AS Extensible Markup Language(XML) is emerging as the data format of the Internet era, there are increasing needs to efficiently transform between database and XML documents. In this paper, we propose a schema transformation method from relational database to XML database. To transform the schema, we represent input schema as Entity-Relationship diagram. Entity-Relationship model translator scans the input Entity-Relationship diagram using BFS (breadth First Search) and translates the diagram into hierarchical structure model. The XML Schema generator produces XML Scema code using the transformed hierarchical structure model. The proposed method has a merit that having reusability facility of XML Schema property in comparison with existing researches.

Today, the Internet has penetrated almost all the ins and outs of social life, has changed work, communications, social influence and the lifestyle of humankind. However, it is still short of flexibility, transparency etc., due to network address translator overuse, masschanges, uncomfortable protocols, and so on. Hence, more research is necessary into future telecommunications networks based on contemporary networks accompanied by new requisitions and new designs that are compatible with today's and tomorrow's demands. This paper researches a new vision of the telecommunication network of the future, its effects on human life and society, and the targets to achieve a new generation network (NwGN). In the paper, we also propose orientation towards an NwGN from the current networks, especially with Vietnam's telecommunications networks.

Since carbon-fluorine (C-F) bonds play a key role to improve bioavailability and lipophilicity, they have found commonly in pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and material science. Advances on the efficient method to introduce fluorine to complex organic molecules are mainly results of development of fluorination reagents and transition metal catalysts. In this mini-review, we want to emphasize two representative nucleophilic fluorinating reagents regarding carbon-fluorine bond formation, which were developed in the mid-2000s.

Korean Text to Sign Language Traslator could be applied to learn letters for both the deaf and hard-of-hearing people, and to have a conversation with normal people. This paper describes some useful dictionaries for developing korean text to sign language translator; Base sign language dictionary, Compound sign language dictionary, and Resemble sign language dictionary. As korean sign language is composed entirely of about 6,000 words, the additional dictionaries are required for matching them to korean written language. We design base sign language dictionary which was composed of basic symbols and moving picture of korean sign language, and propose the definition of compound isng language dictionary which was composed of symbols of base sing language. In addition, resemble sign language dictionary offer sign symbols and letters which is used same meaning in conversation. By using these methods, we could search quickly sign language during korean text to sign language translating process, and save storage space. We could also solve the lack of sign language words by using them, which are appeared on translating process.

This paper presents a design experience of a supervisory control system. For effective programming of job commands, a petri net-type graphical language (PGL) is proposed applied to various tasks having concurrency and synchronization. Our PGL based supervisory control system is composed of PGL editor and PGL compiler; PGL editor is designed to help us to generate a job program using graphical symbols. PGL compiler includes analyzer, scheduler, and tranlator, PGL analyzer prevents a deadlock or resource allocation of unit cell, PGL scheduler generates a adequate job sequence of unit cell. and PGL translator translate the scheduled sequence into the iob program of each unit cell.

본 논문은 IoT 장치에서 동작하는 가상기계의 중간코드를 LLVM IR 코드로 변환하는 코드 변환기를 설계 및 구현하였다. LLVM 인터프리터를 통해 RSIL 코드로부터 변환된 LLVM IR 코드를 실행하고, 그 결과를 비교하여 IoT 가상기계의 중간코드를 검증하였다.

자바 프로그래밍 언어는 웹 브라우저에서 실행되는 작은 크기의 응용 프로그램 수행에서는 실행 속도문제가 중요한 요소가 아니지만 대형 프로그램의 수행에서는 실행 속도가 현저히 저하되는 단점을 지니고있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 전통적인 컴파일 방법을 사용하여 바이트코드를 특정 프로세서에 적합한 목적기계 코드로 변환하는 다양만 연구가 진행중이다. ; 연구에서도 자바 응용 프로그램의 실행 속도의 개선을 위해 바이트코드로부터 직접 i386 코드를 생성하는 네이티브 코드 생성 시스템을 위한 중간 언어 변환기를 설계하고 구현한다. 중간 언어 변환기는 자바 언어의 중간 언어인 *.class 파일을 입력으로 받아 레지스터 기반의 중간 언어로 변환한다. 변환한다.

화력발전소 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터 개발시 제어 시스템을 구성하는 제어로직과 MMI(Man Machine Interface) 화면등의 모델 개발을 위해서는 많은 인력과 시간이 수반되는 일이지만 일일히 코딩을 하여만 실제 제어기능 및 화면기능을 구현할 수 있다. 하동화력발전소 운전원 훈련용 시뮬레이터에서는 제어시스템 개발의 생산성과 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 분산제어시스템 제어로직변환기를 개발하여 실제 발전소에서 사용중인 제어 로직파일을 제어 모델로 변환하여 시뮬레이터에 적용하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 논문에서는 하동화력발전소의 분산제어시스템인 Simens Teleperm-ME에 적합한 제어 로직 변환기의 개발에 관하여 설명한다. 변환기를 통한 제어시스템의 모델링 방법은 첨단 제어 시스템의 기존 기능을 그대로 유지할 수가 있게 되어 제어기술자의 훈련 및 제어로직 개발 그리고 분석이 가능하며. 이를 통하여 운전원 훈련효과를 제고할 수 있고 실제 제어시스템과 완벽한 호환성을 유지함으로써 시뮬레이터의 정확성을 보증할 수 있게 된다.

As industrial standard data, the STL format which approximates three dimensional CAD model to triangular facets, is used for RP(Rapid Prototyping) system in recent days. Because most RP system take the only form of two dimensional line segments as an input stream inspite of its imperfectness while converting into STL format, a CAD model is converted into a standard industrial format which is composed of many triangular facets. The error verifying process is composed of four main steps, and these are 1) Remove facets with two or more vertices equal to each other. 2) Fix overlapping error such as more than three facets adjacent to anedge. 3) Fill holes in the mesh by using Delaunay triangulation method. 4) Correct the wrong direction and normal vectors. This paper is concerned with serching the mentioned errors in advance and modifying them.

We Professional Engineers in Japan and Korea have decided to introduce the theme of 2003's convention after two bilateral talks. So we will discuss on the near future in the Northeast Asia. I will make a speech based on this concept. I am very glad to talk to everybody here. I have been participating in this congress, since 1985 and I have made friends with Korean PE s. I hope that I attend the congress until may age of 84 when the 50th congress would be held. The speech is based on my experience and I will speak frankly So, I was born In Seoul and brought up in Pusan on my childhood but I only understand "Hello everybody" "Thank you" "How much" "No problem" "I love you" in your own language. Fortunately Mr Chung Byung Sook helps me to make myself understood in Korean as a translator. Thank you.
