This study examines existing literature and uses case studies to identify the scope of fashion blogging and the evolving role of the personal style bloggers in the fashion business. Information on six popular personal style bloggers has been gathered to demonstrate the evolving business of these bloggers and their scope of operations that are relevant to fashion. The case of these six bloggers were drawn from popular media publications such as CNN, Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Time, Women's Wear Daily (WWD) and The New York Times. The case study of these six bloggers reveals that these personal style bloggers have used their reach and influence on the blog audience to procure and access business opportunities to grow their enterprise. The findings indicate that affiliation, partnership or collaboration with brands or established designers adds more value to a personal style bloggers resume. However, the findings also indicate that the popular fashion bloggers provide a new opportunity for marketing and promoting fashion brands and products to the younger generation.

We investigate the distribution of stars along the red giant branch (RGB) in the globular clusters (GCs) NGC 288 and NGC 362 from Caby photometry using the CTIO 4m Blanco telescope. Our color-magnitude diagrams in hk index show that the RGB stars have two distinct subpopulations with different Ca abundances apparently supplied by the Type II supernovae explosions. However, the RGB splits are not shown in the b - y color, as indicated by previous observations. Our stellar population models show that the presence of two distinct RGBs in these GCs can be reproduced if metal-rich second generation stars are also enhanced in helium and younger by 1 ~ 2 Gyrs.

With the advent of internet, the modern society is enjoying the benefits of the information age. As one of undesirable side effects of utilization of internet, however, it is often mentioned that young students are helplessly exposed to inappropriate and unqualified information. Therefore, in this paper, we will clarify the nature of inappropriate information to the younger generation and will argue for the needs of protecting the youth from inappropriate information. Especially the merits and limits of often motioned five different protective and regulatory measures are presented and analyzed, those are, establishment of acceptable use policy, active utilization of supervisory organization, promotion of Internet rating system, installation of filtering software, and legal and regulatory protection. As a fundamental means of resolving the problems, however, enforcement of systematic information literacy education, promotion of active utilization of sound information, development of search engines for the youth, design of diverse filtering softwares which can be selected by users, and increased attention by parents and teachers are suggested.

Recent perspectives on masculinity have changed and are expressed as a genderless style in fashion. Male models wearing womenswear are frequently presented in menswear collections. This study analyzes the genderless men's styles from the Heterotopia concept viewpoint. Heterotopia, coined by the post-modern philosopher Michel Foucault, is a space that deviates from normality and a space of alternative. The research methodology is combined with a literature study and case study. Contemporary men's genderless styles examined through the Heterotopia concept are categorized as transition, deviation, contradiction, crisis, and coexistence. Genderless phenomenon are also accelerated by the development of the media as well as the younger generation who express personality and social messages through a genderless style.

This study is a process of developing experimental Korean image fashion items that can appeal to the younger generation. The sample models are focused on jeans and T-shirts. This project had two goals. First, giving chance to the students of Konkuk-University of producing fashion items adopting Korean image in university venture company. Second, contributing to Korean image fashion market if the items have been proved to have competitive power through the market of Konkuk-University and it's cooperated company. The research is restricted within ornament techniques of Korean traditional dress and its ornament's element, they are patchwork wrapping-cloth(Chokakbo), embroidery, gold and silver foil on cloths, and transcription. Such Korean image elements are graphic patterned as 30 jeans and 50 T-shirts and eventually evaluated by 100 university students majoring in garments. The evaluation scale contains repletion of Korean image, possibility of market, and preference. Through this process, 6 jeans and 7 T-shirts were produced.

Previous studies showed that the voice onset time (VOT) of aspirated and lenis stops has been merged, and post-stop fundamental frequency (F0) has emerged as a primary cue to distinguish the two stops in the younger generation and female speech. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that VOT merger in aspirated and lenis stops occurs after an F0 difference between the two stops becomes stabilized. In other words, unless post-stop F0, which is a redundant feature, is fully developed, it is hard for VOT merger to happen. Females have got a stable F0 difference in stops earlier than males. Therefore, VOT merger could happen, and as a result, females could take the lead in changing from VOT to F0 in initial stops. This study also shows that speakers who acquired F0 as a primary cue use F0 to the full to distinguish lenis stops from two other stops (aspirated and fortis).

The consumers' concept and the acceptability of ginger and its processed product were surveyed by premade questionnaire. A total of 447 questionnaires were collected from housewives, restaurant managers and related processors at 7 regions in Korea. The 40.6% of total responsors reacted ginger as spice was necessary for food preparation by flavor(87.5%). The most difficulties of using ginger were peeling and washing(89.8%). The raw ginger purchased for their use was only utilized less than 70% of 46.5% and 50% of 21.3% of total responsors respectively. The processed and convenient style spices including ginger were accepted by 72.8% of qestionnaires and 76.9% of them hoped to have ginger paste. Such a convenient ginger products were more welcomed by younger generation than older.

Koreans who put a high value on confucian ethics traditionally have considered sex problems as taboo. Being faced with western liberal and hedonic culture that comes with waves of industrialization our younger generation who has grown in cultural backgrounds of confucianism has had mental confusion. Due to higher standards of living physical growth has quickened but mental growth has not reached there instead. Because of lureand trouble which come from this problem related with sex this is considered as a social problem. In this research through judgement which the most effective way that can solve adolescence sex problems is systematic sex education teaching method for desirable sex education is presented asfollowing First some supplement and desirable direction of sex education were proposed through the analysis of eight currently using home economics texbooks. A lesson plan was proposed using CAI program which was developed by authors with assistance of professional computer programmers. The CAI program includes following curriculum contents: 1concepts of sex This study ultimately aimed to let students develop desirable attitude and perspective on value regarding adolescence and sex, For this goal of research another lesson plan was proposed fostering classroom group discussion.

This paper aims to investigate how tensification preference has changed over time and discuss how appropriately tensification preference is reflected in Principles of Standard Pronunciation and Standard Korean Language Dictionary. For this research, a questionnaire survey of tensification preference was conducted. 173 test words were used and 156 native Seoul speakers participated in this survey. The results have shown that tensification preference has gradually increased from older to younger generations. In addition, Principles of Standard Pronunciation and Standard Korean Language Dictionary do not reflect real pronunciation appropriately. Therefore, some ways of incorporating the actual pronunciation of Seoul speakers in the Principles of Standard Pronunciation and the Standard Korean Language Dictionary are suggested.

This research is aimed to analyze the basic characteristics of the 16 floor plans of 4 small-sized apartments in DaLian-City. Recently, there are increasing that a small-sized apartments for new younger generation in China. The younger ages intend to got a new floor plan types apartments according to own's life style. Also, a lot of construction company showed the many types of new residential space design during the last about 10 years, in DaLian City. The research results are summarized as follows: First, all of the floor plan types were '-' shape, 'L' shape. Second, there were several co-relational types of space plan between living room, kitchen and dining space. Those are LDK, L K, L DK, LD K. Third, the bedroom of the $30m^2$-floor plan size has an open-space design but over the size of $40m^2$-floor plan the space is closed design. Fourth, The number of bathrooms in all the floor plans is just 1 and it's placed beside the entrance except for B3, C4. The basic equipments of the lavatory was a toilet, a washbowl, a shower. A bathtub is installed in the floor plans greater than $60m^2$. Fifth, almost all of the characteristics of the spatial interrelation - each room position order - based on the location of the entrance. In particular, almost all of the bedrooms are furthest from the entrance for the most privacy.
