  • Geodetic Satellite Positioning Techniques (NNSS, Transit, Doppler, VLBI, SLR etc.) still have much difficulty in surveying and necessity of point positions is being amplified in korea. Therefore some research institutes have being investigated point positioning using the GPS. In this study, 1 arranged the theory deal with point positioning using GPS carrier beat phase of dual frequency and estimated corrections of errors that be included in GPS observable. Also, 1 determined point position by the differencing scheme of GPS carrier phase, and analyzed the accuracy of point position. 1 suggested potentiality of geodetic point positioning using GPS carrier phase by comparing result of relative positioning with result of point positioning and analyzing result of network adjustment fixed any point position.

  • 지난 99년 이후 친환경적이며 경제적이고 효율적인 대체 교통수단의 개발이라는 목표 하에, 차세대 근거리 교통수단으로 각광받고 있는 경량전철 시스템 적용을 목표로 무인 변전소 기반의 전력감시제어 시스템(SCADA)을 개발하였다. 차세대 변전소 기술 적용이라는 취지 하에 각종 IED들과의 연계는 모두 통신으로 처리하여 시스템의 고기능화를 추구하였고, Network 이중화를 통하여 시스템의 신뢰성을 제고하였으며, CCTV 및 각종 보안센서를 적용하여 배전반의 무인화 운전 및 원격 상시 감시 기능을 구현하였다. 이로써 신뢰성 있는 시스템 기반의 무인 변전소 기술 확립이라는 측면에서 현재 진행되고 있는 변전소 자동화 기술에 일조하며, 나아가 향후 에너지 IT산업기술의 기반이 되리라 사료된다.

  • Since July in 2004, starting with urban bus reorganization of Seoul metropolitan government, the change of the public transportation which integrates the urban bus and the subway of the metropolis are being continued. But the integration of such bus and the subway is staying to only a fare system mainly, and the guidance system of the subway and the bus has not changed. So we propose the concept of the new guidance system following public transportation change tendency. At first we introduce the new information system which can guide city railroad and bus altogether, and we propose new system which can guide divided by the trunk line and the branch line instead of bus and subway. Last high-functional guidance system which can give passengers tip and hint for various and effective usage of public transportation in more complicated city transit network is introduced. This new guidance system can increase competitiveness of public transportation system and stretch transportation share of it. And that guidance system is high-class contents that all public transportation business can utilize, so it can originate new industry. In conclusion, this new innovative guidance system is important field that government, local administration and public transportation business must be concerned and develop.

  • Distributed Denial-of-Service(DDoS) attack prevent users from accessing services on the target network by spoofing its origin source address with a large volume of traffic. The objective of IP Traceback is to determine the real attack sources, as well as the full path taken by the attack packets. Existing IP Traceback methods can be categorized as proactive or reactive tracing. Proactive tracing(such as packet marking and messaging) prepares information for tracing when packets are in transit. Reactive tracing starts tracing after an attack is detected. In this paper, we propose a "advanced ICMP Traceback" mechanism. which is based on the modified push back system. Proposed mechanism can detect and control DDoS traffic on router and can generate ICMP Traceback message for reconstructing origin attack source.ck source.

외계행성 탐색시스템 개발 사업 현황

  • 한국천문연구원에서는 2009년부터 외계행성 탐색시스템(KMTNet; Korea Microlensing Telescope Network) 개발 사업을 수행하고 있다. 이 사업에서는 중력렌즈 방법이나 별표면 통과(Transit) 방법으로 외계행성을 탐색하기 위하여, 1.6m 광학 망원경과 3.4억 화소의 모자이크 CCD 카메라로 구성된 2도x2도의 광시야 관측시스템을 제작하고 있다. 이 시스템은 2014년까지 남반구의 칠레 CTIO(1호기), 남아공화국 SAAO(2호기), 호주 SSO(3호기)에 설치될 예정이다. 우리은하 벌지 영역을 24시간 연속 모니터링 관측하여 외계행성과 변광천체를 탐색하는 것이 핵심연구주제이다. 광시야 망원경 1호기는 미국 Tucson에 건설된 관측시설 Prototype에 설치하여 공장시험을 수행하고 있다. 망원경의 지향(pointing) 정밀도와 Lucky Imaging 방법을 이용하여 얻은 광시야 광학계 성능 등 공장시험 결과를 보고할 것이다. 또한 핵심연구주제 이외의 관측시간을 활용할 2차 연구주제를 공모하여 심사한 결과를 제시할 것이다. 아울러 모자이크 CCD 카메라 제작, 남반구 관측소 설치 준비, 대용량 자료처리 시스템 개발, 남반구 관측소 운영 계획 등 전반적인 사업 현황과 계획을 발표할 것이다.

  • As a portal to rural town, Myeon near large cities is expected to represent image of the rural area. But, the landscape are changing rapidly due to development pressure and to the expansion of the transportation network. For visitors and transit traffic, Recognizing that the characteristics of the streetscape is an important task for the vitalization of the rural district. In particular, it was found that the visual quantity of the central street in the location of the town was closely related to the preference of the streetscape, and the visual quantity of trees and the visual quantity of the building showed an inverse relationship of + and - respectively. Since this is not a simple ratio of the sky to the building, but a relative factor, the possibility of landscape improvement can be improved through management of public facilities or green spaces and maintenance of open spaces or gaps between buildings. It seems that it is necessary to secure separate means for the management of the architectural landscape, such as the establishment of a special landscape plan or establishment of ordinances.

  • Currently, there are 499 metropolitan subway stations in Korea, but there are not many studies on the influence zone of linkage between railway station and public transport. Existing studies have been studied almost in terms of accessibility.. In addition, the existing research on the influence zone of linkage using survey data and statistics, there is a limit to the theoretical basis and analysis techniques. In this paper, we propose a new method to select on the influence zone of linkage, It is a GIS analysis technique using the spatial data of the railway station user as the large data of the traffic card. We applied the GIS analysis technique for select the influence zone of linkage based on the travel time of the network for each public transportation system. As a result, it was confirmed that the influence of the link of 15 minutes on the local bus, 20 minutes on the city bus and 25 minutes on the intercity bus were clearly distinguished according to the difference in network access time.

  • BGP is a unique routing protocol in broadband internet. It chooses routing paths considering internet hierarchy and local policies. As BGP routers selectively bypass routing information to a subset of neighboring BGP routers, connectivity by way of a series of links between source and destination nodes does not mean reachability of routing information of the two. In emergency when BGP routers or links over wide range are not available, BGP routers have to use links that are not normally used to keep reachability. This paper listed out the requirements for BGP backup routing and proposed a routing solution that hides most demerits in currently published ones. The proposed backup operates in three tiers according to network damage. Under this rule, BGP routers use tier-0 routing paths at normal. If networks are impaired, they choose tier-1 paths. If networks are seriously damaged, tier-2 paths are allowed to use. Also this paper proves that the proposed backup guarantees stability and safeness. As results, the proposed backup is very adaptive to light network damages as well as serious ones and provides strong routing reachability at all times.

Proposed mechanism can detect and control DDoS traffic on router and can generate ICMP Traceback message for reconstructing origin attack source, by which we can diminish network overload and enhance Traceback performance.

  • Recently, many researches have been conducted to estimate blood pressure using ECG(Electrocardiogram) and PPG(Photoplentysmography) signals. In this paper, we designed and implemented a mobile system to monitor blood pressure in real time by using 1-D convolutional neural networks. The proposed model consists of deep 11 layers which can learn to extract various features of ECG and PPG signals. The simulation results show that the more the number of convolutional kernels the learned neural network has, the more detailed characteristics of ECG and PPG signals resulted in better performance with reduced mean square error compared to linear regression model. With receiving measurement signals from wearable ECG and PPG sensor devices attached to the body, the developed system receives measurement data transmitted through Bluetooth communication from the devices, estimates systolic and diastolic blood pressure values using a learned model and displays its graph in real time.
