여수광양항 해상교통량의 장기변동 및 통항 특성 (Analysis of Long-Term Variation in Marine Traffic Volume and Characteristics of Ship Traffic Routes in Yeosu Gwangyang Port)

  • 지난 22년 동안의 선박 통항자료와 2015년부터 2017년까지 3년 동안 매년 72시간씩 실시간 선박 통항량 조사를 통해 여수광양항의 해상교통량의 장기변동과 출입항로에 대한 통항특성을 분석하였다. 2017년도 기준으로, 여수광양항의 선박 통항척수는 약 66,000척이며, 선복량은 약 804,564천톤으로 1996년도 189,906천톤에 비해 400 % 이상 증가하였고 위험화물 물동량은 140,000천톤으로 1996년에 비해 250 % 이상 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 실시간 선박 통항량 조사결과, 1일 평균 통항 선박은 357척이며 통항로 이용율은 낙포해역이 28.1 %, 특정해역이 43.8 %, 연안통항로와 돌산연안 및 금오도 수역이 6.8 %로 동일하였다. 다수의 항로가 만나는 낙포해역은 선박간의 병항 및 교차항행이 가장 빈번했으며, 특정해역도 주변의 연안통항로에서 소형 작업선들이 다수 진출입하여 대형 선박과 교차되는 경우가 자주 발생하였다. 화물선박의 묘박지 투묘 대기율은 약 24 % 정도였으며, 케미컬선, 유조선 등의 위험화물 선박의 야간 통항율은 약 20 %에 달하였다. 여수광양항의 선박 통항량은 매년 증가하지만 선박 통항로는 과거와 큰 차이가 없기에 사고의 위험이 상존한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 다수의 항로가 중첩되어 통항 선박간의 사고 위험이 높은 제1항로 ~ 제4항로의 준설 및 항로 확장, 항로 부근 암초 제거, 항로표지 보강 등 항로 여건을 우선적으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 또한 위험성이 높은 항만의 진출입 시간과 위험화물 선박의 통항시간을 일부 제한할 수 있도록 항행규칙을 개정할 필요가 있으며, 연안통항로를 이용하는 소형 선박들의 통항관리를 적극적으로 시행할 수 있도록 VTS체계의 고도화가 요구된다.

Assessment of Breast Cancer Knowledge among Health Workers in Bangui, Central African Republic: a Cross-sectional study

  • Background: Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women worldwide. High breast cancer mortality has been attributed to lack of public awareness of the disease. Little is known about the level of knowledge of breast cancer in Central African Republic. This study aimed to investigate the knowledge of health professionals on breast cancer. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 158 health professionals (27 medical; 131 paramedical) in 17 hospitals in Bangui using a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis, Person's ${\chi}^2$ test and ANOVA were applied to examine associations between variables with p < 0.05 being considered significant. Results: Data analyzed using SPSS version 20 indicates that average knowledge about breast cancer perception of the entire population was 47.6%, diagnosis method 45.5%, treatment 34.3% and risk factors 23.8%. Most respondents (65.8%) agreed that breast cancer is important in Central African Republic and that family history is a risk factor (44.3%). Clinical assessments and mammography were considered most suitable diagnostic methods, and surgery as the best treatment. The knowledge level was significantly higher among medical than paramedical staff with regard to risk factors, diagnosis and treatment. However the trainee group had very high significant differences of knowledge compared with all other groups. Conclusions: There is a very urgent need to update the various training programs for these professionals, with recommendations of retraining. Health authorities must create suitable structures for the overall management of cancer observed as a serious public health problem.

공공보건분야 의사 인력 양성과 개발에 대한 보건소 근무 의사들의 인식 (The Medical Doctors' Opinion of Public Health Center on the Development and Supply of Medical Doctor for Public Health Sector)

  • 다양한 보건사업 수행과 서비스 질 보장을 위해서는 공공보건부문 지식을 비롯하여 행정력과 리더십을 갖춘 의사인력의 확대를 통한 인프라 구축이 중요하다. 본 연구는 공공의료계의 우수한 의사인력의 진출을 활성화하는 방안의 일환으로써 현재 보건소에서 근무하고 있는 의사들을 대상으로 공공보건부문 의사인력 양성과 개발에 대한 인식정도를 파악함으로써 향후 공공보건부문에 종사하는 의사인력의 확대 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 본 설문조사는 126명이 응답 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver. 17.0K를 이용하여 빈도분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 ‘의사조직 내에서의 공공의료부문 의사의 위상확보와 지원 필요성’에 대한 조사결과, 거의 모든 항목에 대해 응답자들이 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 특히, ‘의사들의 공공보건부문 진출의 장애요인’에 대해서는 ‘낮은 급여문제’와 ‘승진기회의 부족’ 등을 중요하게 꼽고 있었다. ‘의사들의 보건소 근무를 위하여 가장 필요한 교육 프로그램’으로는 ‘보건기획과 보건사업 수행 관련 프로그램’을 꼽고 있었는데, 사전 교육 및 보수 교육을 통해 공공보건부문 의사들의 역량을 강화해 나가는 것이 필요할 것이다. 공공의료계 의사인력의 원활한 확보와 역량강화를 위해서는 의사를 많이 충원하는 것도 중요 하겠지만 공공의료계에 의사들의 진입을 위한 방안과 함께 현재 근무 중인 의사인력에 대한 역량강화 방안도 중요하다. 후속연구를 통해 공공보건부문 인력양성과 개발에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 방안들을 마련하고 제도화 하여 공공보건부문 확충을 통한 국민보건향상에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

김해시 수돗물불소농도조정사업의 영구치 우식예방효과 (Caries Prevention Effect of Water Fluoridation in Gimhae, Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 경상남도 김해시 아동들을 대상으로 치면열구전색사업의 효과를 보정한 수불사업의 치아우식병 예방효과를 평가하기 위해 1999년부터 수불사업을 시행하고 있는 김해시 삼계정수장 급수구역 초 중학교 학생들(8세, 10세, 12세)을 대상으로 2009년 구강검사를 시행한 972명과 2010년 국민구강건강실태조사에서 비수불 중소도시 35개 지역 4,397명(8세, 10세, 12세)의 치아우식병 실태조사 자료를 비교하고, 성별인구와 치면열구전색치아수 및 치면수를 보정하여 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. DMF rate는 8세에서 가장 높았으며 김해시와 비수불 중소도시(대조군)에서 각각 18.0%와 29.1%로 우식예방효과는 38.14%로 추정되었다. 12세 DMF rate는 김해시에서 50.8%로 대조군의 60.9%보다 낮으며 우식예방효과는 16.58%로 추정되었다. 12세 DMFT index는 김해시에서 1.60개, 대조군에서 2.12개였으며 우식예방효과는 24.76%였다. 12세 DMFS index는 김해시에서 2.45면, 대조군에서 3.33면이었으며 우식예방효과는 26.45%였다. 12세 평활면 DMFS index는 김해시에서 0.68면, 대조군에서는 0.90면으로 우식예방효과는 24.03%로 추정되었다. 김해시의 수불사업은 대조군인 비수불 중소도시들과 비교한 결과 치아우식병 예방에 우수하여 효과적인 지역구강보건사업으로 평가되었으며, 본 연구의 결과가 지역구강보건 사업개발에서 우선순위를 제시하는 데에 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 검토되었다.

${\cdot}$중등학교 교과서의 우유 영양교육 내용 분석 (Content Analysis of the Milk-Related Nutrition Education Found in Elementary and Secondary School Textbooks)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현행 초등학교, 중등학교 교과서에 수록된 우유에 대한 영양 교육 내용을 분석함으로써 향후 학교 교육을 통해 학생에게 우유에 대한 영양 섭취 및 소비행동에 유익한 정보를 체계적으로 제공할 수 있는 기초 자료를 마련하는데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 초${\cdot}$중등학교 교과서(1학년$\~$10학년)교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육의 내용요소를 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 학교교육을 통해 지도되어야 하는 우유 교육 내용의 체계화안을 마련하였다. 초등학교 교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육은 2학년 6학년을 제외한 4개 학년의 교과서에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 저학년의 통합교과, 과학, 실과, 체육 교과서에서 주로 다루어졌다. 가장 많은 내용을 다룬 교과서는 실과이며, 우유의 영양에 대한 기초 지식 중심의 정보와 우유 마시는 방법 등에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하고 있었다. 중등학교 교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육은 7학년에서 10학년까지의 과학, 기술${\cdot}$ 가정, 체육 교과서에서 고르게 다루어졌다. 가장 많은 내용을 체계적으로 다룬 교과서는 기술${\cdot}$가정이며 우유의 성분 및 주된 영양소 식품으로서의 특징과 선택 및 보관 방법. 실생활에서 균형식으로서의 실천 방법 등을 비교적 구체적으로 제시하였다. 그러나 초등학교와 마찬가지로 교과목간 학교급별간 중복 및 지식 제공의 위계가 맞지 않는 등의 문제점도 지적되었다. 따라서 우유에 대한 영양 교육도 학교급별로 대상에 맞게 영양 교육 내용의 수준을 적정화하고 체계화하며, 교과목간 및 우유 급식 등과 연계한 영양교육 프로그램으로 개발${\cdot}$운영할 필요성이 강조되었다.

초등학교 담임교사의 상담자로서 역할지각 및 수행실태와 아동의 기대 분석 (Analyses of Elementary School Homeroom Teachers' Role Percept ion and Performance as Counsellors and Children's Expectation for Teachers' Role as Counsellors)

  • The objective of this study is to conduct survey analyses of the role perception and performance of homeroom teachers in elementary schools in Seoul as well as their students' expectations for teachers' role as counsellors. The study also aims to analyze the causes behind the lackluster performance, to provide assistance in teachers' counselling and guidance activities and collect basic data for providing a plausible orientation for elementary school counselling. Research topics for achieving these study objectives are as follows. First, what is the status quo of counselling between elementary school students and teachers? Second, what is the role perception of elementary school homeroom teachers as counsellors and their current level of performance? Third, what are the differences in students' expectations for homeroom teachers' role as counsellors according to students' environmental variables such as gender and grade? Fourth, what are the discrepancies between the roles perception and performance of elementary school homeroom teachers and role expectation of students for homeroom teachers' role as counsellors? In order to answer these questions, surveys were conducted for 229 teachers and 385 students in grades 4, 5 and 6 in 11 elementary schools in Seoul, and the results were analyzed. The questionnaires used for this study were modified and supplemented according to the research objectives based on survey questions released by Gyung-Beom Lee(1989), Hak-Soo Lee(2001) and Gi-Nam Gwon(2005). Statistical analyses were peformed using the SPSS for Windows 10.0 program. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, most elementary school homeroom teachers were involved in counselling activities, and about half of them were providing counselling once a month or less. The classroom was the primary location of counselling, and more than half of the surveyed teachers were dissatisfied with their counselling activities. The teachers cited overwhelming teaching hours and excessive work as the factors that made counselling difficult. Second, it was revealed that most elementary school students have had experiences of anguish and most have had some form of counselling. They mostly sought counselling from their parents and friends, and the reasons behind such choices were that they were very understanding. Third, most students responded that they have had no experience of receiving counselling from their homeroom teachers. Among those with counselling experience with their homeroom teachers, most said that the counselling was helpful. The most significant reason for not receiving counselling from their homeroom teachers was that the students had no worries to talk about with their teachers. Fourth, as a result of categorizing the role of elementary school homeroom teachers as counsellors according to the areas of counselling, role perception for each area turned out to be generally high, while performance was substantially lacking. Fifth, in terms of the causes for the lackluster counselling performance, overwhelming teaching hours and excessive work were indicated for counselling areas of academic and personality issues. Sixth, the analysis of students' expectations for elementary school homeroom teachers as counsellors for counselling areas according to gender and grade revealed that there was no overall statistical significance. Seventh, from the general perspective, the level of role perception of the homeroom teachers were higher than the level of students' expectations. In conclusion, in order to enhance the teacher's role as a counsellor, there has to be a concrete perception of roles as a primary premise, calling for training sessions and programs dedicated to counseling for the teachers to take part in. Moreover, in order to alleviate the most significant causes for undermining teachers' counselling activities - overwhelming teaching hours and excessive work - there must be administrative consideration as well as provisions for effective counselling centers and dedicated school counsellors.

군 급식소의 이용실태 및 만족도 조사 (Measuring Attitudes and Satisfaction Level towards Military Foodservices)

  • 본 연구는 군장병과 급양관을 대상으로 군 급식에 대한 이용실태, 인식 및 급식품질에 대한 중요도 및 수행도와 전반적인 만족도를 분석함으로써 향후 군 급식의 질 향상에 기초가 되는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사대상 군장병의 계급은 일병 32.6%, 상병 116명 29.3%, 병장 22.5%이었고, 연령은 20~25세 미만이 96.0%로 가장 많았으며 학력은 대부분(84.6%)이 대학 재학 중인 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상 급양관 중 남성이 92.3%, 여성은 1명 7.7%이었고 조사대상군 급식소는 직영으로 운영되고 있었으며, 조사대상 급양관은 영양사 자격증을 소유하고 있지 않았다. 식단계획은 지역 급식회의를 통해 메뉴선정이 되었고 군급식소의 배식방법은 부분적 자율배식을 실시하는 곳이 53.8%, 자율배식을 실시하는 곳이 38.5%이었으며, 메뉴작성 주기는 한 달에 1번작성하는 곳이 69.2%이었다. 조사대상 군장병의 식사시간은 10~20분 이내가 58.3%로 나타났고, 잔반이 많은 끼니는 아침(62.4%)이, 많이 남기는 잔반으로는 국(66.9%)과 반찬(20.2%)으로 나타났다. 급양관 대상 군 급식 운영에 대한 의견 조사 결과 급식 운영 시 어려운 사항으로 급식시설의 부족 및 노후화(28.6%)가 가장 높은 응답률이었고, 취사병수의 부족(14.3%), 숙달된 취사병 부족(10.7%) 등이 있었다. 취사병관련 개선사항에 대해 작업량에 적절한 취사병 수의 배치(46.2%)가 가장 높은 응답률이었고 작업 활동의 능률성향상(30.8%)과 취사병의 청결한 복장 및 외모(23.1%) 등이 있었다. 군장병의 급식의 질 향상을 위한 고려사항으로는 음식의 맛이 40.6%, 배식량 증가가 30.4%, 위생상태 개선 13.6% 등이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 군장병이 군 급식으로 선호하는 조리법은 볶음류(45.7%)와 튀김류(25.8%)였으며, 선호하는 식재료의 종류로는 육류(78.5%)가 가장 높은 응답률이었다. 식단에 대한 희망사항으로는 양식메뉴의 증가(25.7%), 한식메뉴의 증가(21.5%)로 나타나 식단메뉴의 다양화를 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 군 급식의 39개 속성의 품질특성과 이를 구분한 5개 영역으로 군 급식에서 제공되는 급식의 품질특성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 평가한 결과 속성과 영역 모두에서 중요도가 수행도보다 높게 평가되어 모든 품질에 대해 개선이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 중요도 점수가 가장 높은 속성은 위생영역의 음식위생(평균 4.59점)이었고, 음식영역의 '음식의 외관'이 평균 3.70점으로 가장 낮았다. 수행도 점수가 가장 높은 속성은 시설영역의 '식단의 사전 공지'(평균 4.09점)이었고, 메뉴영역의 '다양한 메뉴'가 평균 3.28점으로 가장 낮았다. 또한 '음식의 신선도', '음식의 간', '냉 난방의 적절성', '음식의 맛', '환기'로 중요하다고 판단되지만 잘 수행되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적인 만족도는 평균 3.43점(5점 만점)으로 보통 수준의 만족도 점수를 나타냈다. 따라서 음식의 맛 개선, 메뉴관리의 체계화, 위생관리 향상 등을 통한 군 급식의 질적 향상을 위해 전문적인 지식과 자격을 갖춘 영양관리직 군무원의 인력배치가 요구된다. 또한, 식단의 조리법을 다양화하고 음식의 맛 향상과 조리시간 단축을 위해 급식 시설부족 및 노후화의 개선이 요구되며, 중요하게 생각하지만 군대 급식소에 의해 잘 수행되지 않는 것으로 나타나고 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 '음식의 맛' 속성 질적 개선을 위해 식단의 질적 개선이 요구된다. 또한 군 급식비는 국방부 전체 예산의 4.3%로 타 예산 항목대비 감액 편성되고 있으나 군장병의 기호도를 반영한 영양적으로 균형 있는 급식제공을 위해서는 군장병의 급식 재원의 확대가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

병원 행정직원의 조직효과성 수준 (A Study on Organizational Effectiveness of Administrative Personnel in Hospitals)

  • The hospital is characterized by it's remarkable labor industry and human resources input by unit. Recently, the administrative personnel are recognized as an important staff to provide a hospital guidance to consumer and also easiness for consumer's visit to hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the organizational effectiveness of the administrative personnel in hospitals. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 229 personnels working in 3 medium and small sized hospitals and 1 university hospital in Inchon area. The major finding are as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of over 31 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in are higher, general hospital's organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of university hospital. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the psychological motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every hospitals in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance. In as much as job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as older age, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication have affected as major influence factors of organizational efficiency. 6. In the university hospitals is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. In the general hospitals is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and psychological motive contributional factors is higher, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of administrative personnel in hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on four hospitals in Inchon area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially. as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the university and general hospitals.

중등학교 학생의 건강증진 행태와 관련요인분석 (An Analysis on Health Promotion Behavior of Middle and High School Students)

  • This study was conducted from March 1, 1996 through June 30, in order to provide basic data for devising a policy for school health especially students health promotion and for developing of an education program. Middle school students were 1000, high school students were 2000 and a total of 3000 students were selected randomly among the boys/girls/middle/high schools which are in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Pohang, Suwon, Kyungsan, Milyang and a town or subcountry. The summary and conclusion are as follows. 1. In general characteristics of respondents, 51.8% were girl students, 33.7% were middle school students, 66.3% were high school students. 37.2% were living in a medium and small city, 89.1% were middle classes, 43.6% were having no religion, 27.3% were buddhists. 2. As a result of analyzing, exercise, nutrition, personal behavior, knowledge of health education and behavior level which are the factors promotion, exercise level were 3.61 of the perfect 9(40.1/100), nutrition level were 3.71(41.1/100), personal hygiene were 6.89(76.6/100), health education level were 5.1(58.9/100), all of the them are low level. 3. Judging from characteristics, in case of exercise behavior level, It was far higher in boy students than in girl students, in middle school students than in high school students. It was respectively higher than other groups in the second graders of middle school, in the first graders of high school, in the residents who live in a big city, in the high classes in the buddhists. 4. The students level against disease was average 9.11 of the perfect score 14(65.1/100). The level of disease consciousness was high in girl students by characteristics, in the second graders of high school by grades, in high school students than middle school students. 5. In health status, 55.4% were healthy, 7.9% were unhealthy. It was respectively higher than the other groups in boy students, in middle school students, in the residents who live in a big city, in high classes of life level, in buddihists, in higher education level of parents. 6. Judging from the factors of health status and health promotion and the degree of significance, there's a significant differences between exercise and dietary life as P〈0.001, in personal hygiene as P〈0.05, in health education an P〈0.01. 7. Knowledge on disease, health promotion behavior level were average 19.42 ± 4.01 of the perfect score 50(38.8/100) this score was too low. As for characteristics, the level between variables was statistically significant in the higher life level, in the higher parents education level, in the happier family. 8. Judging from health status, knowledge on disease, health behavior level, knowledge and health promotion behavior level significantly in the better health status, in the better school record. 9. As a result of the multiplex regression analyzing the factors which were under influence on health status, the variables like exercise, school record level, the degree of family happiness, nutrition, grades, the members of family influenced much and its persuasive power was 10.2%. The factors which are under the influence on the health promotion were exercise, satisfied degree of education, health status, the degree of family happiness, knowledge on disease, the usage of physical training, sex, the number of the family members, mother's education level. It’s explained power was 21.3%. promotion were high We should develop a text book and an education program to study exercise, nutrition(dietary life), personal hygiene, knowledge on disease and health systematically. As far as health education irrespective city and locality without considering the entrance exam for high school and university we should execute it continuously. To do this, it’s important to cultivate and secure qualified men of ability who can teach things related health promotion and the related subject, that is, health or health promotion subject should be established in middle and high school curriculum necessarily.

중국 간호교육관련 연구실태 분석 (An Analysis of Nursing education Research in China : 1990-1998)

  • This study has been conducted on the basis of the literature review of Nursing Education Research in China from 1990 through August 1998. Its purpose was to support the basic data of nursing education which is risen as major revolutionary of nursing in China and those for exchange of information between Korea-China nursing education. It is retrospective and descriptive research analyzing one hundred eighty articles published in The Journal of China Nursing. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Only 33.3% of the professors of Technical Nursing School who have played of major role of nursing education in China have carried out the study related to nursing education. Baccalaureate program professors have marked 22.2% of all studies, and diploma program professors have done 12.2% of all. Therefore, the professors of above the diploma program have done total 44.4%. It explains that the professors of baccalaureate and diploma programs have done more studies related to nursing education than those of Technical Nursing School. 2. In terms of the study design, most of the studies(38.8%) were case studies introducing the curriculum contents that were done at education institutions. And then, 28.5% were reviewing the articles, and 15.6% were descriptive studies. 3. In terms of the content of the study, 38.3% were relevant to education of Technical Nursing School, 15.0% were about baccalaureate education, and 10.4% is about diploma. 4. To analyze the specific contents of the studies ; a. In baccalaureate program, human resources (professor or teaching), course extension, lab, classes, teaching method, education philosophy, goal of education, evaluation method, and human resource development were included. b. In diploma program, teaching contents evaluation method, teaching method, and educational system were included c. In the technical school, there were qualification of professors , teaching method, evaluation method, opening the courses, teaching contents, goal of education and so on. d. Beyond these, there were practice guidance and appraisement, teaching method, and opening new courses which were not specially indicated as educational curriculum and score management as continuing education. What is above tell us that the study regarding development of university system has been progressed actively and widely. It has been for the effort of revolution which based on the China government force to reform of nursing education process during last 10 years. On the base of the result, we suggest the following questions and the alternatives. 1) Since most articles are case studies related to teaching methods and the others doesn't propose the research method. the study which is applied more exact research method is needed. 2) No study is regarding social change and health policy. Because University program, founded in 1983 is on the beginning point, the research about curriculum have to be taken as a top priority as well as to reflect social needs which are based on social changes and national health policy 3) Only one review article study tells nursing Human resource. To appear in large numbers in nursing manpower, avoid the present hospital nurses training system. Then, the study for manpower development which is able to accomplish in many fields has to be advanced. 4) Most studies did not have literature review processes, so it was impossible for researcher to know the past study tendency and there is no relation among studies as to same subject, the education about research method is needed.
