재활 및 교정을 위한 견인운동치료기의 견인측정센서 개발에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Research for Traction force Sensor Development on Drawing Exercise Medical Instrument)

  • 척추 및 보행질환 등에서 재활과 교정을 위하여 정형외과 및 가정 등에서는 견인운동치료기를 주로 사용하고 있다. 하지만 견인운동치료기를 사용함에 있어 간혹 무리하게 사용함에 따라 인체에 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 지속적인 견인력 작용을 이용한 치료방법에 견인운동치료기를 이용하는데, 이 때 작용하는 견인력을 측정하여 운동 시간을 조절할 필요가 있다. 그러나 현재 출시되고 있는 제품에는 견인력을 측정하는 센서가 대부분이 장착되어 있지 않고 있다. 그래서 스트레인 게이지를 이용한 견인측정센서, 출력신호로서의 변환을 위한 증폭기 및 성능 검증을 위하여 측정용 실험 장치를 설계 제작하고, 이를 이용하여 견인측정센서를 실험 하였다. 견인 부하에 따른 견인측정센서의 전기적 반응치를 측정하고 분석 결과, 캘리브레이션을 통하여 센서는 선형적인 출력을 보였고 환자의 움직임 여부에 관계없이 일정하게 견인측정센서의 반응이 나타남을 알 수가 있었다. 정적인 상태에서의 실험에서 최대 에러율이 약 1%이내이고, 동적인 실험에서 평균 에러율이 약 0.7%로 나타났다. 온도 변화에 따른 견인측정센서의 최대 출력치 변화량(output variation)이 약 0.3%이므로 견인 측정용 센서로 사용 가능하다고 판단된다.

  • In this paper presents a modeling method for simulation of Tration Motor using Matlab/Simulink This model is well adopted in the traction motor and speed, torque estimation. This model consist o IM(induction motor) block, Load block and controller blocks. This paper use the indirect vecto control Because improve accuracy speed characters. The result show the better speed and torque characters. And effectiveness of Matlab/Simulink in simulations.

  • This paper presents a hybrid winding connection method for torque characteristics improving of a traction SRM. In order to get a high torque in wide speed range and torque ripple reduction, series and parallel winding connection are changed according to operating speed. From the analysis of torque character operation mode and efficiency, the proposed control scheme is verified.

  • The developed locomotive in coal mine drawn by the parallel drive system of the double Switched Reluctance motors is introduced. The operational principles, the control pattern and the component parts of the traction and the regenerative braking operation are proposed. The drive system contributes to reduce the cost of utilization of the locomotive per ton kilometer.

  • This paper presents a balanced 3/1 supply scheme for electric railway. By employing an active filter, the current of the three-phrase delivery system is balanced while the load is single phrase, which makes it possible for the traction system to behave like a pure-resistance load, with unity power factor and no harmonics. Simulation results are present to verify the scheme's topology and control strategies.

  • Switched reluctance machine has much attention because of high efficiency, high power and DC series torque characteristics with a traction drive. But the motor has to have a regenerative mode when it is adopted in an electric vehicle. A current divergence during the regeneration makes difficulties in the control of SRM. This paper proposes a reference current limitation strategy for a stable regeneration based on simulations and experimental tests. The motor is operated with conventional current limit and switching angle control method in motoring mode. Simulations and experiments are executed to verify proposed method.

  • Cascaded H-Bridge rectifier (CHBR) is a more attractive solution in traction application for its transformerless structure. Because of the currents of different cells are exactly the same one, it is a challenge job to regulate the voltages of cells with only one current controller. In this paper, a PI-based control scheme is presented to deal with the voltages balance issue in CHBR. To satisfy the demand of rectifier such as unity power factor and regulated output DC voltages, the proposed control scheme consists of two parts. One is for shaping the grid current waveform and regulating the sum of DC-link voltages of all the cells; the other one is for balancing DC-link voltages. The latter is more concerned in this paper and is discussed in detail especially. Simulations and experiments are carried on. The results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • The dynamics of the interaction between the wheel and rail must be considered when investigating the application of control strategy to a traction motor for high speed railway system. So this paper describes a dynamics model of the wheel rail adhesion characteristics and simple adhesion control strategy. Simulations are performed on the model of korea-high speed railway system using SIMULINK. With simple adhesion control strategy advanced characteristics of the system is showed in aspects of driveability.
