This paper is proposed a novel method to approximate the maximum power for a photovoltaic inverter system and tracking method. It is designed for power systems application and utilities. The proposed Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control has the advantage to provide a new simple way to approximate the optimal or rated voltage, the optimal or rated current and maximum power rating produced by a solar panel and the photovoltaic inverter. And this straightforward method will be named linear reoriented coordinates method(LRCM) with the advantage that Pmax and $V_{op}$ can be approximated using the satre variable as the dynamic model without using complicate approximations or Taylor series. Furthermore tracking method is improved over 50% photovoltaic efficiency. This paper is proposed MPPT using LRMC and tracking method using weather condition of domestic moderate program technique. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new methods.
In this paper proposed the solar tracking system to use a fuzzy based on PC in order to increase an output of the PV array. The solar tracking system operated two DC motors driving by signal of photo sensor. The control of dual axes is not an easy task due to nonlinear dynamics and unavailability of the parameters. Recently, artificial intelligent control of the fuzzy control, neural-network and genetic algorithm etc. have been studied. The fuzzy control made a nonlinear dynamics to well perform and had a robust and highly efficient characteristic about a parameter variable as well as a nonlinear characteristic. Hence the fuzzy control was used to perform the tracking system after comparing with error values of setting-up. nonlinear altitude and azimuth. In this paper designed a fuzzy controller for improving output of PV array and evaluated comparison with efficient of conventional PI controller. The data which were obtained by experiment were able to show a validity of the proposed controller.

In this paper, we propose a high accurate geo-location system based on a single base station, where its location is obtained by Time-of-Arrival(ToA) and Direction-of-Arrival(DoA) of the radio signal. For estimating accurate ToA and DoA information, a MUltiple SIgnal Classification(MUSIC) is adopted. However, the estimation of ToA and DoA using MUSIC algorithm is a time-consuming process. The position tracking bias is occurred by the time delay caused by the estimation process. In order to mitigate the bias error, we propose the estimation method of the position tracking bias and compensate the location error produced by the time delay using the position tracking bias mitigation. For accurate self-localization of mobile robot, the Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF) with position tracking bias is applied. The simulation results show the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed geo-location system and the enhanced performance when the Unscented Kalman Filter is adopted for mobile robot application.

A small sized device with computing, communicating, sensing capability is changing our life. It will be deployed in the world and acquire a lot of data from the world. It is used for various applications such as military surveillance, environmental monitoring, structure health monitoring, building management, asset tracking, etc. In this paper we focus on USN middleware for asset tracking. A mobile asset is moving here and there within a specific area. The USN middleware tracks the mobile assets in real-time by using sensor nodes and notify their current positions to a user. To achieve the goal, the USN middleware provides some features related to the positions of mobile assets.. They are storing location data by using 3D indexing method, retrieving them by using spatio-temporal query, making trace of an asset, and retrieving the history data of an asset. In the paper, we developed USN middleware to adapt the requirements of asset tracking. It can help users increase the efficiency of their business related to mobile assets and make a valuable decision.

Correlation Filter-based Trackers (CFTs) gained popularity recently for their effectiveness and efficiency. To deal with the size changes of the target which may degenerate the tracking performance, scale estimation has been introduced in existing CFTs. However, the variations of the aspect ratio were usually neglected, which also influence the size of the target. In this paper, Size Aware Correlation Filter Trackers (SACFTs) are proposed to deal with this problem. The SACFTs not only determine the translation and scale variations, but also take the aspect ratio changes into consideration, thus a better estimation of the size of the target can be realized, which improves the overall tracking performance. And competing results can be achieved compared with state-of-the-art methods according to the experiments conducted on two large scale datasets.

A 3D visual sensing method using a laser structured beam is presented for robotic tracking applications in a simple and reliable manner. A cylindrical shaped laser structured beam is proposed to measure the pose and position of the target surface. When the proposed laser beam intersects on the surface along the target trajectory, an elliptic pattern is generated. Its ellipse parameters can be induced mathematically by the geometrical relationship of the sensor coordinate and target coordinate. The depth and orientation of the target surface are directly determined by the ellipse parameters. In particular, two discontinuous points on the ellipse pattern, induced by seam trajectory, indicate mathematically the 3D direction for robotic tracking. To investigate the performance of this method, experiments with a 6 axis robot system are conducted on two different types of seam trajectories. The results show that this method is very suitable for robot seam tracking applications due to its excellence in accuracy and efficiency.

This paper proposes the hybrid proportional integral(HBPI) controller for maximum power point tracking(MPPT) control of photovoltaic system. The output characteristics of the solar cell are a nonlinear and affected by a temperature, the solar radiation and influence of a shadow. The MPPT control is a very important technique in order to increase an output and efficiency of the photovoltaic system. The conventional constant voltage(CV), perturbation and observation(PO) and incremental conductance(IC) are the method which finding maximum power point(MPP) by the continued self-excitation vibration, and uses the fixed step size. If the fixed step size is a large, the tracking speed of maximum power point is faster, but the tracking accuracy in the steady state is decreased. On the contrary, when the fixed step size is a small, the tracking accuracy is increased and the tracking speed is slower. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, this paper proposes HBPI controller that is adjusted gain of conventional PI control using fuzzy control, and the maximum power point tracks using this controller. The validity of the controller proposed in this paper proves through the results of the comparisons.
This study aims to improve the accessibility and efficiency of sign language education for both hearing impaired and non-deaf people. To this end, we developed VR realistic sign language education content that integrates hand tracking technology and conversational AI. Through this content, users can learn sign language in real time and experience direct communication in a virtual environment. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that this integrated approach significantly improves immersion in sign language learning and contributes to lowering the barriers to sign language learning by providing learners with a deeper understanding. This presents a new paradigm for sign language education and shows how technology can change the accessibility and effectiveness of education.
The air flow supplied to a fuel cell system is one of the most significant factors in determining fuel efficiency. The conventional method of controlling the air flow is to fix the oxygen supply at an estimated constant rate for optimal efficiency. However, the actual optimal point can deviated from the pre-set value due to temperature, load conditions and so on. In this paper, the maximum efficiency point tracking (MEPT) algorithm is proposed for finding the optimal air supply rate in real time to maximize the net-power generation of fuel cell systems. The fixed step MEPT algorithm has slow dynamics, thus it affects the overall efficiency. As a result, the variable step MEPT algorithm is proposed to compensate for this problem instead of a fixed one. The complete small signal model of a PEM Fuel cell system is developed to perform a stability analysis and to present a design guideline. For a design example, a 1kW PEM fuel cell system with a DSP 56F807 (Motorola Inc) was built and tested using the proposed MEPT algorithm. This control algorithm is very effective for a soft current change load like a grid connected system or a hybrid electric vehicle system with a secondary energy source.
