기능성 전통 음청류 선호도와 구매도 조사 (Investigation into the Preference and Demand for Functional Drinks (Korean Traditional Drinks))

  • 본 연구는 경북지역 20세 이상 성인 418명을 대상으로 전통 음청류에 대한 인지도 및 기호도와 향후 음청류 대중화 및 소비 전망에서 기능성 전통 음청류에 대해 선호도와 구매의사를 살펴보았다. 조사 대상자는 남자 170명, 여자 248명, 30대 29.2%, 40대 28.0%, 20대 27.5%와 50대 15.3%로 기혼이 57.7%로 미혼보다 많았다. 성별에 따른 음청류 선호도는 남녀 모두 과반수 이상이 좋아한다고 하였으며 명절이나 특별한 행사에 많이 섭취하는 것으로 나타났다. 섭취 이유로는 여성은 맛이 좋다와 남성은 우리 고유의 음식이라서 섭취한다고 하였으며 섭취하지 않는 이유로는 입맛에 맞지 않아서가 높게 나타났다. 음청류의 종류 중 남녀 각각 식혜를 4.12, 4.10으로 가장 높게 인지하고 있었으며 수정과, 차, 화채 순으로 나타나 성별간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 음청류 종류에 따른 기호도는 남자가 식혜 3.92, 차 3.61, 화채 3.58순으로 나타났으며 여자는 식혜 3.51, 화채 3.51, 차 3.45순으로 나타났다. 음청류의 소비전망은 46.9%가 증가될 것이다, 36.1%가 그대로일 것이다. 17.0%가 감소할 것이다로 나타났으며 기능성 음청류 개발에 대해 88.5%가 개발동의 가능성을 보여 음청류의 소비전망이 긍정적으로 나타났다. 기능성 첨가 음청류에 대한 소비자 인식에서 영양보충용, 당뇨조절용, 보양용이 높게 나타났으나 대부분의 기능성 음청류 개발 필요에 대해 3.5이상의 점수를 보였다. 기능성 음청류 개발 시 구매 의사도 개발 필요도와 같은 양상으로 나타났으며 기능성이 첨가된 전통 음청류 중 구매의사의 살펴본 결과 남녀 모두 식혜를 가장 높게 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 기능성 첨가 음청류에 대한 대중화 방안으로 품질지향이미지, 대중성지향이미지, 상품 속성 지향 이미지 세 요인으로 분류하여 개발된 기능성 음청류의 구매도와의 영향성을 살펴본 결과 모든 요인에서 p<.001의 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 품질지향 이미지가 가장 높은 영향력을 보였다.

오븐가열 및 땅콩첨가 제조방법이 구운 약과의 품질특성에 미치는 영향 (Quality characteristics of non-fried Yackwa according to the methods of baked-in-oven and peanut addition)

  • Yackwa is used as one of foods prepared for traditional rituals and holidays and enjoyed as snacks. Since Yackwas are fried, they contain oil, which can cause rancidity and undermines the freshness of Yackwas during distribution to retailers, not to mention a high level of calories. The study aims to develop baked Yackwas and analyze the quality in terms of calorie levels and characteristics by baking Yackwas in oven. Calorie level was 4.65 kcal/g in fried Yackwa, 3.96 kcal/g in baked Yackwa, and 2.95 kcal/g in baked peanut Yackwa prior to dip coating of grain syrup. baked Yackwa showed hardness of 13476.33 $g/cm^2$ before dipping in grain syrup, which was harder than 1912.56 $g/cm^2$ of fried Yackwa. After grain syrup coating, hardness of baked Yackwa reduced more significantly, compared with that of fried Yackwa, as grain syrup permeated through texture of Yackwa. And less hardness makes baked Yackwa tastier. Sensory evaluation was measured in a 5-point scale. Scores for texture and taste of baked Yackwa outpaced those of fried Yackwa. Score for the overall quality was 3.65 in baked Yackwa and 3.25 in baked peanut Yackwa, compared to 2.85 of fried Yackwa, indicating a higher potential of commercializing(p<0.05).

희양산 경관의 역사적 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Historical Landscape Cognition of Mt. Hee-yang)

  • 이 연구는 경상북도 문경시 가은읍 희양산을 다룬 22가지 고문헌과 현장조사를 통하여 우리 선조들이 희양산에 대하여 가졌던 인식에 대한 분석을 시도한 것이다. 희양산 일대는 산맥 속에 깊숙이 위치하는 그 지리적 특성으로 인해 은둔자가 별서를 경영하기에 적합한 곳으로 인식되었다. 또한 희양산은 신라시대부터 봉황등천과 봉암용곡의 형국으로 해석되어졌는데, 이러한 해석은 그 지형경관적인 특성을 바탕으로 인식된 것이었으며 조선시대에도 계속 이어졌다. 유람의 목적은 선인의 발자취를 이어보기 위한 것이거나, 탐방의 숙원을 풀기 위한 것이거나, 휴가를 즐기기 위한 것이었다. 희양산을 방문한 유람객들을 분석해 보면 조선시대 초기에는 사회적 지위가 높은 사람들이 많이 방문하였으나, 조선시대 말기가 되면, 그 사회적 지위가 매우 낮아진 것을 볼 수 있다. 희양산 유람경로 분석을 통해 탐방객들에게 인식력이 높은 장소는 희양산 봉우리, 선유동, 백운대, 야유암, 봉암사 순이었다. 주 목적지로 유람되었던 희양산 봉우리는 신선이 사는 선경으로 인식되었으며, 백운대는 그 기이한 경관으로 인해 방문객마다 다양하게 인식되던 곳이었다.

북한(北韓)의 의류산업(衣類産業)과 의생활문화(衣生活文化) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Apparel Industry and the Clothing Culture of North Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand and improve the clothing habits and the apparel industry of North Korea in preparation for the reunification of South and North Korea. For this study, literary data, reports, periodicals, interviews and internet data of the two Koreas were reviewed. North Korean clothing habits used to be monotonous and uniform but nowadays people's clothes have become somewhat brighter in color and more diverse in design than before. In particular, liberal and individual dressing habits appeared among the privileged classes. When taking part in national events, women have to wear the traditional Korean costume, Hanbok, while men wear business suits for formal wear. In general, men don't wear Hanbok. Students have to be in uniforms but blue jeans, T-shirts with English logos were popular among them reflecting their sensitivity and openness towards western cultures. The brides usually wear pink Hanboks and the bridegrooms wear black business suits for their wedding. North Koreans also wear Hanbok on national holidays like South Koreans. Clothing is the most important item in the trade of process commission between North and South Korea. Trading items are mid to low end men's clothing for the most part due to less emphasis on fashion in the North. The processing is indirect trade and composed of sample making and contracting, sending out materials and production, carrying in goods and setting accounts. To activate South-North trade, establishment of infrastructure, stabilization of shipping, reducing high costs of distribution, building direct communication system by setting up office in a neutral zone and simplifying procedures in applying for the South and North Korea Economic Cooperation Fund. On the other hand, clothing and textiles education is carried on at art colleges, light industries colleges and commercial colleges in Pyongyang. Clothing institutes which study Hanbok and Western clothes, are installed in each city and province. Graduates who majored in clothing and textiles are posted in institutes or apparel factories. Their job is designing, patternmaking and sewing for their customers. Most of them are women and in good state of economic conditions. The North Korean clothing industry has been the core national industry that has developed based on overseas demand form the mid 1980s. The standard is that of South Korea in the early 1980s. In 1999, trade of North Korean textile products with trade counterparts such as Japan and China was $1.3 million in exports and $1.27 in imports. Of this amount the export takes up 25.4% of the total exports in North Korea. However, fundamentally even in sectors that are irrelevant to politics such as the fashion clothing industry, trust between the South and North should be a prerequisite. Only through this can exchange between North and South and economic cooperation contribute towards the reunification.

국내 유통진흥정책과 유통조정정책에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Korea Distribution Promotion Policy and Adjustment Policy)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to systematically review the background of the Korean distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policies along with related regulations and policies. Research design, data, and methodology - Domestic distribution policy and relevant laws were examined through a review of existing research literature. The results of the development process of the domestic distribution policy, promotion policies, and adjustment policies are summarized below. Results - The results are summarized as follows. First, the purpose of the development of the domestic distribution promotion policy was to strengthen the competitiveness of the small and medium business industry through structural advancement of the small and medium industry. By expanding the managerial base for the small and medium industry, a new balance could be created in the national economy. There was a requirement for an early assistance policy for small and medium businesses as a base of these businesses in the distribution industry developed from their original model of catering to a traditional market of retail shops. Since 1996, there was a need for this early assistance policy due to the expansion and rapid growth of large scale stores causing a change in the consumption pattern for distribution markets and the decline of large enterprises. Second, the government supports small and medium business distribution through distribution promotion policies by supporting an organization promoting small business and supporting innovation in the distribution system. Third, in 1961 a business mediation system was established to protect small and medium industries. The Small and Medium Business Administration advises conglomerates to postpone acquisitions, restrain expansion of the business, or to reduce business scale if small businesses undergo an adverse effect such as decreasing demand because large companies are expanding into their areas. Fourth, the Distribution Adjustment Policy managed large-scale store regulation as follows: ① limitation on construction by urban planning ordinance, ② limitation on location based on traffic impact assessments, ③ regulation based on business guidelines by chiefs of autonomous bodies, ④ regulation on mandatory holidays and limitation of business hours. This large-scale store regulation is a policy introduced by authority to increase competitiveness of small and medium business distribution by the government. Conclusions - As discussed in this study, the distribution promotion policy and distribution adjustment policy are government distribution policies focused on the protection of the small and medium distribution businesses. This study is timely, since it was planned when the strengthening of the revisions of the Distribution Industry Development Act, aimed to protect small and medium retailers and merchants, was under discussion. The significance of this study is that it offers insights for the development of new policies in the future and an opportunity to consider the background of the distribution policy by the government.

光州 中心의 人口移動 特性에 관한 硏究 (The Characteristics of Population Flows in kwangju Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구에서는 光州를 중심으로 발생하는 人口流動의 특성에 관하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 生殘準法에 의한 이동 및 주거지 이동의 永久的 移動과 고속버스여객의 이동 및 환자의 受診移動의 一時的 移動으로 구분하였다. 分析結果, 1986-1990년 광주시 전출입의 양상은 전남이 규모상 탁월하지만 移動空間이 전국적으로 확산되고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 1980-1985년 센서스의 생잔율법에 의한 純移動의 분석과 광주시 5개 洞의 표본조사 결과에서는 移動因子로서 敎育因子와 移住者의 距離認知가 중요한 因子로 작용한다는 사실이 판명되었다. 한편, 1日移動의 분석결과, 週末과 休日에는 방문이동이 많고 連休에는 일시적 귀환이동이 탁월하게 나타났다. 환자의 수진이동은 생활환경의 변화에 따라 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있으며, 이런 현상은 광양, 여천의 공업지역에서 현저하게 나타나고 있다.
