IT Technology Paradigm Sift from hardware, software, networking to digital contents. In year 2001, IT small and medium size manufacture occupied 3.8% of gross domestic product(GDP). In the mean time, owing to the acceleration of global competition in information and communication technology, life cycle is reduced and global M&A is increased. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of potential small and medium sized IT enterprise which can be adapt the change of new paradigm. and Also to work out a program of government's supports plan. Finally, It is to study a better plan that promote a new shape enterprise, which aimed to reform the industrial system. Some kinds of investigation, namely, ground investigation as well as questionnaire are performed in order to analyze not only the results of potential small and medium sized IT enterprise but also it's promoting plans.

A great deal of attention has been paid to entrepreneurship and social enterprises that help improve societies' ability to solve social problems and develop new ways of thinking (Drucker 1995). Dong Wha Pharm, founded in 1897, was the first social enterprise in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide meaningful insights into the theoretical development of social entrepreneurship and how to achieve social innovation by fostering social entrepreneurship. Drawing on the five critical elements of social entrepreneurship developed by Dees (1998), we explore social entrepreneurship by investigating the first Korean social entrepreneur, Kang Min, the founder of Dong Wha, a 125-year-old company in South Korea. The findings offer meaningful and valuable insights to the literature on social entrepreneurship and to current and potential social entrepreneurs wanting to find new ways to achieve social improvement and move society forward.

The successful implementation of various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has provoked considerable interest in this subject over the last few years. The senior management, especially in large corporations have been attracted to look at new information technology and how to leverage it for corporate survival and to gain competitive advantage in volatile business environment. Although there is no shortage of positive reports on the success of ERP installations, many companies have invested millions of dollars in this direction with little to show for its success. Since many of the ERP failures today can be attributed to inadequate planning and poor execution in the implementation and closure of projects. The aim of this article is to offer some solutions to avert potential pitfalls in ERP implementation.

The article is devoted to perfecting the system of management of the financial potential of transport enterprises. It is established that transport as an integral part of the state economy has to organically enter the market economy and provide sustainable transport services to national economy enterprises regardless of ownership, as well as ensure passenger transportation. It is also determined that in the conditions of market relations, transport highways must perform their functions with sufficient economic benefit to keep their material and technical resources in good order, conduct an investment policy with extensive use of scientific and technological progress, as well as a social policy guaranteeing the conditions for employees' motivated work. The study reveals an association between the financial and strategic goals of transport enterprises and the minimization of their economic risks, the prevention of bankruptcy and profit margin shortfalls. It is found that transport enterprises need to strive for the overall improvement of their financial potential through increasing the components of financial potential and assessing the impact of risk factors on them: the capacity of fixed assets, the capacity of financial resources, the capacity of services, and the capacity of credit opportunities. These are the elements of transport enterprises' financial potential that ensure its desired level. It is demonstrated that of critical importance in managing the financial potential of a transport enterprise is the role of financial resources, as a subject cannot reach the desired strategic goals without them.

Shipbuilding and repairing enterprise has the characteristics of many hazards and accidents. Therefore, the safety management ability of shipbuilding and repairing MIS (management information system) must be effectively guaranteed. The verification on safety management is the necessary measure to ensure and improve the safety management ability of MIS. Safety verification can not only increase the safety of MIS, but also make early warning of potential risks in management to avoid the accidents. Based on the authoritative standards in the field of safety in shipbuilding and repairing enterprise, this paper applied modeling and verification method based on ontology to safety verification of MIS, extracted the concepts and associations from related safety standards to construct axiom set to support safety verification on MIS of shipbuilding and repairing enterprise. Then, this paper developed the corresponding safety ontology modeling and verification tool-SOMVT. By the application and comparison of two examples, this paper effectively verified the safety of MIS to prove the modeling method and the SOMVT can improve the safety of MIS in a much more effective and stable way to traditional manual analysis.

This paper aims to elaborate the role and availability of the community enterprise as a form of methodology in local regeneration, dealing with urban social problems generated in the process of urban development. In a situation of the increasing skepticism in the capitalism, the instability in public welfare system and disintegration of community, social economy has come to the fore as an alternative. The community enterprise, especially, has shown the potential to form a virtuous cycle in local regeneration system; residents recognize local problems by themselves; discover and utilize the local resources and assets in the process of solving the problems as an entrepreneurial form; and consequently create social and economic capital which can be reinvested in the local community. Given these aspects, Korean government has implemented supporting policies for the promotion of community enterprises, and new government's "Urban Regeneration New Deal Project" are putting more importance on the role of social and community enterprises as a propulsion unit. In this regard, this paper first explores the concept and features of community enterprise in economic and social aspects, whereby it analyzes the capacity of community enterprises as principal agencies or implements in local development. Then, the development status and institutional supports for community enterprises in the UK is revealed, and investigates case studies which are playing a revolutionary role in urban regeneration or local economic revitalization. Based on this analysis, it draws the main factors for the sustainable and autogenous community enterprise as follows: flexibility in legal forms, community owned assets, diverse fund streams and invigorating social investment market, active partnership between public and private sectors, ardent enterprisers and intermediate support organizations.

This Article attempts to analyse the enlarger phenomenon of 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' in 80's and 90's years in Germany. For this analysis were considered concepts and development of the 'secondary labour market' with respect of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise'. At the same time were observed the background of the settlement of the 'secondary labour market' as local infrastructure for job creation in 80's and 90's years. Next was analyzed the contribution of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' on the fiscal consolidation through the method of cost-benefit analysis in fall of the community Gie${\ss}$en. Finally was limits and potential of the 'temporary work-integration social enterprise' analyzed, which as strategy for the fiscal consolidation was expanded in 80's and 90's years.

The economic reform in China since 1978 has been increasingly sped up and deepened. The recent development of private enterprises, especially, has significant economic and political implications, whereas its regional differentiation has considerable impacts on both the development potential of certain regions and overall regional growth pattern. This study aims to understand the regional pattern of private enterprise growth as well as the institutional change which has structured the growth process. The development of private enterprises turned out to be closely tied to the marketization strategy of dual-track system and policy needs to reduce the unemployment level in both urban and 겨ral China. The regional pattern of the private enterprise growth can be characterized as ever-increasing spatial differentiation. Based on the basic statistical analysis results, it is argued that the private enterprise growth is closed related with the marketization level of the regional economy. Therefore, the strategy of developing private sector will be more important in shaping the regional development path as well as potential.

Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent. and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

This study attempts to measure the performance of franchise brands using the Enterprise Contract Management(ECM) and Franchise Contract Management Leverage(FCML). The data were collected from 14 chicken franchise brands and 16 coffee franchise brands. This research suggests some implications as follows. Chicken franchise brands are confronted with the slow growth, but coffee franchise brands still have the potential growth. According to FCML, as well, it shows that chicken franchise brands should focus on qualitative performance through franchise store management to achieve sustainability, and coffee franchise brands need the managerial strategies to maximize franchisees' sales profit, which leads increasing franchisor's business performance ultimately.
