  • In this paper, transport properties of charge carrier which is produced by x-ray exposure were investigated.. It is the research of charge transport and specific property of trap that is performed in direct digital x-ray image receptor. We measured transit time and drift mobility of charge carriers of a-Se photoconductor using time-of-flight method. We made a testing glass with a-Se of $100{\mu}m$ thickness on corning glass using thermal evaporation method. As a result of this experiment, electron and hole transit time was each $229.17{\mu}s$ and $8.73{\mu}s$ at $10V/{\mu}m$ electric field and drift mobility was each $0.00174cm^2/V{\cdot}s$, $0.04584cm^2/V{\cdot}s$. But the results shows us different measurement value of electron and charge drift mobility and it was investigated about charge transport properties and trap mechanism.

  • In the present study, disc-type LSCF/GDC (20 : 80 vol%) dual-phase membranes having porous LSC/GDC (50 : 50 vol%) active layers were prepared and effect of active layers on oxygen ion transport behavior was investigated. Introduction of active layers improved drastically oxygen flux due to enhanced electron conductivity and oxygen surface exchange activity. As firing temperature of active layer increased from $900^{\circ}C$ to $1000^{\circ}C$, oxygen flux increased due to improved contact between membrane and active layer or between grains of active layer. The enhanced contact would improve oxygen ion and electron transports from active layer to membrane. Also, as thickness of active layer increased from 10 to $20{\mu}m$, oxygen flux decreased since thick active layer rather prevented oxygen molecules diffusing through the pores. And, STF infiltration improved oxygen flux due to enhanced oxygen reduction reaction rate. The experimental data announces that coating and property control of active layer is an effective method to improve oxygen flux of dual-phase oxygen transport membrane.

  • Objective : To examine whether any correlation between tendency towards depression and tenderness at special acupuncture points exists, thus to explore the potential diagnostic property of acupuncture points. Methods : A total 31 subjects were included in this study. They filled out questionnaires about their mental [Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Stress Response Inventory (SRI), Profile of Mood States (POMS)] and physical (fatigue due to overexertion, and food accumulation) symptoms. Identical weight around Alarm points (CV17, CV12, ST25, CV5, CV4, and LR13) and transport points (BL14, BL20, BL21, BL22, BL25, and BL27) was given using an algometer and the subjects rated their pain on an 11-point numerical rating scale. Heart rate variability (HRV) was also measured. Results : The subjects were divided into two groups, normal and depressive tendency groups with a cut-off point of nine on BDI. The depressive tendency group reported significantly higher values in SRI, POMS, and questionnaire for fatigue due to overexertion. In the pressure pain measurement, depressive tendency group had more pressure pain at CV12, left side of BL20, BL14, BL22 and both sides of BL21, BL25, BL27, significantly (each p<0.05). The data of HRV did not show significant differences between groups. Conclusions : People with a tendency towards depression may be prone to stress, negative mood, and fatigue due to overexertion. In addition, they may be more likely to develop tenderness at alarm points and transport points compared with healthy people. Further research is needed to confirm this finding.

  • In order to analyze wave propagation, tidal current, and sediment transport in the vicinity of the Gaeya open channel, it was classified into before(CASE1W) and after(CASE2W) installation of various artificial structures, and the calculation results for CASE1W and CASE2W were compared. For wave propagation, the results of incident and reflected waves were derived using the SWAN numerical model, and the tidal current velocity results were derived using the FLOW2DH numerical model for tidal current. The results of the SWAN numerical model and the FLOW2DH numerical model became the input conditions for the SEDTRAN numerical model that predicts sediment transport, and the maximum bed shear stress and suspended sediment concentration distribution near the Gaeya open channel were calculated through the SEDTRAN numerical model. As a result of the calculation of the SWAN numerical model, the wave height of CASE2W was increased by 40~50 % compared to CASE1W because the incident wave was diffracted and superimposed and the reflected wave was generated by about 7 km long northen jetty. As a result of the calculation of the FLOW2DH numerical model, According to the northen breakwater, the northen jetty and Geumrando, CASE2W was calculated 10~30 % faster than CASE1W in the tidal current of the Gaeya open channel. As a result of the calculation of the SEDTRAN numerical model, the section where the maximum bed shear stress is 1.0 N/m2 or more and the suspended concentration is 80mg/L or more was widely distributed in the Gaeya open channel from the marine environment by the complex wave field(incident wave, reflected wave and tidal wave) and the installation of various artificial structures. it is believed that a sedimentation phenomenon occurred in the Gaeya open channel.

  • Aviation fuel oil is more strictly controlled than other transport fuels because it can lead to major accidents in the event of a problem. The quality standards of the aircraft are specified by the domestic Korean Standard, the American Society for Testing and Materials and the International Air Transport Association, respectively. From 2016 to 2017, the quality analysis of 6 items such as aromatic content, sulfur content and distillation characteristics was carried out on the jet fuel produced at five domestic refineries. Domestic production of jet fuel has been shown to be in conformity with the quality standards and has been maintained at a constant level throughout the year. Compared with the specification of ASTM and IATA the aromatic content of domestic KS specification is set to be strictly 1.5 wt% higher than the ASTM and IATA setting specification, but it satisfies this specification sufficiently. In addition, other items such as sulfur content, distillation property and flash point satisfied both domestic and international specification.

  • Issues have arisen over the monopoly of housing sales guarantees by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation. If the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport appoints an additional guarantee institution, there is concern that the property protection between the two parties is insufficient due to excessive competition and the weakening of urban regeneration resources. It argues that housing supply policies for stabilization of the housing market can be smoothly implemented through monopoly projects. This is judged to be an abuse of market dominant position under the Fair Trade Act, and excessive restrictions on pre-sale guarantee requirements may cause delays in business and infringement of property rights of members. First, the establishment of a designation system for market dominant operators of the Fair Trade Commission enables new entry of private guarantee institutions. Second, it is necessary to improve regulations under Article 63 of the Fair Trade Act (consultation on the establishment of laws restricting competition, etc.). Third, through the establishment of the 「Rules on Housing Supply」 under Article 15 (2), the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can additionally designate a guarantee institution, thereby guaranteeing the right to select a pre-sale guarantee for the business entity. In addition, it is expected that at least one of a number of guarantee insurance companies can be designated to improve the efficiency of the distribution of social benefits, thereby lowering the volatility of housing prices. Listen and suggest.

  • With the recent development of 4th industrial revolution technology, BIM information systems are spreading to civil engineering fields as a link to this technology. Accordingly, the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Ministry is announcing a technical policy to introduce the BIM information system into the construction sector from 2020. Usually, SOC-related facilities are complex, making it difficult to implement BIM without a standards framework. To overcome these problems, it is urgent to develop a BIM standard classification system. In this study, the BIM property classification system was developed to link the previously developed object classification system by analyzing domestic and foreign prior studies and working standards. This includes property information of businesses, facilities, parts of facilities and components that correspond to the level of object composition in the road and river sectors. It also suggested ways to apply expansion to various SOC areas and to organize spatial information by facility. The results of this study were applied to road facilities to verify the possibility of information building. The development of the BIM Standards Classification System through this R&D will contribute to the development of construction IT by providing conditions for convenient modeling and information system.

  • The high alkaline property in the concrete pore solution protects the embedded steel in concrete from corrosion due to aggressive ions attack. However, a continuous supply of those ions, in particular, chlorides altogether with a pH fall in electrochemical reaction on the steel surface eventually depassivate the steel to corrode. To mitigate chloride-induced corrosion in concrete structures, finely grained mineral admixtures, for example, pulverized fuel ash (PFA), ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) and silica fume (SF) have been often advised to replace ordinary Portland cement (OPC) partially as binder. A consistent assessment of those partial replacements has been rarely performed with respect to the resistance of each binder to corrosion, although the studies for each binder were extensively looked into in a way of measuring the corrosion rate, influence of microstructure or chemistry of chlorides ions with cement hydrations. The paper studies the behavior of steel corrosion, chloride transport, pore structure and buffering capacity of those cementitious binders. The corrosion rate of steel in mortars of OPC, 30% PFA, 60% GGBS and 10% SF respectively, with chloride in cast ranging from 0.0 to 3.0% by weight of binder was measured at 7, 28 and 150 days to determine the chloride threshold level and the rate of corrosion propagation, using the anodic polarization technique. Mercury intrusion porosimetry was also applied to cement pastes of each binder at 7 and 28 days to ensure the development of pore structure. Finally, the release rate of bound chlorides (i.e. buffering capacity) was measured at 150 days. The chloride threshold level was determined assuming that the corrosion rate is beyond 1-2 mA/$m^3$ at corrosion and the order of the level was OPC > 10% SF > 60% GGBS > 30% PFA. Mercury intrusion porosimetry showed that 10% SF paste produced the most dense pore structure, followed by 60% GGBS, 30% PFA and OPC pastes, respectively. It was found that OPC itself is beneficial in resisting to corrosion initiation, but use of pozzolanic materials as binders shows more resistance to chloride transport into concrete, thus delay the onset of corrosion.

  • Organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) and polymer light emitting diodes (PLED) have been regarded as the candidate for the next generation light source and flat panel display. Currently, the most common OLED industrial fabrication technology used in producing real products utilizes a fine shadow mask during the thermal evaporation of small molecule materials. However, due to high potential including low cost, easy process and scalability, various researches about solution process are progressed. Since polymer has some disadvantages such as short lifetime and difficulty of purifying, small molecule OLED (SMOLED) can be a good alternative. In this work, we have demonstrated high efficient solution-processed OLED with small molecule. We use CBP (4,4'-N,N'-dicarbazolebiphenyl) as a host doped with green dye (Ir(ppy)3 (fac-tris(2-phenyl pyridine) iridium)). PBD (2-(4-biphenylyl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole) and TPD (N,N'diphenyl-N,N'-Bis (3-methylphenyl)-[1,1-biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine) are employed as an electron transport material and a hole transport material. And TPBi (2,2',2''-(1,3,5-phenylene) tris (1-phenyl-1H-benzimidazole)) is used as an hole blocking layer for proper hole and electron balance. With adding evaporated TPBi layer, the current efficiency was very improved. Among various parameters, we observed the property of OLED device by changing the thickness of hole transporting layer and solvent which can dissolve organic material. We could make small molecule OLED device with finding proper conditions.

  • We have studied physical properties of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) in a device with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ). Since the TCNQ has a high electron affinity, it is widely used for a charge-transport and injection layer. And the TCNQ-derivatives have also been used to control the conductivity of the materials. It is known that a charge injection and transport in OLEDs with a TCNQ-derivative enhances a performance of the devices such as operating voltage and efficiency. To see how the TCNQ affects on the device performance, we have made a reference device in a structure of ITO(170nm)/TPD(40nm)/$Alq_3$(60nm)/LiF(0.5nm)/Al(100nm). And several type of devices were manufactured by doping TCNQ either in TPD or $Alq_3$ layer. The TCNQ layer was also formed in between the organic layers. N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-di(m-tolyl)-benzidine (TPD), tri(8-hydroxy quinoline) aluminium ($Alq_3$), and TCNQ layers were formed by thermal evaporation at a pressure of $10^{-6}$ torr. The deposition rate was $1.0{\sim}1.5\;{\AA}/s$ for TPD, and $1.0{\sim}1.5\;{\AA}$ for $Alq_3$. The LiF was thermally evaporated at a deposition rate of $0.2\;{\AA}/s$ successively. The device with TCNQ-derivative improved the turn-on voltage compared to the one without TCNQ-derivative.
