100PPM 품질인증시스템은 1995년 공업진흥청의 주도하에 추진되어져, 우리나라 산업부분의 품질경쟁력 제고에 기여하였다. 2000년에는 국내의 중소기업을 대상으로 보다 더 완벽한 수준의 Single PPM 품질인증시스템으로 상향 조정토록 하였고, 출하불량률과 시장 불량률 수준을 10ppm 이하로 줄이는 것을 품질목표로 하고 있다. 현재까지 1.818개의 회사들이 Single PPM 품질인증시스템을 인증 받았으며, Single PPM 품질혁신운동은 21C의 사회 경제적인 무결점 목표를 달성하기 위한 품질혁신운동이다. 이 논문의 목적은 Single PPM 품질혁신운동이 현재 처해있는 문제점들을 개선하고자, Kano 모델에 기반을 둔 글로벌 지속가능 품질혁신(GSQI) 지수를 개발하고, 이를 통하여 Single PPM 품질혁신운동의 개선을 도모하고자 함이다.

This study estimated response of water duality and pollutant behavior according to the discharge and reuse of treated wastewater by three-dimensional eco-hydrodynamic model, and suggest plan that water quality management and environmental restoration in the coastal area including urban stream of Yeosu, Korea. Dispersions of low-saline water and COD by treated wastewater loads (design facility capacity, about $110,000m^3/d$) were very limited in near of effluent site. Nutrients, however, increase compared to the other water quality factors, especially total nitrogen was very sensitive to input loads. When reuse some of treated wastewater to Yeondeung stream, nitrogen was big influence on estuarine water quality. Although current characteristics of treated wastewater such as discharge and water quality were negligible to the change of marine environment, effluent concentration of COD, TN and TP, especially 40% of TN, are reduced within the allowable pollutant loads for satisfy environmental capacity and recommended water duality criteria. Also, controls of input point/non-point sources to Yeondeung stream and base concentration of pollutants in coastal sea itself are very necessary.

The purposes of this study are to find out the factors of consumers attitude toward Fashion luxury products; to identify the effects of demographics to influence on consumer's attitude toward fashion luxury products; to identify the effects of the attitude toward fashion luxury to influence on the concern for fashion luxury. The subjects were Korean 445 women from 20's to 50's living in Seoul. The mean, ANOVA, factor analysis, regression analysis, Duncan test were used for statistics analysis. The results are as follows; Seven factors of the attitude toward fashion luxury products were identified: the involvement for fashion luxury, the duality of fashion luxury, the negative response toward the consumption of fashion luxury, the luxurious aspect of fashion goods, the traditional value of fashion luxury, the rarity of fashion luxury. Among demographics, age and income influenced on fashion luxury products involvement, the quality of luxury products. The perception of good quality and hedonic consumption of luxury good influence highly on the involvement for the luxury products.

Independence and impartiality are the operating core of an arbitration disciplinary mechanism. Due to many factors, illegalities and improper acts in arbitration cases are facts of life in our country, and have greatly damaged the credibility of arbitration. It is necessary for us to perfect the operating mechanism of arbitration discipline from the four pluralistic progressive aspects of disciplining the cause externalization, disciplining the subject duality, the quasi-judicature of disciplinary procedures and the disciplining measures so that the populace can experience fairness and justice in every case. We should perfect the supporting measures such as the strict selection conditions and procedures of arbitrators, improving the quality of the arbitrator team, exploring the management mechanisms and strengthening the evaluation dynamic. An examination is a general investigation and evaluation so as to provide encouragement for being continually engaged as arbitrators, but it does not provide an objective basis of arbitration discipline. It is urgent to perfect the arbitration guarantee system on the basis of meeting the material needs of the arbitrators so as to enhance the sense of professional rank and honour of arbitration.

A new quadratic response surface modeling method is presented. In this method, the incomplete small composite design (ISCD) is newly proposed to .educe the number of experimental runs than that of the SCD. Unlike the SCD, the proposed ISCD always gives a unique design assessed on the number of factors, although it may induce the rank-deficiency in the normal equation. Thus, the singular value decomposition (SVD) is employed to solve the normal equation. Then, the duality theory is used to newly develop the conservative least squares fitting (CONFIT) method. This can directly control the ever- or the under-estimation behavior of the approximate functions. Finally, the performance of CONFIT is numerically shown by comparing its'conservativeness with that of conventional fitting method. Also, optimizing one practical design problem numerically shows the effectiveness of the sequential approximate optimization (SAO) combined with the proposed ISCD and CONFIT.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the parameters of the suspension system in railway rolling-stock for KT-23 type passenger vehicle. According to the results of simulation and the small scale vehicle test. Optimal condition was obtained for the stiffness ratio of the primary spring and secondary spring of the suspension system. When the stiffness ratio was Increased, the vortical vibration was increased on the car body for empty and weight car. The result of this study are stable to use of the optimum parameter of the ride duality of KT-23 type vehicle. Also, it is usefull to development of full scale vehicle dynamomer

Pluralistic and diverse values exist in the realm of post modernism society. In this context, one particular outlook does not have the same meaning across the whole society. The creation and sharing of a new meaning do not necessarily need the consent of every member of the society. There have been a few attempts to delve into the relationship between sociocultural phenomenon and fashion trends in the pluralistic cultures. However, there has been little research on the theoretical framework in order to analyze a pluralistic phenomenon itself. The purpose of this study is to provide the theoretical paradigms to analyze and interpret various pluralistic phenomena in postmodernism fashion. Theories developed by Gilles Deleuze have been utilized to analyze and interpret the duct tape fashion which is in vogue among the young generation in the USA. The analysis based on the paradigm of Gilles indicates that the duct tape fashion shows pluralistic features of as in the other postmodern cultural activities.

Focusing on the hermeneutic instability of a key word of Paradise Lost, "wander," this study attempts to situate John Milton's early modern epic in the longue $dur{\acute{e}}e$ historical transition from seignorial to capitalist mode of production, especially the displacement and reorganization of producer population, a corollary of early phase of modernization. The historic experience of vagrancy and its normalization, and the concomitant shift of the primary human sociability from given to voluntary bonds, I suggest, shape and inform Milton's early modern rewriting of the Biblical story of the fall and his revising of the heroic epic romance into a plebeian romance of a wandering, companionate couple. While building on the critical consensus on this poem's deliberate distancing from the tradition of classical epic and chivalric romance, this essay argues that Milton re-appropriates and re-channels the aspirational aspect of chivalric wandering, or mobility, for his plebeian heroes, a companionate conjugal couple. The hermeneutic instability of the word wander, this essay suggests, captures the duality of the historic experience of vagrancy, both the tragic experience of displacement and the liberational and uplifting dimension of that experience.

The purpose of the study is to identify the designers' and the patterner's pattern making, draping and the use of dress form in domestic companies of designer's brand to present basic information for effective pattern works. It turned out that the designer brand companies at home use flat pattern and draping at the same time rather than draping only The effects of the use of draping lies in unique designs and elastic materials, which seems proper phenomena for the current design trend such as high duality and diversification. But, draping has such problems that the pattern takes long time to be finished and that the staffs don't acquire well the needed skills due to the lack of draping education. To secure the high added value of fashion, it is required to develop education programs for new skills and to apply draping actively. Also, it requires an educational system in which practice oriented skills are cultivated, and efficient investment into apparel business.

In this study we propose a model of optimal retirement, consumption and portfolio choice of an individual agent, which encompasses a large class of the models in the literature, and provide a methodology to solve the model. Different from the traditional approach, we consider the problems before and after retirement simultaneously and identify the difference in the dual value functions as the utility value of lifetime labor. The utility value has an option nature, namely, it is the maximized value of choosing the retirement time optimally and we discover it by solving a variational inequality. Then, we discover the dual value functions by using the utility value. We discover the value function and optimal policies by establishing a duality between the value function and the dual value function. The model and approach offer a significant advantage for computation of optimal policies for a large class of problems.
