FMS의 구성설계를 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Computer Simulation for the System Layout of Flexible Manufacturing System)

  • This paper discusses the system layout of flexible manufacturing system. A definition of flexible manufacturing system has not been necessarily classified yet. An understanding, and an objective of its application are different in a variety of industries. It could be treated as the system adopting flexble-Automation and FMS has been improving as a form of parts maching system. It was thought that the problems of machining function and transfer function were important. This paper introduces parts family and machine groups to increase machining function and transfer function. Parts family and machine tool groups were made up by means of multidimensional dizitizing analysis. A new software algorithm for forming parts family and machine groups has been proposed. Flexible manufacturing system was layout according to the FMS transfer function classification.

웨이브렛 전달함수를 이용한 궤도틀림 식별 (Identification of Track Irregularity using Wavelet Transfer Function)

  • 본 연구에서는 웨이브렛 변환을 이용하여 궤도틀림을 식별하는 방법을 제시하였다. 궤도틀림과 대차 가속도응답신호에 의한 등가 웨이브렛 SISO 전달함수를 정의하였다. 현장에 적용되는 검측차의 25cm단위 궤도검측 기준에 맞추어 궤도틀림과 대차가속도 응답신호를 조정하였다. 웨이브렛 변환을 적용하기 전 입력데이터는 웨이브렛 변환 정의 조건에 맞추어 범위를 재조정한 회귀신호이다. 또한, 웨이브렛 역전 달 함수를 정의하여, 궤도틀림을 역 추정하였다. 추정된 궤도틀림과 실제의 궤도틀림의 비교를 위해 상관도와 FRF를 비교 분석하였다. 예측된 값과 기준 값 과의 잔 차의 분산비로 정의되는 틀림지수를 사용하여 궤도틀림의 이상을 분석하였으며, 개발될 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하였다.

  • The Available Transfer Capability (ATC) is defined as the measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity above already committed uses. Available Transfer Capability (ATC) calculation is a complicated task, which involves the determination I of total transfer capability (TTC), transmission reliability margin (TRM) and capability benefit margin (CBM). As the electrical power industry is restructured and the electrical power exchange is updated per hour, it is important to accurately and rapidly quantify the available transfer capability (ATC) of the transmission system. In ATC calculation,. the existing CPF method is accurate but it has long calculation time. On the contrary, the method using PTDF is fast but it has relatively a considerable error. This paper proposed QFA method, which can reduce calculation time comparing with CPF method and has few errors in ATC calculation. It proved that the method can calculate ATC more fast and accurately in case study using IEEE 24 bus RTS.

예혼합 연소기에서의 화염 전달 함수 측정 (Flame Transfer Function Measurement in a Premixed Combustor)

  • An experimental study of the flame response in a turbulent premixed combustor has been conducted with room temperature, atmospheric pressure inlet conditions using premixed natural gas. The fuel is premixed with the air upstream of a choked inlet to avoid equivalence ratio fluctuations. Therefore the observed flame response is only the result of the imposed velocity fluctuations, which are produced using a variable speed siren. Measurements are made of the velocity fluctuation in the nozzle using hot wire anemometry and of the heat release fluctuation in the combustor using chemiluminescence emission. The results are analyzed to determine the phase and gain of the flame transfer function as a function of the modulation frequency. Of particular interest is the effect of flame structure on the flame response predictions and measurements. The results show that both the gain and the phase of flame transfer function are closely associated with the flame length and structure, which is dependent upon the upstream flow perturbation as well as equivalence ratio in the current study.

  • This paper presented a new experimental gain tuning technique for a Multi-Axis Servo System. First, the investigation for proportional gain of velocity control loop by using a Dynamic Signal Analyzer (DSA) was performed. Using the FUNCTION characteristic of DSA based on the Bode plot, the Bode plot of open loop transfer function was obtained. In turn, the integral gain of a servo controller can be found out by using the Integration time constant extracted from the Bode plot of open loop transfer function. In the meanwhile, the positional gain of the servo controller has been obtained by using the Bode plot of the closed loop transfer function. We have also proposed the technique to find out an optimal parameter of a notch filter, which has a great influence on vibration reduction, by using the damping factor extracted from the Bode plot of closed loop transfer function.

신경회로망을 이용한 적응 고차조화제어 기법 연구 (Study on Adaptive Higher Harmonic Control Using Neural Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 광범위한 함수 근사성질을 갖고 있는 신경회로망을 이용하여, 시스템의 입출력 조화성분의 선형관계를 표현하기 위해 추정된 전달행렬의 적용범위를 확장할 수 있는 적응 고차조화제어(Higher Harmonic Control, HHC) 기법을 제안하고 있다. 신경회로망의 학습신호는 추정된 전달행렬을 기반으로 계산된 최적제어 이득 값 행렬을 이용하여 구성된다. 내부 안정성을 보장하기 위하여 신경회로망의 가중치 학습방법은 Lyapunov 직접 방법을 이용하여 유도하였다. 6개의 입력과 2개의 출력을 갖는 비선형 시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 적응 고차조화제어 기법이 불확실한 전달행렬에 적용 가능함을 보였다.

  • A novel Genetic Algorithm(GA)-based method is suggested to transform a coupling matrix to another, without the procedure of Matrix Rotation. This can remove tedious work like pivoting and deciding rotation angles needed for each of the iterations. The error function for the GA is simply formed and used as part of error minimization for obtaining the solution. An 8th order dual-mode elliptic integral function response filter is taken as an example to validate the present method.

유한요소 모델을 이용한 중이의 소리전달 특성 해석 (Finite Element Analysis of Sound Transfer Characteristics for Middle Ear)

  • 본 연구에서는 인간중이의 소리전달특성 계산을 위한 유한요소모델을 개발하였다. 이소골의 형상을 얻기 위하여 한국인 사체에서 추출한 측두골을 마이크로 CT 촬영하여 3 차원 입체모델로 변환하였다. 유한요소모델은 이소골, 고막, 인대와 근육 등을 포함하여 구성하였다. 유한요소모델을 이용하여 고막에서 등골족판까지의 응답함수를 계산한 후 측정값을 갖는 선행연구와 비교하였고 그 결과 10 kHz 주파수 대역까지 소리전달특성을 잘 표현하고 있음을 보였다. 또한 유한요소 모델을 구성하는 주요 물성인자의 변화에 대한 소리전달특성의 변화를 살피고 침등골관절의 강성값이 중이의 소리전달특성에 큰 영향을 미침을 보였다.

유출홀이 설치된 정사각유로 내 열전달 향상을 위한 경사진 요철 최적설계 (Optimization of Angled Ribs for Heat Transfer Enhancement in Square Channel with Bleed Flow)

  • The 2nd order response surface method (RSM) has been carried out to get optimum thermal design for enhanced heat transfer on square channel with bleed holes. The RSM was used as an optimization technique with Reynolds-averaged navier-stokes equation. Turbulence model for heat transfer analysis used RNG k-epsilon model. The wall function used enhanced wall function. Numerical local heat transfer coefficients were similar to the experimental tendency. Two design variables such as attack angle of rib (${\alpha}$), rib pitch-to-rib height ratio (p/e) were chosen. Operation condition considered bleeding ratio per bleed hole ($BR_{hole}$). A response surface were constructed by the design variables and operation condition. As a result, adjusted $R^2$ was more than 0.9. Optimization results of various objective function were similar to heat transfer in channel with and without bleed flow. But friction factor was lower than channel without bleed flow.

  • The authors investigate influences of manipulator dynamics on and roles of kinesthetic sensation and visual sensation in a Human-Machine Cooperative System (HMCS). At first, the general structure and essential transfer functions of HMCSs are described based on the previous work. Then, after showing theoretical treatment of manipulator dynamics, this paper analyzes the influences on HMCSs in two cases: one is the control design focusing on tool dynamics and reaction force transfer function, and the other is that specifies maneuver transfer function and transfer function for object dynamics variation. In addition to conventional experiments only employing kinesthetic sensation, other experiments with both kinesthetic and visual sensations are performed to examine difference in the roles of these sensations and the validity of the design without the visual sensation.
