동력경운기의 경사지 견인 및 주행 특성에 관한 연구(제일보)-동력경운기 -트레일계의 힛치점에 작용하는 충격력- (The Impact Loads on the Hitch Point of the Tiller-Trailer System)

  • Transporting agricultural products and the other material by the two-wheel-tractor (power-tiler)and trailer system may be one of its most widely used farming functions.The safety and hitching load for all the previaling performing conditions may be the general concern over the operation of the tiller-trailer system. In this study, a mathematical model to determine the static and dynamic forces excerting on the hitch point were developed . Based on the analysis of the model and the field measurements. the limiting hitching load and critical slope were analyzed. The results of the study are summarized as follows ; 1) The limit angle of slope land for the safety steering that two-wheel tractor-single axle trailer system was able to transport agricultural products was the direct angle (${\gamma}$) = 8 ; the cross angle$\beta$) 15 ; and it was decreased in accordance with the increase of carrying load ($W_4). 2) The critical velocity for safe operation in case of running on downward hill road was about 1.08m/sec. 3) The limiting carrying load for the safe steering was W$_4$=600kg. The degree of the safe steering for different braking methods was given in order as follows ; Simulataneous braking the tractor and trailer , braking the trailer only, and braking tractor only. 4) Among the three components of impact loads excerting on the hitch point, the component in the lateral direction ($P_{Vy}$) was near zero in spite of increase of hitching load ($W_4) , while the components in the other two mutually perpedicular directions ($P_{Vx}$ and ($P_{Vz}$) ) had larger values in horizontal plane than those in the slope lands. 5) Moment of forces on the lateral direction (M$y$) had the largest value among the three components of impact moment acting on the hitch point, however all the components were sharply increased in accordance with the increase of hitching loads ($W_4. Three components of the moment were the negative values.

  • A high prevalence of protected horticulture farmer's work-related musculo-skeletal disorders (MSDs) have been reported in precedent studies. One of the tasks required ergonomic intervention to reduce the musculo-skeletal risks is the task of product transporting. The purpose of this study is to evaluate quantitatively the spinal load of operator using manual vehicles to predict and prevent musculo-skeletal risks. Spinal load in operators using 4 kinds of manual vehicle were analyzed. Before evaluating spinal load on operator using the manual vehicles by bio-mechanical approach, it is needed to validate human model. In this study, ADAMS LifeMOD human model shows satisfactory results, comparing with already validated model's results or measured results. While Operators pushed the manual vehicles(wheelbarrow, Trolley, 2 wheel cart, and 4 wheel cart) contained loads that were 0 N and 800 N, their spinal loads(compression force, shear force) were evaluated. The compression force demonstrated under the NIOSH action limits - 3410N - for all 4 manual vehicle's operators(McGill 1997; Marras 2000). However, the lateral shear force demonstrated over the University of Waterloo - 500N - for all 3 manual vehicle's operators except 4Wheel cart (Yingline and McGill, 1999). Therefore, operators have risks in prevalence of the musculo-skeletal disorders due to shear force. The findings of this study suggest that it need to be determine the spinal load, especially lateral shear force in designing the manual vehicles in the future.

영구자석을 적용한 선박용 곡면 철판 이송용 유압식 마그네틱 클램프 이송장치의 성능평가에 대한 고찰 (Performance Evaluation of Hydraulic and Magnetic Clamp Crane for Transporting Curved Steel Plate for Shipbuilding, with Permanent Magnet Applied)

  • As a new technical approach, a hydraulic and magnetic clamp device was developed to realize a magnetic clamp crane system by simultaneously actuating eight individual hydraulic cylinders. In this approach, an Sr-type of ferritic permanent magnet (SrO· 6Fe2O3), rather than the previous electromagnet, was utilized for the purpose of lifting and transporting the large curved steel plates used for manufacturing ships. This study had the goal of developing and manufacturing a hydraulic, magnetic clamp prototype composed of three main parts, including the base frame, cylinder joint, and magnet joint, in order to safely transport curved steel plates. Furthermore, this research included a performance evaluation of the manufactured prototype and acquired the purposed quantity value in the performance test. The most significant item, the magnetic adhesive force (G), was evaluated in a performance test, which utilized a ferritic permanent magnet (Sr type) with 3700~4000 G of residual induction (Br) and 2640/2770 Oe of coercive force (Hc). In particular, relevant items such as the hoist tension (kN), transportation time (s), and applied load (Kgf) on the hydraulic cylinders were also evaluated in order to determine the optimum values.

양식 생김의 양륙 작업 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of loading and unloading work in laver aquaculture industry)

  • In this study, an automatic system for improving the working environment and increasing production efficiency of a laver aquaculture industry in Korea was developed by combining a hydraulic control system and a load cell in a current landing work of the laver. The improved gathering laver system allowed the automatic gathering process of the laver in the sea with the hydraulic control system connected to a cutting machine of the laver on the operating ship, which has been used for gathering the laver semi-automatically in a form of the traditional farming method. The transporting process of the laver from an operating ship to the land was improved as follows. A frame installed on the operating ship and the bag nets were designed and made to hold about 1,000 kg of the laver inside. The bag nets contain the laver on the improved operating ship were tied in knots and hooked on a crane using a load cell. The weight is measured immediately by lifting the bag nets through the load cell system. Weight information is communicated to the fishermen and successful bidders through the application. The advantages of the improved system can help fishermen to fish by improving their working environment and increasing production efficiency. The field survey to improve the landing operation of the laver aquaculture was conducted in Gangjin, Goheung, Shinan, Wando, Jindo, and Haenam in South Jeonnam Province. A total of 10 sites including Gunsan in Jeonbuk Province, Daebu Island in Ansan City, Jebu Island in Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province, and Seocheon in Chungnam Province were searched to collect data. Prototypes of the system were tested at the auction house of laver located in Goheung, where laver collection using hydraulic control and landing using road cell could be improved.

벨트클러치 전동방식의 농업용 소형 스키드 스티어 로더 (Small Agricultural Skid-steer Loader Using Belt Clutch Power Transmission)

  • Since the skid-steer loader is able to work for excavating, lifting and transporting load even at the narrow space, they are widely used in the regular farm and the livestock farm. The skid-steer loader normally adopts the hydrostatic transmission because the power to move the machine backward and forward should be delivered independently on both sides of wheels. Contrast to the mechanical system such as chain and belt transmissions, however, the hydrostatic transmission is less efficient in the use of energy and more difficult in the maintenance. This study was intended to investigate the feasibility of using triangular-type belt clutch and V-belt transmission for the newly developed skid-steer loader in order to overcome the problems stated in the hydrostatic transmission. In the developed triangular-type belt clutch, the centers of driving, driven and idler sheaves are arranged in the triangular shape in a plane, and V-belts were loaded loosely on three sheaves. The power is transmitted by pressing the idler connected to a lever on the loosened V-belt. Contrast to the normal belt clutch using two sheaves, the newly developed belt clutch has the characteristics of small contact-angle of the driving sheave at no bucket load and increasing contact-angle at the time of power transmission. The results of research can be summarized as follows: 1) The developed triangular-type belt clutch adopted a spring-loaded slackside idler which could transmit more power than a fixed idler could by sacrificing the belt life. The life of V-belt used in the power transmission reached at 500 hours(6 months) when the engine power of 11.8 ㎾ was transmitted. Also, it was feasible to develop the large industrial skid-loader with the V-belt transmission by using the proper set of sheaves. 2) The developed skid-steer loader changed the rotating radius and speed with bucket loads as the conventional skid steer loader did. The rotating speed was 47 deg/s at the maximum bucket load of 2.74 kN when the minimum rotating radius was 1.5m. 3) The power required in turning at the bucket load of 2.74 kN was 4 ㎾ and the slippage of V-belt was less than 1%.

  • 주문형 비디오 서비스나 비공개 화상 회의와 같은 보호가 필요한 서비스를 위해서는 RTP의 payload를 암호화해야 한다. 멀티미디어 데이터는 실시간 제약을 갖고 있기 때문에 암호화/복호화로 인한 지연이 실시간 제약에 미치는 영향을 최소로 하면서 암호화를 하기 위해서는 네트워크 트래픽과 부하에 적응하여 암호화 알고리즘을 변경하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 또한 다수가 참여하는 멀티미디어 서비스 진행 중에 서비스 이용을 중지한 사용자는 RTP payload의 암호화 키를 알고 있기 때문에 이 사용자로부터 RTP payload를 보호하기 위해서는 암호화 키를 변경하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RTP payload의 암호화를 위해 암호화 알고리즘과 암호화 키를 변경하기 위한 SCPR(Security Control Protocol for RTP)를 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • Normal cranes cannot be used to move the fan inside the high-rise factories. Due to the size of the fan and safety accidents, there is a need for a structure capable of lifting and transporting. In this study, the safety of the structure was evaluated by considering the center of gravity of the fan and the effect of the fan being tilted up. An analysis of the buckling was performed by hand calculation. Nonlinear analysis was performed using ABAQUS to evaluate the safety of the structure. The safety factor for buckling is above 4.0 and the safety factor for stress is calculated to be 1.31 under the worst load distribution conditions.

물류설비 및 속성 분류체계 연구 (A Classification Study on Logistics Equipments and Their Attributes)

  • 포장, 수송, 운반, 하역, 보관 등 물류 기능별 단계에서 사용되는 설비의 호환성과 연계성에 대한 요구가 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일관수송을 위한 표준 파렛트를 중심으로 물류설비 간의 모자 관계 등에 대한 인터페이스 분석을 위한 분류체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 물류설비 관련 분류체계 및 표준/규격을 검토하여 문제점과 이슈를 분석하였다. 또한 설비별 속성 분류체계를 제시하고 의미론적으로 표현하는 예를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과를 확장하여 표준 파렛트의 변경 또는 다변화에 대비한 관련 물류설비의 정합성 검토의 자동화 작업이 가능할 것이다.

  • 멀티미디어 정보 전송을 위해 RTP(Real-Time Transport Protocol)을 사용하며, 멀티미디어 정보 보안을 위해서는 RPT의 페이로드를 암호화해야 한다. RPT페이로드의 암호화를 위해서 암호화/복호화로 인한 지연이 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 제약에 미치는 영향을 최소로 하면서 네트워크의 트래픽과 부하에 적응하며 암호화 알고리즘을 변경하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 또한 멀티미디어 서비스 진행 중 서비스 이용을 중지한 사용자는 RPT 페이로드의 암호화 키를 알고 있기 때문에 페이로드를 보호하기 위해서는 암호화 키를 변경하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RPT 페이로드의 암호화를 위해, 암호화 알고리즘과 암호화 키를 변경하기 위한 SCPR(Security Control Protocol for RTP)를 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • In this paper, we present a design of optimal 2-DOF PID controller for control of gantry crane which has to control swing motion and trolley position. For tuning the parameter of 2-DOF PID controller, we used evolution strategy(ES). During operate the crane system in yard, the goal is transporting the load to a goal position as quick as possible without rope oscillation. The crane is generally operated by an expert operator, but recently an automatic control system with high speed and rapid transportation is required. However, we developed an optimal controller which has to control the crane system with disturbance.
