Objective: This study reports on the effects of HongYi (red ant, or Formica rufa Linne) pharmacopuncture through three cases involving female patients with voiding difficulty.Method: We treated the three patients with HongYi pharmacopuncture and evaluated them using the international prostate symptom score (IPSS), which is used for measuring the severity of voiding difficulty.Result: After treatment, the IPSS showed improvement in each patient. The symptoms of voiding difficulty and other complaints also improved.Conclusion: Based on the three cases, HongYi pharmacopuncture may be a viable option for treating voiding difficulty among women.

This study was attempted in order to offer basic data for enhancing oral health by surveying the activity limitation realities caused by oral disease in university students and then by analyzing its relevant factors. As a result of research, university students' activity limitation experience rate accounted for 24.1%. The average number of activity limitation days stood at 0.44 day. Matters related to university students' activity limitation included housing type as for socio-demographic characteristics, and busyness in daily life, difficulty for supplying school expenses, temporal burden given using dental treatment, and difficulty for transportation given using dental treatment as for individual characteristics. In case of feeling difficulty for raising school expenses, the possibility was indicated to be high in activity limitation experience, illness experience, experience of having trouble in performing schoolwork, and schoolwork loss experience. Also, in case of feeling difficulty for transportation given using dental treatment, the possibility was indicated to be high in experiencing a trouble in performing schoolwork and a loss of schoolwork. Accordingly, a national interest and support are earnestly demanded in order to establish the more systematized oral health level and to increase oral health promotion.

Recently, Difficult-to-cut materials are used in many manufacturing industry. But the difficult-to-cut materials are difficult-to-cutting process. So difficult to cut material cutting process was used after heat treatment through preheating for easy cutting process. In this study, Inconel 625 was preheating using laser heat source in computer simulation. Laser heat source temperature applied $1290^{\circ}C$ that suitable preheating temperature for Inconel 625. And temperature effects such as temperature distribution for moving heat source studied apply to similar actual process condition. Simulation results for heat treatment effects through temperature distribution verified.

Cleft lip and palate is the most common malformation in the craniofacial region. The patients with cleft lip and palate have functional problem such as, speech, feeding and respiratory as well as esthetic problem. So, treatment should be done by multidiciplinary team approach. The role of pediatric dentist in the team is advicement for feeding method, guidance of normal growth, caries control and preventive orthodontics. In cleft lip and palate patients, maxillary arch after cheiloplasty is usually collapsed by excessive tension of the scar. This collapse increase the difficulty of later orthodontic treatment. Therefore, the maxillary arch segments should be moved and retaind to normal position as soon as cheiloplasty is done to reduce the need and difficulty of orthodontic treatment. This concept is called by the early orthopedic treatment in cleft lip and palate. Also, this orthopedic appliance works as feeding applince to normal feeding and weight gain We reported two cases of early orthopedic treatment with favorable result in complete bilateral cleft lip and palate patients after cheiloplasty. Patients showed normal weight and their maxillary arch widths were increased.

Objectives : This study is aimed to investigate acupuncture treatments for blurred vision, tinnitus, difficulty in urination and bi-syndrome caused by aging process through oriental medical documents. methods : We researched 21 oriental medical classics for the acupuncture treatments of blurred vision, tinnitus, difficulty in urination and bi-syndrome caused by aging or deficiency. Results & conclusions : 1. Disharmony between yin and yang, disharmony between organs, disharmony of essence, qi, spirit, blood and body fluid are the main features of aging. 2. ST36, BL18, BL10, CV24, ST1, BL23 have been most frequently used for acupuncture to treat blurred vision caused by aging. For moxibustion, ST36 has been most frequently used. 3. GB2, TE21, TE17, SI19, TE3 are the mainly used points for acupuncture to treat tinnitus and deafness caused by aging. For moxibustion, LI1 and BL15 have been most frequently used. 4. CV3, CV7, CV4, BL67, LR8, LR4 have been most frequently used to treat difficulty in urination caused by aging. 5. LI11, GB34, GB30, LI4, ST36, TE10, TE5, Sama (extra point) have been most frequently used to treat numbness, paralysis and bi syndrome caused by aging.

Clinicians are familiar with limitation of opening mouth caused by temporomandibular disorders. Sometimes, patients also complain of difficulty in closing mouth. Difficulty in closing mouth can be caused by anterior, posterior disc displacement, and subluxation of temporomandibular joint (TMJ). In this report, we presented a patient who had a difficulty in both opening and closing mouth. The patient complained of TMJ noises and intermittent limitation of opening mouth, and inability to get teeth back into maximal intercuspal position. Magnetic resonance images revealed that the left TMJ had an anterior disc displacement with relative posterior disc displacement. We reviewed the possible causes, signs and symptoms, and treatment for difficulty in closing mouth with related literatures.

The theory of Hwa Acupuncture Therapy (HAT), called Hwa Chim Therapy, is a part of the Five Elements Theory unique to Korea. HAT, created and developed by Jaehoon Song, integrates the victor-vanquished as well as the son-mother relationship of the Five Elements of breakdown and restoration of balance between yin and yang. And also, it provides resources and data on The seventy fifth Difficulty(75難) of Classic on Difficulty - Nan Jin 75. HAT establishes objectiveness and accuracy of diagnosis based upon the traditional method and procedure of pulse taking. In HAT, a person's state of illness is diagnosed by applying the comparative examination of the palpitation of the pulse. It is fact that the pulse varies according to the state, and that HAT treatment has proven the positive results by using the victor-vanquished relationship of Classic on Difficulty-Nan Jin 75. Despite a concise and simple theory, Hwa Chim is very effective in treating a wide range of illnesses, and thus it has gained an increasing attention of many scholars and practitioners in the field of traditional Korean oriental medicine. However, it is the first theoretical attempt to the clinical research and scientific methodology of Ohaeng Hwa Chim, and more active Hwa Acupuncture R&D is being conducted nationwide.

Dermoids are rare disease which arise during embryogenesis. They are the most common variety of teratomas occurring in the head and neck region and most arsies in the nasopharynx or oropharynx. They are invariably benign and derived from only two germinal layers, ectoderm and mesoderm. They usually present as repiratory distress and swallowing difficulty at or soon after birth. Treatment consists of surgical resection. We recently experienced a case of a neonatal nasopharyngeal dermoid which led to severe airway obstruction and feeding difficulty and necessitated the endotracheal intubation.

Objectives : This study planed to evaluate effect of oriental medicine therapy treatment method of dyspnea that happen from cancer of the pancreas patient who accompany Multiple metasis Methods : Patient complained dyspnoea during admission into dept. Of internal medicine, college of oriental medicine, Dong-eui Univ, was appealed patient treated by Oriental medicine therapy that is of use Herb Medication and Herbal -acupuncture Treatment being diagnosed in lung asthenia including deficiency of Eum and insufficiency of Gi of the lung(肺虛), the fire due to deficiency(虛火), and loving warfare of symptoms evaluated through VAS (visual analog scales). Results & Conclusion : Patient's difficulty in breathing symptoms took a favorable turn after treatment. This study means that Oriental medicine therapy that is difficulty in breathing symptoms that happen from patient surely has effectiveness.
