This study deals with arbitration award via modern technical means; because e-Arbitration is deemed to be one of the most important substitute means for the settlement of disputes arising from electronic transactions. This type of arbitration is characterized by fast settlement of disputes, as well as fast enforcement of awards rendered thereon. The researcher seeks to indicate the content of the award, the conditions for rendering it, and to analyze the legal provisions related to its legal basis in the Saudi Law of Arbitration. This study shows that an arbitration award, rendered via modern technical means has a number of advantages, such as fast settlement, less cost, and keeping pace with modern technology, which is an aim of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. The study also points out certain problems facing arbitration via technical means; however, the most important of which is the insufficiency of some legal rules associated with traditional arbitration, as contained in the Saudi Law of Arbitrator, which are incompatible with or applicable to an arbitration award which is rendered via modern means.

Character education is an opportunity for students to develop character through teaching values in schools. In the past, students have been taught values at home but contemporary society has strongly encouraged the public schools to provide time for children to learn values because society is facing a crisis of human values that affects the behavior of individuals. According to research findings, the primary benefit of character education is to develop the intellectual, personal, and social aspects of students. However, there are some problems concerning how to teach values and how to evaluate student outcomes in public schools. This article explores the current character education in the U. S. through a review of the literature in order to reach a better understanding of how character education might be included in the Family and Consumer Sciences Education curriculum.

Background: Occupational injuries cause major health problems, which the developed, developing, and underdeveloped nations worldwide are facing today. The present study aimed to assess dental caries, periodontal health of stone mine workers, and the relationship between wasting diseases and the years of working experience. Methods: The study population comprised 510 men, selected based on the stratified cluster sampling procedure. Clinical oral examinations were carried out, and periodontal disease, dental caries, and wasting diseases were recorded. Results: Workers were in the age group of 17-56 years; the prevalence of dental caries in the workers was found to be 74%, with a mean decayed, missing, filled teeth index of 2.89. A periodontal pocket of more than 6 mm was observed in 6% of the workers. Conclusion: The oral health of mine workers is in a poor state; steps should be taken so as to provide basic medical and dental care facilities.

The defence industry of the Republic of Korea(ROK) has grown up since 1970, however it is facing a growth hindrance due to its structural problem. Many professionals of defense industry has developed some measures to upgrade and energize the defence industry of ROK, and also the current government is implementing various transformations and new policies under the initiative of cooperative independence defence. But most of papers published so far have some limitations resulting from their qualitative contents. And also it is true for them not to show policy alternatives devised by the system thinking. This paper identifies essential factors of defense industry, then analyze the causal relation among those factors. It also shows the causal loop to identify the politic leverages, on which concrete measures to resolve the structural problems are based.

One of the most serious problems that the world is facing is the loss of biodiversity and habitats as a result of environmental degradation. There are several strategies to protect the habitats and biodiversity within a certain region such as establishing protected areas; monitoring the remaining forests and managing the landscape within limits have been employed. In this study, Predicted Habitat Distribution Model (simple spatial modeling) was developed using vegetation types, land use and land cover, DEM, slope, drainage, roads, human settlement areas and minimum habitat requirements of each species. Then, based on the checklist of presence and absence of each species, the final habitat maps for selected endangered species are generated. Integration of Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographical Information System (GIS) has proven a very effective tool to generate wildlife habitat maps at various levels. An effecting mapping could be performed based on satellite remote sensing and modeling biodiversity indicators in GIS.

Purpose - The objective of this paper is to explain how the Chinese distribution market will continue to bring tremendous business opportunities to commercial enterprises given the relatively strong economic fundamentals and substantial government-led measures for boosting domestic demand. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China's 2011 retail market data. After empirically analyzing the data on retail sales, online retail markets, and franchises, we believe that online retailing in China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study shows that 2012 is expected to be a challenging year for the retail sector, as both external and internal pressures are likely to persist. Some of the major challenges facing retailers in China are mentioned below. Conclusions - Retailers in China face several major challenges. First, the uncertain economic outlook is having a considerable impact on China's retail market. Second, China's retailers face an unfair competition environment. Third, they are suffering the impacts of product safety problems.

Gynecological malignancies account for 9% of all female cancers worldwide. In the Arab countries Breast cancer is the leading cancer in women followed by cervical cancer. Ovarian cancer ranks as fourth leading cancer in women. There are huge differences in the available resources among Arab countries. However the challenges facing the provision of gynecological cancers services shared similarities like the cultural and religious background. Most of the gynecological cancers are diagnosed at a later stage in Arab countries due to the lack of reproductive health awareness especially among older women combined with the cultural stigma of seeking medical advice for gynecological symptoms. This article discusses the current situation of gynecological cancer services in Arab countries and suggests some practical solutions.

The study is to provide the guidelines for the classification of residential zoning System in Seoul which reflect district characteristics. To this end, we first identify the problems the residential areas of Seoul are facing, and set up the policy goals and guidelines for refinding the zoning system for residential areas. Also, this study reviewed density control in he classification of residential zoning system, based on the guidelines of density, which included height, ratio of total floor to ground area, and land distribution.

The purposes of this research are investigating the domestic and foreign situations and presenting methods to be able to raise the competitiveness of the power IT industry. For the analysis of domestic situations, 70 companies related with power IT were surveyed. Thus, the problems the power IT industry is now facing are summarized and solutions for them are also suggested. If these solutions are practiced, the power industry could provide higher quality electricity and belong to the prior group of global power society.
