주장훈련이 임상실습시 간호학생이 느끼는 불안과 주장행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of Assertive Training on the State Anxiety and Assertive Behavior of Nursing Students Experiencing Clinical Practice Training)

  • This study was tried to investigate the effectiveness of assertive training on the state anxiety and assertive behavior which nursing students had experienced during clinical practice training from April 29, to June 5, 2000. Subjects for this study were thirty-six nursing students of practicing in a general hospital. Eighteen nursing students were assigned for the experimental group and trained by assertive training program during 4 weeks and eighteen nursing students were assigned for the control group. The assertive training program was composed of cognitive, behavioral and emotional assertive training. Post- test assessment was administrated to all subjects on a week later after the last session. The data were analyzed with SPSS PC programs. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on post- intervention comparisons of the state anxiety score (p=0.230), but in the experimental group, the anxiety score more decreased after the assertive training than that in the control group with significant differences(p=0.019). 2) There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on post- intervention comparisons of assertive behavior (p=0.530). However, after the assertive training, the experimental group became more assertive than the control group with no significant differences(p=0.721). 3) The hypothesis that the more the assertive behavior, the less the state anxiety experienced by nursing students of clinical practice training was supported(r=-0.397, p=0.017). On the basis of this study results, the assertive training is effective for the reduction of the state anxiety experienced by nursing students of clinical practice training.

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 에너지산업현장에서 재난 발생에 대비하여 훈련하는 안전한국훈련 상황에서 훈련시 사용할 수 있는 재난훈련시스템을 필요한 곳에 적절하게 사용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 논문, 보고서, 통계자료 등을 조사하고 현장방문하여 훈련상황을 조사하였다. 연구결과: 재난훈련시스템을 활용한 토론기반 훈련과 실행기반 훈련이 계획수립부터 자체평가까지 가능하게 잘 이루어지고 있었다. 결론: 재난훈련시스템은 재난 발생에 대비하는 기관의 자체 훈련, 재난대응안전한국훈련시에는 평가활동까지 복합적으로 활용할 수 있는 시스템으로 그 사용성을 높여 평소 활용 범위를 넓혀야 한다.

치과기공사의 직업능력개발훈련 만족도 분석 (An Analysis of Satisfaction with Job Ability Development Training among Dental Technicians)

  • Purpose: This study were to analyze satisfaction with job ability development training among Dental Technicians', examine the degree of their actual satisfaction with training courses and their status, and provide some basic data to help improve the quality level, satisfaction, and effective operation of job ability development training in the future. Methods: This study carried out self-administered questionnaire survey from January 15, 2011 to March 10 by having research subjects as 180 dental technicians who participated in the course of employees' Job Ability Development Training by 'Gil Occupational Training Institute,' which is being conducted as part of dental technicians' job ability development in Seoul region. Among these things, 160(88.8%) copies were collected. Except 19 copies with incomplete response, 141(78.3%) copies were used as the materials of final analysis. Results: First of all, as a result of grasping the whole satisfaction with training according to general characteristics, the significant difference was indicated in the whole satisfaction with training depending on gender & age, and voluntary participatory intention. Second, the satisfaction with contents of Job Ability Development Training was in order of helpful level in ability development with 4.10(${\pm}.70$), co-worker's recommendation and a plan for reparticipation with 4.08(${\pm}.77$), consistence with the content goal with 4.07(${\pm}.71$), and reflection of demand with 4.01(${\pm}.70$). Third, examining satisfaction with instructors of Job Ability Development Training, it is being indicated with a little higher score compared to the satisfaction with other items. Fourth, satisfaction with service of supporting learners in job ability development training was shown to be slightly low in all the items. Especially, the convenience of administrative procedure was indicated to be the lowest with 3.52(${\pm}.92$) Fifth, satisfaction with the facility of job ability development training was showing very low satisfaction compared to other satisfaction items. Conclusion: A continuous effort will be needed in order to be possibly strengthened dental laboratory technicians' professionalism and reinforced qualitative level in major ability through offering more educational opportunities and education in good quality.

역량모델에 기초한 직업훈련기관장의 훈련요구분석 (Training Needs Assessment Based on the CEO Competency Model of Vocational Training Institutes)

  • 본 연구는 직업능력개발 분야의 중추적인 역할을 수행하는 직훈기관의 최고관리자 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 교육요구분석 차원에서 직훈기관장의 역량을 추출하여 역량모델을 개발할 목적으로 수행되었다. 조사대상은 전국의 공공직훈기관, 민간직훈기관, 학원 및 기타 평생교육기관의 최고관리자로서, 주요조사 내용은 교육요구조사와 역량모델에 관한 이론적 고찰, 직훈기관장의 직무분석, 잠정적으로 정리한 역량에 대한 설문문항에 대한 중요도, 숙달수준, 학습 희망도를 통해 역량의 우선순위의 파악과 이에 기초한 교육요구의 우선순위를 산정하였다. 연구방법은 설문조사, FGI, 현장조사 등의 연구방법이 적용되었다. 교육역량모델에 기반한 교육훈련요구 분석결과 그 우선순위가 높은 역량은 '인재확보능력', '시장변화 및 교육생의 요구파악', '문제해결능력', '리더십 스킬', '창의적 사고', '조직역량분석 및 진단', '정보수집 분석능력' 등이다.

정규직-비정규직 간 훈련격차와 임금효과 (On-the-job Training Gap between regular and non-regular Workers and Wage Effects)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업주도 재직자 훈련(On-the-Job Training: OJT)에서 정규직과 비정규직 근로자 간 훈련격차와 직업훈련의 임금효과를 비교분석하였다. 이를 위하여 OECD의 주관하에 조사된 국제성인역량조사(Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies: PIAAC) 원자료에 내생성을 통제하기 위하여 비모수추정법인 성향점수매칭법(Propensity Score Matching: PSM)을 적용하였다. 비정규직을 처치집단으로 정규직을 대조집단으로 하여 훈련참여 및 훈련의 임금효과를 각각 추정한 결과 비정규직은 정규직에 비해 불리한 훈련기회에 직면하였고 훈련의 임금효과는 정규직에서는 유의하지 않았으나 비정규직에서는 훈련이 임금에 유의한 정의 효과를 보였다. 이러한 분석결과는 비정규직의 저숙련 함정 극복을 위한 정부개입의 근거를 제공하며 비정규직에 대한 훈련기회 확대가 미취업과 정규직을 잇는 가교로써 비정규직이 기능할 가능성을 보여준다.

발목관절 근력훈련과 균형조절 훈련이 발목전략을 이용한 균형반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Adjusted Balance Training and Muscle Training on Balance Using Ankle Strategy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of balance using ankle strategy during adjusted balance training and muscle training in normal young female adults. Methods: There were eighteen participants. All subjects were randomly assigned to three groups, the control group (n=6), the adjusted balance training group (n=6) and the muscle training group (n=6). Subjects were assessed for each subject by a pretest and a posttest at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks, measuring the anterior-posterior limit of stability, trace length and EMG data for the tibialis anterior and lateral gastrocnemius. Results: The anterior-posterior limit of stability significantly increased in the training group (p<0.05). The trace length significantly decreased in the training group (p<0.05). The muscle activity of the tibialis anterior and lateral gastrocnemius also significantly decreased in the training group (p<0.05). Conclusion: We confirmed that both the balance training group and the muscle training group significantly increased the anterior-posterior limit of stability and decreased trace length and muscle activity. Further studies are needed to analyze the long-term effects on subjects resulting from these changes.

  • The advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution is also causing many changes in defense operations. Defense reform and the fourth industrial revolution promoted smart defense innovation, and attempts are being made to incorporate cutting-edge science and technology into various fields such as weapons systems and defense operations. Education and training is one of the areas in which information and intelligence are urgently needed in the spirit of defense operations. Due to the nature of defense education and training, which aims to fight against the enemy, there is no emphasis on psychological training in the field rather than informatization, but in developed countries with various experiences of modern warfare, investment and vitalization of education and training are vital. Through this, efforts are being made to foster soldiers with problem-solving skills in uncertain battlefields. The informatization and intelligence of defense education and training is no longer a matter that can be delayed, and the innovation of education and training using cutting-edge science and technology can be said to be an age-old task to improve the results of education and training in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this is because the application of related technologies is not the goal itself as the 4th Industrial Revolution arrives, but it has been made possible through the rapid advancement of science and technology that has made it difficult to realize education and training, even though it has long been desired. Ultimately, education and training data will be integrated and artificial intelligence-based intelligent learning systems will maximize the performance of education and training, thereby improving the combat readiness.

무선 패킷데이터 전송을 위한 LMS기반의 반복결정 귀환 등화기 (LMS based Iterative Decision Feedback Equalizer for Wireless Packet Data Transmission)

  • 최근의 무선 패킷데이터 시스템에서 짧은 버스트 데이터의 전송이 많이 사용되고 있고 훈련 심볼에 의한 오버헤드가 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 따라서 적응등화기의 설계에 있어서 짧은 훈련심볼과 빠른 수렴 알고리즘이 필수적인 문제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 짧은 훈련심볼을 사용하는 MTLMS (multiple-training least mean square) 기반의 DFE (decision feedback equalizer) 의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 등화알고리즘을 제 안한다 . 제안된 알고리즘에서 DEF의 출력 은 LMS(least mean square) 기반의 적응DEF 루프로 입 력되고 확장된 훈련심볼로서 사용된다. 또한 전체적인 처리를 위하여 ML (maximum likelihood) 추정기를 사용하는 블록연산 대신에 낮은 복잡도의 적응 LMS연산이 사용된다. 시뮬레이션 결과에서 제안된 등화기는 반복귀환이 증가함에 따라 성능이 향상되고 시변 페이딩에 보다 강한 성능을보여준다.

Importance of Neutrophil/Lymphocyte Ratio in Prediction of PSA Recurrence after Radical Prostatectomy

  • Background: The aim of this study was to research the importance of the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in prediction of PSA recurrence after radical prostatectomy, which has not been reported so far. Materials and Methods: The data of 175 patients who were diagnosed with localised prostate cancer and underwent retropubic radical prostatectomy was retrospectively examined. Patient pre-operative hemogram parameters of neutrophil count, lymphocyte count and NLR were assessed. The patients whose PSAs were too low to measure after radical prostatectomy in their follow-ups, and then had PSAs of 0,2 ng/mL were considered as patients with PSA recurrence. Patients with recurrence made up Group A and patients without recurrence made up Group B. Results: In terms of the power of NLR value in distinguishing recurrence, the area under OCC was statistically significant (p<0.001) .The value of 2.494 for NLR was found to be a cut-off value which can be used in order to distinguish recurrence according to Youden index. According to this, patients with a higher NLR value than 2.494 had higher rates of PSA recurrence with 89.7% sensitivity and 92.6% specificity. Conclusions: There are certain parameters used in order to predict recurrence with today's literature data.We think that because NLR is easy to use in clinics and inexpensive, and also has high sensitivity and specificity values, it has the potential to be one of the parameters used in order to predict biochemical recurrence in future.

재직자를 대상으로 한 패션교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 직무열의의 조절효과 (A Study on the Performance of Educational Fashion Training Program for Employed Learners: Moderating Effects of Self-efficacy and Job Engagement)

  • This study examines whether any correlation exists amongst participative motivation in an educational fashion training program, participants' program satisfaction and performance. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effect of participants' self-efficacy and job engagement in the influence of participative motivation on program satisfaction. Questionnaire data from 212 employed learners who participated in one or more educational fashion training programs were analyzed. For the data analysis, SPSS 24.0 statistical package was used. The study results were as follows. First, the participative motives of the educational fashion training program were grouped into the following three factors: goal-oriented, learning-oriented, and organizational support. Second, learning-oriented participative motivation positively affected their program satisfaction. Third, higher program satisfaction led better program performance. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of learning-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to self-efficacy. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of goal-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to vigor. Even if the participative motivation in an educational fashion training program predicts the program satisfaction, the strength is changed by interacting with the self-efficacy and vigor. The results of the study provide various implications for educators or policy makers who are interested in educational fashion training program development.
