As serious consequences of climate change became indisputable, vehicles based on fossil fuel has to be shifted toward more sustainable way to drastically reduce carbon emissions. Eco-friendly vehicles contribute mitigating climate change through reducing the greenhouse gas emissions. The goal of this research is to find ways to promote the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea. In order to achieve this goal, surveys are collected from the professionals of eco-friendly vehicle industry, and analyzed through Delphi method. Results show that the first thing is to promote the eco-friendly vehicle market by introducing the economic incentives. The second thing is to allow more emission credit for eco-friendly vehicle manufacturers. The third thing is to build more concrete infrastructure for the eco-friendly vehicles. The increase of the number of the electric or hydrogen charging system would be one of the good examples of the infrastructure. The fourth thing is that the government supports the research & development of eco-friendly vehicles. The fifth is to regulate that the government agency is mandatory to use the eco-friendly vehicles. The sixth thing is to provide the low-carbon certification for eco-friendly vehicles. The seventh thing is to support advertising the eco-friendly vehicles. The results from this research can be used as a guideline to make policies to stimulate the eco-friendly vehicle industry in Korea.

This article illuminates the relationship between the human being and the surrounding things by referring to the philosophy of Martin Heidegger and Maurice Merleau-Ponty. Criticizing our habitual approaches to apprehending 'what a thing is,' the two thinkers elucidate how 'what a thing is' can be understood only in conjunction with situations in the everyday and how humanity is joined with the qualities of the thing. In addition to the situated-ness of a thing, this article demonstrates the situated-ness of the human being, too, by referring to the notion of the horizon in the tradition of phenomenology. The last part of the paper discusses the basic premises of sustainability in reference to the situated-ness of both things and human beings. Framing natural things such as light as the alternative sources of energy propagandized in sustainability seems progressive. However, this attitude maintains fundamentally the same instrumental attitude we had towards nature, an attitude that has caused the current ecological crisis. By pointing this out, this article seeks to shape a ground for a broad spectrum of sustainability that embraces non-instrumental dimensions such as the practical, the ethical and the spiritual. This article also points out the limits of some of the currently available versions of ecology such as Shallow Ecology and Deep Ecology. In so doing, it seeks to lay out the parameters that any future version of sustainability and ecology needs to address.

To put it simply, thing theory is a study of meaningful capacities of materiality. Although T. S. Eliot regarded pathetic fallacy as the bad example of objective correlatives in his modernism poetry theory, it is clear that many objects in literary works reflect diverse human desires. Among many, Victorian sensation novels are the most distinct genre where the various paraphernalia in them indicate the distorted and exaggerated greed of the industrial revolution era. Whereas the male protagonists are usually related with the norms objects of authority such as portrait and locket, the female characters' connection with cosmetics and white dress shows their oppressed and fragile position in the patriarchal and hierarchical society. In the (post)modern society, the ambiguity of things has grown rapidly due to the increasing discrepancy between objects and things. In special, the new journalism and the psychological realism novels often reveal the post-truth phenomenon because consumerized audience depend more upon the attraction and affect than the mere evidence and facts. For the individual, according to object relations theory, these alternative facts are rather internalized into their mind as the internal object when they are motivated by the non/contact with primary caregivers in their childhood. The dominant material imagery in (post)modern fiction becomes the site of resistance because of their reconstructed and extended meaning. The object relations theory and thing theory can be effectively used to uncover the complicated meanings of desired objects by using the human-object's meaningful relations and early mental images that are secretly alive still in the present.

The language of architecture is a kind of tool which helps people to experience the environment not as the thing itself but as a meaningful one. It, gathered by place, constitutes 'genius loci', as the existential structures. It, in other words, gives a thing 'cognitive quality', and serve people to 'dwell' because 'a place is a gathering thing with concrete presence.' Our environment, only when it possesses the language, presents itself as a namable thing or an understood world. Such a meaningful identification is dwelling. The modern world is a complex melting-pot. It is 'complexities' and 'contradiction'. The language of architecture is never created, rather it is selected by needs of the time and the place. In this sense, architectural design means discovery and interpretation of the poetic order of architypal form and style, and the poetic order is a way for people to dwell in the humanistic sense. These reminds me of Martin Heidegger's statement : "Architecture belongs to poetry, and its purpose is to help man to dwell."

본 연구에서는 FRBR의 저작 단위로 태그(tag)가 부여되고 있는 LibraryThing에 나타난 태그를 활용하여, 소설(Fiction) 분야 태그들의 특성, 패턴의 형식적인 측면과 동시에 태그의 내용 분석을 시도하였다. 저작의 서지사항 기술 용어, LCSH 용어와 비교하여 관련 정도를 파악하였고, 이에 포함되지 않는 기타 태그의 출처는 어디인지, 저작의 어떤 측면을 표현하고 있는지, 저작과 연계하여 태그의 용어를 살펴보았다. 특히 소설이란 한 분야로 한정함으로써, 소설만이 가지는 특성인 소설의 3요소(주제, 구성, 문체), 소설 구성의 3요소(인물, 사건, 배경)를 반영한 태그를 파악하여, 향후 소설 정보의 조직 및 검색 요소로서 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다. 이를 통해 기존의 색인어를 보완하는 폭소노미 태그의 역할을 규명하고 태깅시스템이 나아갈 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 최근 아카데미 단편 애니메이션 상을 수상하며 국제무대에서 객관적인 작품성을 인정받은 숀 탠의 애니메이션 에 나타난 은유적 표현을 분석하였다. 단편 애니메이션 은 내용적 시각적인 면에서 많은 부분이 은유적인 방식으로 표현되어 있다. 분석의 방법은 언어체계를 기반으로 하는 '개념적 은유 분석틀'을 이용하여 스토리와 시퀀스를 분석하고, 개념들이 구조화될 때 파생되는 시각적 차원을 분석하기 위하여 '시각적 은유 분석틀'을 이용하여 캐릭터를 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 애니메이션이 관객과 소통하는 방식을 기존의 다양한 관점 중에서 은유라는 광범위한 의미에서의 언어적 대상을 통해 애니메이션이 자신을 실현하는 방식, 애니메이션이 자기 조직화하는 양상을 고찰함으로써 밝히고자 하였다. 애니메이션에서 은유는 파편과도 같은 이미지들 간의 연계와 총체성을 생산하고 관객에게 창조적 소통을 유도하는 본질적인 수단으로 기능한다. 애니메이션 에서 다양한 방식으로 실현되는 은유들의 시동 동기로서 작용하는 본질적 의미는 현대인이 느끼는 상실과 그리움의 정서이며, 열차, 병뚜껑, 음식, 물품 처리소, 좁은 틈새 공간, 소속을 알 수 없는 분실물을 통해 작품 전체를 관통하는 의미로 작용하고 있다. 이와 같이 작품 분석을 통하여 알아본 은유의 기능은 우선 미적 기능으로서 간결미와 신선미를 준다. 또한 경제적 기능으로서 장황한 내용을 함축적으로 표현하며, 여러 가지 의미를 한꺼번에 내포한다. 그리고 창조적 기능으로서 은유가 새로운 의미생산의 도구로서 사용되었다. 즉 애니메이션은 단지 어린 연령층을 대상으로 한 오락적인 장르만이 아닌 사유와 소통의 도구로서 보다 폭넓은 대중들에게 감동을 전달할 수 있는 매체이며, 이러한 다양하고 깊이 있는 의미전달을 위한 장치로서 은유적인 표현이 사용되었음을 알 수 있다.

소셜 메타데이터는 이용자의 자발적인 참여를 통해 정보자원에 대한 풍부한 기술사항을 생성한다는 장점을 지니고 있지만, 조직화 된 구조를 적용하기 어렵다는 특성으로 인해 여러 가지 한계 또한 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 메타데이터의 유형 가운데 태그를 중심으로 LibraryThing에서 활용되고 있는 태그의 의미를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 기술의 대상이 되는 정보자원의 서지적 카테고리를 제공함으로써 태그의 의미적 조직화를 위한 대안적인 방안을 제안하였다. 서지적 카테고리를 구조적으로 제공하고 이를 통해 태그 부여단계에서 태그의 의미적 조직화를 유도하기 위해 소셜 인포메이션 아키텍쳐를 적용하여 태그의 조직화를 위한 소셜 메타데이터 프레임워크를 구축하였다. 이는 소셜 메타데이터의 조직화를 위한 개념적인 기반을 제공함으로써 향후 태그를 자동화 된 방식으로 조직하는데 활용할 수 있는 의미적 기반을 마련해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become an emerging industry that is broadly used in many fields from industrial and agricultural manufacturing to home automation and hospitality industry. Because of the sheer number of connected devices transmitting valuable data, the IoT infrastructures have become a main target for cyber-criminals. One of the key challenges in protecting IoT devices is the lack of security measures by design. Although there are many hardware and software based security solutions (firewalls, honeypots, IPDS, anti-virus etc.) for information systems, most of these solutions cannot be applied to IoT devices because of the fact that IoT devices have limited computing resources (CPU, RAM,). In this paper, we propose a honeypot system called HoneyThing for modem/router devices (i.e. a kind of IoT device). HoneyThing emulates TR-069 protocol which is prevalent protocol used to remotely manage customer-premises equipment (CPE) devices, e.g. modems, routers. Honeything also serves an embedded web server simulating a few actual, critical vulnerabilities associated with the implementation of TR-069 protocol. To show effectiveness of the HoneyThing in capturing real world attacks, we have deployed it in the Internet. The obtained results are highly promising and facilitate to reveal network attacks targeting to CPE devices.

This study was done in order to investigate Oriental Medicine's meaning on stress, the stress is due to animal experiments.Methods:This research was done by animal experiments's results based on 41 animal experiment treatises carried out by 24 prescriptions about stress control. Each experiments were compared with same conditions, minimizing the experiments differences. The results were analyzed by p-value and Increas e·Decrease percentage of experiments result's numerical value. Results:1. Inquire into frequency in use of each stress stimulus and measuring items, the restriction stimulus stress and measuring the content of catecholamines are numerous.2. Significance of stress stimuluses based on experments's results is good by restriction stimulus.3. Oriental Medicine's meaning for stress is pathological phenomenon of Seven Emotion(七情). Stagnant the Energy(氣鬱), the Fire(火), Dam(痰), Lack of the general Blood thing(血虛), and reaction of an individual body.4. Inguire into the effects of frequency in use of experiments's Herb drugs, Herb Drugs of Tonifing the general Blood thing depend on stabilized Mind(補血安神), Circulated the Energy and Digest(理氣消導), Tonifing the general Blood thing(補血), Clearing the Mind(淸心), Removing the Dam(祛痰) are numerous.5. From a Sasang Medical point of view, experimental use of Herb Drugs are Soeum-in(少陰人) Herb Drugs are numerous.According to above results, it is considered that Herb Drugs of Tonifing the general Blood thing depend on stabilized Mind(補血安神), Circulated the Energy and Digest(理氣消導), Tonifing the general Blood thing(補血), Clearing the Mind(淸心), Removing the Dam(祛淡), and Soeum-in(少陰人) Herb Drugs are used to prevent stress and related diseases.
