In this paper the MUD(Multi-User Detection) schemes and turbo codes are utilized in DS-CDMA mobile communication systems. Theses schemes effectively mitigate the effects of MAI(Multiple Access Interference) and Rayleigh fading. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the performance of the proposed schemes is analyzed for various channel conditions.

A taxonomic survey of the dinoflagellate genus Ceratium Schrank was conducted on 17 locations off the coast of Korea. A total of sixteen species and four varieties have been collected, of which Ceratium arcticum, C. longirostrum, C. praelongum, C. tripos var. ponticum are new records for Korea. Theses three species and one variety are re-examined morphologically in this study.

In this paper, we show how to associate certain topologies with special ideals of BCC-algebras on these BCC-algebras. We show that it is natural for BCC-algebras to be topological BCC-algebras with respect to theses topologies. Furthermore, we show how certain standard properties may arise. In addition we demonstrate that it is natural for these topologies to have many clopen sets and thus to be highly connected via the ideal theory of BCC-algebras.

Queueing models are good models for fragments of communication systems and networks, so their investigation is interesting for theory and applications. Theses queues may play an important role for the validation of different decomposition algorithms designed for investigating more general queueing networks. So, in this paper we illustrate that the batch size distribution affects the loss probability, which is the main performance measure of a finite buffer queues.

Recently, high-rise buildings have been increased with the development of economy in domestic, and theses fire riskiness has been brought up. However, fireproof design standards is not enough. So, this study was to make a comparative study on the fire resistance design standards of building in domestic and foreign. As a results, it is necessary that fireproof design standards is revised.

In this study, 53 creative effect solid weave structures that had distinct cross structure on the surface of the fabrics with IT fusion technology were developed. The effect solid pattern book were made with 45 item among the creative effect solid weave structures developed for this study. If textile companies use data base of creative effect solid weave structures that may not be modified theses kinds of DB, the competition of korea textile will be enhanced.

This thesis introduced a model of diagnosing a company's quality management, and a process of achieving quality innovation based on the model. As for study methods, books and theses related to quality and process innovation were collected for investigation, a survey on internal employees to investigate major issues of quality and standard consciousness was conducted, and 5DP was discussed for balanced process analysis.

This paper describes the method of evaluating the elastic modulus of soil medium by using the Circular Plate Loading Test. The elastic foundaton is considered to be the elastic half-space. The stiffness matrix of elastic half space is drived using Boussinesq's analytical soulution. A numerical examples are presented to verify the validity of this procedure. Also, the numerical results are compared with others by the existing study results. The procedure proposed in this theses can be applied to the design of paving concrete resting on the elastic foundation.

Surface mould ripened soft cheeses such as Camembert are characterized by the presence of a felt-like coating of white mycelia due to the growth of Penicillium camemberti at the surface. The presence of this mould gives these cheeses a different appearance, as well as a typical aroma and taste. It also lead to a more complex ripening than in other varieties of cheese with simple flora. Theses cheeses are becoming increasingly popular with consumer and there is an increasing demand for them.
