  • This study is a review of the clothing behavior of kidult group that is a new minority group in 21st century. Kidult is the compound word of kid and adult and refers the persons who have become adults but with the inclination to focus on childlike culture and consumption. As the background of the appearance of the kidult group these days, the prevalence of throwback fashions, high valuation of appearance, the phenomenon to prefer light things caused by economic depression, the individualism that does not care about others and the ageless phenomenon that the consumptions are mind age oriented, may be pointed out. The most prominent cloth behavioral characters of the kidult group are that they enjoy bounding color combinations such as candy color and. that cute t-shirts, crop pants and volume skirts of girlish look are easily found. Also, they enjoy toy-like ornaments and illustrated clothes or accessories and the school uniform fashion implying nostalgia for girl-hood and lovely make-up indicate the kidult inclination.

  • The robustness and reliability of vision algorithms is the key issue in robotic research and industrial applications. In this paper robust real time visual tracking in complex scene is considered. A common approach to increase robustness of a tracking system is the use of different model (CAD model etc.) known a priori. Also fusion or multiple features facilitates robust detection and tracking of objects in scenes of realistic complexity. Voting-based fusion of cues is adapted. In voting. a very simple or no model is used for fusion. The approach for this algorithm is tested in a 3D Cartesian robot which tracks a toy vehicle moving along 3D rail, and the Kalman filter is used to estimate the motion parameters. namely the system state vector of moving object with unknown dynamics. Experimental results show that fusion of cues and motion estimation in a tracking system has a robust performance.

  • Market of smart toys is showing rapid growth globally. Recently, new types of toys which can be synced with smart phones, so called smart toys, are being released continuously. As a result, products from RC cars with camera attached that can be driven and monitored using a connected smart phone to toys that would call kid's name once it has been entered through a mobile app. It has been confirmed that there are various way to connect those toys with mobile devices. In this paper, functions of smart toys are classified, and research on different synchronization methods of the toys sold in market as of July, 2017 are explained.

  • The human species has been able to fly for about a century - with the help of aircraft of various kinds. Recently. air vehicles which are like an insect or a bird with flapping wings have been appeared, although many of them are experimental flight vehicle. However, the rubber-powered flapping vehicle is put to practical use such as toy, which flies for some seconds. In this paper, we analyze and evaluate above the rubber-powered flight vehicle using axiomatic design and will present new four flapping wing model.

  • Internet was once used to link ideas, then people and now it is starting to connect all things. IoT constitutes a good paradigm to enable people to design and modify things, and then share their designs and modifications. Through the internet, things nowadays are able to exchange raw data and information, thus enabling the development of a new class of interconnected smart objects. Smart building block toy systema are a newly proposed concept that combines internet technology into educational blocks. It is composed of the IoT environment that has attracted attention recently. In this paper, we design a system using starUML, one of the program development tools in the system design process. Educational content can be shared to learners via the proposed service of the IoT, while also being interesting for young child learners.

  • Ecological methods were reviewed through reports such as environmental impact assessment and damage effect of fishery in the Korean watershed. Survey items in marine ecological field were included: phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic animal, algae, adult fish, egg and juvenile of fish. A standardization of survey method in the field of community ecology was suggested to consider the convenience, Sequency in Use of device, accuracy of data collected from that. It is necessary that spatial data should be sufficiently acquired toy statistical analysis of biodiversity and spatial comparison. Quantitative sampling method must be inevitably adopted based nature of biota and geographical type of the survey area. The same sampling method can make the data compared spatially but can't be applicable in all area. Standardizing survey method should be by no means under certain restriction of study and would become different according to survey environments. The first thing is minutely understanding about ecological character of biota inhabiting in certain area, and then determining survey method.

  • Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) is a possible solution for the missing mass problem in galactic dynamics; its predictions are in good agreement with observations in the limit of weak accelerations. However, MOND does not derive from a physical mechanism and does not make predictions on the transitional regime from Newtonian to modified dynamics; rather, empirical transition functions have to be constructed from the boundary conditions and comparisons with observations. I compare the formalism of classical MOND to the scaling law derived from a toy model of gravity based on virtual massive gravitons (the "graviton picture") which I proposed recently. I conclude that MOND naturally derives from the "graviton picture" at least for the case of non-relativistic, highly symmetric dynamical systems. This suggests that-to first order-the "graviton picture" indeed provides a valid candidate for the physical mechanism behind MOND and gravity on galactic scales in general.

  • This study examined the effects of emotion inducing contexts on types of infants smiling. Facial expressions of forty-five 11-to 15-month-old infants were videotaped in an experimental lab with positive and negative emotional contests. Infants' smiling was identified as the Duchenne smile or non-Duchenne smile based on FACS(Facial Action Coding System, Ekman & Friesen, 1978). Duration of smiling types was analyzed. Overall, infants showed more smiling in the positive than in the negative emotional context. Occurrence of Duchenne smiling was more likely in the positive than in the negative context and in the peek-a-boo than in the melody toy condition within the same positive context. Non-Duchenne smiling did not differ by context.

  • This study examined relations between infants' strategies for emotional regulation and maternal responsiveness. Fifty 24-month-olds were observed for six kinds of emotional regulation strategy during four negative emotion-eliciting tasks; their mothers were observed for five styles of maternal responsiveness during toy-centered free play. Infants used different strategies according to the kinds of negative emotioneliciting tasks; their strategies correlated with maternal responsive styles. In the anger-eliciting tasks, infants used "distraction" and "self soothing." In the fear-eliciting tasks, they used "avoidance" and "problem solving." Infants who received more negative feedback from their mothers used the "irritation" strategy. Infants who got received more positive feedback from their mother used the "getting reference" strategy.
