The purpose of this study is to find out current problems facing Trade show Exhibition Industry and to suggest proper solutions. Trade Show Exhibition Industry recently emerged as Trade Show Marketing that is not this only sales promotion but the Marketing Mix. Now we should have focused on the cooperation among the organizations in trade show exhibition industry than physical facilities; need various kind of government aids; need marketing-oriented and professional skills to build and enhance the growth of trade show exhibition industry. Accordingly, the important thing is an exploratory study of assessing trade show objectives, management, functions and performance etc.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest policy directions for small retail markets in Korea by statistical analysis, which would help small retailers who are facing various difficulties. Research design, data, methodology - This study diagnoses the problems faced by small retail industries in Korea based on government statistics. In addition, this study identifies three areas for successful collaboration between the SSMs and traditional markets-information distribution, products, and fair trade. Results - This study makes three recommendations-information distribution, products, and fair trade. This includes activation of the existing mutual collaboration efforts, channels, CSR report writing and publicity, ethical management cooperation seminars, contract systems of no return, establishment of staff outsourcing standards, and support for suppliers' organizations. Conclusions - Our suggestions for a collaborative system (based on the three suggestions) show that collaboration rather than confrontation between large and small markets can lead to a sales increase of 2,258.2 billion Won, which is equivalent to the sales loss in 11 traditional markets in one year in Busan.

This paper relates to a software patent of a computer related invention, explains a describing method of software patent claim which can be registered software patent of computer related invention instead of computer program copyright which is the Intellectual Property about software since 1998 in the Korea Intellectual Patent Office(KIPO) by developing an information communication infrastructure technology and WWW technology. Also, it introduces an international and domestic trends of the software patent for computer related invention and related database for the software patent of the world and mentions advantage and disadvantage of software patent regime of each nation and the facing software patent problems as the Intellectual Property.

휴대폰 사용인구가 3600만으로 증가한 가운데, 다양한 휴대폰 기능을 이용한 모바일 게임 역시 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 그 중에서도 위치기반정보서비스(LBS)를 접목시킨 모바일 게임은 아직 시장 도입 단계에 있으나, 종래의 모바일 게임과는 다른 새로운 장르의 게임 시장을 창출하는 중요한 계기가 되리라 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위치기반 모바일 게임의 현황과 발전 가능성, 게임 서비스 시행을 위한 당면과제를 분석해보고, 활성화 방안을모색해 보고자 한다.

As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

There has been an increase in the number of female doctors worldwide. Women now represent half of all medical students, with almost the same numbers of men and women becoming physicians. There is a pool of talented women in our midst, and it is our responsibility as leaders to find those individuals and groom them for progress. However, residency training and academic education still resemble the historical model when there were few women in medicine. Gender differences in medical specialty choices can cause a maldistribution of doctors by specialty and geographical area, which could cause significant problems at the national health care system level. Major challenges facing female physicians include gender discrimination and sexual harassment, and work/family conflicts. Women are largely under-represented in academic medicine and experience discrimination in the academic environments. Recent issues about related to the "feminization of medicine" raise important questions forabout how academic medicine deals with gender issues. To better accommodate the needs of female doctors and ensure that they will have successful careers, structural and cultural changes to medical educations are needed.

Morphology is one of important issues when developing a layer of CVD-W. we need to control the process more precisely that is filling gaps between BL(bit line)and DC(direct contact). Whereas we are facing to difficulties like not-filling contacts due to marginal problems in deposition and etching process. This paper is for investigating a method to resolve morphology problem with strengthening the condition of seasoning.

The purpose of this study is to find out current problems facing the commodity trust of e-marketplace and export channel and product adaptation strategy in e-trade. This study will be an important benchmark to shed the light on understanding export channel and the localization adaptation strategy. The business performance of export corporations in Korea so that they will be able to build their own winning marketing adaptation strategy. This study will also obviously provide Korean export corporations having invested in foreign countries with the solid base to set up their marketing channel and localization adaptation strategy to compete with other export corporations abroad.

Construction projects are facing delay problems. Delays in construction have been immense effect on performance or satisfactory delivery of the project. Delays have been causing project cost overrun as well as it is a source of dispute hence damaging the relationship between the project participants. The purpose of this study was to explore the causes of delay risk through a field survey study. Data were collected from construction professionals working in owner, consultant and contractor organizations. All together 208 questionnaire instruments were used and analyzed by employing statistical tools (SPSS computer program). 19 delay factors were identified by this study, out of which following factors were critical: Frequent interruptions from public (local people, pressure group etc.), changed site condition, failure to provide required construction site, unrealistic project time estimation and design errors.
