The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of government regulation of banking acitivity. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes. Once a priority for individual innovative companies, today digital transformation has become a mass phenomenon, and the corresponding projects are vital for the success of not only individual companies, but also regions and countries. At the same time, this transformation itself is closely connected with the trend of servicing socio-economic systems and is largely implemented on its basis. Moreover, this relationship and the mechanism for its implementation remain insufficiently studied, which necessitates the development of tools for its identification, assessment and management. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of state regulation of banking activities were identified.

In the knowledge development of online assessment in learning management systems (LMSs), many assessments are evaluated weekly in the summer training course for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. The number of performance assessments in the summer training course reaches 15 weeks. Many of them, however, are sent or done informally or through unreliable ways and cannot be verified by third parties. Therefore, applying the concept of digital transformation is essential. This research study reported herein used the action design research (ADR) method to build a new information technology system that could assist in the digital transformation. An electronic platform was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated using the ADR method so that the main people involved in the summer training process (i.e., students, academic supervisors, and administrators) would have a high level of satisfaction with it. The study was conducted on 452 students, 105 academic supervisors, and 15 administrative staff and was conducted during the summer semester of 2020. All the training processes were digitally transformed and automated to control and raise the level and reliability of the training. All involved people were satisfied, thus, shifting the process to be in a digital form assist in achieving the high-level goal.
The flight performance evaluation of navigation system is very significant because the reliability of navigation data directly affect the safety of aircraft. Especially, the high-level navigation system such as DGPS/INS, need more precise flight performance evaluation method. The performance analysis is evaluated by comparing between the navigation system in aircraft and reference trajectory which is more precise than navigation system in aircraft. In order to verify DGPS/INS performance of m-level, the GPS receiver, which is capable post-processed Carrier-phase Differential GPS(CDGPS) method of cm-level, have to be used as reference system. The DGPS/INS is estimated the Center of Gravity (CG) point of aircraft to offer precise performance while the reference system is output the position of GPS antenna which is mounted on the outside of aircraft. Therefore, in order to more precise performance evaluation, it needs to compensate the lever arm and coordinates transformation. This paper use quaternion and Direct Cosine Matrix(DCM) methods as coordinate transformation matrix in lever arm compensation of CDGPS reference trajectory. And it compares NED errors of DCM and quaternion transformation in lever arm of reference trajectory via DGPS/INS result.
Immunoelectron microscopy of storage protein at early stage of seed development showed legumin was firstly accumulated protein in between endoplasmic reticulum (ER) cisternae, and these accumulates were differentiated into protein body (PB) by transformation at later stage. Thin sections of pea cotyledons during the later stages of seed maturation showed three morphologically different types of protein bodies. One of these, presented as rough-surfaced cisternae with terminal dilations, which contained protein deposits and were often found interdigitated between stacks of rough endoplasmic reticulum. Conventional electron microscopy at earlier stages of cotyledon development showed this protein body type initially developed from the rough ER. This transformation of endoplasmic reticulum into a protein body is believed to represent a new pathway of protein body development.
Most enterprises today work on digital transformation projects to cope with uncertainties caused by the rapid change and cutting-edge technology. The key point is they need to take a novel approach on new projects for high performance. In this context, there is a growing interest in utilizing agile method; however, many studies on Impact of Digital Transformation on the Results of Innovation do not deal with agile methodology. The research specifies the case of Seoul Metro, regarded as best-practice on digital transformation, based on the agile way of working. The case study is based on in-depth interview with Seoul Metro's executives and employees, and the interview is analyzed using keywords from the 12 Agile Principles. Thus, among the 12 Agile Principles, Motivation and Trust, Face-to-face Interactions, Continuous Attention to Technical excellence and good design, Self-Organizing Team contributed the most to successful digital transformation projects. In addition, based on Requirements Uncertainty and Technical Degree of Uncertainty, they carry different kinds of traits. For instance, the higher the uncertainty toward requirements and required technology is, the more technological development pace is maintained. Given the conservative nature of public corporations, it is necessary to adopt the agile way of working, such as improving employees' technological capabilities and allowing teams to be organized within themselves, in a bid to produce successful innovation outcome.
In the Fe-Si system, a mixture of a($Fe_{2}Si_5$) - and ${\epsilon}$(FeSi)-composition powders was sintered and heat-treated subsequently at various temperatures and time to get thermoelectric ${\beta}$-phase($FeSi_2$) compacts. The different transformational sequences depending on the heat treating temperature were found through the investigation into phase transformation and microstructural development. That is, a rapid eutectoid decomposition of ${\alpha}{\to}{\beta}+Si$ occurred together with a accompanying slow reaction between the dispersed Si formed by above decomposition and the preexisted ${\epsilon}$ phase at temperatures below $830^{\circ}C$. The unreacted Si and the micropores formed due to the density change upon the transformation coarsened as heat treating time elapsed. At temperatures above $880^{\circ}C$, however, transformation was proceeded by a peritectoid reaction of ${\alpha}+{\epsilon}{\to}{\beta}$. It took at least 200min. to achieve 90% volume fracion of transformed ${\beta}$ phase, and the growth of micro-pores was also observed in this transformational sequence with prolonged heat treating time.
From 1990s to the present, in China, residential communities has developed rapidly in terms of government policies and living environments. With economic development, dwelling commercialization and socialization gradually reshaped the housing distribution system and local government management in Chinese urban area. After this process, dwellings were endowed with commodity attributes, which were planned and designed depending on residents' requirements of life. During the 30 years of social transformation, Chinese citizens' lifestyle also had huge changes. In this period, the forms of residential area improved constantly to keep pace with social development. This study aims to research the features of contemporary communities and survey citizens' lifestyle changes to find the reasons of the evolution of communities. Moreover, in this paper, there is a clear explanation of the reasons why gated communities are popular in Chinese urban area. In addition, comprehensive data analysis is derived from a questionnaire administered in Shanghai, China. In this part, the questionnaire surveys what factors about lifestyle influence the transformation of living environments and residential buildings. The results of survey show that residents have housing preferences dependent on their lifestyles, and their daily needs related with environmental features.
As object-oriented development technology that increases extensibility and reusability has been widely spread, it can shorten development period and enhance quality by reusing verified object-oriented artifacts. Thus we can construct high quality component-based system at short time transforming component-based model using verified object-oriented artifacts. In this paper, we propose techniques to transform available object-oriented design model into component-based model using formal specification techniques in order to increase accuracy of transformation. First, formal specification language for component is defined for formal specification of component-based design. And, techniques for formal specification of object-oriented design using Object-Z, a formal specification language, is proposed in structural, functional, and dynamic aspects. Next, we present techniques for transforming formal specification of object-oriented design into formal specification of component-based design. Through a case study we apply the proposed transformation techniques and show the transformation process of object-oriented formal specification into component-based formal specification.

The necessity for harmonically growing of economy and environment has been on the rise late in the twentieth century. Green transformation is defined as efficiency enhancement of conventional guns and ammunitions. We also define green innovation as evolution of fire power systems breaking with conventional methodology. This kind of green innovation could even change a paradigm of warfare in the future. In this paper, we classify the green technology in the field of fire power into five technological groups, and the research and development trend of green technology in the field of fire power is analyzed.

This study conducts to analyze comparative accuracy when both Image Transformation Methods and Supervised Classifications on multi-spectral TM using a case of Lower Tumen River Area. In terms of overall classification accuracy, maximum likelihood method turns out higher than other one, but in a case of vegetation only, MNF and TC image transformation methods produce a better quality of the result. Especially, seven dimensional images including MNF, TC, and NDVI create better image than three dimensional one. Among these transformation methods, maximum likelihood method results out the best one. Multi-spectral image could be useful as an important basic material for site selection of industrial allocation as well as Tumen River Area Economic Development Plan.
