The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of mobility after the commercial opening of french TGV through an examination on the precedent studies. The result of this study is as follows: Firstly, the TGV is competitive against the airplanes and automobiles within the 2 or 3 hours' service area, especially in the business trip markets. But in the recreational trips over this service area, 3 or 4 hours, the TGV remains as an important mode of transportation. Secondly, in a range within approximately 200 km, 1 hour by TGV, the french high speed train is not competitive against the automobiles by the lack of flexibility and commodity which are normally providing by the automobiles. This study shows the importance of permanent monitoring system on the KTX travellers' behavior to strengthen the market share of KTX.

장소 마케팅이란 특정 장소를 하나의 상품으로 인식하도록 기업과 주민, 관광객이 선호하는 이미지와 제도, 시설 등을 통해 장소의 상품가치를 제고하는 것이다. 이러한 개념을 철도에 적용하여 새로운 지역발전의 전략을 모색할 수 있다. 폐지선과 영업 정지 역을 활용하여 새로운 지역 개발의 기회로 삼는 사례들이 이러한 맥락이다. 나아가 관광, 여가 문화, 지역축제를 철도와 연계할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 지방자치단체와의 협력이 필요하다.

One of the major objectives of a transportation study is to provide the transportation networks for future years in order to accommodate the projected transport demand for the movement of passengers and goods utilizing the optimum "mix" of modes. To achieve this goal, the planning process starts with collection and analysis of data to determine the existing traffic demand and travel pattern, and to assign the future trip interchanges on th existing and planned networks to determine areas of improvements so that it can cope with increasing future traval demand. The purpose of this paper attempts to explain the public transport network formulation techniques which can be easily applied to the large urban area multi modal public transport system.

과소지역 보은군의 목적별 통행이라는 교통수요와 이용 교통수단의 기능을 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 먼저 보은군 주민은 의무적 통행보다 자유재량 통행의 공간적 범위가 넓고, 교통수단의 선택은 제한성, 편리성, 신속성에 의한다. 또 비벽지지역에서 근무.통근, 고급품 구매, 통원통행은 편리성 때문에 자가용 자동차의 이용이 많고, 통학은 제한성 때문에 비벼지지역이나, 벽지지역 모두 군내버스를 , 벽지지역에서의 고급품 구매는 편리성과 제한성 때문에 자가용 자동차와 시외버스를 많이 이용한다. 그리고 벽지지역의 통원은 공공 교통수단의 제한성에도 불구하고 병.의원이 집중한 상위 중심지를 방문한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the predictors of cultural sensitivity for nursing students in Korea. Methods: The participants in this study were 332 nursing students. Data collection was conducted through the use of questionnaires which were constructed to include a Cultural Sensitivity Scale, Knowledge of Culture, Interpersonal Reaction Index, and Self-efficacy Scale. Results: Results showed that cultural sensitivity of nursing students was middle range. Knowledge level of culture was very low. There was a significant positive correlation between cultural sensitivity and knowledge of culture, empathy, and self-efficacy. The significant factors influencing cultural sensitivity of nursing students were empathy, self-efficacy, experience of an overseas trip and awareness of cultural education. These four factors explained 23.8% of the variance in cultural sensitivity of nursing students. Conclusion: These results indicate that cultural sensitivity is an important link with empathy and self-efficacy in nursing students. For nursing students to enhance cultural sensitivity, a transcultural nursing curriculum needs to develop for appropriate and effective services in cross-cultural situations of the multicultural families in Korea.

After steam turbines in power plant drives generator and maintains it at rated speed using high temperature and high pressure steam energy, they regulate the output of generator when synchronized in parallel with the power system. By the way, as the steam flow into turbine can not be reduced fast even though the electrical load is lost, the turbine gets into dangerous situation due to the increase of its speed. At this time, the duty of the turbine governor is "how to limit the speed within its overspeed trip setpoint and escape from danger." For the purpose of it, there are various ways known. Some overspeed protection methods for steam turbines now being operating in korea are introduced in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to verify availability of the acoustic emission in-situ monitoring method to the internal leak and operating conditions of the turbine major valves relating to safety for turbine operating and prevention of turbine trouble at nuclear power plants. In this study, acoustic emission tests are performed when the pressurized electro-hydraulic control oil flowed through turbine electro-hydraulic controller oil check valve and turbine power/trip fluid solenoid valve in the condition of actual turbine operating. The acoustic emission method was applied to the valves at the site, and the background noise was measured far the abnormal plant condition. To judge for the leak existence ell the object valves, voltage analysis and frequency analysis of acoustic signal emitted from infernal leak in the valve operating condition are performed. It was conformed that acoustic emission method could monitor for valve internal leak to high sensitivity.

Today, demands on the housing that is fit f3r each and every person and restoration of the community are increasing rapidly. USA Europe and Japan have been constructing Co-operative Housing as an alternative residence. Therefore this study has a purpose to show the characteristics of related companies and the process of Japanese Co-operative Housing through the field trip in Japan.

For the purpose of reducing the plant trip/transient by the failure of a single component during plant operation or maintenance, the list of critical components with Single Point Vulnerability (SPV) on KSNP (Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plant), the standardized methodology of SPV evaluation and the plan to improve reliability of the equipment have been established. In addition, SPV component lists for the other domestic operating Nuclear Power Plants have been made, and the proper procedure for SPV management will be developed.
