The purpose of this study is to find troubles in producing and using the reclaimed soaps to get the solutions of their troubles. Five kinds of reclaimed soaps were taken from religious or civic organizations and nine kinds of soaps were made by adding sodium hydroxide of different concentrations to the used vegetable oil in our laboratory. Washing efficiency, pH test, BOD, and skin irritability of the reclaimed of manufactured soaps were examined. The washing efficiency of the manufactured soaps were ±80%. The percent of free-alkali tended to increase as the amount of NaOH increased. The skinirritability was proportional to the amount of NaOH added. To make the reclaimed soap, the best percent of NaHO to used oil is 17% or 18% and this ratio(17%∼18%) should be kept. Manufactured soaps by this ratio have good apperance condition and washing efficiency. And also they have low skin irritability and free-alkali. This study has the limitations that the skin irritability test can have individual and the collected soaps couldn't represent all kinds of recaimed soap.

As e-commerce is expanding rapidly, the consumer's damage in the e-commerce is also dramatically increased. This research was mainly focused on the consumer's damage experiences through the e-commerce, the consumer's behavior's when they were confronted with troubles, and the way to handle their damages in the e-commerce. This research was made with the intention of not only supplying the academic data on the consumer's damage but also understanding the consumer's basic behavior patterns in e-commerce. This research was supported by the surveys conducted to consumers who had previously experienced fashion e-commerce. Total 1230 questionnaires out of returned questionnaires were sampled for the final analysis. Main findings are as follows. 1) More than 90% of respondents answered that they had experienced troubles 2) Most consumers did complain their damages actively and tried to obtain proper cure from the seller.

In order to remain competitive, a manufacturing company needs to maintain the optimal condition of its manufacturing system. Machine tools as an important element of a manufacturing system consist of complex mechanical as well as electronic components. Therefore, diagnosing the troubles of machine tools is a tricky process which requires a lot of experience and knowledge. Since providing machine tool users with necessary services at the right time is very difficult and expensive, a remote diagnosis system is to be regarded as a good alternative, with which users can diagnose and fix the machine troubles. This paper presents a framework for a remote machine tools diagnosis system by combining the world wide web technology and backward reasoning expert system.

For solving troubles happened during the drilling process with carbon fiber epoxy composite materials(CFRP) by using HSS drill, a few types of diamond gift electroplated drills are manufactured, and machinability of these drills is experimented with a variety of cutting speed and feed rate. These drills have some advantages of good wear resistant and the conception of grinding process. As a result, using of these drills improves both troubles being caused by tool wear and damage of exit surface depending on fiber stacking angle. It is desirable that cutting conditions for the cutting thickness per revolution must be set under 0.01mm when the size of a diamond grit is # 60 .approx. 80.

Recent researches in the trouble monitoring system of grinding process have emphasized the use of deep knowledge. Such works include the monitoring and diagnostic systems for cylindrical grinding using sensors on chatter vibration and grinding burn during the process. But, since grinding operations are especially related with a lalrge amount of ambique parameters, it is effectively difficult to detect the grinding troubles occuring during the grinding process. In this paper, monitoring system for grinding utilizes the neural networks based on grinding power signatures. The monitoring system of grinding operations, which makes use of PDP neural networks, is presented. Then, the implementation results by computer simulations and experimental data with respect to chatter vibration and grinding burn are compared.

As it is the most important to make sure security and reliability for nuclear Power Plant, it's considered the most crucial issues to develop a fault detective and diagnostic system in spite of multiple hardware redundancy in itself. To develop an algorithm for a fault diagnosis in the nuclear PWR steam generator, this paper proposes a method based on ART2(adaptive resonance theory 2) neural network that senses and classifies troubles occurred in the system. The fault diagnosis system consists of fault detective part to sense occurred troubles, parameter estimation part to identify changed system parameters and fault classification part to understand types of troubles occurred. The fault classification part Is composed of a fault classifier that uses ART2 neural network. The Performance of the proposed fault diagnosis a18orithm was corroborated by applying in the steam generator.

This study was carried cut to get basic data of troubles in starting and supply of farm diesel engines in cold winter. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. As the result of farm survey. the proportions of farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter for the last 5 years were 38% for the farms with power-tillers and 32% for the farms with tractors. Most of the farms which had starting problems or troubles in fuel supply in cold winter used light oil for summer. spring or fall rather than for winter. 2. As the result of fuel supply test, fuel supply was stopped at -6$^{\circ}C$ and -18$^{\circ}C$ for summer light oil and winter light oil. respectively 3. The lowest temperatures of winter light oil for starting engine were -7.5$^{\circ}C$ for power-tiller. -12.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 38ps, and -17.5$^{\circ}C$ for tractor of 45ps. which were 5~7.5$^{\circ}C$ lower than that of summer light oil. 4. The performance of engine starting and the trouble of fuel supply system at lower temperature were significantly improved by using winter hight oil rather than summer light oil.

Dentists are known to be highly exposed to the musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The present study investigated the prevalence of MSD among Korean dentists and association between their MSD and physical workload. In addition, work-related causes of high physical workload were identified and needs of dentists were collected for improvement of dental instrument and environment. Four types of questionnaires including the Nordic questionnaire were used to investigate body troubles, physical workload, causes of physical workload, and improvement priority of dental components. A total of 104 dentists in Seoul were participated in the survey. Neck trouble (82%) was the most prevalent in the participated dentists and shoulder (68%) and low back trouble (56%) followed, while low back trouble was reported to be most common in previous western studies. The body troubles were related to the physical workload of the corresponding body parts, although they were not associated with personal characteristics. Most dentists selected 'to keep direct view inside patient's mouth' and 'no support of the hand with dental instruments' as causes of awkward and strenuous work postures. They wanted design improvement for some components in their operating room such as operating light and arrangement of workplace.
