3GPP LTE 시스템에서 셀 간 부하 차이를 고려하는 적응 히스테리시스 기반의 적응 타임-투-트리거 방법에 의한 하드 핸드오버 (Hard Handover by the Adaptive Time-to-trigger Scheme based on Adaptive Hysteresis considering the Load Difference between Cells in 3GPP LTE System)

  • 본 논문은 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution) 시스템에서 목표 셀과 서빙 셀 간의 부하 차이에 따라서 히스테리시스 값과 타임-투-트리거 값들과 같은 중요한 핸드오버 파라미터를 적응적으로 적용하는 하드 핸드오버 방식을 제안한다. 먼저, 히스테리시스 값을 서빙 셀과 목표 셀의 부하 차이에 따라서 자동적으로 조절하고 그 자동 조절된 히스테리시스 값을 핸드오버 트리거 (Trigger) 시간을 결정하는데 사용한다. 따라서 그러한 적응 히스테리시스 방법을 통하여 핸드오버 실패율은 개선된다. 그러나 이러한 적응 히스테리시스 방식은 셀 경계에서 잦은 단말들의 이동에 의해서 발생하는 핑퐁 현상이 증가하는 문제를 야기한다. 따라서 그러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 적응 히스테리시스 방식에 의해서 설정된 히스테리시스 (Hysteresis)값에 반비례하는 타임-투-트리거 (Time-to- trigger)값을 선택하는 적응 히스테리시스 기반의 적응 타임-투-트리거 방식을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안한 적응 히스테리시스 기반의 적응 타임-투-트리거 방식이 기존의 고정 히스테리시스 방법과 적응 히스테리시스 방법 기반의 고정 타임-투-트리거 방식보다 핸드오버 실패율과 핑퐁 (Ping-pong) 발생률 측면에서 더 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this case study is to observe the effect of burning acupuncture therapy on the trigger finger. Methods : 2 patients were treated by burning acupuncture therapy to recover from trigger finger. The symptoms were evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS) and Tanaka score. Results : In both cases, VAS decreased to 0 and 1. Patients were evaluated as excellent and good by Tanaka score. Conclusions : Burning acupuncture therapy is effective to trigger finger.

초음파 적용방식에 따른 근-근막 발통점의 압통각 역치 변화 (The Change of Pressure Pain Threshold of Myofascial Trigger Points by Ultrasound Application Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the application method of ultrasound on the alteration of pressure pain threshold of myofascial trigger points. We used thirty patients with mayofascial pain syndrome in upper trapezius. Participants classified according to each group in non noxious dose, noxious dose by the ultrasound. The test was measured continuously pre test, post-test by algometer. The following results were obtained; 1. Pressure pain threshold were significantly increased in non-noxious dose and noxious dose group(p<.001). 2. In noxious dose group, pressure pain threshold were more significantly increased than non-noxious dose group(p<.001). These results lead us to the conclusion that non-noxious dose and noxious dose were significantly increased pressure pain threshold of upper trapezius trigger points. Therefore, a further direction of this study will be to provide more evidence that noxious dose have more effect on pressure pain threshold of myofascial trigger points.

요방형근(Quadratus Lumborum) 통증 유발점 주사 후 나타난 후복막 혈종 -증례 보고- (Retroperitoneal Hematoma after Trigger Point Injections of Quadratus Lumborum -A case report-)

  • We have observed retroperitoneal hematoma after trigger point injections of quadratus lumborum in a patient with chronic low back pain. Severe flank pain and dyspnea was observed three hours after injection of local anesthetic and steroid to the trigger point of quadratus lumborum muscle. There was fuge hematoma in abdominal CT image around the right kidney, which displaced and compressed the kidney anteriorly. Following infusion of contrast media, extravasation through renal vein and IVC was notified. Patient had a past history of having been treated with platelet aggregation inhibitor and lower dose aspirin treatment after cerebral ischemia for a year, but coagulative function was within normal range. Patient was admitted 12 days for bed rest, pain control and transfusion. We need to take greater care with a frequent aspiration and exact direction of needle, during trigger point injection of quadratus lumborum, particu right side, to avoid vascular injury.

  • The fault current of the power transmission system is greater than that of the power distribution system. Therefore, the introduction of superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is more needed to reduce the increased fault current. The trigger-type SFCL consists of the high-temperature superconducting element (HTSC), the current limiting reactor (CLR) and the circuit breaker (CB). The trigger-type SFCL can be used to supplement the disadvantages of the resistive-type SFCL. The operation characteristics of the current ratio differential relay which is usually applied to the protection device of the power transmission system are expected to be affected under fault conditions and the applicability of the trigger-type SFCL. In this paper, we analyzed the operating characteristics, by the fault conditions, between the current ratio differential relay for line protection and the trigger-type SFCL in the power transmission system through the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation.

  • We investigated the quench characteristics in accordance with increase of turns number of trigger coil and shunt resistance of matrix-type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) with $2{\times}3$ array. The matrix-type SFCL consists of the trigger part to apply magnetic field and the current-limiting part to limit fault current. The fault current limiting characteristics according to the increase of magnetic field and applied voltage were nearly same. This is because the application of magnetic field hasn't an affect on total impedance of the SFCL. When turns number of a reactor increased, the voltage difference between two superconducting units in the current-limiting part according was decreased. The resistance difference generated in two superconducting units was also decreased. Therefore, we confirmed that the differences of the critical behaviors between superconducting units were reduced by application of magnetic field. By this results, we could decide the optimum turns number of reactor to apply magnetic field.

유발점 차단에 의한 임상적 연구 (A Clinical Study of Trigger Point by Blocking Methods)

  • The purpose of this study is the evaluation of the degree of post injection soreness, symptom duration, factor and autonomic symptoms after trigger point injection in patients with trigger points. We devided the subjects of the study into four groups Such as, only dry needling, needle-TENS, with massage-stretch, massage-stretch only, including 100 patients, and measured the visual analog scale before treatment and after treatment. Before treatment, The VAS mean scores were $6.2{\pm}1.03$ in needle-TENS with massage-stretch group ; $6.2{\pm}1.75$ in needdle-TENS group, and $6.3{\pm}1.85$ in dry needling group, and $6.8{\pm}1.03$ in massage-stretch group. In post injection 3rd day, The VAS mean score were $0.9{\pm}1.78$ in needling-TENS with massage-stretch group, $1.1{\pm}1.52$ in needling-TENS group, $1.7{\pm}1.10$ in dry needling group, and $3.9{\pm}3.01$ in massage-stretch group. As for a causative factor of activities for trigger were overload with 37.0%, overwork with 35.0% and fatigue with 13.0%. Symptoms for trigger were tenderness with 28.0%, numbness and tingling with 24.0%. ROM limit with 17.0% and tightness with 17.0%. As a result, needling-TENS with massage-stretch group showed less soreness and effect than other group.

Specially, embody as could do root of a hair exclusion being emitted in pulse form using multi wave length of 560nm, 590nm, 640nm, 755nm and embodied clinical data. If become research repletion furthermore little more, is seen that can approximate in commercialization.

서비스 패턴 마이닝을 위한 컨텍스트 온톨로지 및 트리거 규칙 설계 (Context Ontology and Trigger Rule Design for Service Pattern Mining)

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 환경 및 사용자의 상황을 필요로 하는 곳에 센서 노드들을 부착해 환경 정보를 수집하여 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 수시로 변화하는 사용자의 환경과 상황에 따라 서비스 내용도 새롭게 갱신될 수 있는 지능적인 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 위치와 행동에 따른 지능적인 서비스 제공을 위한 컨텍스트 온톨로지 설계, 그리고 사용자의 행동과 연관된 서비스 패턴을 지능적으로 마이닝 하기 위한 트리거 규칙 정의와 트리거 시스템의 통합 구조인 능동 마이닝 아키텍쳐를 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자의 시간에 따른 위치 및 객체와의 연관성을 고려하여 사용자의 행동과 서비스 패턴을 지능적으로 마이닝 하기 위한 기반이 된다.

쌍방향 시동방식의 고속투입스위치 개발 (Development of the Spark-gap Switch with Dual Trigger System)

  • This paper is introducing a newly developed spark-gap switch with dual trigger system, into which the current from the voltage source is injected along with the test sequence during the synthetic testing of high voltage circuit-breaker. The currently-used spark gap switch is narrow in operating range due to the use of the method of triggering energy being injected by single way. As a result, the frequent happening of misoperation has greatly reduced the test quality and test efficiency and has required the cost of maintenance excessively. In this study, accordingly, in order to basically remove these problems, another triggering system is installed to the opposite direction on the existing triggering system; attaching the same time and the same rising time of pulse wave as on the existing system, so that at a comparatively trigger gap distance from the main electrode(the gap can be operated at 60% of self-break voltage, while at 80% in the current system), the main electrode has been enabled to be closed by the development of spark gap switch with dual trigger system.
