견직물의 방추성에 관한 연구 I. 견방사직물을 중심으로 (Studies on the Wrinkle Resistance of the Silk Fabric I. Wrinkle Recovery behavior of spun.silk fabric)

  • 견방견직물을 여러 가지 조건하에서 방추도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 온도, 습도가 높아지면 방추도는 감소하며 습도의 영향이 온도의 영향보다 더 크게 작용한다. 2. 주름회복시간과 온도, 습도에 따른 방추도의 변화는 y=a+b ln T의 실험식으로 나타났고 회복시간의 경과에 따라 방추도는 증가하지만 300sec 이상에서는 평형상태에 도달했다. 3. 견직물과 화섬직물과 주름거동을 비교한 결과 견직물은 화섬직물에 비해 Voigt 모형에서의 K1값이 월등히 낮았다. 4. 조추시간에 따른 방추도 변화는 시간의 경과에 따라 점점 감소하지만 실험식에서 a값의 변화는 인정할 수 없었다. 5. 조추가중에 의한 방추도의 변화에 있어서도 동일한 결과를 얻었다.

  • 시간의 흐름을 이미지로 나타내는데 있어서 근원적으로 분절의 형식을 취할 수밖에 없다. 이미지의 고착상태는 그것이 회화든 조각이든 동영상의 형식을 제외한 모든 형식은 나뉨(분절)의 형태로 우리에게 보이게 된다. 이 방법을 극대로 키워온 것은 만화의 영역이다. 때문에 만화는 칸의 배열에 의해 사건이 전개되고 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 애니메이션이란 분절된 매체를 연속적으로 붙여 전개하는 것이 원리로 되어있다. 본 논문은 이러한 시간 흐름의 분절에 의한 시간의 고착화된 개념으로서 칸과 틀을 미술사 안에서 찾아보고, 좀 더 만화형식의 근본 원리를 찾아 분석해보고자 의도했다. 따라서 원시적인 틀의 구획과, 카툰오과 같이 단편적인 칸의 나눔, 그리고 서사적인 나열형식에 의한 칸과 틀의 예를 찾으려 노력하였다. 이로써 시간의 표현을 위한 여러 종류의 칸과 틀의 구획을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 하이퍼 텍스트적인 만화형식의 다양함과 공간사용의 가능성을 발견하고 예시하여 좀더 폭넓은 만화의 위상을 제안하고자 했다.

흰쥐에서 Tiletamine-Zolazepam 및 Lidocaine의 경막외투여시의 마취 효과 (The Anesthetic Effects of the Epidural Administration of Tiletamin-Zolazepam and Lidocaine in Rats)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the anesthetic effects of the epidural administration of tiletamin-zolazepam and lidocaine to rats. Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratoty rate and blood chemistry were examined according to the time lapse, after the administration of tiletamine-zolazepam, lidocaine or saline. The results obtained were as follows. 1, Tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed fast anesthesia onset time (p<0.01) and also revealed prolonged ambulation time compared with lidocaine group (p<0.01). 2. In the effects of blood pressure, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly higher value than lidocaine group or saline group, and revealed the highest value at 20 minutes after administration. According to the time lapse, blood pressure of tiletamine-zolazepam group was recovered and showed similar value with lidocaine group and control group at 90 minutes after administration. 3. In the effects of heart rate, tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed significantly lower value than lidocaine group or saline group and revealed the lowest value at 30 minutes after administration, and recovered similar value with pre-administration at 90 minutes after administration. 4. In the effects of respiratory rate, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes administration compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). Tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed significantly lower value at 30 minutes compared with 0 and 60 minutes after administration (p<0.01). The changes at 60 minutes after administration, lidocaine group revealed lower value than saline or tiletamine-zolazepam group, and tiletamine-zolazepam group revealed similar value with 0 minutes. 5. In the effects of tidal volume, lidocaine group revealed significantly lower value than saline group (p<0.001) and tiletamine-zolazepam group also revealed lower value than saline group, at 30 minutes after administration. The values at 60 minutes after administration, revealed similar results with that of 30 minutes after administration. 6. In the blood chemistry, the values of alanine transminase (ALT), aspartate transminase(AST) and creatinine did not reveal significant results at 60 minutes after administration. The values of ALT at 60 minutes slightly decreased compared with pre-administration, and revealed normal level.

매몰 시간의 경과에 따른 구제역 가축 매몰지 침출수 특성에 관한 연구 (Characterization of Water Quality and Bacteria of Leachate from Animal Carcass Disposal on the Disposal Lapse Time)

  • 본 연구에서는 매몰경과시간에 따라 4지점의 가축매몰지 침출수에 대하여 물리화학적 특성과 분자미생물학적 방법을 이용하여 침출수내 미생물을 분석하였다. 침출수에 대한 물리화학적 분석 결과, 매몰중기 (매몰경과 20개월)에서 매몰초기 (매몰경과 5개월) 자료에 비하여 EC, DO, $HCO_3{^-}$, TOC, T-N 과 $SO_4{^{2-}}$ 의 함량이 높게 나타났다. 16S rRNA방법을 이용한 침출수의 미생물을 동정한 결과, 매몰초기에 Lysinibacillus sphaericus, Bacillus pumilus, Pseudoclavibacter helvolus, Pseudochrobactrum saccharolyticum 과 Corynebacterium callunae 이 동정되었으며, 매몰중기에는 Bacillus cereus, Lysinibacillus sphaericus, Bacillus circulans 과 Corynebacterium glutamicum이 검출되었고, Bacillus cereus, Lysinibacillus sphaericus과 같은 병원성 미생물이 발견되었다. 본 연구는 가축매몰지로부터 형성되는 침출수에 대한 지질 매체 내에서의 거동특성, 처리 및 위해성 평가에 대한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것이다.

가축분뇨를 이용한 미생물연료전지의 농화배양 단계에서 미생물 군집 변화 (Microbial Communities of the Microbial Fuel Cell Using Swine Wastewater in the Enrichment Step with the Lapse of Time)

  • 이 연구는 전기화학적 활성을 갖는 미생물들을 알아내기 위하여 농화배양 단계에서 시간에 따라 미생물연료전지의 미생물 군집 변화를 알아본 것이다. 접종원으로 하수처리장 혐기 소화액와 가축분뇨를 1 : 1로 혼합한 액을 사용하였다. 농화배양 과정에서 미생물 생장곡선에 따라 지체기, 대수성장기 그리고 정지기로 전류발생 패턴을 보면서 구분하였다. 전류가 안정적으로 발생되는 시점을 농화배양이 끝난 시점으로 판단하였으며, 이때 전류는 $0.84{\pm}0.06mA$가 발생되었다. 농화배양이 되어 가는 과정에서 미생물군집 변화를 전기영동(DGGE)에서 확인하여 시간에 따라 새롭게 나타나는 band나 농도가 높아지는 band 17개를 잘라내어 염기서열을 분석하였다. 이 결과 지체기와 대수성장 단계에서는 Clostridium, Rhodocyclaceae, Bacteriodete 그리고 Uncultured bacterium 등이 검출되었고, 정지기에서는 Geobacter sp., Rhodocyclaceae, Candidatus, Nitrospira, Flavobactriaceae, 그리고 Uncultured bacterium 등이 검출되었다. Geobactor의 경우는 이미 전기활성 미생물로 알려져 있는 미생물 종으로 이를 포함하여 이 연구에서 검출된 다른 미생물들 중에도 전기활성이 있는 미생물을 포함하고 있을 것으로 판단된다.

척수손상자의 일상생활적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Activities of Daily Living Adaptation of Spinal Cord Injured Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the problem on activities of daily living ; the problem which spinal cord injured patients have when they adapt in daily living ; Subjects were 113 members who used the hospital which is located in Kwangju-city from November 20, 2001 to May 20, 2002. The evaluation of the ADL was performed according to MBI and collected data were statistically analysed by SPSS PC for paired Chi-square test T-test, One way ANOVA and Duncan's post-hoc test. The result's were as follows; 1. Modified Barthel Index average mark was $63.77{\pm}33.60$ points and MBI score distribution according to characteristics of injury is as following. 1) A patient who had long duration of injury, small injury region, incomplete paralysis in paralysis degree, paraplegia in paralysis type got high MBI score as statistical and significantly(p<0.05). 2. Society adaptation state by characteristics of spinal cord injured is an following. 1) After lapse of time of disease, a patient who is injured for a long term present surrounding environmental problem, a patient who is injured for a short term shows psychological problem. In society activity, as lapse of time of disease is long, patient did many hobby activity and same private club, on the other hand as lapse of time of diseases is short, the others appeared high and significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 2) In society activity by injury region, cervical injury and thoracic injury did more hobby activity than lumbar injury and in lumbar injury same private club or religion life appeared higher than thoracic injury of cervical injury significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 3) In walk method by paralysis degree Complete paralysis had more wheelchair life than incomplete paralysis(p<0.01). 4) In serious problem by paralysis type psychological problem in quadriplegia and surrounding environmental problem in paraplegia appeared high and significantly as statistical(p<0.01). 3. In society adaptation state by MBI score difference between variables appeared but it wasn't significantly.

  • No mater how brilliant brain a man has, as time goes by, it is certain to fall into a lapse of memory phenomenon in according to cease to exist as a matter of course. But as previously stated, there is no room for douby, if we make advertising information for being changed into a sign which is to be treated easily and simplified, we can easily memory and withdraw it. In other words, the information is to be coded simpler, the memory and recollection of it is to be easier as wll as we can raise the precision rate. Good many advertising today, it appears, try to raise the acknowlegement rate with shock of good-sized and exposure frequency. In this advertising form, we can aspire to the intention of advertiser to try to get lapse of the message of advertising. Of course, even if it cannot be an index of every advertising information called simplified memory and recollection rate, it should be emphasized that it cannot but have something to do with the consumer's memory. Which to be obtained by invested advertisement. As for it, there are so many things to be taken charge of a lots of content by graphic designer: to be obtained mental distribution of resources inconnected with a desire of consumer, to be converted memory information into being less than that and treated easier, and to be correlated the memory information with the previously known things.

실내식물의 오존 반응 (Ozone Response on Indoor Landscape Plants)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Ozone which we have to contact in our daily lives. Recently Ozone becomes a serious pollutant in the inside and outside. To select th indicator plants or the purifier plants for air pollution caused by ozone, this stud has been conducted with interior landscape plant of 10 species. The results are as follows; 1) The visible demage by Ozone was firstly observed on Viburnum awabuki among 10 species, and it occurred after the lapse of 10, 8 and 4 hours on 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 ppm ozone treatment, respectively. The first symptom of visible demage appeared on chlorosis or blotting of leaves, then progressed on necrosis of leaves. 2) On the other hand, Litsea japonica and Ardisia japonica were so resistant against Ozone fumigation that they were not demage independently of Ozone concentration till the lapse of 60 hours. 3) Chlorophyll contents were decreased by the increased Ozone concentration. At this time, grana destruction was observed. The most sensitive plant to ozone was Viburnum awabuki, and we suggest that Viburnum awabuki would be possible one to use for the indicator plant. The most resistance plant to Ozone was Litsea japonic and Ardisia japonica, we suggest that Litsea japonica and Ardisia japonica would be possible to use for the purifier plant for Ozone pollution.

양파의 저장 온도 및 습도에 따른 품질변화 (Quality Changes Based on Storage Temperature and Humidify of Onion)

  • 양파의 저장조건을 저온(2-4$^{\circ}C$, 80% RH), 움식(3-15$^{\circ}C$, 75-85% RH), 실온방열(10-23$^{\circ}C$, 75-98% RH) 및 상온(2-$25^{\circ}C$, 62-72% RH)으로 구분하여 저장 중 물리적 및 화학적 변화를 조사하였다. 저장 중 양파의 발아율은 저온 저장된 양파를 제외하고는 모두 높게 나타났으며, 저온 저장된 양파에서는 저장 11개월까지 거의 발아되지 않았다. 양파의 부패율은 실온방열 저장된 양파를 제외하고는 7개월까지 낮았으나 7개월 이후에는 모두 급격히 부패되었다. 중량감소는 기간이 경과함에 따라 계속되었으며, 저온 저장된 양파에서 가장 적게 일어났다 수분함량은 저온 및 움식 저장된 양파에서 증가하였으나 실온방열 및 상온에서 저장된 양파에서는 감소하였다. 전당과 환원당의 함량은 시간의 경과와 함께 완만하게 감소하였다. Vitamin C는 저장 중 큰 변화가 없었으나 저온 저장된 양파의 경우에는 다소 증가하였다.

구강암 수술 및 재건 환자에서의 C-Reactive Protein 수치의 변화 (C-Reactive Protein Changes in Oral Cancer Patients After Resection and Reconstructive Surgery)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is that we evaluate the change of the White Blood Cell(WBC) count, Absolute Neutrophil Count (ANC), Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) and C-reactive Protein (CRP) values, and try to make standardization for postoperative sequels before and after the oral cancer resection and reconstructive surgery. Materials and Methods: The study was comprised of 34 patients (male 15, female 19) who were diagnosed as an oral cancer and had performed ablation and reconstructive surgery at Dankook university dental hos-pital. Each blood specimen was collected from patients and estimated WBC count, Neutrophil count, ESR, CRP on first, third, fifth, seventh day efore and after surgery and analyzing inter relationship between each value. Classifying Group I (resection with reconstructive surgery patients) and Group II (resection without reconstructive surgery patients). Also classifying group A (below 4 hours of operation time), Group B (4 to 8 hours of operation time), Group C (above 8 hours of operation time), each group was analyzed and compared. The Following results were induced. Results: (1) In coefficient of correlation, the CRP and WBC has highest value except WBC count and Neutrophil count. (2) There was no significant difference any lapse in the progress between Group I and II of WBC count, Neutrophil count, but the CRP shows statistically higher level in group I than group II at immediate postoperative day, and 1 to 5 days after surgery. (3) There is no significant difference any lapse in the progress between Group A, B, C of WBC count, Neutrophil count, but CRP shows statistically significant difference in 1 day, 3 days after surgery Conclusion: It should be suggested that, determination of CRP is most valuable parameter for postopera-tive management and determination of postoperative clinical changes than other parameter such as WBC count, neutrophil count, and ESR values in oral cancer patient after resection and reconstructive surgery, based on the results of this study.
