A transfer paper, is needed in the third firing, is usually utilized for industrial ceramics in order to produce tablewares or promoting products. Products may have the same form, however; the price might be different by what kinds of design have transferred. We need to fully understand these methods in order to create high value and quality. Remodeling, the so-called second architecture, results from social Needs for renovation of structures and changing functions. Tile satisfying the need for a custom-made design which fits the features of a space. Most importantly, the remodeler must make an individual design ordered for the customer with an emphasis on economy and time efficiency. Tiles currently in the market are mass-produced using an automated system with a high-priced mold. It is difficult to find tiles of distinct design that are made in a small quantity. We need to develop a method for making various kinds of tile designs that would be marketed for the remodeling industry. In this study, after designing a certain wall with the tiffs in the space, 1 will talk about developing a method to make transfer paper to produce individual tiles for the space. 1 hope that the functional and aesthetic effect on remodeling will gain in popularity, and that we will foster a new demand for tiles in harmony with the other materials mentioned in this study.
This study was conducted to determine the location determinants that influence the sales of the "Storyway" convenience stores built at the country's railway stations. The preceding studies were about the convenience stores located in the residence-business areas or along the roadsides. This study, on the other hand, focused on the characteristics of the stations, based on a theory that is different from the existing theories. The targets of this study were the 301 "Storyway" convenience stores doing business in the 198 railway stations in the country, and the dummy parameter and hedonic-price model function were used for multiple regression analysis. For the study results, it was found that the number of people using the railway and the size of the store have a positive effect on the sales whereas the other brand competitors have a negative effect thereon. Second, the subway stations holding 89% of the total passengers in the country have unexpectedly no positive influence on the sales. Third, depending on the transfer, it was found that no transfer station had smaller sales than the transfer stations. Finally, as for the location of the stores in the station, the stores located on the platforms or passageways have a smaller turnover rate than the stores in the welcoming spaces and squares. This research result shows that when starting a convenience store business, the number of people using the railway, the size of the store, the transfer possibility, and the location of the store inside the station have to be considered under the circumstance of recession on the part of the convenience stores due to excessive competition.

Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) has been generally accepted by civil engineers as an alternative for steel reinforcing bars (rebar) due to its advantageous specific tensile strength and non-corrosiveness. Even though some glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) rebars are available on a market, GFRP is still somewhat uncompetitive over steel rebar due to their high cost and relatively low elastic modulus, and brittle failure characteristic. If the price of component materials of GFRP rebar is not reduced, it would be another solution to increase the performance of each material to the highest degree. The tensile strength generally decreases with increasing diameter of FRP rebar. One of the reasons is that only fibers except for fibers in center resist the external force due to the lack of force transfer and the deformation of only outer fibers by gripping system. Eliminating fibers in the center, which do not play an aimed role fully, are helpful to reduce the price and finally FRP rebar would be optimized over the price. In this study, the effect of the hollow section in a cross-section of a GFRP rebar was investigated. A GFRP rebar with 19 mm diameter was selected and an analysis was performed for the tensile test results. Parameter was the ratio of hollow section over solid cross-section. Four kinds of hollow sections were planned. A total of 27 specimens, six specimens for each hollow section and three specimens with a solid cross-section were manufactured and tested. The change by the ratio of hollow section over solid cross-section was analyzed and an optimized cross-section design was proposed.

This study conducted case studies in order to suggest the improvement of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) deflator method which is adopted on calculating fluctuation rate on BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) sewer rehabilitation projects in Jeju. As a result, because GDP deflator method calculates fluctuation rate by each quarterly, the fluctuation rate of GDP deflator method is higher than it of index adjustment rate method. And GDP deflator method cannot reflect real price because of applying fixed index in whole construction cost for calculating fluctuation rate. Especially, the notification day - the base point influences fluctuation rate and fluctuation amount strongly in GDP deflator method.
Seven diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) prospective payment system is going to expand to all hospitals including university hospitals this year. However there are few studies on the change of practice pattern under prospective payment system in the university hospital setting. So This study was intended to predict the practice pattern change after the introduction of 7 DRGs prospective payment system in a university hospital setting. To predict the change of practice pattern, this study used simulation technique. Five hundred and nineteen patients classified as 5 DRGs in a university hospital were selected for simulation. The change of practice pattern were predicted based on clinicians' opinion. We also predicted payment change by service items. Major findings of this study are as follows. First, the total medical payment was reduced by 14.4%. The drug payment change (8.8%) took most of total payment reduction. The followings are the change of treatment material cost (3.2%), the change of laboratory tests cost (1.8%), the change of room charge (0.5%), and other payment change (0.1%), respectively. Second, most of the reduction in total medical payment resulted from the decreased amount of medical services themselves. The transfer of medical services to outpatient setting took up only 4.9% of the total payment reduction. The change of unit price or composition took up 5.5% of the total payment reduction. In this study we found that it is possible to reduce the inpatient services through practice pattern change in university hospital setting. However, it needs to be careful to adjust DRG payment after the reduction of provided services, because most of reduction was not due to service transfer but to service volume reduction. It is desirable to utilize the saving from practice pattern change as incentive to improve quality of care.
Currently TMR feed produced in commercial plant is one of the major source to feed cattle for both beef and dairy farm. However, because of lack of cutting and mixing system for utilizing domestic produced firmly baled round roughage in commercial TMR plant, these commercial TMR feed can not satisfy to farmers both in quality and price points of view. In order to solve these problems, a farm group size TMR plant model was developed in this study. The model plant was consist of round bale receiving and cutting system, pneumatic conveying system for transfer the roughage which was cut at the cutter to TMR mixer through pneumatic conveyor, TMR mixer enable to soften the stiff rice strew and to mix with other ingredients, finished feed bin which can be transfer to either packing system or individual farm, packing system by tycon bag which contains 400 kg unit and bulk unloading system to individual farmer. Also, a simulation model ARENA was applied to the model system in order to evaluate and check the production rate in each unit process and operation rate of total system and to find out if there are any clogged unit system obstructing the smooth flow of the total process flow. Processing cycle for produce one batch of the model plant was less than 30 minutes. Thus, it will take less than four hours for producing 16 tons per day equivalent to 1,000 beef cattle's daily feed.
This paper sees some legal phases of the forfaiting transactions performed by using bills of exchange (drafts) or promissory notes. It focuses on the issues of the endorsement without recourse and the aval under the Korean statute for such negotiable instruments which is enacted by succeeding to the Convention Providing a Uniform Law For Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes (Geneva, 1930) of the League of Nations. This paper purposes to give basic legal guides for forfaiting participants in order for them to be able to prevent and solve some problems caused by lack of understanding for relevant rules of law. Forfaiting is a useful technic as it provides financing for international export businesses by enabling forfaiters to discount future payment obligations on non-recourse basis. It gives benefits to exporters by removing political, transfer and commercial risks of importers or their country. Also it protects exporters from the risks of the increase of interest rates and the fluctuation of exchange rate as well. In traditionally normal forfaiting transactions, exporter of goods generally takes promissory notes or accepted drafts from importers in payment for the price of goods. Further, when the exporter is not comfortable with the importer's credit or is not confident whether the importer will pay the accepted drafts or the promissory notes as they come due, the exporter nomally requires the importer to make the importer's bank (avalizer or guarantor) add an aval, which is made by the written expression of intention, the words of "per aval", and the guarantor's signature on the drafts or promissory notes. The exporter endorses without recourse to transfer the drafts or the promissory notes to the forfaiter, typically a bank, who purchases the drafts or the promissory notes without recourse.
Purpose Since the Bitcoin, which was the first virtual currency, was made at 2009, almost 1,000 virtual currencies appeared onstage in the world. Even though virtual currencies have the function of money as a medium of exchange or contract, any of those has not yet entered the commercialization stage. Instead, some of the virtual currencies show the nature of investment assets. In the case of virtual money investment, users tend to use all the information of the world because information transfer is very easy and capital movement is almost free between different countries. In addition, as the transaction sizes of virtual currencies increase, a virtual currency price is no longer independent and is likely to be affected by the prices of other virtual currencies. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the influence among virtual currency markets, which helps successful implementation of investment strategies. Design/methodology/approach This study focuses on the investment product function of virtual money and conducts the analysis using the time series model used in the financial and economic areas. In this paper, we try to analyze the return and volatility transfer effect of virtual money markets through GJR-GARCH model. Findings This study is expected to find out whether we can make market forecasts through reflecting changes in other markets. In addition, we can reduce the trial and error of user decision making by using the information on the yield and volatility transition effect derived from the research results, and it is expected to reduce the opportunity cost of users.

The accurate estimation of construction cost is critical for effective budgeting and financing of the project. Accurate estimates also allow for informed decisions when considering the responsiveness of bids or proposals and for a contractor to better monitor construction progress. However, current method for construction cost of the public educational facility uses a basic criteria in Korea, e.g, construction cost per unit floor area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine present architectural work cost rate of elementary, middle, and high school delivered by BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease). We examined real construction cost of educational facility according to level of school, such as elementary, middle, and high school. The examination revealed that unit price of BTL educational construction cost are different to the level of school, but the composing rate of architectural work cost of the educational facility are very similar. As a result, it is recommended that future researches are initiated to create specific methods to support the accurate cost estimation of educational facility.
