Internet fashion marketing system more correctly and to strengthen the marketing activity at the virtual space. A big shortcoming of an Internet fashion mall is that the consumers can't wear clothes themselves. Currently there is no system to cover the shortcoming, It would be nice if a 3D avata wears the clothes on behalf of a consumer after inputting the information of physical sizes of a consumer. The consumers can select many clothes, accessories and even the background. After establishing a complete virtual fashion shopping mall, the consumers who sue the Internet fashion shopping mall could wear the clothes at an online shop establishing an online shopping environment. It will be a sole way to ensure the trust of the consumers. This paper studies the read in reflection by PC camera and sample the edge detection. Virtual fitting system that wears virtual fitting model some clothes is establishment.

The initial start-up founders are also often successful and sometimes unsuccessful. Conditions of establishment, it is necessary to management strategies such as site selection and strong entrepreneurial spirit with matching funds force to their aptitude. However, novice founder, in real estate transactions, there is a case in which a freak accident, such as the double sale occurs. Objectives: This study was conducted to review the Toxic UseReduction Act of Massachusetts, USA, which has been evaluated as a successfulcase of a chemical reduction policy, and to search for ways to introduce it inKorea. Methods: We analyzed the implementation of the TURA by attending TUR Planning Course of the Toxic Use Reduction Institute in Massachusetts and researching the related literature. Results: As TURA took effect, the use of chemicals in Massachusetts was reduced, and cost savings were achieved in workplaces. The success factors for the legislation are considered to be support form the federal and state governments and the active participation of business and civic group. Domestic efforts to reduce toxic substances have already begun, so if the process of TURA is appropriately applied to domestic legislation of chemicals control, it would be expected to produce visible results. Therefore, we reviewed the 'Act on Chemicals Registration and Assessment', 'Act on Chemical Control' and 'Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Facilities' and sought solution for applying TURA to each piece of legislation. For the first case, 'Toxic or Hazardous Substance List' and 'Establishment of Toxic Use Fee' is applicable. For the second case, 'Annual Toxic or Hazardous Substance Reports' is applicable. For the third case, 'Toxic Reduction Plans' and 'Toxics Use Reduction Institute and 'Toxic Use Reduction Planners' is applicable. Conclusions: The government should take notice appropriateness for the reduction of toxic chemicals and provide financial support. Businesses should invest in technologies that build trust with local communities, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Finally, civic group should cooperate with government and businesses.

In this paper, we describe a secure cluster-routing protocol based on a multi-layer scheme in ad hoc networks. We propose efficient protocols, Authentication based on Multi-layer Clustering for Ad hoc Networks (AMCAN), for detailed security threats against ad hoc routing protocols using the selection of the cluster head (CH) and control cluster head (CCH) using a modification of cluster-based routing ARCH and DMAC. This protocol provides scalability of Shadow Key using threshold authentication scheme in ad hoc networks. The proposed protocol comprises an end-to-end authentication protocol that relies on mutual trust between nodes in other clusters. This scheme takes advantage of Shadow Key using threshold authentication key configuration in large ad hoc networks. In experiments, we show security threats against multilayer routing scheme, thereby successfully including, establishment of secure channels, the detection of reply attacks, mutual end-to-end authentication, prevention of node identity fabrication, and the secure distribution of provisional session keys using threshold key configuration.

In this research, I finally came to a conclusion analyzing the connection among managing of each items in management expenses, the size of each complex and stories, and the term of using. (1) In the managing cost regarding to the management manner, although the managing cost of self-governing management is less imposed than the one of commission management, there is slight difference between those Costs. And it is more important to consider the effectiveness of management than to emphasize reduction of management cost. (2) The higher the stories, the higher the managing cost of elevator per the unit area. It Is caused by the fact that the father the distance of the elevator operating, the higher the electric charges. (3) The third of one of total management cost goes to pay the personnel expenses. So I found that the effective management of the expenses is available to reduce management cost. (4) The higher the stones, the lower the cost of personnel expenses including the cleaner cost. (5) The sum of costs assigned in repairment and management increases in proportion to the term of using. The costs assigned in special repairment and management are interacting to each other. (6) To reduce the management cost, we have to cut down the personnel in security guard that occupies one third of total management cost with application to the joint security system and operation of the self-governing guard. Through this process, it will be easy to accomplish the rationalization of contract with an outside order. Because the improvement of management service is not only the responsibility of owner but also the one of dwellers. And it Is imperative to realize the importance of cooperation and trust between the owner and dwellers. And the establishment of effective managing system which has convenience and rationality must be settled without delay.

In the present study, we conducted in-depth interviews with school dieticians and nutrition teachers to determine the local foods they were aware of and their experiences with local foods. We also aimed to obtain more detailed measures for local food vitalization and suggestions for improvements. In-depth interviews were performed with 8 school dieticians and nutrition teachers, who stated that local food vitalization was needed for school food services, because it could be a foundation for securing safefood products, student healthi mprovements, environmental protection, and the establishment of a general consumption market. However, they were aware of a higher number of disadvantages than advantages in school situations and indicated the deterioration of the quality of food products as the biggest disadvantage. The most-suggested measurement items for local food vitalization in schools included improvement of the food distribution system, expansion of education, information sharing, prevention of monopolies, improvement of food-product quality, and mass production. In addition, it was suggested that school dieticians and nutrition teachers should invest efforts in the development of excellent recipes and varied diets utilizing local foods. Therefore, system supplementation is urgently required in order for school food service officials, and consumers, to efficiently introduce and vitalize local foods. It is also necessary to foster an environment that encourages trust-based relationships with producers to maximize the effect of system supplementation. This would be the foundation for improving the health of students, improving food-service quality, nutrition management, and vitalization of the regional economy in the future, and will positively affect students' food consumption patterns even after they become adults.

A node of mobile IPv6 moving foreign networks needs authentication process to support right services against from security threat. AAA is a trust infrastructure that authenticates, authorizes, and accounts nodes receiving a network service. And Mobile IPv6 Working Group recommends use of AAA infrastructure to authenticate mobile nodes. Event though AAA infrastructure provides strong authentication functions, it should exchange a lot of messages to authenticate mobile nodes every movement. The exchange of lots of messages causes latency and it is interfered with realization of real-time communication. This paper proposes an authentication method of improved speed using hash value of mobile node to reduce authentication latency. Directly after movement, a mobile node applying a Proposed method uses extended existing security authentication for a while and deletes the establishment latency of new security authentication. Performance evaluation of a proposed method verifies the efficiency through the analysis of cost comparison with other methods. The conclusion of performance evaluation is that the proposed method gets more 25% performance improvement than a general method when a mobile node moves another subnet.

So this paper plans the sensor network based on environment measurement watch which applies a radio communication technique.
