박폭 저장력 피스톤 링 팩에 대한 마찰저감 연구 (A Study on Friction Reduction Related with the Piston Ring Pack with Thinner Width Ring and Lower Tension Ring)

  • To satisfy the more severe emission regulation and the demand of higher fuel economy in near future, the combustion pressure and power output of engines is going to be higher. In order to get the reduction of engine emission and the higher power, it is needed the reduction of the tension and width of ring pack. The lower tension ring and the manufacturing technology of cast iron thinner width ring can bring the friction reduction between the ring and liner during engine running. Therfore, the fuel economy can be achieved. Thereafter the engine emission can be reduced. In this study, by using a developed basic computer program that predicts the inter-ring pressure, the motion of ring and the inter-ring pressure through a crevice volume model between adjacent rings, and the oil film thickness and the friction computed by lubrication theories, it is to be examined the effect of friction reduction from piston ring pack equipped with thinner width ring and lower tension ring.

  • To satisfy the more severe emission regulation and the demand of higher fuel economy in near future, the combustion pressure and power output of engines is going to be higher. In order to get the reduction of engine emission and the higher power, it is needed the reduction of the tension and width of ring pack. The lower tension ring and the thinner width ring can bring not only the friction reduction between the ring and liner during engine running, but also the adjustment of the blow-by gas and oil consumption by changing in the pressure in the crevice volume and the axial motion of rings togethe with the adjustment of the inter-ring crevice volumes. In this study, by using a developed basic computer proglram that predicts the blow-by gas and oil consumption of engines, it is to be examined how satisfying the level of the blow-by gas and oil consumption as being installed the piston ring pack with thinner width ring and lower tension ring.

상수리나무 심재(心材)와 변재판재(邊材板材)의 두께와 연륜각도(年輪角度)가 열판건조(熱板乾燥)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Board Thickness and Ring Angle on Press - drying for Heartwood and Sapwood of Quercus acutissima C.)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effect of board thickness and ring angle on the characteristics including internal check. ring failure, surface check, end check, collapse, thickness shrinkage and width shrinkage of press-drying. The exprimental materials of 6mm-. 9mm- and 12mm-thick board were taken from heartwood and sapwood of oak (Quercus acutissima Carr.) respectively. And boards were numbered according to position in the log(No. 1 to No. 4 for heartwood :md No. 9 for sapwood). Press-drying was at $145^{\circ}C$ platen temperature and 3.5kg/$Cm^2$ platen pressure. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. Drying rates for sapwood materials were greater than those for heartwood materials. And drying rates for thinner materials were greater than those for thicker materials. 2. The thinner boards were. the severer surface checking developed in the heartwood materials, and surface checking for heartwood materials had no tendency in board position for the same thickness. Sapwood materials were completely free from surface checking. 3. End checking for heartwood materials had no tendency in board position. The greater deviation of ring angle from perfectly edge-grained was, the severer and checking developed in the sapwood materials. But end checking did not occur in 6mm-thick sapwood materials. 4. The greater deviation of ring angle from perfectly edge-grained was, the severer end checking developed for heartwood and sapwood materials. As board thickness increased, maternal checking developed more severely for heartwood and sapweed materials. 5. For heartwood materials, ring failure, reduced with increasing deviation of ring angle from perfectly edge-grained except 12mm-thick material and showed no significant difference attributable to board thickness. Sapwood materials were completely free from ring failure. 6. For heartwood and sapwood materials, collapse was slight and showed no significant differences attributable to both board thickness and board position. 7. As deviation of ring angle from perfectly edge-grained increased, shrinkage of board thickness decreased for heartwood and sapwood materials. 8. Shrinkage of board width showed no significant differences attributable to both board thickness and board position for heartwood and sapweed materials.

자연산 조피볼락, Sebastes schlegeli의 소화관에 기생하는 Hysterothylacium sp.와 Anisakis simplex (Nematoda: Anisakidae)의 형태학적 비교 및 숙주의 조직병리학적 반응 (Morphological Comparison Hysterothylacium sp. and Anisakis simplex (Nematoda: Anisakidae) from Wild Black Rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli, and Histopathological Host Reaction)

  • 조피볼락, Sebastes schlegeli 소화관 주변에는 다수의 아니사키 스가 기생하고 있었으며, 몇몇 개체들은 간의 표면에 존재하고 있었다. 유전학적 결과 조피볼락에 기생한 아니사키스는 3종으로 분석되었으며, Hysterothylacium sp.가 가장 많이 분포하고 있었다. Hysterothylacium sp.는 Anisakis simplex보다 짧고 가늘었다. 두 종 모두 전방부분에는 lip, 입, 신경환, 분비공, 분비관이 관찰되었다. 두 종 모두 중간부분에는 식도, 위, 장이 존재하고 있었 지만, intestinal ceacum과 ventricular appendage는 Hysterothylacium sp.에서만 관찰되었다. Hysterothylacium sp.의 후방부분 끝에는 conical nodulose apex이 관찰되었지만, A. simplex의 후방부분 끝에는 spine이 관찰되었다. SEM으로 관찰한 결과 Hysterothylacium sp.의 입 주위에는 3개의 lip이 존재하고 있었는데, dorsal lip은 넓이 65 ${\mu}m$ 내외였고, 한쌍의 lateroventral lip은 넓이 60 ${\mu}m$ 내 외였다. Lip의 표면에는 넓이 8 ${\mu}m$ 내외의 유두돌기 한쌍이 존재하고 있었다. Hysterothylacium sp.와 A. simplex의 충체 넓이는 각각 480 ${\mu}m$와 900 ${\mu}m$ 내외로 측정되었다. Hysterothylacium sp. 의 lateral alae는 높이 7 ${\mu}m$ 내외였으며, cornical nodulose apex에 존재하는 돌기는 지름 약 3.3 ${\mu}m$였다. A. simplex의 후방부분 끝 에는 높이 약 20 ${\mu}m$의 spine이 관찰되었다. 조피볼락 장의 내강 에 존재하는 아니사키스들은 대부분 Hysterothylacium sp.였고, 점막주름 근처 혹은 점막하층에 기생하고 있었다. 아니사키스의 기생으로 인하여 숙주의 점막상피에는 다수의 점액세포가 증가하였다.
