한국군 맞춤형 제로 트러스트(Zero Trust) 구축방안 연구 (A Study on Zero Trust Establishment Plan for Korean Military)

  • 최근 내부자에 의한 국방망 침해사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 현재 우리 국방부가 고수하고 있는 물리적 망 분리정책이 더 이상 안전을 보장할 수 없다는 반증이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 보다 강력한 사이버보안 대책이 필요하다. 이와 관련해 '절대 신뢰하지 말고, 항상 검증하라'는 제로 트러스트가 새로운 보안의 패러다임으로 등장하고 있다. 본 논문은 미 국방부에서 현재 추진중에 있는 제로 트러스트 구축 동향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 도출된 시사점을 바탕으로 한국군 맞춤형 제로트러스트 구축방안을 제안한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 한국군 맞춤형 제로 트러스트 구축방안은 한국군 맞춤형 제로 트러스트 구축전략, 전담조직 편성 및 예산 확보방안, 제로 트러스트 구축기술 확보방안 등을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 한국군 맞춤형 제로 트러스트는 기존의 물리적 망 분리 정책에 기반한 사이버보안과 비교해 보안적인 측면에서 다양한 장점을 갖는다.

가맹본부에 대한 신뢰와 공정성이 관계만족과 장기적 결속에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Trust and Justice on Relation Satisfaction and Long-term Commitment in Franchise Business)

  • Purpose - This study examines the adverse press coverage that has increased in proportion to the remarkable growth of various kinds of franchise businesses in the food service industry. Today, the trust of franchisees in relation to their franchisor, and the maintenance of good relations between the two, has become a significant social issue. This study investigates relationship satisfaction and the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data, methodology - We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between justice and trust, trust and relationship satisfaction, justice and relationship satisfaction, trust and long-term commitment, and relationship satisfaction and long-term commitment. Structural Equation Modeling and a Sobel test were used to investigate the mediating effects of trust and relationship satisfaction. Data were collected from 237 Food Franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in order to test the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Two research methodologies are generally used in the distribution management field. For this study, an empirical method was used. Results - A causal analysis was carried out to test if the research model has a sufficient fit index (for instance, χ2 = 46.694, df = 10, p = .000, GFI = 0.946, AGFI = 0.850, RMR = 0.034, NFI = 0.966, CFI = 0.973), and the results showed that the model was sufficient, thus demonstrating the suitability of the research model. Each hypothesis had a positive influence, both on long-term commitment and relationship satisfaction. Justice with the franchisor had a positive influence on trust. Relation satisfaction cognized by franchisees was found to positively influence long-term commitment. The franchisee perception of justice in relation to the franchisor had no significant influence on long-term commitment. The study investigated the hypothesis that trust could mediate justice and long-term commitment, and that relationship satisfaction could also mediate long-term commitment Both trust and relationship satisfaction were found to be important for long-term commitment. Specifically, trust sub-factors and justice sub-factors influenced long-term commitment. Identification-based and knowledge-based trust were more important than calculus-based trust. Distributive justice was deemed more important than procedural justice; distributive justice should thus be strengthened. Conclusions - Both franchisor and franchisee were independent businesses. Evidently however, the franchisor could not ensure profit without long-term commitment from the franchisee. As for the success of the franchise business, the franchisor should carry out appropriate strategies leading to a satisfactory relationship. For example, transparency makes it possible to maintain and enhance trust and to improve relationship satisfaction. Just relations between franchisor and franchisee should make it possible to maintain and enhance the franchisee's trust. The franchisor should provide a variety of information with respect to the franchisee's business success. Finally, in order to improve the franchisee's long-term commitment, the franchisor should ensure a just approach with trust and relationship satisfaction among their strategies.

기업의 환경적 책임활동이 기업이미지에 미치는 효과: 환경적 책임활동 차원을 중심으로 (The Effects of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Activities on Corporate Image: Focusing on Dimension of Environmental Responsibility)

  • 본 논문은 기업의 환경적 책임활동이 기업의 신뢰형성에 미치는 효과를 고찰하였다. 특히, 기존 연구와 다르게 본 연구에서는 기업의 환경적 책임활동 차원을 두 가지 차원(친환경 제품생산 활동 vs. 친환경 캠페인 활동)으로 구분하고, 이 두 가지 환경적 책임활동이 전문성 신뢰, 호의성 신뢰, 정직성 신뢰에 어떠한 차별적 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 이러한 세 가지 신뢰가 기업이미지 형성에 미치는 효과를 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 기업의 친환경 제품생산 활동 노력은 전문성 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업의 친환경 캠페인 노력은 호의성 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업의 친환경 제품생산 활동과 친환경 캠페인 활동 노력은 정직성 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 기업에 대한 전문성 신뢰와 호의성 신뢰, 그리고 정직성 신뢰는 기업이미지 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 기업의 환경적 책임활동 노력은 기업이미지 형성에 중요한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었으며, 나아가 신뢰가 이들 두 변수 간의 관계(기업의 환경적 책임활동${\rightarrow}$기업이미지)에서 중요한 매개역할을 한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

항노화 상품의 신뢰형성요인 척도 개발과 실증연구 (Development of Scale and Empirical Study of Trust-Forming Factors for Anti-aging Products)

  • 본 연구는 항노화 상품의 신뢰형성요인을 발굴하고 측정변수를 개발하여 결과변수인 신뢰와 구매의도 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 기존의 신뢰형성요인인 지각된 품질, 지각된 평판, 브랜드 인지도, 맞춤화에 더하여 새롭게 발굴된 요인은 '공인된 인증'이다. 우리나라의 항노화산업은 소비자 건강에 직접 영향을 미치는 산업이기 때문에 기존의 신뢰형성요인이 소비자 신뢰 구축에 한계가 있는 것으로 판단하여 새로운 척도를 발굴하였다. 본 연구는 항노화 상품 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 문항의 견실성과 관계성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 항노화 상품 신뢰형성요인 가운데 지각된 품질, 브랜드 인지도, 맞춤화, 공인된 인증이 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 평판은 신뢰에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 후행변수인 신뢰와 구매의도 간에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 전략적으로 실효성 높은 유의미한 신뢰형성요인 발굴과 측정문항을 개발하여 실증적, 실무적으로 검증함으로써 신뢰형성요인과 신뢰와의 유의미한 관계를 입증하였다. 동시에 항노화 산업의 마케팅에 중요한 신뢰형성 핵심요인 발굴을 통해 향후의 항노화 상품관련 마케팅전략 수립에 본 연구가 상당부분 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

조직불공정성이 조직원의 부정적 행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Organizational Injustice on Negative Behaviors of Employees: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Trust)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to delineate the effects of organizational injustice on negative behaviors of employees with the mediating effects of trust. Methods: A survey was conducted among 550 nurses in 11 departments of 3 hospitals located in the Pohang area. Data were analyzed using frequency, descriptive statistics. correlation coefficients, regression analysis. Results: Procedural injustice (${\beta}$=-.48, p<.001) had the greatest negative effect on organizational trust, followed by interactional injustice(${\beta}$=-.15, p<.001) and distributive injustice(${\beta}$=-.14, p<.001). For supervisor trust, both procedural (${\beta}$=-.11, p=.006) and interactional (${\beta}$=-.63, p<.001) injustice had a negative effect. While supervisor trust (${\beta}$=-.28, p<.001) had greater negative effects on organizational negative behaviors of nurses compared to organizational trust (${\beta}$=-.21, p<.001), supervisor trust (${\beta}$=-.29, p<.001) had negative effects on personal negative behaviors but organizational trust had no significant effect on personal negative behaviors. Conclusion: To reduce the negative organizational behaviors of nurses, an organizational effort is needed to reduce procedural injustice by introducing fair organizational management and to reduce interactional injustice through formal or informal communication channels between supervisors and nurses.

교육기능성 게임에서 실재감이 사용자 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구 (The Impact of Presence on Users' Trust in Serious Educational Games)

  • 본 연구에서는 교육기능성게임에서 제공하는 실재감이 사용자의 신뢰에 어떻게 영향을 끼치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 실재감을 가상실재감과 사회적 실재감으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 또한, 사용자의 신뢰를 구축하기 위한 선행요건으로 해당 서비스에 대한 신용이 실재감과의 관계를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 교육기능성게임의 신뢰를 목적에 따라 신뢰 요인을 교육에 대한 신뢰와 재미에 대한 신뢰로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 대표적 교육기능성게임으로 영어 교육성게임을 선정하여 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교육기능성게임에 대한 실재감이 사용자의 신용에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 신용은 사용자의 재미에 대한 신뢰 및 교육에 대한 신뢰에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Effects of the Team Trust Element of Rugby Players on Self-Determination Motive and Team Performance

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of examining the effects of team trust element of rugby players on self-determination motive and team performance. As for the study subjects, rugby players participated in the 97th national athletic meet in 2016 were selected. As for data collection, in the total of 221 copies of samples were collected through convenience sampling method and 182 copies were used for the final analysis. Using SPSS 18.0, the collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis and the following conclusions have been obtained. First, as for the effects of rugby players' team trust element on self-determination motive, it was found that team trust influenced external moderation, internal moderation, integrated moderation and identification moderation, and teammate trust influenced internal moderation, integrated moderation and identification moderation. Second, as for the effects of rugby players' team trust element on team performance, it was found that team trust and teammate trust influenced team performance. Third, as for the effects of rugby players' self-determination motive on team performance, it was found that integrated moderation and internal moderation influenced team performance.

중소병원의 브랜드자산이 방문고객의 신뢰 및 관계몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hospital Brand Equity on Trust and Relationship Commitment of Customers)

  • The objective of this study was to verify the effects of brand equity of small & medium hospitals on trust and relationship commitment and mediation effect of trust in the relation between brand equity and relationship commitment. For testing reliability and validity of the measurement tool, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and confirmatory factor analysis was used, respectively. A structural equation model was applied for verifying the study model suggested. Out of 450 questionnaires distributed, 439 was returned. On the study results, brand image and perceived quality positively determined trust of customers for small & medium hospitals. Customers' trust also has a positive effect on relationship commitment. Brand awareness positively influence the levels of relationship commitment. Moreover, a mediation effect was identified. Customers' trust mediated the effects of brand image and perceived quality on relationship commitment of hospitals customers. On conclusions, relationship commitment was determined, either directly or indirectly, by brand image and perceived quality, while trust mediated the their relationship. Thus, hospitals management may use the concepts of brand equity and trust as a key success factor of their business purposes.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 구전과 보증이 신뢰에 미치는 영향 : 제품평가 용이성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Word-of-Mouth and Assurance on Trust in the Internet Shopping Mall Environments: The Moderation Effect of Ease of Product Evaluation)

  • Purchasing through Internet shopping mall has more uncertainty compared with offline shopping mall. Previous studies have presented that trust plays a role of reducing uncertainty and increasing purchasing intention. In this study, we suggest that third-party assurance and word-of-mouth contribute to the formation of trust. In addition, we also propose that ease of product evaluation plays moderating roles in the relationships between third-party assurance, word-of-mouth and trust. For this study, we collected sample data from two groups consisting of online shoppers purchasing the search goods and experience goods categorized by type of ease of product evaluation. Empirical results show that word-of-mouth and third-party assurance have different effects on trust in two groups. The third-party assurance has a stronger impact on trust in online shopping group of the search goods than in the experience goods, while word-of-mouth in the online community has a stronger impact on trust in online shopping group of the experience goods than in the search goods. We expect that this result will provide researchers and managers who are interested in trust formation factors in online shopping mall with useful theoretical and practical implications.

The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Organizational Trust and Job performance

  • We study confirmed the effect of corporate social responsibility activities on organizational trust and job performance of organizational members and mediating effects of organizational trust among 351 members of the organization in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. For this, the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical packages were used to produce the following results. First, as a result of analyzing the impact of CSR activities on organizational trust of organizational members, factors of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility showed significant effects on organizational trust. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the effects of CSR activities on the job performance of members of the organization, it showed a direct effect on job performance, which is a factor of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and charitable responsibility. Third, organizational trust of organization members was analyzed as a positive factor in job performance. Fourth, it showed the mediating effect of organizational trust on the effect of corporate social responsibility activities on job performance. As a result of this study, the organizational performance and job performance of organizational members showed a direct effect on CSR activities. Therefore, the CSR activity is important as it is a key factor to advance the organizational trust and job performance, which is the company's sustainable management system.
