플랫폼 다이빙 앞으로 서서 앞으로 11/2회전 동작의 운동역학적 분석 (A Kinetics Analysis of Forward 11/2 Somersault on the Platform Diving)

  • This study was to perform the kinetic analysis of forward $1\frac{1}{2}$ somersault on the platform diving. Six men's diving players of the Korea national reserve athletes participated in this study. The variables were analyzed response time, velocity, center of mass (COM), angle, center of pressure (COP) and ground reaction force (GRF) of motion. For measure and analysis of this study, used to synchronized to 4 camcorder and 1 force plate, used to the Kwon3D XP (Ver. 4.0, Visol, Korea) and Kwon GRF (Ver. 2.0, Visol, Korea) for analyzed of variables. The results were as follows; Time factor were observed in maximum knee flexion depending on the extent of use at phase 1 of take-off to execute the somersault. This enabled the subject to secure the highest possible body position in space at the moment of jumping to execute the somersault and prepare for the entry into the water with more ease. Regarding the displacement of COM, all subjects showed rightward movement in the lateral displacement during technical execution. Changes in forward and downward movements were observed in the horizontal and vertical displacements, respectively. In terms of angular shift, the shoulder joint angle tended to decrease on average, and the elbow joints showed gradually increasing angles. This finding can be explained by the shift of the coordinate points of body segments around the rotational axis in order to execute the half-bending movement that can be implemented by pulling the lower limb segments toward the trunk using the upper limb segments. The hip joint angles gradually decreased; this accelerated the rotational movement by narrowing the distance to the trunk. Movement-specific shifts in the COP occurred in the front of and vertical directions. Regarding the changes in GRF, which is influenced by the strong compressive load exerted by the supporting feet, efficient aerial movements were executed through a vertical jump, with no energy lost to the lateral GRF.

  • Dynamic postural control varies with the environmental context, specific task and intentions of the subject. In this paper, dynamic postural control against forward-backward perturbations of a platform was estimated using tri-axial accelerometers and a force plate. Ten young healthy volunteers stood upright in comfortable condition on the perturbation system which was controlled by an AC servo motor. With anterior-posterior perturbations, movements of ankle, knee and hip Joints were obtained by tri-axial accelerometers. and ground reaction forces with corresponding displacements of the center of pressure(CoP) by the force plate. The result showed that the ankle moved first and the trunk forward, which implies that the mechanism of the dynamic postural control in forward-backward perturbations, occurred in the procedure of the ankle, the knee and the hip. Knee flexion and hip extension in the period of acceleration, constant velocity and deceleration phase is very important fur the balance recovery. These responses depends on the magnitude and timing of the perturbation. From the present study the accelerometry-system appears to be a promising tool for understanding kinematic accelerative In response to a transient platform perturbation. A more through understanding of balance recovery mechanism may aid in designing methods for reducing falls and the resulting injuries.

Can Suboccipital Release Followed by Cranio-Cervical Flexion Exercise Improve Shoulder Range of Motion, Pain, and Muscle Activity of Scapular Upward Rotators in Subjects With Forward Head Posture?

  • Background: For the treatment of forward head posture (FHP) and forward shoulder posture, methods for strengthening scapular retractors and deep cervical flexors and stretching pectoralis and upper cervical extensors are generally used. No study has yet assessed whether suboccipital release (SR) followed by cranio-cervical flexion exercise (CCFE) (SR-CCFE) will result in a positive change in the shoulders and neck, showing a "downstream" effect. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of SR-CCFE on craniovertebral angle (CVA), shoulder abduction range of motion (ROM), shoulder pain, and muscle activities of upper trapezius (UT), lower trapezius (LT), and serratus anterior (SA) and LT/UT and SA/UT muscle activity ratios during maximal shoulder abduction in subjects with FHP. Methods: In total, 19 subjects (7 males, 12 females) with FHP were recruited. The subject performed the fifth phase of CCFE immediately after receiving SR. CVA, shoulder abduction ROM, shoulder pain, muscle activities of UT, LT, and SA, and LT/UT and SA/UT muscle activity ratios during maximal shoulder abduction were measured immediately after SR-CCFE. A paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test were used to determine the significance of differences in scores between pre- and post-intervention in the same group. Results: The CVA (p<.001) and shoulder abduction ROM (p<.001) were increased significantly post-versus pre-intervention. Shoulder pain was decreased significantly (p<.001), and LT (p<.05) and SA (p<.05) muscle activities were increased significantly post- versus pre-intervention. The LT/UT muscle activity ratio was increased significantly post- versus pre-intervention (p<.05). However, there was no significant change in UT muscle activity and SA/UT muscle activity ratio between pre- and post-intervention (p>.05). Conclusion: SR-CCFE was an effective intervention to improve FHP and induce downstream effect from the neck to the trunk and shoulders in subjects with FHP.

두 종류 공기주입식 카약 보트의 성능 비교 및 선수 수행력 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Two Inflatable Kayak's Effect on Players and Kayak Performances)

  • 본 연구는 두 종류의 공기주입식 카약 보트의 성능 비교와 함께 선수들의 카약 전방 스트로크 동작의 차이점을 비교 분석하여 보다 효율적이고 안전한 카약 보트를 찾는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대한 체육회 소속 K 고등학교 엘리트 남자 선수 5명이 연구에 참여하였으며, K고 실내 수영장에서 실험을 실시하였다. 보트의 성능 평가를 위해 보트 속도, 보트 좌우 흔들림 각도 차이, 보트의 회전 평균 각속도를 산출하였으며 선수의 수행력 차이를 분석하기 위해 몸통의 회전 가동범위, 무릎 관절의 굴곡-신전 가동범위, 몸통의 최대 회전 각속도, 무릎관절의 최대 신전 각속도, 상하지 근육의 활성도를 산출하였다. 연구 결과 선수들의 수행력 평가 변인에서는 통계적으로 유의한 수치를 보이지 않았다. 보트의 성능 평가 변인에서는 보트의 속도에서 B보트가 통계적으로 유의하게 빨랐으며 다른 변인들은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결국 길이가 상대적으로 길고 폭이 상대적으로 좁은 B보트는 A보트와 비교했을 때 비슷한 안전성을 갖고 있으면서 보다 효율성을 나타내었다.

  • Background: Arm swing plays a role in gait by accommodating forward movement through trunk balance. This study evaluates the biomechanical characteristics of arm swing during gait. Methods: The study performed computational musculoskeletal modeling based on motion tracking in 15 participants without musculoskeletal or gait disorder. A three-dimensional (3D) motion tracking system using three Azure Kinect (Microsoft) modules was used to obtain information in the 3D location of shoulder and elbow joints. Computational modeling using AnyBody Modeling System was performed to calculate the joint moment and range of motion (ROM) during arm swing. Results: Mean ROM of the dominant elbow was 29.7°±10.2° and 14.2°±3.2° in flexion-extension and pronation-supination, respectively. Mean joint moment of the dominant elbow was 56.4±12.7 Nm, 25.6±5.2 Nm, and 19.8±4.6 Nm in flexion-extension, rotation, and abduction-adduction, respectively. Conclusions: The elbow bears the load created by gravity and muscle contracture in dynamic arm swing movement.

산후운동이 산욕부의 질수축압, 신체조성, 체력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Postpartum Exercise on Pelvic Muscle Contraction, Body Composition, and Physical Fitness of the Postpartum Mother)

  • Purposes: This study was to examine the effects of postpartum exercise on pressure of the pelvic muscle contraction, body composition and physical fitness of postpartum mothers. Method: A nonequivalent pre-test, post-test control group study was conducted. Fifty-two postpartum mothers(experimental group, 26; control group, 26) admitted to a postpartum ward in a Busan mother-baby clinic were recruited. Data was analyzed using mean, $x^2$-test, and t-test by SPSS 10.0. Result: Body fat mass(t=-3.196. p= .002), body fat rate (t=-3.831, p= .000), and fat distribution(t=-3.026, p= .004) of body composition increased significantly in the experimental group after the postpartum exercise as compared with the control group. After an 8 week exercise program, the pressure of the pelvic muscle contraction in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group(t=3.329, p=.002). In the change of physical fitness, grip strength of the hand, back muscle strength, and trunk flexion forward were not significantly changed, but trunk backward extension in the experimental group significantly increased(t=1.950, p=.050). Conclusion: Postpartum exercise affects pelvic muscle contraction, body composition, and physical fitness of the postpartum mother.

골프 클럽에 따른 타격자세의 변화 (Changes of Impact Variables by the Change of Golf Club Length)

  • To know the proper impact posture and changes for the various clubs, changes of impact variables according to the change of golf club length was investigated. Swing motions of three male low handicappers including a professional were taken using two high-speed video cameras. Four clubs iron 7, iron 5, iron 3 and driver (wood 1) were selected for this experiment. Three dimensional motion analysis techniques were used to get the kinematical variables. Mathcad and Kwon3D motion analysis program were used to analyze the position, distance and angle data in three dimensions. Major findings of this study were as follows. 1. Lateral position of the head remained more right side of the target up to 3.5cm compared to the setup as the length of the club increased. 2. Left shoulder raised up to 5cm and right shoulder lowered up to 2.5cm compared to setup. The shoulder line opened slightly (maximum 11 degrees) to the target line. 3. Forward lean angle of the trunk decreased up to 4 degrees (more erected) compared to setup. 4. Side lean angle of the trunk increased compared to setup and increased up to 16 degrees as the club length increased. 5. The pelvis moved to the target line direction horizontally and opened up to 31 degrees. Right hip moves laterally to the grip position at the setup. 6. Flexion of the left leg maintained almost constantly but the right leg flexed up to 11 degrees compared to setup. 7. Left arm is straightened but the right arm flexed about 20degrees compared to straight. 8. Center of the shoulders were in front of the knees and toes of the feet. 9. Hands moved to the left (8.7cm), forward (5.7cm) and upward (11.6cm) compared to the setup. This is because of the rotation of pelvis and shoulders. 10. Shaft angle to the ground was smaller than the lie angle of the clubs but it increased close to the lie of the clubs at impact.

지적장애인에 대한 10주간 놀이운동처치가 신체구성과 건강관련체력에 미치는 효과 (The effects of the playing exercise program for 10 weeks on body composition and physical fitness in the mentally handicapped)

  • 본 이 연구는 S시 지적장애인센터의 지적장애인 19명(남12명, 여7명)에게 10주 동안 주 1회(120분), 놀이운동프로그램 처치가 기간별(사전·사후검사) 신체구성(체중, 체지방량, 체지방률, 근육량, 세포량)과 건강관련체력[심폐지구력, 근력(악력, 배근력), 유연성(좌전굴)〕요소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계치를 산출하였고, 놀이운동프로그램 참여에 따른 기간별 신체구성 및 건강관련체력의 변화에 대해 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 가설검증을 위한 유의수준은 ${\alpha}=.05$로 설정하였다. 연구결과 신체구성 변화 중 유일하게 근육량에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 건강관련체력은 배근력, 좌악력, 우악력, 좌전굴, 심폐지구력 모두에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 지적장애인들의 놀이운동프로그램이 신체구성 및 건강관련체력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과는 성인병 예방에도 기여 할 수 있는 에너지 소비적 활동으로 활용가능하다고 본다.

8주간의 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신장, 체성분, 체력에 미치는 효과 (Effect of 8 Weeks Complex Exercise Program on The Height, Body Composition, Physical Fitness in Elementary School Children)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 8주간 복합운동프로그램이 초등학생의 신장, 체성분, 체력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 경기도에 소재한 성남종합사회복지관의 복합운동프로그램에 지원한 남녀 초등 3 ~ 6학년 학생 11명(남자=6명, 여자=5명)을 대상자로 선정하여 8주 동안 주 2회 50분씩 복합운동프로그램(국민체조, 특허스트레칭, 음악 줄넘기, 탄력밴드운동, 마무리운동)을 적용하였다. 운동 전 후의 신장, 체성분을 알아보기 위하여 Inbody 520, 체력의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 Primus RS, Commander Power Track II, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴을 사용하여 측정하였으며, 8주 후 재측정을 실시하였다. 결과 : 8주간 복합운동프로그램 적용 후 대상자는 실험 전보다 실험 후 신장, 체성분, 하지근력, 근지구력의 측정값은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 상지근력과 유연성은 향상되었지만 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 초등학생의 키성장, 체성분과 체력 향상에 복합운동프로그램이 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서 대조군과 다양한 환경적 요인들을 고려한다면 보다 나은 객관적인 결과를 얻을 것으로 생각된다.

서울 일부 지역 노인들의 등속성 근기능, 유연성, 균형성 측정 및 평가 (Assessment of Elderly's Isokinetic Muscle Function, Flexibility and Balance in a Region of Seoul)

  • 이 연구는 고령화 사회를 대비하여 노인 체력 향상 프로그램 설계 및 관련 정책을 수립하기 위한 기초 자료를 수집하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2013년, 서울 동대문구 소재 노인종합복지관에 등록 중인 노인 52명과 동대문구 소재 대학교 학부 과정에 재학 중인 학생 46명을 연구 대상으로 하여 하지의 등속성 근기능과 발목 관절가동범위, 유연성, 균형성 및 신체조성 등을 측정하였으며, Biodex system IV, Biodex stabilizer system, CNP-5403, Inbody 3.0이 사용되었다. 남자 노인 집단의 평균 연령은 77.13세였으며, 45.85kg의 근육량을 가지고 있었고, 체전굴은 2.97cm로 유연성이 아주 결여되어 있었다. 좌측발의 균형 능력이 우측보다 좋지 않았으며, 발바닥쪽굽힘의 관절 가동 범위는 35도 내외로 정상 범위에서 벗어났다. 전반적인 무릎 폄근과 굽힘근의 근력은 남자 대학생의 50% 정도 수준이었으며, 뒤넙다리근의 결손율이 18.55%로 균형이 깨어져 있었다. 발목 가쪽번짐-안쪽번짐 결손율 또한 23.08%, 19.19%로 나타났다. 여자 노인 집단의 평균 연령은 75.46세로 근육량은 35.68kg이었으며, 체전굴은 11.69cm로 여자 대학생 집단과 비슷하게 좋은 편이었다. 무릎의 동측 근력비가 좌우 모두 50% 미만이었고, 결손율 또한 폄 14.32%, 굽힘 19.73%로 좌우 근력 균형이 좋지 않았다. 발목의 발등굽힘력은 여자 대학생 집단의 62%(좌), 73%(우) 정도였다. 발등굽힘-발바닥쪽굽힘의 결손율이 각각 25.05%, 26.86%, 가쪽번짐-안쪽번짐 결손율이 19.97%, 21.09%로 나타나 발목의 좌 우 근력 불균형이 상당히 심한 것으로 나타났다. 상기 연구 결과들이 실질적인 노인 체력 향상 훈련 프로그램을 제공하고 관련 정책을 수립하는 데 도움이 되기를 바란다.
